@ksrtc_karnataka as i am government servant and have monthly pass vijaypur district muddebihal depot bus number ka 28 f 2372 travelling from vijaypur to muddebihal on 26/05/2018 at 7.30 am the conductor of the bus denied to allow monthly pass as it was not allowed because the bus was nonstop but on the pass itself is written that pass was issued for non stop and express buses but still the conductor not allowed the pass, so concerned officers plz take necessary action.

    I had booked a airavat club class ticket for trc Bangalore 9 PM bus for my wife Lakshmi M.
    At 9 PM one Ernakulam Bangalore Airavat club class bus had come at KSRTC bus stand, Thrissur. As there were no message notifications to registered mobile number I tried to talk to the conductor by saying "Excuse Me", after I said 2 times he shouted and verbally abused us shooed us away from there as he was irritatedly checking the passenger details while the conductor was not found anywhere.
    Please explain how to trust such people who are driving the bus we opt for travelling. We are frequent travellers and travel to and fro every week to Bangalore.
    Such drivers should be penalised and punished as part of good governance.

      Sir i boarded ksrtc bus at shivamogga at 18.49.52 on 16.5.18 no. 010941 and was to alight at tumakuru bus stand. When bus moved without touching bus stand, i collected my baggage hurriedly and rushed to door requesting the crew to stop the bus. The conductor in humanly at the add hour started argument as if he is ever right and the commuters always wrong continued over carrying me. Realising no chance of bus stopping, i returned to seat politely informing i am not going to buy ticket for the over carried journey. After the bus moved about 4 kms the bus ws stopped. Luckily i got an auto and reached home safely just now. Pl advise crew to behave humanly. Good night.

      I booked ticket to shivmoga, departure time is 22.05 at Jalahalli cross pick up point, now it's 1.00 am. Still I am waiting, is there is no timing for bus... ???

        I cancelled two tickets from bangalore international airport to mysore on 2/5/18. And i was to receive a refund of rs. 395 on each of two tickets within 7 working days. But the refund has still not been credited, i also reached out their customer care and they are saying that the refund has been processed. But i have confirmed with the bank and they say they have not not received any refund under my account.

        Traveling Bagewadi to Nidagundi via Hangari it daily first was 45 minutes late so later all trips r becoming 45 minutes late it is big headache for traveling to duty daily ...so please as early as possible solve this problem...

          On 12-may-2018, friday vehicle (Bus) number ka 42 f 2124 had left from magadi to bangalore at 5.40pm. The conductor of the above said bus had been shouting and abusing the passengers. He did not listen to passengers destination details properly and he himself assumed and issued tickets to most of the passengers to a particular aligting point. Passengers whose journey upto the bus service destination were forced to avail fresh tickets. Its passengers responsibility to avail tickets for which everybody will oblige. We were threatened that he push us outside the bus. This kindly o[censored]nruly behaviour of crew members are not acceptable. At majestic bus station this was notified to depot manager but in vain as he supported his staff members.
          Due to bad behaviour of crew people the organisation name is let down.

            Boarding time for rajhamsa bus at laxmeshwar is 10.05 pm. But bus is not arrived even after 11 pm.

            Is it free government bus provided or wat?. No timings for it. I prebooked it and horrified to see bus coming like for marriage and it is reaching bangalore 40 - 60 mins late. Which is causing problem for working professional who have to go to their jobs in morning.

            Take strict action against bus authority and mantain proper timings to avoid inconvenience to passengers.

            How it is resolved within 2 mins of raising the problem request . Reopen it and take necessary action against concern department to solve issue .
            Conductor is so irresponsible writing the change in ticket and not providing the change, we have to demand him for change even if it's 9 rupees ticket he is not providing 1 rupee change so even behavior is very rude please look into the matter its a regular issue which is occuring

            I regret you to inform that there is no buses in Hassan to DHARMASTALA on elections day.we are around 60 people's who are waiting for the bus from past 1 hours.if this is the case none of the 60 people's can cast their votes today.

              As i m traveling in ksrtc bjp to hyderabad rajahamsa executive bus. Bus no 2314. I just asked conductor to switch off the lights at 1.46 am politely. He suddenly raised his voice & arguing with me as i know when to switch off the lights u don't need me to teach. Please kindly take necessary action against the conductor. He should be taught with some disciplines & talking manner towards customer.

                Davanagere to mandya has not given stop in kodi circle tiptur. Bus was free for standing, there was not much passengers also inside the bus then also bus not given stop and not allowed passengers to on board to bus in tiptur.

                Kindly take neccneces actions against bus driver and conductor.

                The above mentioned bus number KA 40 F 1421. The driver is driving very rashly.. Please take immediate action.
                If no action taken immediately this driver will surely hit someone.

                  We are traveling from iti main gate bangalore to kolar in the bus number ka 07 f 1714 at 12-may -2018. Even we told the conductor as child is about 4 and half years age, he has taken the half ticket for him.

                  We asked him to give acknowledgment about his misleading of consumer's by taking money with-out informing of taking half charge.

                  Please provide the refund of rs 30/- as i paid as half charge for my kid.

                    There is no bus from gadag to laxmeshwar after 8.45 pm.

                    It looks so nonsense of transportation department not having single bus after 8.45 pm from gadag to laxmeshwar.

                    Rajhamsa bus at 9.30 will be booked. No seats for ordinary people.

                    I am tax payer, paying tax from my end. Make sure you ksrtc transportation department provide at least two buses at 9.30 and 10 pm. So that people coming from train and other people can go safely to their hometown.

