Route: city bus stand - l&t
Conductor of this bus uses abusive language if passengers are unable to deliver exact change. He keeps shouting at them till they get down from the bus. I travel frequently in this bus and have noticed this inappropriate behavior multiple times. Please take appropriate action against the conductor.
Identification - conductor wears thick lens spectacles.

    Some students bought tickets to go till manipal. But the tickets were with their teacher. The conductor knew about this. But, the teacher got down in udupi. Immediately after she got down, the conductor asked them for their tickets, irrespective of knowing that it's with the teacher. He immediately stopped the bus and asked them to get down in a rude way. This was shocking and very sad. That is not how you behave with your passengers.
    Now the students have to get their money back. He can't keep the extra money and not drop them to their destination.
    That's completely unfair.

      I'm student and studying at aps engg college, somanahalli, kanakapura road, bangalore... So many busses not stopped at college stop.. Every busses go rash and not stopped... We r worried for this... Because of this takes long time to reach home... And so many times we complaints but no use,, only one bus stops at 20 busses.. Please take serious action... Thank you..

        I had booked a ticket and travelled in in your fly bus number ka 57 f 2886 (Scheduled from manipal to bangalore international airport) from suratkal to kempegowda bus station, bangalore on november 8, 2018 vide pnr:j73273655 with trip code 1900cdpbial. As per the message received, the mobile number of the crew is [protected]. The scheduled departure from suratkal was 20.45.
        I am senior citizen of 62 years of age travelled along with wife. I am a regular traveler in your bus since 40 years and have a high regard with the organization particularly with regard to punctuality and contingency plan. However, i had to share my displeasure meted out by your crew and also pecuniary loss suffered because of irresponsible and ill-informed crew members of that particular vehicle.
        1. Though the scheduled departure of the bus was 20.45, the bus reached the stop late by well over 25 minutes. Addition to that the crew members stopped in a different place away from the regular bus stop causing inconvenience.
        2. Finally, as bolt form the blue, to my dismay your crew members refused entry to me to the bus as i was carrying a small can of coconut oil. I used to carry the oil in my earlier trips also and nobody had refused so far. When i told him that this being edible oil and not in the banned list as per the ksrtc web site, the arrogant crew members blatantly said that you have to disembark or keep the oil out and get in to the bus. As i had to reach bangalore, i had no alternative solution and therefore i left the can in the road side and travelled in the bus. When i told him that i will make a complaint he replied that i can complaint with anybody, and i have the instructions for not to allow but do not have the documentary evidence. Because i left my can of coconut oil on the road side, i suffered a loss of rs. 2000/- being the cost of oil.
        3. Therefore, i request you to give clear written instructions to your crew members and compensate me for the pecuniary loss suffered by me.

          The bus which starts at 8.30 from bangalore to calicut shows reaching time as 1.30 at sulthan bathery. But the fact is that it holds two times as one hour in mysore and 20 minutes in gundlepet. What is the sense behind stopping frequently at two places for? It takes more time and never reach the destination on mentioned time. Which makes at most difficulty to the pasenger. Neither i nor i will suggest a person to travel in thus bus

            Hi, i have send an email to '[protected]@ksrtc.org' regarding my refund amount for failed transaction but no response. I called the account team but no one picking up the call. I called call center multiple times but couldn’t able to talk to any one as it always says all the customer care representatives are busy attending others.

            I have booked the ticket online as a guest user.
            Transaction got failed but amount got deducted from bank account.
            Here are the details. Online transaction reference no: ob33821351

            Transaction date: 25 th october 2018

            Even after 7 working days this amount is not refunded to my account. Please do the needful to revert the money,

                I booked a seat in the Karnataka ksrtc bus from Kottayam to Bengaluru. When I booked the ticket, there were only 2 window seats. I booked seat no. 44 on the left which was just in front of the back row . When I boarded the bus I see that seat 44 is the seat in the back row next to window seat. The bus conductor has no information. What happened? Don't you think passengers should be kept informed about such changes?

                  I travelled from panaji to hubli on 4th nov in rajahamsa 230pm bus and reached hubli around 715 and found out that the bag (With name mysore tarpaulins on it) which i had kept in luggage compartment (Backside) of the bus was missing. Conductor had no clue who took it. He called few people and said he cannot help more.
                  Kindly make sure to mark the bags with seat number or name and give it to right person at the end point.

