I have given my mobile(karbonn Titanium S6) to karbonn service centre in thambaram on 18/01/16, after one month finished they are not returning my mobile, I called that service centre everyday there is no response, even they are not picking the call, I went to that service centre on 19/02/16 they told me out of stock of this mobile display, so we will replace the mobile within one week but one month ago there is no response, i want that mobile immeadiately because i have no mobile.pls do the needful, thanks IMEI No-[protected] contact [protected]

Sir, i am dinesh yadav I summited my mobile to karbonn service center 3 and half month ago but till i am not find my mobile.AT the time of mobile submition customer care representative said to me you can got mobile after 1 month after submmition of mobile.
WHEN i called to customer care he/she always gave me 10 day and said you can got your mobile after 10 days, but they only make me fool.
so, please TAKE some ACTION and give me my mobile back

my mobile did not work so i come to claim to near service center of hanumangadhi maharajganj because my mobile was not working but this service center technician has make my mobile dead and pluck my screen and afterword he told me that now you have to pay 1400 money for repairing. My mobile still is under warranty and as well as he tore of my warranty paper. Sir i fill embarrassing.

I gave my karbonn mobile at service center for repairing on 05/01/2016 but still thy have not repaired the mobile and no proper response is given by them as to when will i get my mobil back. I request to kindly give back my mobile duly repaired as early possible

I prchased karbonn mobile titanium S4 ( IMIE nu [protected]) on Feb 2015 and from starting network and screen issue, so I sent to customer care on march 2015 but after receiving problem was not solved. again I putted my mobile 10 dec 2015 in customer care and from that day handset is not repair till date.already 2.5months goes.

Sir i purchased your company's cell phone 4 months ago. but it's phone battery is not giving backup as good as. so i gone service centre at rohini near sai baba chowk of karbonn phone and do complaint and today my complaint gone 1month and 15 days but no taken any step for my phone's battery. please you look my matter personally and solve it now as early as possible.

1.Mobiles Hangs
2.some keys not working
3.While on 2g networks Ring Tone not coming

As discussed with Service Center Chandratri Enterprises it is pending from Delhi end, mobile not get repaired from Delhi till now.

1/1/2016 : I have submitted my new phone S360 to Authorised local service centre to repair. As there was charging problem and no body in their service centre to open that set.

I had done so many calls to customer care but no body give me exact position of my cell.

It seems they have no technical staff in company. A small problem was not solved by them in two months.

It seems a fraudy company.

I submitted my hands free to change because of the fault in it. my hands free was in the warranty that time. i submitted it on 5 december 2015 but company is not providing me the hands free of my phone. they are providing me the cheap hands free those are not supportable to my phone. it's 2 months has gone so please do me favour.

The phone which is still under warrantee was deposited at the service centre on the 9th. of December 2015 because there was no power. Thereafter regular calls to the centre and to customer service is only greeted by excuses and no delivery time is being given It is over 2 months now.

We have run out of patience.

Sir i bought carbonn titanium phone online.and now its not happening switch on.i am facing this problem since 2 month.it have warrenty cervices but in raipur, chhattisgarh their is not any authorised and unauthorised service care.and now i am facing prolem i need solution.And is their any carbonn cervice care please tell me.

I have karbonn S29 TITANIUM black .I purchased this product march 2015, After one month i had faced problem.Whenever mobile normal heat then some vibrations or lining type light continuously occurring on screen that time i couldn't able too anything on screen.

I am facing a lot of problems regarding this phone since last 10 months.
Here below is the list of all the problems I have faced:-
1) It takes too much time (up to 3-4 hrs.) to charge the battery upto 100%.
2) The battery charged up to 100% lasts only about 8-10 hrs.
3) While surfing on net the whole screen starts shaking.
4) When the battery reaches 25%, it doesn`t even last for half an hour.
5) Once switched off, it doesn`t start unless battery is removed and placed again.
6) The phone gets hanged very frequently.
7) The screen gets blanked automatically.
8) On constant use for 15 minutes the phone becomes very hot.
With all the above defects it is very very difficult to use the phone and therefore, I request you to get me the suitable option or replace the phone.
Kindly consider my above request and look into my complaint on urgent basis.

This Is my second complain against karbonn mobiles. They till now said 10 days more. How long I will wait for my mobile its almost 3 and half months past. Please solve it or refund my money back. I can't wait any more.

I have recently bought karbonn machfive new i am facing some bugs in it such as phone keep on rebooting when i connect to wifi or carrier data before i have visited service center for another issue with the same phone these guys take long period of time to solve minor issue like softwaring.

I (Dinesh) was purchased mobile Model No. S204 with IEMI No. [protected] on dated 27/08/2015.

But i faced Touch Screen problem in my mobile, Because my headset was Under Warranty Period, So that i went to Your Service centre in Ludhiana named(H.C.Services, ) and deposit my mobile on dated[protected] under Job Sheet No. KJASPPB220116KRR102.

After 10 days as coummnication Service Centre Said they need more ime to repair my mobile.

But When i was called yesterday on dated 10/02/2016 (approx After One month) Mobile No. +[protected] in service cetre for asking about my Mobile status they use very abuse language with me and said that "YOU WILL TRY TO MAKE ANY COMPLAINT TO ANYONE BUT WE WILL NEVER REPAIR AND GIVE YOUR MOBILE SET BACK TO.. YOU WILL DO WHATEVER YOU WANT"


THIS IS VERY SHAMEFULL TO KARBONN MOBILE CORPORATE CULTURE.. IF PVT. COMPANY USED LOWER LEVEL CUMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS. PLEASE GUIDE US WHRE TO MAKE LEGAL COMPALINTS ABOUT THEM
