Regarding karbon mobile titanium S20 display issue i am given for service on 09/10/2015.still they are not sove my problem.continuesly i am track the status to karbon mobiles customer care.they are asking me 3 months time.after completeing 3 months they are cheating and again asking moredays.now i dont have tha patient to wait more days. so please help to me to get my handset with spareparts .

    I submit my mobile to service centre on 29/10/15. They told me after 15 days your mobile will be ready. When I called them they again told me after 15 days. Then I complaint to karbonn customer care. And they told me after 10 days it will be ready every time when I called customer care. Now 3 months going my mobile not ready yet. Please solve it.

      Hello Sir,

      I purchased a Karbonn titanium s200 Hd just 3 months ago and it's battery is behaving so badly itself draining the power. When we plugged to charger the phone shows 100% but after removal of charger it's get switch off again and again. i am so unsatisfied from this product of Karbonn.

      i take to this in care they don't replace the battery, they are ask for 650 rupees to pay for new battery.

          Dear Sir, I am Vaibhav Gupta. I had purchased a Karbonn Aura 9 Dual Sim Android Mobile Phone, (Item Number:[protected] for Rs. 6049/- on 07.11.2015 through online purchase of Ebay.in (Order ID:- PaisaPay ID [protected]) from Seller Name: (Mevada) PIXEL Traders, 3, Gaytri Complex, B.K. Road, Mehsana mobile no:- [protected] email:[protected]@gmail.com. (Mr. Ujjwal), (Bill NO:- WB-7964 Dated 09.11.2015). IMEI No of my mobile are Sim1:-[protected] Sim 2:- [protected]. I received this product on 13.11.2015 by Blue Dart (Air Way no. [protected]). It has a warranty period of 1 year since 08.11.2016. I am facing some problems in my hand set, from the day I received this product. (i) It has 8 MP rear camera and 5 MP front camera but image quality of both the cameras are very low. In fact Front camera (5 MP) produces lower image quality than any VGA Camera and image quality of rear camera is also very low. (ii) It also has hanging problem, due to this It could not be operated smoothly and it be restart/switch off or stop working automatically some times. Processing speed is very slow while having 1GB Ram + 8 GB ROM and 1.2 GHz Quad Core Processor. First I contacted customer care of ebay.in on[protected] and seller (Mr. Ujjwal) on[protected] and reported the problem to them and requested them for refund or replacement many times. They always refused my request and directed me to have it checked in nearby service centre of karbonn mobile. They also told me that only centre of karbonn mobile will repair or replace my handset. Then I visited web site of karbonn mobile www.karbonnmobiles.com to find out the nearby service centre of karbonn mobile in Moradabad. First I went to AKSHAT WORLDLINKakshat.[protected]@gmail.com, G-19, Chadda Complex, Gmd Road, Moradabad, 244001 Ph-[protected], [protected]. They told me that now they do not have service centre of karbonn mobile and suggested me to another service centre of karbonn mobile. If there is no service centre of karbonn mobile, then why the karbonn mobile is put the name and address of AKSHAT WORLDLINK on their web site. Then I went to SHRI SHIV SHAKTI ENTERPRISES, [protected]@gmail.com, Shop no. B3, B4 First floor Sai complex Budh Bazar Moradabad, 244001 Ph- [protected] on 17.11.2015. They refused to take my hand set for repair/ replacement and informed that Karbonn Aura 9 is newly launched model of karbonn mobile and it is not being shown in their software. They could not take/repair the hand set until the software is updated. They said that they could not generate the job sheet until the model number of my hand set is shown in their software. They also ensured me to provide me solution in 3 to 4 days. After 4 days I again went to SHRI SHIV SHAKTI ENTERPRISES, They again told me the same problem and asked me to wait for 3 to 4 days more. I have visited SHRI SHIV SHAKTI ENTERPRISES and called on their phone no [protected] many times. They always asked me to wait 3 to 4 days more and told me that they can provide me solution after the updating of software only. I have also informed to owner of this service centre on [protected] many times but solution is not provided to me till date. They always said that they will call me back and get me update but they never called me. I only called them to get the updates. On 01.01.2016 when I called them again, they informed me that there are two types of service centre of Karbonn mobiles. My hand set Aura 9 is not covered under their service range and my hand set can be repaired or replaced by another type of service centre. These types of service centers are available in Meerut or Delhi, Therefore I have to go Meerut or Delhi for getting solution of my problem and by saying this they refused to help me out. After passing more than 1.5 month, they could get the knowledge that my hand set is not covered under their service range. Even no such information about types of service centre is given anywhere on web site of karbonn mobile. I refused to go Meerut or Delhi because it will be too expensive and time taken for me to go there. I again requested service centre at moradabad to solve my problem at their end but they refused to help me. I do not understand if there is a service centre in that city where I live, why should I go to another city for service by expending so much of money and time. In between I have also called customer care on [protected], [protected]. These numbers never is connected. Then I called on another number of customer care[protected] many times. I told about my problem to the customer care executive in detail every time. They ensured to provide me solution. Every time I called to customer care, I have been told to wait for 5 working days to get the call back from their back end team. Neither I got the call from back end team of customer care nor any solution is provided to me till date. Even I have connected customer care executive to the person from SHRI SHIV SHAKTI ENTERPRISES to resolve my complaint against service centre. Every time I am been told to wait for 3, 4, 5 days more to provide the solution. I have also mailed all the details regarding my complaint to the following email [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com, [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@utlinks.com, [protected]@jainaindia.com, [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com, arjit.[protected]@jainaindia.com, [protected]@utlinks.com, amar.[protected]@jainaindia.com on 02.01.2016, 05.01.2016, 11.01.2016 and 18.01.2016 and get only one reply dated 05.01.2016 with ticket no 3545133 - against Karbonn Mobiles but No action has been taken yet. Really, I have been made and irritated by customer service and response of karbonn mobile . I am unable to use my phone for the last 9 weeks and mentally harassed also. I want to get refund of my money with compensation amount, for I have suffered for last 9 weeks. It is requested to kindly short out my problem.           This is with regards to the escalation, filed by you against the PaisaPay ID [protected] for “Karbonn Aura 9 Dual Sim Android Mobile Phone : Blue”.

