Dear company,
I am highly ashamed of receiving such a bad service from your one of the service center in nagpur.
Followed by my complaint, i submitted my karbon aura mobile phone to troubleshoot its problem, in"a. m communication a karbonn mobile service center, behind janki theater in sitabuldi nagpur" but after some software loading process from service center technician it didn't solve out.. i asked that this isn't solved, and the answer from its representative was "ye aisa hi use karo thik nahi hota" in english "this cannot be repaired use it as it is", after requesting for 10 times still it cannot be processed but however that problem can be solved.
This same thing happened with me in the previous phone issue also.
Kindly look on to this as it decreases your company respect many have these complaints but nobody cares for a change.

I purchased mobile online and had a problem of phone turning off. My phone is in warranty.I went to service centre 3 times and they denied servicing my phone saying phone is not registered and you have to contact customer support asing them to register the phone.
I wrote to customer support 4-5 times and called customer support around 10 times over a period of 2 weeks, I did not get any revert/response.
All they kept repeating was wait for another day...
My phone is still not serviced..

Ir maine apna karbonn titanium octane plus 17-12-15 ko dia tha jo abhi tak nhi aaya. Customer par baat karte hain to vo 10 din ka kabhi 15 din ka time de dete hain. Lekin phone aaaj tak nhi mil. Sir jo mera karbonn titanium octane plus tha mujhe uski tarah hi feautre ho. Mujhe 7 mahiney se upar ho gye. Muje mera karbonn titanium octane plus diya jaaye ya uske paise diye jayein. Main dusri baar complaint kr raha hoon. Lkin koi reply nhi aa raha.

I submitted by at maninagar karbonn servive center on march 7 for problem of switching mobile on and off automatically and application error. My mobile was in warrenty at that time.
They gave my mobile back on may 27. But they didn't provide any repairing service in my mobile.
Till today my mobile is off and warrenty is also expired now.
So what can i do now???

Ab tak meri problem solve nhi huyi hai mujhe or kitne din isse jhelna pdega jaldi se jaldi mera phone repair karine ka kast kare other wise mujhe meri money return kare...

I m very disappointed by the karbonn customer care. I purchased karbonn mobile last year 28/08/15 & in this mobile voice problem since december. I purchased from vijayasales indirapuram. Please solve my problem. My contact no is [protected]. I repaired two times in vaishali service center but mobile as it is after few hours or after one day. I really very sad from this mobile. Please replace it.

I have given my karbon titanium s360 for repair in 7-mobile sco 66, first floor sector-7 panchkula haryana -134109 .
There is no response from the service centre about the phone.
Its been over a month every time when i call they use to say the part is coming from the company. And if i ask them how much time will it take they talk rudely and ask me to repair it from some where else.
I want an action sir i m losing my patience now. Hope you will respond on my request otherwise consumer court would be my last action. Kindly do as needed.

I purchased karbonn titanium mach 5 from amazon on 28-may-16 which got delivered on 31-may-16. The phone speakers stopped working on 5-july-16 and i was told by the customer service to take their mobile service center called avl telecom in thane west (Eternity mall) for servicing which i went on 6-jul-16.In return, i was given a piece of paper (Not a proper jobsheet) with ime numbers written on it and a stamp of avl telecom. Attached is the receipt

I was told to collect the phone in 2 days but they wanted me to call before collecting the mobile.
I called them number of times but no answers were given on the status of my phone. Moreover i visited their shop for the last 2 days but its closed.
I tried calling all their numbers which i got from customer care but to no avail.


I will again visit them tomorrow and if the shop is closed then i conclude that the service center has eluded.
I did tell all this to the karbonn mobile customer care but they are not giving any concrete answers to resolve my problem.
Please advice what to do next.

everytime i call their customer care no, they give me 10 days time
im totally dependent on my phone for my study purposes and i cannot opened laptop for each little problem
you are the most worst co. i've ever seen my life

I am writing this on behalf of one of my employee pramod kumar. i bought the karbonn k62 plus phone for him earlier this year and after couple of months o[censored]sage he started facing problems with set. he was not able to make any calls from the phone and other people were also facing trouble when they tried to call him. he approached shri shiv shakti electronics (authorized service centre of karbonn in moradabad, up) with his problem and gave them his phone for repairing on 18th may 2016. till today we are not aware about the whereabouts of the phone and when i try to ask service centre they very rudely ask me contact company. pramod and myself are very much harassed by the unprofessional and irresponsible behavior of the employes of this center. every week they extend the delivery date by 10 to 15 days. as you can see that the phone cost is only under 2000 but that is a big deal for a minimum wage earning person. even after keeping the phone for so long the company has not provided any alternate set for the customer to use as backup. we are now hoping that this forum could help us in getting the phone repaired and delivered asap. i would also like to ask karbonn to extend some training to their employees about how to behave to their customers, if they don't take any steps now then i am sure they are going to loose lot of customers like myself who take pride in buying made in india products but experiences like this are very disheartening.

Dear Sir,
I had purchased the above handset through Snapdeal in Sept-2015. There was hanging problem after few days and it was much frequently thereafter. and finally on advise of customer care the handset with bill copy was deposited at Lakhimpur, UP service center on 01-05-16 and reached company on[protected].
Till date in spite of several follow ups the set is not received back and there is no satisfactory reply from service center

I have given my KARBONNS30 mobile with IMEI/ESN 1:- [protected] JOB SHEET NO-KJASPOR048516KR2356 on[protected] to DIVA ENTERPRISES, 130 SAHEED NAGAR OPP- INDIAN BANK for servicing but unfortunately the service center got closed due to some reason and its been then i have continuously been calling the customer care and asking about my phone but they only say that they will inform me within 48hours but i dont get any response from their side..
please help me out in getting my phone back .

Service centre asked me to give rs 3000/- as advance which i gave. After two weeks, service centre retuned back mobile without getting it repaired and told me to take refund in two days.
Time since i am following up for my money back by going to showroom multiple time and calling many a times.
Now they are not even picking my phone.

But we have some problem with it, so i submitted my mobile to service centre, modinagar (Deepak telecom) for repairing on dated 09.04.2016.

Now please listen carefully which i am saying to u. Before few days.
They always said if your phone repaired they will intimate me but they never give me time duration so that i can be satisfy with answer of them.

I am facing many problems without my phone but service centre not providing me phone or any favorable answer to me. I am reached service centre many times but service centre is not giving any possitive answer. I am also calling to company toll free number saveral times but they always said they sent the mobile to the service centre. But service centre clearly said that they didn't give my mobile phone, asked to company.

I am so frustrated to both, kindly concern this matter on ur hand & provide me my phone as soon with good working condition. My trust on your prestigious mobile provider company is going loose so pls take necessary action against service centre or mobile company to consider my complaint.
