    Ksrtc bus no. Ka57f1644 from chennai to bangalore on 26-08-16 pick up time 6:02 hrs kmbd bus stand chennai, pnr no j71942460 didnt drop to majestic. They dropped only to shanthi nagar bus stand saying that was the last stop. There were 2 other persons and we were arguing but the bus driver and the conductor didn't agree. I hope you should take strict actions against the bus driver and the conductor.

      Every time airavat bus # ka 01f 8471 arriving late in ksrtc ganesh temple. This bus was boarding from bangalore to chennai. Bus suppose to reach the boarding point max by 11:30pm.

      It's not satisfactory and sleepless journey.
      Please check and do the needful.

      This bus from chennai to bengaluru arrived at right time. Why always from bengaluru to chennai journey took more time?

        Dear sir/madam,

        We have booked a travel from bangalore to shimoga journey date on 08/06/2018, departure time:23:04 for rajahamsa. Our grand pa was passed away due to heart attack. I have called and informed ksrtc about this immediately around 22:30 to cancel the travel after we hear the death news. But they didn't refund the amount nor provided another date to travel. I worte them many emails. I told them this is a valid reason and l can submit the death certificate and please give me another date to travel, also l can travel in any type of bus which charges less than what l paid. But still they didn't provide. They didn't respond to the last question l asked in the email too.

        They don't loose anything, anyway they travel empty. But l lost my money. Please get me refund or another date to travel on ksrtc bus. Thank you!!

          I was travelling from nellore to Bangalore on 19-08-18 in airavat bus, when I got down near Kolar at morning 4.30..my luggage bag got misplaced with other bag.. My bag was brown color, and the bag I got belongs to some girl and she is preparing for ielts exam, her studying material is also in bag only, and I couldn't upload the bag pic because it is nt getting uploaded and I don't have any source to contact them..my contact number is [protected]
          We have booked bus from chitradurga to Bangalore bus is from sandur depot. It was supposed to be in chitradurga at 11.30pm. it's 12.50am bus has not arrived. Bus number is KA 35 F 399. If we call them they are saying it will take 30 mins more. Fed up of waiting.

            Since i am traveling from gulbaraga to lingasugur my bus has stopped 10 min at shahapur new bustand, i went for purchasing mountain dew at vender sre venkateshwara cold drings and generals new bustand shapur, he was charged me 25 rs, since price of mountain dew small is 18 r/s and he wants 7 r/s as cooling charges, i have questioned him fir taking extra 7 r/s, he was nit ready to give and arguing with me for the same, he has started using abusing worlds on me, i have informed the the bus controller who is working at ksrtc, kindly look in to the matter and call me back.

                Dear sir,

                To bring it to your kind notice,

                Bus no ka 21 f 0042 which belongs to dharmastala depot has lot of cockroaches and bed bugs in almost every seats.

                This caused disturbed sleep and now the cockroaches and bedbugs have infested my newly built house.

                Will be raising complaint in consumer court against ksrtc and request you to get pest control done on every bus to avoid passenger discomfort.

                  I have booked 2 tickets in ksrtc on tuesday 14th of august 2018, have noticed that the amount got debited without any confirmation of booking.

                      Respected sir, we are the passengers of chitradurga.. On 15/8/2018, we travelled from tumkur to chitradurga in ksrtc ka-28f 2251 bus.. We reached chitradurga at 11pm and we requested the stop at donehalli cross.. And most of the r giving request stop at the above mentioned place..in return, the driver was shouted at us very rudely.. We are not satisfied with his anti-traffic rules, rash driving.. Kindly sir we are requesting you to enquire him and take action against him.. Thanking you.. We hope for positive feedback result..

                        Rude behavior of conductor to passengers with abusing words. Please take action against him
                        We don't have details about him but I have ticket issued when I traveled at that bus. Kindly requesting to concerned department to take action otherwise I will made issued big.

It was informed that the amount will be credited within 7 working days. And it is been 9 working days and the refund has not happened yet.

                            Hi,

                            I was travelling from madikeri to banglore airport on 13th august 2018. By mistake i forgot to carry the hard copy of the ticket. But as a secondary evidence i had the photo copy of the ticket, ticket sms and the identity proof of mine.

                            But the conductor refused to accept any of these. And they made me to regenerate the ticket.

                            My question is
                            1) why they wanted the hard copy of the ticket

                            2) is the govt really going paper less

                            Adding to the above, I even spoke to Madikeri Ksrtc ticket counter ( where i recieved the ticket ) . But they refused to generate the duplicate copy .

                                Hello.

                                I travelled from tumkur to dharwad on 05.08.2017 in ksrtc non ac sleeper bus (F 1016). Pnr number is t71629048. As i didn't receive the bus number and contact number of the bus persons i had to call to the customer care at 9.34pm and got the bus number and conductor phone number. Then i called them at 9.36pm and asked the bus location. Immediately i started from kunigal.

                                At 10.04 pm conductor called me and and they said they have reached the tumkur bus stand. I asked them i may need just 5 minutes to reach bus stand as i was just approaching tumkur. They said its not possible to wait for 5 minutes because we are already late, we will leave. I requested them to stay just 5 minutes and i had just entered tumkur city. The conductor said

                                Talk to the driver and gave the call, but then he also said no no we cant wait, we are leaving. They were so rude, they just said we are leaving, we cant wait. Even though i requested them a lot but they just cut the call.

