This is in regards to my karbonn mobile s29 elite which i submitted to your authorized service centre in janak puri (Job sheet no: kjaspdl212316kr1828) on 8 march 2016 as was not switching on and was under warranty. (The imei number is [protected])
I was told that i will get my phone after repair within 20 days of submitting the phone to the service centre as it has been sent to company for repair.
After waiting for so long, i tried calling service centre. They advised me to follow up with the customer care. I called your customer care and they assured me the i will receive my repaired handset within 10 working days.
I called again after 10 working days. I was again told to wait for 10 working days. Once again, i called after 10 working days i was told to wait another 10 days.
After so much frustration, i requested to speak to the escalation department, i was told by inderdeep (Customer care executive) that i will be recieveing a call by the eod. I did not recieve any call.
Once again i called the customer care. Once again inderdeep told me the same story but i did not receive any call.
After so many follow ups finally i received a call from pramod (Escalation team) on 25th april 16. He, once again, assured me that i will get my handset within 10 working days. I asked categorically to let me know the final date. He told me that i shall be receiving my handset not longer that 5 may 16.
I again called customer care on 16th may to find out about the status of my handset. Mr. Chirag (Customer care executive) assured me that i shall receive a call by the eod. But i did not receive any call.
Yesterday also i, once again, called customer care. I spoke to simran jeet today (Customer care executive), he also assure that i shall be receiving the call today. I did not receive any call.
Since 3 march 2016, i have called customer care and service centre numerous times. I have spoken to many times with ms. Shalu, ms. Samiksha, ms.Inderdeep kaur, mr pramod, mr. Chirag and mr. Simran jeet singh but no one did provide any solution or support.
I am highly frustrated, i need my mobile back with in a week. Its my biggest mistake that i have bought karbonn mobile. I will not recommend everyone in my relations and friend circle not to buy karbonn mobile. They have the worst customer service ever.
Karbonn Mobiles customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am regular user of Karbonn phones, where as this time the service is poor and had inconvenient in getting the mobile repaired and also they have damaged my mobile camera ( burnt it ).
I will never recommend any body for Karbonn mobile, unless it is replaced.
This issue has to be raised to the consumer court, These kind of products which do not keep up the promises, Need not to be authorized by the consumer court to get the product in the market.
It will be a negligence of the society, Please raise it up and help me further.
