Departs at 4:30 PM from Hassan New Bus station.

The above mentioned bus had to give stop at NR Circle. Even though I showed my hand to give stop at the NR Circle station, the bus driver didn't stopped the bus.
Please take action against the driver.
I will be waiting for your your response.

    Today i. E on 28 august 2018, since morning 8.30 till 11 am there was not a single bus from belgaum to pune and no one in enquiry counter was aware about the delay.

    Had to reach early for an emergency but everything got messed up due to the delay.

    Its very frustrating standing with family for almost 3 hours and no one cares to explain.

    Need to understand why there is no proper communication among authorities if any such instance happen.

    The official behavior is so relax and calm they dont even care for people.

      I had submitted my bus pass application and approved ack copy from the my college and done the payment online

      But still i had not received the buss pass pls check and revert back as its almost 15 days over
      I had given mail to the consent dept but not getting proper reply from them
      So i am worried is it a fake online process.

      I m traveling from hallikhed K to humnabad from Karnataka state bus. Conductor. Is not accepted 10 rupee coin as a bus fair. I want to know why 10 rupee coin not accepted.

        ಈ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ವಿಷ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಪಟ್ಟಂತೆ BM ದಾಕ್ಷಾಯಿಣಿ 65 ವರ್ಷದ, ವಿದ್ಯಾ ನಗರ, ಸಿರಾ ವಾಸಿಯಾದ ನಾನು ಹೇಳುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ 26/08 /2018 ಸಂಜೆ ಸುಮಾರು 7 :30 ಕ್ಕೆ ತುಮಕೂರಿನಿಂದ ಸಿರಾ ಕಡೆ ಹೊರಡುವ ಬಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕಿಯ ಅನುಚಿತ ವರ್ತನೆ ಹೇಗಿತ್ತೆಂದರೆ ನನ್ನ 5 ವರ್ಷದ 10 ತಿಂಗಳ ಮೊಮ್ಮಗನಿಗೆ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಕೇಳಿದಳು, ನಾನು 6 ವರ್ಷದ ನಂತರ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದಕ್ಕೆ ನನಗೆ ಎಕಾ ಏಕಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ಎಂದು ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಸದೆ ಏಕ ವಚನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂದಿಸಿ, ಇಲ್ಲೇ ಇಳಿದುಕೊ ಎಂದು ಬಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಕತ್ತಲಲ್ಲಿ ನಡು ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಕೂಗಾಡಿ ರಂಪ ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತಾಳೆ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಲಕನು ಸಹಕರಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ, ನನ್ನ ಮೊಮ್ಮಗನಿಗೂ ನೀನು ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ಗೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಡ ಮನೆಗೆ ಇರು ಎಂದು ಬೆದರಿಸಿದಳು ನನ್ನ ಮೊಮ್ಮಗ ಕೂಡ ಅಳುತ್ತಾ ನಿಂತನು . ಕಡೆಗೆ ಸಹ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕಿಯ ವರ್ತನೆಗೆ ಶಪಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಳ್ಳಿ ಎಂದಾಗ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿ ಇದ್ದ Rs 50 /- ನೋಟನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಕೊಟ್ಟಳು, ನಾನು ಮಾನಸಿಕವಾಗಿ ಬಹಳ ನೊಂದುಕೊಂಡು ಹಾಗು ವಯೋಸಹಜವಾಗಿ ಕಣ್ಣು ಕಾಣದ್ದರಿಂದ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಅನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ 50 ರುಪಾಯಿಗೆ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀಯಾ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಣ್ಣು ಕಾಣುವುದಿಲ್ಲವಾ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ ನೋಡಿಕೋ ಎಂದು ಅಂದಳು . ನಾನು ಸುಮ್ಮನಾಗಿ ಮನೆಗೆ ಬಂದು ನನ್ನ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ನೋಡಿದರೆ ಅದು 30 ರುಪಾಯಿಯ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಆಗಿದೆ, 30 ರುಪಾಯಿಯ(Rs 30/-) ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಕೊಟ್ಟು 50 ರೂಪಾಯಿ (Rs 50/-) ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ನನಗೂ ನನ್ನ ಮೊಮ್ಮಗನಿಗೂ ಮಾನಸಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹಿಂಸೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟು, ಎಲ್ಲರೆದುರು ಅವಮಾನ ಮಾಡಿ, ಮೋಸ ಮಾಡಿ, ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೂ ನಷ್ಟ ಉಂಟು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾಳೆ, ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಇಂತಹವರ ವರ್ತನೆಯಿಂದ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೂ, ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೂ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ನಷ್ಟವುಂಟಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಇವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ವಿನಂತಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ .

          Regarding the above mentioned subject i dakshayini bm, aged about 65 years, residing in vidya nagar, sira (T), tumkur (D) explaining here the rude behaviour of conductor and driver. When conductor asked me to take the ticket for my 5 year 10 months old grandson i have told her ticket applicable after 6 year completion but suddenly she has started abusing me without considering my age and senior citizenship, and she has told to driver to stop the bus and to get down us from bus and driver stopped the bus the place was dark and it was middle of road, but after seeing her rude behaviour co-passengers told me to take ticket suddenly she picked forcefully the rs 50/- currency note from my hand and given ticket. I have asked her is the ticket amount right? She has replied by abusing me are you blind? I have given right check it out. And she also scolded my grandson don’t go to school be in home so he was started for crying. When i have come to home and saw the ticket issued it was rs 30/- but she has taken rs 50/- in this way she has insulted, mischief, cheated and made loss to the ksrtc.
          So here i am requesting you that please take the necessary action against them because of this type of staff it is bad name and also loss to ksrtc.