                                Then i got worried as i was badly wanted to reach dharwad, at any cost i should not miss this journey. Then i called costumer care at 10.08pm and requested them to ask the bus to stay for few minutes as i was single lady traveling at night and i wont be able to catch up any other buses at late night. Thankfully the person who took the call called the bus person and he requested them to wait by telling its single lady traveling. They were not at all ready to listen to him also. By that time i had reached the bus stand and i was standing in front of the bus at 10.14pm.

                                I called the conductor to inform my arrival, he started yelling at me on call itself, then he came to me and started fighting at the bus stand. He was upset because i gave complaint against them at customer care. Instead of starting the bus both conductor and driver were yelling and started talking nonsense to me infront of so many people. It was so embarrassing moment for a girl to stand in such a situation. They started bus at 10.21pm after all the drama on the platform.

                                Was it so difficult them to wait for just few minutes?

                                Don't they have the courtesy to wait for a single lady at night?

                                Ksrtc people have made me to wait even 11.45pm at busstand when the boarding time was 10pm earlier times. When i was delayed by few minutes don't they have little patience and responsibility of their costumer?

                                Felt so bad and sad for myself for booking ticket on irctc. I would prefer booking private buses now onwards.

                                Such a bad experience of this time journey was never expected and it was horrible.

                                I know they wont take any charge against bus conductor and driver because this time i got delayed. I apologize for that but that was not the way to behave to a customer and that too to a single lady at night in the middle of bus stand with lot of people around. It seems we should not raise our complaints against them as it provokes them to fight with us.

                                At last they dropped me at dharwad at 4.30am before 30 minutes of actual arrival time was 5am. When they can drive bus at high speed, all that fighting was not necessary rather they would have waited for sometime.

                                  Today around 7.15 am i was driving my qualis vehicle ka 23 p 4546 on bannerghatta road to forties hospital. Near bilekahalli in front of iim college, (Road is very narrow because of metro construction) the driver of ksrtc bus bearing regn. No. Ka-57-f-1826 (Airavat aclub class) over took my car from left side without giving any indication. Very narrow gap between my vehicle and the said bus. I stopped the bus and asked him why and what made to overtake in such dangerous manner he started complaining against my driving and when a passenger supported the driver, he (Driver) with conductor started shouting at me. Very sad. I would like to request to take suitable action against this staff and intimation of action is highly appreciated.

                                    The nanjangud bus stand was sifted to the new bus stand on the out skirts of the town. I would like to highlight the difficulties faced by the passanger:

                                    1. The new bus stand has not been concreted and there is dust when buses come & go. It is rainy season & very slushy.

                                    2. It was experimented few months back & found not viable due to poor response & loss incurred. The area is very lonely & causing difficulties to women folk, children & the elderly.

                                    3. Bus stand should cater to all people not only to devotees who actually board bus near the temple itself.

                                    4. People travelling are treated as prisoners who are forced to get down only at the new bus stand. The divisional controller was has ordered does not travel here.

                                    5. I think there is nexus between the ksrtc officials @ nanjangud and the auto who have started demanding exorbitantly.

                                    6. Every one is only cursing the officials of ksrtc for the illogical decision taken by the divisional controller. The old bus stand is located @ convenient spot which is centrally located to cater to residents, devotees & office goers.

                                    7. It is scary to go to the new bus stand when it is dark which is frequented by pick pockets, drunkards and other anti social elements.

                                    8. Was it not the duty of the officials of your esteemed organisation to analyse? It shows how decisions are taken & pathetic functioning of ksrtc @ nanjangud.

                                    9. People have to be treated with respect for travelling & tc's who come have no respect at all.

                                    10. The divisional controller has a lot of explaining to do & i hope the higher officials do a lot of damage control to minimize the hardships of the people & save money for the people.

                                    11. The buses have to stop at the old bus stand for residents & others.

                                    Ksrtc is a public service and not the private ownership of the divisional controller & other officials. I hope every thing is reverted back & things set right immediately.

                                      I am traveling from chintamani to bangalore in ka40 f 1328 bus number and its plying from chintamani-bangalore-tirupati and its chintamani depot bus when he started from chintamani he didnt said anything but once he reached indiranagar depot bus staff said to get down the bus and i asked y we need to get down we need to go majestic so bus condition is good u go to majestic but bus staff stopped the bus and demanded to go for other bus finally after so many discussions he arranged some on the way bus to majestic that bus coming from tirupati to mysore via bangalore it's a nagamangala depot bus after entering that bus i asked him to go towards corporation circle but conductor said we wont go and finally i get down in mysore bank and came back till corporation by walk with huge luggage so please warn bus staffs to cooperate with passengers and never repeat the mistakes like this and take necessary action against them...

                                        Respected md sir,

                                        I would like to report a inconvenience faced during journey on 30th july 2018 in a ksrtc bus. I was traveling in a ac sleeper from saligrama to bangalore (Bus number:ka193358, pnr: j[protected], bus broke down around 10:30pm. There was delay of more than 2hours to provide alternate bus (It was semi sleeper instead of sleeper) due to lack of communication between respective departments. Conductor did not pass the passenger details to the alternative bus, which caused lot of confusion and chaos. When i entered the alternative bus which was provided conductor told me that your pnr is not present here. You cannot sit in this bus. He threatened me, there will be complaint if you sit in this bus. Even i had a valid ticket it was created by pure miscommunication between the employees of that department. Being a woman passenger in the middle of the night when i can go? Was this type of service is expected from ksrtc? Many passengers were not allowed from previous bus because of irresponsibility of the conductors.

                                        I expecting stringent actions on the officials responsible for this. I will be taking up this issue to consumer court and mahila ayog.
