I purchased a Karbonn Titanium S3 phone from Lake Mall Big Baazar shop on 05.10.2014. The battery mid-portion got fat and not fit for use in the sixth month.Since due to job I stay at Raigarh Chhattisgarh, I couldn't replace it within the warranty period as there was no service center available at Raigarh for my phone bearing IMEI No. [protected] & [protected].The I went to Kolkata and purchased a new battery from Lakshmi Telecom (official service center of Karbonn Mobiles) and started using the phone again.But again the same problem occurred with the battery and within the guarantee period I deposited it at the said Service Center along with my handset on 12.09.2015. I got back my handset 3 months later but till date I have not received my battery which is supposed to be replaced free of cost as it was in warranty period.As a result I am unable to use the handset also.

    My name is dharmender badola iam purchase the karbonn s201 on 25 nov..2015, but my phone not till working on dated by.14 dec. Iam a register complaint 14 january 2016 in customer care, & executive commitment with me resolved my problem next 15 working day, but problem not solved on today time, mjko lagta hai ki mjko bewkuf banaya jaa raha hai baar baar phn karne parr next 15 day bol diya jaata hai 4 mahine hone waale hai but abhi takk batery kaa koi ata pta nhi hai please resolved my problem. Mera complaint name-dharmender badola aur mobile no.[protected].

      My Karbon Titanium Octane plus mobile IMEI is found not registered. The following 2 IMEI number [protected] & [protected] of karbon titanium octane plus bought in 2014 and imported in 2014 from china is showing IMEI not registered with this mobile. Please check and rectify the problem.

        Dear Sir, I have submitted my Karbonn Mobile S320 under warranty to service centre at Pune on 18th feb 2016. Since initially service centre has told 25 days to get back the handset. Following it up with service centre and with customer care since last 15 days but not getting any satisfactory answers from them, All wage answers coming from there executives which has got no resemblance to my queries on Delivery of my Handset. My job sheet number is KJASPMH300216KR16194
        NAME -PARSHU ATHANI.
        Karbonn Mobiles only buying the time and delaying the return of handset as the handset purchased in july 2015, Already been in setvice centre within a 3 months of purchase and was kept there for 1 weem, Apart Software done 4 to 5 times at pune service centre Hadapsar. I feel like purchased the handset just to keep it at service centre only. Its like not using The product till warranty gets lapsed.
        Please do the needful...

Is tigs[protected] date 29/03/2015 rs 7600 from bhagwati mobile world. First time i telephone complaint karbonn care rishikesh on date 21 dec 2016.My complaint mobile no. [protected]. I facing battery problem in this mobile handset from first time dec 2015, so i telephone complaint to many time to karboon care centre rishikesh dist dheradun and your karbonn care reply wetting you after fifteen days but no replace the battery up to till date, so i kindly request to you my problem is solve earliest please.But i am not get back my battery from the service centre. Every time they give my new excuse so pls action about my this complaint. I have no more solution thanks.

            Hello sir,
            i purchased a karbonn titanium x mobile phone from flipkart in june 2015. In d starting it was working properly but few days later it's touch pad and home button got out of order. I submitted it to the service centre (bhopal) and it has been 1 complete month but the phone has not been repaired yet. They are saying that touchpad is not available and blla bla.. I tried to call on your customer care no. But it's not working as well.
            You people firstly attract customers and make them purchase your products and then stop giving service to the customers. What the hell is this????? kindly solve my problem asap...

              I have given my titanium octane plus(worth12000Rs)mobile for repair under warranty on 15sept 2014 and after continued follow ups I am not able to get my phone back.My phone i have given to Unique technoservice Vadodara and it is now shut down.Karbonn customer care executives are always asking for 5days time to resolve the query and its been almost 2yrs and they are not able to resolve this matter.I want to file case against Karbonn company in consumer court.Please help me to do so.This is how worst service karbonn mobiles is giving to its customers. People don't ever buy karbonn mobile.

                  I am going 5-6 times in Karbonn service centre & they always say that this product is not update in Karbonn Company & other Service centre no responce

                      You are informed and a complaint is being lodge by me to you that your service center namely daksh service center in Rohini sec8 not doing their job/ work properly and your customer care center is also not performing good work. I submitted my mobile with IMEI number [protected], [protected] to your service center for repairing they takes long time and give it back as it was earlier i.e mobile is not charging properly. Last time i received several call from your call center and your service center to collect it as it is repaired by you but when I received, it was in same condition.