          I have started my journey from Ramdurg to Dharwad in at 9.30 26 Aug 2018 Jamakadi depot bus Jamakadi - Dharwad it took me to 3 hours to reach Dharwad.

            1. ರಾತ್ರಿ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತುಂಬಾ ದೂರದಿಂದ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸಿದವರಿಗೆ request stop (10 p. M-4 am) allow ಮಾಡುವುದು
            2. ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕರು ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ನೀಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆ ನೀಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸೌಜನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ವರ್ತಿಸುವಂತೆ ತರಬೇತಿ /ಶಿಸ್ತಿನ ನಿಯಮ ಪಾಲನೆ ಮಾಡಿಸುವುದು
            3. ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರಿಗೆ ನಿಗಧಿತ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಬಸ್ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು

              Bus is scheduled to from 22.45 at laxmeshwar. But it reached at 11.30 for pickup.

              Morning bangalore it was supposed to reach at 6 am at bangalore teriminal. But it reached at 7.30 am. I have office in morning if such delay of 1 n half is there. It is shameful of ksrtc services. Please start bullcart services inside. Return my money in case of reach time n pick up time is compromised as a penalty.

              Shame n useless ksrtc services. 788 rs waste of money.

              Take strict action before i rise this complaint to next level or media.

                The following journey is missed because of conductor's carelessness:

                Bus was @21.30 from thirthahalli. Bus started at the specified time. But did not send bus number on time. They have sent details @21.49

                  Ksrtc bus no. Ka57f1644 from chennai to bangalore on 26-08-16 pick up time 6:02 hrs kmbd bus stand chennai, pnr no j71942460 didnt drop to majestic. They dropped only to shanthi nagar bus stand saying that was the last stop. There were 2 other persons and we were arguing but the bus driver and the conductor didn't agree. I hope you should take strict actions against the bus driver and the conductor.

                    Hi sir/madam,

                    Every time airavat bus # ka 01f 8471 arriving late in ksrtc ganesh temple. This bus was boarding from bangalore to chennai. Bus suppose to reach the boarding point max by 11:30pm.

                    It's not satisfactory and sleepless journey.
                    Please check and do the needful.

                    This bus from chennai to bengaluru arrived at right time. Why always from bengaluru to chennai journey took more time?

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      We have booked a travel from bangalore to shimoga journey date on 08/06/2018, departure time:23:04 for rajahamsa. Our grand pa was passed away due to heart attack. I have called and informed ksrtc about this immediately around 22:30 to cancel the travel after we hear the death news. But they didn't refund the amount nor provided another date to travel. I worte them many emails. I told them this is a valid reason and l can submit the death certificate and please give me another date to travel, also l can travel in any type of bus which charges less than what l paid. But still they didn't provide. They didn't respond to the last question l asked in the email too.

                      They don't loose anything, anyway they travel empty. But l lost my money. Please get me refund or another date to travel on ksrtc bus. Thank you!!

                        I was travelling from nellore to Bangalore on 19-08-18 in airavat bus, when I got down near Kolar at morning 4.30..my luggage bag got misplaced with other bag.. My bag was brown color, and the bag I got belongs to some girl and she is preparing for ielts exam, her studying material is also in bag only, and I couldn't upload the bag pic because it is nt getting uploaded and I don't have any source to contact them..my contact number is [protected]
                        We have booked bus from chitradurga to Bangalore bus is from sandur depot. It was supposed to be in chitradurga at 11.30pm. it's 12.50am bus has not arrived. Bus number is KA 35 F 399. If we call them they are saying it will take 30 mins more. Fed up of waiting.

                          Since i am traveling from gulbaraga to lingasugur my bus has stopped 10 min at shahapur new bustand, i went for purchasing mountain dew at vender sre venkateshwara cold drings and generals new bustand shapur, he was charged me 25 rs, since price of mountain dew small is 18 r/s and he wants 7 r/s as cooling charges, i have questioned him fir taking extra 7 r/s, he was nit ready to give and arguing with me for the same, he has started using abusing worlds on me, i have informed the the bus controller who is working at ksrtc, kindly look in to the matter and call me back.

                              Dear sir,

                              To bring it to your kind notice,

                              Bus no ka 21 f 0042 which belongs to dharmastala depot has lot of cockroaches and bed bugs in almost every seats.

                              This caused disturbed sleep and now the cockroaches and bedbugs have infested my newly built house.

                              Will be raising complaint in consumer court against ksrtc and request you to get pest control done on every bus to avoid passenger discomfort.

                                I have booked 2 tickets in ksrtc on tuesday 14th of august 2018, have noticed that the amount got debited without any confirmation of booking.

                                Request you to kindly refund the amount.
                                This is my ob reference number ob32626619.

                                I request to take immediate actions for this issue which would be helpful for my upcoming cordial relations with ksrtc

                                    Respected sir, we are the passengers of chitradurga.. On 15/8/2018, we travelled from tumkur to chitradurga in ksrtc ka-28f 2251 bus.. We reached chitradurga at 11pm and we requested the stop at donehalli cross.. And most of the r giving request stop at the above mentioned place..in return, the driver was shouted at us very rudely.. We are not satisfied with his anti-traffic rules, rash driving.. Kindly sir we are requesting you to enquire him and take action against him.. Thanking you.. We hope for positive feedback result..

                                      Rude behavior of conductor to passengers with abusing words. Please take action against him
                                      We don't have details about him but I have ticket issued when I traveled at that bus. Kindly requesting to concerned department to take action otherwise I will made issued big.

                                        This mail is in regard with the refund of the amount that has been made but ticket has not been booked during the transaction due to some server error. It was informed that the amount will be credited within 7 working days. And it is been 9 working days and the refund has not happened yet.