          For the resolution of your case, we request you to provide proof of Item not as described . As per eBay policies products with Manufacturer warranty are excluded from eBay Guarantee* coverage as you can visit nearest authorized service center of the Brand and get the issue resolved. So we would request you to visit the nearest service center and get the issue resolved.

          However, if the item that you received is not working you may provide a Authorized letter from the authorized service center [protected]@ebay.com within 72 hours stating the same. Authorized letter must contain appraiser’s name, contact No. And his complete address. If you fail to provide the requested document within the stipulated time we would have to go ahead and close this case from our end.

          Dear Sir,

          Authorised service centre denied me to give any kind of support related to my product. I have contacted many times through phone calls or through email but neither i got any reply or any support. Just now i again called them back to provide authorisation letter but they again denied me.

          I have only one option to fill the complaint against all the related persons/agencies/sites/company in consumer court and this i will do surely.

          Faulty Malfunctioning pone

          Bought a Karbon A35 phone on the 14th Dec 2014. With in 10 days the phone wouldn't start. I have tried everything but the phone wouldn't start. The customer care number is defunct and leads to some other call center. please help.

              I have Karbonn titanium S202. When i m using it, its suddenly hanged and then restart unexpectedly, when it on again, it doesn't work until i left it for 2-3 hrs. But after that...it starts working for some time...but again same problem happening again and again.

                  Respected Sir, I purchased Karbon Machfive some months back on 19th of August 2015. After one month the mobile phone encountered some software problem may be due to some virus issue.Now my warranty is still valid to get it repaired but this karbon service center's personnel is charging me for the internal software problem.This is clear case of making money from the customers inspite of the on going warranty.Please help me so that such matter comes in notice of proper authority and take corrective action.

                  Hello am Suchit Doshi.I purchased an Karbon Mobile Phone Some months back

                  on 19th of August 2015 (Karbon Machfive).After one months from the purchase date the mobile

                  encountered some software problems and the mobile phone was affected by it.Virus got the mobile down but

                  it still worked for my calling and whats aping purposes.Two days back it stopped working all together and since my

                  phone is still in warranty period I approached karbon Service center KAIZER ELECTRONICS our karbon phone service

                  center located at Crawford Market and was shocked to learn that I have to bear the cost inspite of my headset being

                  in the warranty period and on the other hand the personnel at the mobile center is blaming me for the software issue.

                  Now tell me whats the use for the mobile phone to be in warranty period?Whats the use of warranty.I will never buy

                  karbon mobiles in future if you charge your customer unnecessary even though the headset is in warranty period.

                  These personnels have started making money instead of giving services.Please intervene to this Matter.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, I have pasted the email below I had forwarded to Karbonn customer care back on November 9th 2015. The phone (Titanium S4 issue_IMEI: [protected]) is still with them and even today as on 31st Dec 2015 I got the reply to wait and the issue is escalated. As you can imagine the kind of service I have recieved has been really pathetic and the worst company which only wants to sell its rotten products and no customer care. I have sent this mobile twice for repair previously when its not even an year I purchased this product and most of the time it has been at the service center. I have requested them to refund my money back or atleast provide a replacement even though I dont want to use their product ever in my life again. I would request you to kindly look into this matter.                                         They had asked me to send it for repair again after I had sent this email on november 9th and I had sent it for repair the next day is still with them since then.