                      Last time when I received call from daksh service center rohini sec-8. They said "aap apna phone le jaiye ye company se thik hokar aa gya hai maine kaha ki aap ise thik se check kar lijiye thik hua bhi hai ya nahi unhono kaha ki ham yeh check nahin karte kyonki battery ham aapse nahi lete" kya service center ke pas battery nahin hai check karne ke liye. Isse phale jab mein apna phone dene gya tha tab wahan maine kahan ki yeh thik hua hi nahin aap check nahin karte kya company se aane ke bad unhone kahan ki itna time nhin hota.

                      ab aapke call center walon ki bat wo kahate hain ki aap wahan jama kardo iske alawa aur koyi rasta nhin hain.

                      kya mujhe aise hi bar bar bevkuf banaya jayega.

                          Karbonn Service Center is not good service for his karbonn customer because they are not solving any problem of customer and so customer is go to consumer complaint, i am content before 3 & 4 Months karbonn service center but they are not responsible that it's problem solve and not it.

                              Very Very Pathetic performance of Karbonn Titanium Octane.
                              I bought a handset from Croma Fort in August 2014 and since it was a faulty handset I had to visit Karbonn Service Centre at Crawford Market and Ambernath for more than 18times for repairing. Whenever asked them to send mobile to service centre for repairing I was given the phone back by doing a software reset. This has been the worst ever phone used by me. I have send email to customer support more than 8 times but Mr. ANAND KUMAR used to revert asking to visit Service Centre... Now the phone is just a dead phone lying with me without much usage in last 18months.

                              It has become a everyday work forme to visit your service centre to get my mobile repaired.

                              When I requested the Service centre team to send the mobile to your main service centre they again temporarily repaired the phone and gave it back to me.

                              Its been more than 16 times that I have given my phone for repair at your Ambernath – S K Telecom and Crawford Market – Kaiser Electronics but i have not been able to get a proper resolution.

                              Everytime you ask me to visit nearest service centre but i dont get permanent solution their.

                              Now since my warranty expired last month the service centre person has agreed to send mobile to main service centre for hardware repairing which would cost me x amount. This could have been done easily when I visited their service centre in the Warranty Period 16 times and the repair would been free of cost. Only because the repair outside warranty is chargeable they agreed to send it to main service centre.

                              Kindly arrange for a better upgraded handset as I cannot run with my mobile to your service centre every fortnight.

                              Don't expect me to again visit your service centre for the same issue.

                              Thanks for the revert!


                              Either my email was not clear or I am not been able to understand your email.


                              I mentioned to you in my email that my Handset is faulty as I have been to Karbonn Service Centre thrice in last 3 months to rectify the same issue everytime.


                              My Phone restarts automatically and after 10-15 attempts of switching off the phone, taking the battery out and putting it back again, switching handset on the phone works properly for 30-45mins.


                              Whenever I take this issue to your service centre they upgrade the software, erase all my data and hand over phone to me but the problem comes after 15-20 days and I cant use my phone.


                              Also this is the slowest phone I have come across ( Though it says octa core processor ) and it takes around 10mins for all contacts to show up which means if I have to call from my contact list I have to wait for 10mins for my contact list to open and then wait for another 2mins to connect the call.


                              I again got the handset to service centre yesterday – S K Telecom – Ambernath East and its been working now but the issue will come again in 15-20 days.


                              Kindly arrange for another handset as I cant keep going to Service centre every fortnight for repairing and loosing my data.

                              I have bought a Karbonn Titanium Octane Mobile from Croma – Fort on 28th August 2015.


                              Since the last 3 Months I have submitted my Handset to Karbonn Service Centre at Ambernath – S K Telecom and Crawford Market – Kaiser Electronics.


                              - All the time for the same issue – My phone restarts automatically, it comes to Karbonn Mobile logo and then restarts again.
                              - After 10-15 attempts of frustrating effort of Switching off the phone, taking out the battery and then putting it back, switiching it on the phone starts and then it flashes a message “ Unfortunately System UI has stopped “ and then it remains on the screen which doesn't allow me to go to any application on the phone.
                              - I visited your Authorised service centre thrice and the only thing that they do is upgrade my software and give the phone back . I am loosing all my data since last 3 months.
                              - Though my phone features says its an Octacore Processor but it's the slowest phone I have come across in my 14 years o[censored]sing Mobile Phones.
                              - It takes more than 5 minutes to open all Contacts and Call Logs.
                              - This phone is nothing but a lot of harassment for me. I am irritated as it doesn't solve my purpose of making calls, checking email, saving data, surfing.
                              - Kindly provide me with a replacement of the mobile with a new upgraded Handset so that I can be in peace.

