Sir i submitt my mobile service center on29 sep 15 but till now no replacement made with this respect mobile have mother board camera and battery problem company can't to solve this problem and decide to replace but till now i can't received mobile sir i requsted u to take some action against company

I have a karbonn a51 phone. but now it cannot be recharged. when i replace the battery by a new one it becomes good for a month. now it shows same problem.

Call history is not properly working in my phone k39, when I got a missed call I can't know it is and also dialed and received numbers are not storing. What I want to do?

I am submit my phone to service center last 15/10/2015(susila infotel) due to some problem but after that day I am still not received my phone, In between this time so many time I contact customer care but all are said after 10 days & and after 10 days but 75 days left I not received my phone and I call so many time to service center also abut they said they don't know about my phone. and service center boy are very bad behave with my wife, I am sending mail so many time but all time they said '"please give some days"", all details are given below with attached file service center name-susila infotel address-p-10, cit road, scheme-55, kolkata-700014 shop ph number-[protected]/[protected]

Dear sir, Company service centre in Latur, Maharashtra is not providing service after buying karbonn mobile. my mobile is in gaurantee period. My mobile is in name of " M/s Power Engineering Services, Latur. My karbonn mobile model w4 imei no. [protected]. Is sent to karbonn company for repairing by their services centre. Company is unabe to repair it since one and half months. Everytime call center says it will repair within 10 days. Company gives reply same format by email. No action still. Why company gives replacement for it if they failed to repair it?

In guarantee period i have handed over the Karbonn Sparkle V set for replacement of Touch pad vide Job Sheet No-KJASPOR0401115KR761 DTD 23.11.2015 BUt till date nothing has been done and no information has been available with service centre.If any information available with you please contact in this Mob No-[protected].

I have purchased a Titanium S20 in August 2014. The battery has been dead since Sept 2015. I have called the Toll Free number 3 times and visited 3 of 4 autorised service centers in Bangalore for the battery. They refuse to take the order for the battery as the part is not available - even with Karbonn!! The part number of battery is TISP1600AA. I have purchase a karbonn mobile model no S315 in aug 2015, its screen gets damage and i give the mobile on their jaipur service center on 01 Oct 2015, since then when ever we call them or mail them, they were just saying that its will be repaired soon. and they are not giving the exact date. i feel cheated and now i want if they can't repair they should replace the mobile or refund my money back

Because of no power, I have submitted the karbon sparkal 5 at Abhishek technology, Ahmedabad on 19/10/2015 but after three months they did not repair it nor answer properly. Really fread up with the services, product and company.

Dear Sir, i submitted my karbonn s9 lite mobile to the karbonn authorized service center under warranty on date of 12-oct.-2015. from the date of submitting to till i still waiting to get my mobile back. i many time visit to service center and call to customer care than they replied that due to unavailability of spar part its delaying. sir its going to complete approx 3 moth of my mobile in service center. if they unable to repair it so they provide me Doa letter . Dear All, i have purchase Karbonn Mobile Titanium S5 in Sept 2013, and now i am facing issue with the charging i visit to service center for the same, but i have get the message from the center that company has allowance this model as out dated now any any parts or any other think will be available in server center. I had bought a Karbonn S19 mobile in March 2015, through Flipkart. It had fallen from my hand and the display got a crack. I have been running here and there for a replacement for the same since 45 days. None of the service centre has the replacement. Now I had given to one Karbonn Klinic( a authorised service centre for Karbonn) at Damodar street, T.Nagar, Chennai. They too had said that they do not have a replacement, even at the Karbonn factory at Bangalore, and has asked me to take back the mobile. My question is why should the company sell a product which does have a replacement of parts or not have a proper after sale service centre. Can some one from Karbonn care to reply to my complaints.

Karbonn titanium X smartphone was purchased in Sep. 2014, which had some problems right from beginning. Customer service centre was contacted& the phone got repaired by major centre. Again, suddenly, its battery started malfunctioning & customer care centre told the battery needs replacement. It is requested to kindly arrange for new battery immediately for my model so that the phone can be put to use. Matter is most urgent & immediate action in the matter is highly appreciated. My Karbonn Ocatane Plus mobile got switched off by itself and was not turning on or charging. Visted the Karbonn service center Fine Fone solution in Jayanagar 3rd block. They just saw the mobile and informed it is because of moisture in air mobile has gone bad and it is not covered in warranty. When wanted to complain they gave the customer care number to register complaint. called on[protected] to com-plain and the agent Inderdeep Kaul was not ready to help and asked to visit the service center again. When I told that I want to complain on the product she was not ready to take any complaint and was very rude. When asked for the complaint number she denied to give the complaint number. Asked for manager and she transferred call to Dheeraj Verma and he was also not replying to my questions and very rude. He disconnected call without informing me. I went to your authorised service centre on 14/12/2015 around 12.30 pm I say one complete on my karbonn A1 mobel phone he say this work like this only I say OK I put mail to company he say where ever you go you have to come to me only I will see you I want to no you the company people not checking service quality and customers care team are very wiste after this no answer means I will go where ever I want go I go
