Dear sir,

My name is kubendranath bg. My age is 73 plus years. I am a citizen of bengaluru since my birth. I studied in bengaluru, served for 42 years in hal, bengaluru, and presently staying in a. E. C. S layout, bengaluru-560037.

Regularly me and my wife smt. Jayalakshmi visit horanadu, chikmagalur dist. Every year during september.

As usual, this year also on thursday the 20th september, 2018, me, my wife (70 years) and other 6 family friends (Above one lady of 59 years and other 5 are of more than 65 years) travelled in 7-30 hrs. Ksrtc bus no. Ka57 f 2546 to horanadu. The bus driver and conductor was polite and friendly behaved. We had our breakfast in the bus. The bus reached & stopped in beluru bus stand at about 13-30 hrs. We requested the conductor for the lunch break. He refused and told that he will allow us to have the lunch at moodgere. The bus reached moodgere at 14-30 hrs.
Six out of we eight are diabetic patients. We were very hungry and could not consume sufficient food.

On 21st september, 2018, we travelled in 9-30 hrs. Ksrtc bus no. Ka57 f 2546 from horanadu to bengaluru. Again, the bus stopped at beluru at 13-45 hrs. We requested the conductor to give time to have our lunch at beluru. He said in another 15-minutes, he will stop the bus for lunch break,
But, he stopped the bus at 15-15 hrs. At some place. We could not get proper food. All the few items were cold. We questioned with the conductor why he has not stopped the at belur at 13-30 hrs for lunch. Politely both the driver and the conductor answered that they were instructed by their higher ups not to give lunch break at beluru and to give at other place.

Further we have not discussed and told him that we will contact the ksrtc people..

Sir, every year we visit horanadu sree annapoorneshwari temple during september since 1980, earlier we use to take our lunch in the hotel in beluru bus stand. The quality was good. About6/7 years back we rented a ksrtc bus, about 50 devotees visited horanadu. On the way we all the 50 passengers had lunch at beluru bus stand hotel. The hotel owner given a very good service. Food was also of good quality. He had charged rs.43/- insted of rs. 45/- oer lunch.

At last, me and our friends request the management of our (Namma) ksrtc to provide lunch break at beluru only not at any other place.

We have very good opinion about namma ksrtc.

    This is regarding the documents need to be carried while renewal of monthly pass.

    Is there any necessity of carrying bus id card for monthly pass renewal is required, as i have showed the national id card confirming the right holder of the pass, since i was not carrying the bus id card during the time, the concerned person need to check with records about pass issued. Since i got irrelevant answers and justification from the incharge person please consider this and provide feedback as per rti.

    Sir, I am MAHESH KUMAR I lost my student pass on 24/09/18 while traveling in the bus.I am doing my engineering in jain collage. I travel from RICE MILL STOP to JAIN COLLAGE which is on the way to Banglore from kanakpura. District is ramanagar. It has been only 1 month, I took the pass. So please issue me the duplicate pass.

      I have noticed that the driver is driving very rashly.. Where he is overtaking every vehicles in the road. The passengers who were standing were troubling like hell. And even having a mistake he spoke rashly towards passengers. This is not fair. Where if passengers met with an accident it's really a bad name to ksrtc. And route was from magadi to bangalore.

        I have booked bus ticket in KSRTC for the date 10 Sep, unfortunately due to bandh, bus has not came and i waited more than two hours for the bus, due to which I couldn't cancel the ticket. So I sent mail to KSRTC and called them, there is response came from KSRTC, each time I send mail to KSRTC, I am just getting one auto generated mail and whenever I call them I am not getting proper response from them, they are just saying from depo, they didn't got any update wait for some more days.
        Please help me to get refund.

          It is to request to the concerned officer of ksrtc to arrange to give a stop at checkpost at koorgalli industrial area before lingadevaru koppal stop. Many people who are employed at the garment factories, vinyas innovation technology, zigma modular systems pvt ltd, etc i-e., 1 to 1.5 kms by walk from checkpost request daily for the bus drivers and conductors to give them a stop. As you are aware we employees have to punch sharp at 8:30 in our respective factories. And for every 3 (Three days) late punch our half a day salary is deducted. It takes 4-5mins of walking from the actual bus stop (Lingadevaru koppal) to the checkpost place.

          As every minute is precious for us in the morning to reach the factory in time by hook or crook to avoid late punch, we humbly request you to please provide us the requested facility with immediate effect.
          I am from Vijaypur and I study in Belagavi. I and many of my friends face problems regarding bus travelling between Vijaypur and Belagavi as there are no rajahamsa busses operating between these two cities in day time. I kindly request department to start rajahamsa bus facilities between these two cities.

            Hi sir

            This is with reference to the ticket was booked in ksrtc in sleeper class buses there is no option to select only option is sleeper hence then the ticket was booked in ksrtc website assuming the quality of bus will be good then private buses, but when bus was boarded the interiors of bus very old and rusted body in running bus sound was disturbing the sleep and water entry from ceiling ac filters was splashing water while applying brakes

            This was the worst experience in sleeper class for 2 adults passenger boarding in ksrtc bus at rs 3562 and getting this type of difficulty is a pain for passengers

            Never plan to board sleeper class buses in ksrtc not worth

              We have booked the bus from kalasa to bangalore at 9.15pm depature from kalasa on 16 sep 18, booked person name sampriya, in hassan bus driver stooped the bus for tc entry and toilet who ever wants to go but when we went to toilet bus driver and conductor moved the bus before checking the passengers in the bus.

