I had a karbonn handset model no. Id karbonn titanium delight s22. Within one month o[censored]sing the handset creating switch problem, the handset deadly off, & its not have been switch on.
A collection point of divya mobile care (Karbonn service centre, robertsganj.) is in my city renukoot,
I given my handset there for deposit & service by service centre.

I purchased a karbonn titanium s200hd (Imei no. [protected]) on 23rd march 2016. Now it is not working and also warranty period available. But the authorized servicing center m/s milon, gopal agarwala bhabwn, tezpur city, assam would not give the warranty service due to purchased through online shopping (From snap deal).

The mentioned authorized servicing center said that this mobile is not eligible of warranty period because...

4 months back i purchased karbonn quattro - l50hd. However after purchase shortly withing the time after 7 -14 days. The handset turned off and it was not functionable.
