I had send multiple service requests in the karbonn mobiles website but still i have not got any favorable response. I had purchased a karbonn a104 black mobile through amazaon on 15/7/2015. There were multiple issues within 2 months itself. Battery was not getting charged properly. I gave it for repair in a service center named ridham in mavoor road kozhikode kerala.. This is an authorized service center of karbonn as per the warranty card...

I purchased a karbonn blaze kc540 dual sim (Gsm+cdma) mobile, imei no. [protected], vide invoice no. Del/072014/7897 dt. July, 2014 from homeshop18. On receiving the phone i found the charger not working & the cdma sim mostly not working, showing a message failed to register even in areas where network was full, whereas the same sim was working fine on my old micromax mobile.

I have already complained no. 1240442 mentioned In subject above. Mobile was given for repair in October 2015 and with much effort and difficulty, we could get the unrepaired phone on 16.4.2016. Where to give complaint. I have already given complaint and no action taken so far...

I had bought a Karbonn S200HD hanset on 10.09.2015 from Snapdeal online from my ID [protected]@gmail.com. But in January there was some display problem.
So, I reached service centre for claiming the warranty provided by the company.
So far as around two months have been elapsed but there is no track record of that phone where it is, how more time will it take.
