I purchased a mobile, model no: karbonn titanium s3 on 06.01.2015. set is under warranty period I would ask you for the replacement of my set as I fell that this particular set has some manufacturer defect and I am not getting any stable solution of it... * I would like to request you please resolve my issue as early as possible or you replace my** product the earliest. Mar 10, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved i want replacement because under warranty priode company Replaced the battery 2 times and physicaly battery was found deformed that why i am requesting you please replace the mobile or money refund Karbonn Mobiles customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

This is to inform you that my hand set is not ready or Replacement Till Today so how can you say my hand set is ready i conform over phone with Mr Rakesh you did not mention either new set or old set so again i am requesting you please solve the case again new set .
I have not Accept This Mobile Due to This particular set has manufacturer defect I want replacement of my Mobile Or Money Refund

This is to inform You that I visited on 17.03.2016 at service centre for collect The mobile set I have not Receive
The Repair Set Because Again problem in New Battery which is also Deform So Kindly I request You Please Give me The coplete Replacement new Set I am totlly Dissatified with service of Karbonn Mobiles according to my obserbation in the set Manufacture Defect .
Again I would ask you for the replacement of my set as I fell that this particular set has some manufacturer defect and I am not getting any stable solution of it...
Hope you can understand my problem and will give permanent solution at your earliest..

I would like to inform you that after telephonic discussion with you (Mr. Pramodh karbonn mobiles escalation Department )last Friday dated 25.3.2016 committed to me within 2 working days I got the new set Replacement or Money Refund but till today I have not receive any product or any confirmation mail or phone from your side .you have failed your commitment this is unexpected for me
Any way again I am requesting you please give me new replacement set or money refund within working 2days