                    If transportation department have shame and duty responsibility. Act on public issues and problems.

                      Ksrtc corona ac sleeper bus bearing no. F-1739 scheduled departure at 10.30 p. M on march 10, 2018 from hosapete to bangalore was not fit for travel. The said bus had a malfunction in the air condition leading to seepage of water to the sleeper coaches. Further, the wiper situated to assist the driver for safe driving during heavy rains was also not in proper working condition. Owing to the above mentioned reason there was a delay in reaching the destination on time. Therefore, the obligation of providing air condition facility and safe journey bestowed upon the concerned transport authorities have necessarily failed. Hence, the ticket fare should be refunded and also damages.

                        I am a working women commuting daily in KSRTC bus from Bangalore to Kanakpura. Today at arround 5.45 pm, i boarded into KA 57 F 2771 KSRTC bus from Kanakpura. I managed to get a back seat just next to the window seat(usually conductor sits on the window seat). Suddenly the conductor got inside the bus and told me to get up as he will come to sit there after issuing tickets. Then I told him that, I am not sitting in his seat. Again he told that, already the seat next to him is reserved by someone else. I was astonished on hearing that, as there is no reservation system in that particular bus.
                        Soon the person to whom the seat was reserved came and he and the conductor forced me to get up. Later I realised that the conductor has reserved the seat for his friend.
                        I am travelling to kanakpura since 2014. This is the first time I got such a bad experience from KSRTC staffs.
                        Kindly take action against the bus conductor as he misbehaved with me by making me stand up forcefully from my seat for his friend who is a male.

                        The conductor's and his friend's photo is attatched herewith for your reference. He was not wearing his ID.
                        Thus bus driver and conductors are ridiculous, bad mannered! I am sure your complaint went unnoticed... Because Govt. Employees does no mistakes and cannot be fined, only common people are under all rules & regulations... Shame!

                          As i am traveling from mysore to kushalnagar i have noticed a conductor who behaves rudely and charges extra money from the passenger for there bags. Not only that but also he doesn’t even return the change. At metropol station near mysore railways station he picks up luggage from unknown people and runs a delivery business for husband own benefits by charging them. Therefore i request who so ever is recruiting people like this should thoroughly take action so that the general public won’t face such issues while traveling looking forward for quick actions.

                              Rash draving workout stopping in bus stand very irresponsible please take action bus no: 373971 h01623 a[protected]N it's express from raichure to davangere raichure depot bus it is in evening 6 pm in davangere riching time please find bus and take action conductore behaviour is not good is not visual and not seen at the door he is seating some where not looking towards door in bus stops if something is happening any passenger is going to die because not stoping currently in bus stops

                                Most of the long route buses stop at unhygienic places where food is charged double the rates and hotel loot the travelers to pay ksrtc officials as commissions. Buses are stoped at third calss hotels where hotel employee are rude, over charged, sell above mrp. But still no one care about. So requesting all the transpost authority and transport ministry to look in to this matter, mainly national highway, even msrtc, aprtc are same

                                  I have taken the bus from Infosys Mysore campus today(3/5/18-6pm) in 119 bus. I have seated in the front row of the bus. In the next stop itself the checker came and ask for ticket. The conductor did not see us.Not only me some other ladies(3 ladies) also did not have ticket. There are two checkers.They start to scolded, cursed, blackmailed, cursed, insulted and argued to give the money to them.we are ladies and we can't do anything. No one came for help.The conductor also tell about the situation.He told he didn't saw us. And the checker also came at the next stop itself.Please take some action.please tell is any mistake is my side. I have given 80 Rs as penalty. both the checkers are very arrogant and both stand very near to us and asking for money.I didn't do any mistake. Not myself only there are 3 other ladies didn't have the tickets because the conductor didn't come to our side. Please find the attached of penalty copy.

                                    I am traveling from Davangere to hubli at 4 30 in the morning the bus number is Ka 07 f 1811 as i was sitting next to driver seat conductor is rudely speaking to sit in some other seat. Der was no seat to sit also. There was only seat but i was not comfortable. I asked the conductor what is the problem sitting on that seat he replied rudely that he want to sleep in in full 4 seater. According to my knowledge conductor ll only get a seat to sit not to sleep. I paid money for the ticket he can't tell me Wer I have to sit. And he is not supposed to sleep by making other passengers to suffer. I request ksrtc to take proper action and ensure it should not happen again

                                        I was travelling in a 378 route bus from neeladri road to infosys office on 25th april, 2018. The bus was full of people and i was standing at the front gate. The conductor was coming from backside of the bus and i was about to take my ticket when two policemen got up on the bus from wipro gate bus stop, took the ticket vending machine from the conductor and started checking the tickets.

                                        Since i was about to take to take the ticket, i did not have the ticket while they were checking the same, they started asking me to pay a penalty of rs. 250.

                                        I explained them that i had just got up on the bus and was about to take the ticket when they had started checking and i have not got down of the bus without a ticket so i should not be demanded the penalty. But they were not ready to listen anything.

                                        My grievance is that when i have not got down the bus without a ticket and was about to take it (Because i have just got up on the bus) when suddenly these people come and check then where am i at fault?
                                        We ask Question for concern person requested stop is their or not in TB Circle, if is their why buses not stop regularlly in morning time. daily so much time consumed for waiting and irrition, please take the action, is not only my complaint .
                                        I am not able to receive sms confirmation from KSRTC on my airtel mobile number for the last 2 months. I however do get the mail. I had activated DND much before that and used to get SMS instantly on booking. For some other reason I am not getting SMS since last 2 months...
