I have purchased the Karbonn Titanium S3 model and in my warrenty period I have facing problem of set got hanged or not responded and One SIM slot was defective. On[protected] handset has been send to service centre Tech Solution Jamshedpur. Job sheet no -KJASPJH060116KR16270

I purchased karbon titanium octaneplus on 20.4.2015. It was not charging and gave in karbon repair centre addressed smart care, jvl arcade, complex no.18/199, north usman road, t.Nagar, chennai contact no. [protected] on 23.10.2015 . So afr they have not returned the repaired phone and they are not lifting phone for enquire, if at all they lift the landline, they make excuses every week after week and i am fed up with their lame excuses. I am very much upset with the karbon and i have to get back the repaired phone without which i am not able to make phone calls, connect to gmail, facebook, whatsup etc which are all very much required in my day to day work. I want immediate solution for my misery caused by karbon smartphone. Either you replace new phone now or give me repaired phone without delay and give one year warranty from the repaired date. I list 4 months of warranty in your repair shop and i find this act of karbon manufacturer unreasonable. I want quick reply

It is bring to your kind notice that my Karbonn Mobile A29 is out of order only 10 months used under guarantee period. Service Centre of M/s Aarohi Services, Novelty Plaza Bareilly told me that the warranty is not shown in system, but many pressurized by agency, then they ready to read our complaint and such mobile take and send to Banglore Karbonn Head office. After that, more than 4 months was expired, but no such solution provide by Service centre. I face big problem with this situation. So do needful within a week time positively and such progress kindly tell me on Mobile no. [protected].

I have purchased Karbonn Titanium S200HD smart phone dated 06.10.2015, after 4 months of the purchase of the phone, suddenly one day it has stop working, I took the Phone to one of the Service Centre named " M/s Axe Communication "in Faridabad, he told me that it will take 20-25 days if it is put for repairing and if it gets replaced it will take around 2-3 months.

I am highly disgraceful with the words said by the Service Centre, if I gets replaced then how will I do my work without any phone.

I request you to take an urgent action regarding the complain of non working of the Phone, just within 4 months of the purchase .


Will be grateful if the complain is considered ASAP.

I facing many problem in this handset from first day so i go to many time to karboon care centre Sangrur dist Sangrur and last time i give them my handset for repair or change to the service centre on the date 03/10/2015 job no. 2377.but i am not get back my handset from the service centre. every time they give my new excuse so pls action about my this complaint. i have no more solution thanks.

I gave a defective handset Titanium Wind W4 to cell care (service center) at nirman vihar, east delhi on 17 dec 2015. Job sheet no. Kjaspdl1081215kr39380... My compalint was that this phone automatically restarts in every 10-15 minutes. The network signal goes on/off in every few seconds...karbonn company took 35 days to return this mobile saying that it has been fully repaired.. After i took the delivery, i am seeing the same problem again. What was the company doing for 35 days with this mobile phone??? Have you guys even checked the problem and did any repair work??? What is the proof that this phone was repaired??? I spent money to buy a brand new defective phone... Are you guys mad??? I want a new phone from the company.. I will not waste any time with any service center.. I want a new phone..

My name is md istiyak rajja i purchased a handset carboon titanium cocaine plus in nalasopara east shop shree bhawani on amount 8500 .After purchase after one month some black line came on my screen then i go there and tell him my problem after a long discussion then there service center ready to repaired it.After 5 days again i get my bole to service center and now till time i used proper without complain.I trusted in carboon my many friend say to purchased me samsung product but i i purchased only carbbon.But now days i face some slow work processing then i decided to go service center and i go there but.When i go there i talk to executive she say please show you original bill amount.But that time i have no any bill amount.So i came back and again i visit there with my bill amount then she took my cell open it and say its not repaire because some tipe of sticker not available on my screen.She tell me go fist service center where u repair it first time.And she refused to repaired it.I only Ask to you only software updation then i face alot of your problem of your service center.
I tell tell you your handset working properly but your service center not provide service as like your handset.I face problem in service center borivali.

buy Karbon Phone A35 model on 25.09.2014 from
Reliance store. In the month of May I found there is issue in the phone, It gets shut down frequently. & finally it gets shut down, So I handed it over to your service centre at Panvel around last week of June2015. At that time he informed " May be charges need to be pay" but he will informed first then he will proceed further. He didnt call me later on. After several follow ups with your customer care. I came to know that phone is repaired and send back to service centre. When I went there to collect the phone, he is asking for Rs. 2000. which was didnt intimate me about this and also he entered my wrong phone number on the job sheet. so he cant claimed that he already inform me. Total cost of phone is Rs 4771 & repair
charges :- Rs 2000 . " It is not
justifiable".

i had purchased this mobile one year ago.i found the problems in my mobile at the same times that mobile battery is not run till long times. And mobile are switched off again and again. Hanging problem and I have done full battery charge and after some time mobile are switched off. Very often shown at the service center.now I m very tired. Please tell me about that problem.

I have brought karbonn mobile tab model no A34 lite, order no - [protected] on 11 - may -2015. Since then it had gone 6 times for hanging issue to service centre . Again in October -2015 it again had gone to service centre . They ask for 10 days to fix problem . After the given time period when i call back they gain ask for 10 days . After10 days i call backthey again ask for 10-15 days . Since then whenever i call after given time period they always give some time period . And today is[protected] i didnot get my tab back . And also that the functining is also very bad . They are just making us fool . I didnot know how much for them 10 days mean . Please do not buy any product from this company .