              Bus details is mentioned below pls take the serious action against the conductor and he is bit rash with passengers.

                Dear sir,
                I wish to draw your kind attention to the misbehaviour of a bus conductor. While the school students were travelling from their village to the school, the conductor refused to stop the bus at the school stop.
                So when he has been protested to him, he rained abuses on him and slapped on his cheeks as well as hold the collars and abused the unsaid words. We have the students and travellers as eye witness and a video of his misbehaviour which was trending now on social media.
                I may request you to see them i[censored] like orelse we have many ways to teach a lesson. Before being the video virally spreaden its better to resolve and anticipate promp action to the belonged person...

                    Pnr # t72104866, the bus model shown on ksrtc website while booking the seats was different. I had booked window seat for the my wife and another seat next to her (Two seater) she had health issues. But when i board the bus i find that her seat is at the center in a 3 seater. It was really frustrating.
                    This is equavalent to fraud, the passengers convenience and comfort is not considered but just for profitability extra buses which are completely different from the ones shown are allocated.
                    I don't think any action will be taken on this

                      On dated 8th september 2018 i have travelled by ksrtc bus ka21 f 0225 (Virajpet-mysore - bengaluru) from mysore to bengaluru satilite bus stand. I have boarded the bus at columbia asia hospital, i have paid rs 124/ to conductor and he issued me a ticket. Simply l kept ticket in my pocket. The bus stopped at maddur bus stand for coffee break, i have verified my bus ticket to know the bus reg no. I stunned because of the ticket issued by conductor was dt.25.8.2018 and there was no details of bus reg no and amount and destination. I asked the conductor reason. For issuing old dated ticket. Instead of giving the explanation both conductor and started quarrelling on me. Again i purchased ticket from maddur to bengaluru. I came to know this is one type of cheating going on in ksrtc. Travellerd be careful.

                          I was travelling in a bus from darmastala to mangalore the KSRTC BUS -KA 19 F2872 at the stop of bantwala bypass the driver stopped the the bus asusual the sudents was more ther was 2old men was climbing bus the driver suddenly moved the bus there was a old men was suddenly fell down the student tapped the bus to stop so the conductor spoke rubbish to that student there was much conversation the driver and the conductor was rudly behaving aganst the passengers HE SHOULD BE PUNISHED AS FAST AS POSSIBLE is there no right to tap a bus door once to save lifes The driver was rudly talking about the students power
                          I have booked 2 tickets from bangalore to coimbatore through ksrtc site for airavat bus. Seeat no.5 and 6.For the journey on 6th september 2018. Departure time 10.15. Unfortunately my account was debited and ticket not booked. Kindly refund the amount immediately.

                            Your ksrtc buses are not giving stops properly they are going front or they will stop back before we run n they will move this is a problem to many students as they see student s they will not stop they will go 1km and they will stop due to this we can't go to school at a time we will get scolding in school so please resolve our problems in chintamani route

                              Sir,
                              I boarded the bus f5360 from infosys gate to sankranti circle on september 4, 2018 evening 8:20pm. As i did not have change, i had to give 100 rupee note. Despite having change, the driver cum conductor of the bus asked me to get down. I borrowed 10 rupee from a friend and gave. As i got downmy friend and l asked if we can get our 2 rupees back politely. The staff raised his voice and started lecturing us, stopped the bus causing inconvenience to all passengers to argue with us. We can understand if he says he doesn't have change to give us back but insulting a lady inappropriate public place cannot be tolerated. I hope this issue with attitude of the staff can be rectified.
                              Apart from this the bus almost hit the divider in the ring road because of reckless driving.
                              Please take strict action against such reckless and unprofessional drivers who is shame to all the other staff who are polite and efficient in their work.

                                I was travelling from tn salem to bengaluru in ka-18f-895. I had asked the conductor will stop in huskus gate or not and he agreed that he will be stopping same place. I was taken a ticket also from salem to bengaluru. The issue is, i was informed to conductor to stop the bus is requested place and he was very rude and badly treated and even thought it was a night time and travelling ladies.
                                Very bad experience. My request would be to take an action and please consider all are human and give a respective or intimate early itself, will not be stopped on so an so places. We can see alternative. Same issue with other passengers as well.

                                  From hassan i get in to the bus. I need to take the ticket to madagi hand post it's near to chikmagalore, i ask ticket conductor told their is no stop, only it stops in belur and chikmagalore. Ok i took ticket to belur.
                                  But he stops in hagare mostly with out ticket because no stop means how he get ticket.
                                  Then all the buses stops their bus why this is the only bus ignore to give stop their.

                                    The laptop bag was missing few kms ahead of tiruvannamalai. I spoke to the driver and he told to book this complaint.                                       I was traveling from bagepalli to chickaballapur in a ksrtc bus of number ka 40 f 1234, of bagepalli bus depot. I was sitting at a back side. He used to cross the humps very easily can't even expect that rashness. Once i warned him not to do like that. But he still continued the same. My ticket number is 429897. My travelled date is 1 september 2018 at time of 11:17:11. Please take a severe action against him..