                              Karbonn Mobiles customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              I got a call from Mr. Pramod on 26th March 2016 from escalation team and he has requested for 10 days to understand the issue and revert back.
                              He was worried as why Job Sheet was not provided for all my 18 Visits at Karbonn Service Centre.
                              Since it's a Karbonn Service Centre process to give job sheet to all walk-ins to service centre.
                              All this 18 times my phone was temporarily repaired by doing Sotware reset and returned within a day. None of them tried to provide proper long term resolution by sending it to Main service centre to resolve Hardware issue.
                              Since last 5 months my phone is been kept idle as its having same hardware issue... Also not detecting any Sim card and memory card... We also use Samsung, HTC, Blackberry, Nokia, LG and even micromax but none of them were sent for repairing for more than once in last 3years... This is the 1st Brand which is giving me biggest trouble.

                              Its been more than 12 days but no solution provided.
                              Its been more than 30 days since I have complained but Karbonn Mobiles are in no mood to resolve the issue.
                              Got call twice and both the time It was to buy more time from me and not to provide and solution.

                              Problem with Phone's Battery

                              The new Karbonn phone stopped working after a week from the day o[censored]se. Later the problem was found to be with the battery. What would be the solution for this?

                                Dear Sir/Maim,
                                We are very old customers of your prestigious Karbon Mobile Provider Company. I bought my first smart phone as Karbon A1+duple & I was very satisfy with the services of your mobile infact I also bought Karbon Mobile for my all office staff & my family members.

                                Due to upgration software & demanding technology I had to change my smart phone with upgrated version & somebody give me advice to replace my mobile from Karbon A1+Duple to Samsung but I replaced my Karbon A1+Dupble with another Karbon Phone A6 Turbo on April 2015 because I had fully faith on Karbon Mobiles.

                                So now I am using Karbon A6Turbo havind details : -

                                Now please listen carefully which I am saying to u. before few days touch has been broken of above mentioned my phone (Karbon A6 Turbo) so I gave it to your authorized service centre in the name of VINAYAK ENTERPRISES having address 987, IST Floor, Shivaji Street, Hardhyan Singh Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110005 on Monday 07/03/2016. They told me that Touch will be change & charges will be applicable Rs 1350/- that I accepted.
                                Till Friday, 11/03/2016 my phone has been repaired which I confirmed via phone so I collect it on Friday 11/03/2016 after paid charges of 1350/-. But since Friday 11/03/2016 my phone's touch is not working properly its stop automatically while working.

                                I have strongly doubt on the originality of My phone part (Touch) which VINAYAK ENTERPRISES set in my phone because if touch if original why it not doing work well? Even then, on Monday 14/03/2016 I visit Vinayak Enterprises (Service Centre) & told them my problem regarding touch they assure me to change another touch before one week but till now they have not changed/repaired touch of my phone they always said if your phone repaired they will intimate me but they never give me time duration so that I can be satisfy with answer of them.
                                I am facing many problems without my phone but service centre not providing me phone or any favorable answer to me.

                                Kindly concern this matter on ur hand & provide me my phone as soon with good working touch condition. My trust on your prestigious Mobile Provider company is going loose so pls save trust between us.

                                Note : - I have Enclosed Scan copy of Purchase bill, Receipts of Rs 1350/- & Job Sheet regarding above mention my phone.

                                    Hello sir, my karbonn a12 star mobile phone whose imei no. Is [protected] has start up issue that's why i submitted my mobile phone to karbonn authorized service center at vs info service near kukrail nala lucknow, on the date 6/11/2015 and after 4 and a half month they forced me to take intex aqua_r3+ insted of karbonn a12 star on the date 17/03/216 which is very bad 2g mobile it's battery backup is also very poor and i don't want to use this phone.
                                    Please sir, do something for me.

                                      I submitted my karbonn titanium s8 to pintoo mobile shop(karbonn service centre), baroda because the display went blank suddenly after four months of purchase. i submitted on 29 dec 2015. my josheet no. is KUASCGT072J93 and IMEI no. is [protected]. Till date i have not received my phone, every time i call the representatives they make excuses like it is in process, will receive in 2-3 days or a week. some times they they don't even answer to my call and even disconnect calls in the middle of a conversation. i have to more than 20 times for talking to them .this is the worst service i have ever faced. they not even talk properly with the customers. please look into my matter and do the needful.

                                        I had purchased karbonn titanium s5 plus mobile by online through jaina marketing & associates new delhi for last 9 months on 01.05.2015 by order id: od[protected], invoice no-687 dt:02.05.2015 8:42 am. But now mobile display is automatically destroyed warranty is one year of purchasing date. I am contact nearest service center at hubli no warranty. Your company is supplied me old stock mobile manufacture -2014. Please tell me what i am doing next. I think iam returning the hand set for your company through parcel please accept solve the problems.
