I have booked one ticket through KSRTC Online booking, but the transaction got failed two times and my money got deducted from credit card of Rs.2096/-. I had given complaint to ksrtc online refund department. Online transaction reference number is OB32097689, OB32098030, OB32098287, OB32098404, OB32098583, OB32098814, OB32098949, OB32099823, OB32103364, OB32103754, Date of booking is 06/07/2018. Almost 10 days...

Drivers of all Airavatha Club class, Diamond class etc. are stopping vehicles for tiffin, lunch n dinner in Nandi Food Plaza which is situated in between Bangarupalyam and Chittoor. The quality of the food is not at all good in the said hotel. Even the attenders in the said hotel are not cooperative. If we ask the Drivers, they will say that KSRTC has entered into a contract along with the said hotel and they have to stop the vehicle there...

Dear sir\madam..i was travelling for iravata one stop drive is stop for lunch in bangarupalya.hotel name nandi food plaza but that hotel very very warste food and very cost of food.food is no taste very bad test.plz consider this compaint and take action all customer is telling very bad food and heavy cost plz change the hotel place and give normal food hotel.this is our request.dont give hotel like that nandi food plaza hotel..do the need...

I booked a sleeper seat from Kasargod to Bangalore with followong details - ksrtc

KSRTC Bus : PNR :J71179529, Journey Date :08-Jul-2018 21:00, Trip Code :2100KSGBNG, Bus Number :f 840, Depot :BENGALURU 1 and Seat number is 16.

This sleeper seat was dirty with full of snacks on it and smelling badly. No one clean the sleeper bed side.

As a tourist, traveling from Harapanahalli to Hadagli boarded a local govt bus.
Whereas, observed that conductor was over drunk and arguing/using abusive words with each and every passenger in the bus around 4.00PM on 5th July 2018. Also he was not issuing tickets by collecting money.
Requesting govt to take serious action on this issue.

I am traveling from bangalore to hubli on 04/07/2018 in airavath bus departure from bangalore at 4.00pm this bus is running from bangalore to pune with bus no ka 57 f 3594 they dropping hubli passengers in hubli bypass road at 11 :30 pm which is for away from hubli main bus stand even passengers request him to drop to hubli main bus stand passengers are woman, and small children he is arguing with passengers that their bus is not going to...

Yesterday night bus 23:30 Airavat Mysore to Manipal. The conductor 'Anthony' was drunk. When I asked him why he was traveling after consuming liquor, he was challenging me to come to the police station and complain.

Management please take note of this aspect.

Anthony was very arrogant in his talk and was not willing to even understand what I was trying to tell. The bus staff whether driver or conductor are not...

Whenever the fare is 19, 29, 53 while travelling in government buses. Conductor never give change they say i dont have change.All the locality has the same issue, just think if they take one rupee from 100 people they are making 100 rupees daily.This is a very small thing which we traveller generally avoid but govt needs to take action in this area...

Today at around 3:30pm i boarded 500d bus no: ka-01-f-9299 in silk board. I had asked for the ticket to banashankari which costs 15rs. I had 20rs but was not having 5rs change. Conductor asked me to get the change. And left. After sometime he had come back and i saw him taking coins from others. I am not getting public utility service which k. S. R. T. C is supposed to give to commuters travelling from fortkochi to eramallur, thuravoor n cherthala because all the shuttle services end or start from thoppumpady. I have to commute by two buses for a distance of 4kms gap from fort kochi to get to travel to above mentioned places upto cherthala. This is poor service for daily commuters from morning7am to 9.15am n evening 5pm to 9. 30pm....

Generally prefer kstrc for travelling for your service and safety.
Keeping this in mind we choose ksrtc again for tirupati package but we had very bad experience with this particular package.
Food was pathetic either the breakfast or lunch and the hotel was equally bad, very unhygienic. Public toilets are far better than this hotel washrooms.
Accommodation given for very limited time (Just 45 min) which was worse again...

I was travelling from tumkur to bangalore via ksrtc ka06f905 nonstop/flyover catch bus on yesterday night (24/06/2018 b/w 9pm-10:40pm), one of passenger took ticket till tollgate stop and he was about to step down next to that, hardly 2 km next to tollgate stop..
Conductor started arguing with him and demanding to take ticket next stage, looks like passenger don't have enough money or not intended.. Conductor picked passenger mobile...

I booked for bengaluru to gudalur
Pnr j70916517, bus had to depart at 6:18am but no information till 6:35 checked with email enquiry informed bus is under repair it will be late, every time its 10mins it will come. The way the person informed is not the way to inform was rude to state you need to wait no other choice. Will there be any action taken...

I have a great pride in ksrtc bus service but last trip was very disappointing, i felt suffocation inside the bus when the bus was coming down the hill due to breaking of the tyres.. Hope this doesn't turns out to be life threatening when older passenger are inside the bus. It's a serious warning signs as the passenger chamber is not completely closed from external environment.. Very rude behavior from ksrtc bus staff on handling this issue...

I have booked a ladies seat but the crew made one men to sit beside to me. Either dont give that option or provide correct facilities. Really this is very ridiculous.

Gundlupet to mysore route ordinary bus not go to nanjangud bus stand. They directly go to musore without go to the nanjangud bus stand. Customers go to stond throug auto or by walk. It is far from hullhalli circle. Customers paid more than the bus fare to auto to reach bus stand. It is problems for customs. These days many bus gave these problem to customer.

I was travelling with my mother by ka 23-f 953 bus from dharwad to gokak at 4.40 pm. My mother is senior citizen. She had not carried her adhar card. I had her adhar card downloaded from internet on my phone. I shown this to bus conductor. He refused to accept the adhar card from phone which had her picture and all details like original.
I requested him. My mother also looked old. I m disappointed with his behaviour. Rules are there...