                    This complaint is regarding the bus conductor in the bus ka-57-f-2023.
                    This bus's destination is bypanahalli metro. But it takes different according to the drivers mood. When i asked the conductor will it go via my destination he said no, and i had to get down half way, but later it went through that place only in front of me. My concern is why is it taking different route. And why is the conductor giving wrong information. The passengers usually have complaint on this.

                      Hi i m writing regarding driver behavior when i asked bus to stop @kit hassan circle in tiptur @2.00am. I have seen all government buses stop at kit college. When i asked whatever wordings he said is not acceptable. He said if something happens he will be responsible they will ask him. What that means he s sure that something will happen if only ladies travel in night. He would have said it's too late we will stop @bus stand. Instead of that whatever wordings he used is wrong. See only ladies traveling means as per convenient they stop bus? If i thought to take bus since bus stop s near my house, then they won't stop what will alternative arrangements i will make suddenly. Lf something happens that time can i held driver as responsible?
                      Either bus stops should be defined properly or they should inform before when we ask.in my cases both didn't happend and driver behavior s not correct.

                        I tried online booking for the airavath bus (Route: bangalore to shimoga bus
                        Timmings: 7.30 am bus
                        On date: 18-oct-2018)

                        Amount got detected but ticket not booked. I did twice and lost 1100rs. Below are the transaction reference numbers.

                        Ksrtc team not even receiving the call as well as no reply for mail. It’s about 15 working days, still i didn’t get my amount 1100 rs. Please do the needful sir.

                        Conductors are not issuing any tickets for short distance between city bus stand to vibrant bus stop, 303 and 307 buses.
                        Most of the people travel between metagalli to vikrant but due to short distance they don't give tickets so requesting u all to audit this route

Conductor speaking abuse word to me to off the phone why i should off the phone it is my phone and it's my money, i don't like to speak with him so only i am giving a letter to the government, bus no ka.53 f.008 kindly teach him how to speak to passager

                            I've been using the volvo from byapanalli metro station to vydehi ttmc for quite a while but every time the ticket is charged from swami vivekananda metro and extra money has to be paid. The conductor when confronted gave 2 options pay extra or leave and get another bus. It's not just a single bus that does this, it's the common con committed by every conductor on that route
                            Hi, there are very less busses from kollegala to Bangalore in early morning (4:30-5am) via maddur . Even though busses are allocated some times busses will come but not all the time. Hence people will be waiting in hopes it will come. Can you please look into it. If not every day can you provide more busses on Mondays ?

                              I am lvr satya prasad working in hpcl in mangalore. On 28.10.2018, m at around 1330 hrs, there was karnataka sarige bus passing on mangalore hassan road near kadaba/ subramanya road turn overtakes a biker very rudely and rashly because of which my vehicle maruti baleno had to be taken off-road to road shoulder thereby vehicle undercarriage hits the road. I felt that ksrtc should arrange safety classes for improving the road safety.
                              Unfortunately i could not capture vehicle number because our vehicle about met with an accident leaves only damage to vehcile.

                              I urge your goodsleves to take necessary action on all those drivers.

                              Service is not proper, toilets are not clean, service is very late, if we ask once the items ll been given latelywo
                              Booked 6:30 bus from Bangalore to Thirupathi but din't arrive on time. On being asked from enquiry centre no proper response is being received. Still waiting at majestic. No alternative has been provided. What kind of service is this. Booked TTD darshan ticket as well in advance. Not able to cancel the bus as well.

                                I booked bus ticket for my sister from bangalore to mangalore on 25th oct '18 - pnr - j[protected] passenger name - lavanya

                                But unfortunately not able to cancel the ticket at last movement. I have inquired bus conductor regarding this. He said he will mark n. T. (Not traveled) in-front of the pnr no.in the travel list. So i can cancel and get the refund. But i am not able to cancel the ticket. Kindly help.

                                  Respected sir/madam,
                                  Myself dr. Ashwin a passenger from mangalore to kasargod met with a situation when i was about to sit on a seat where something was written in kannada which i couldn't read. It was a ladies reserved seat told by the conductor.
                                  If it was written also in malayalam or at least in english language i could have read that. So i request you to take necessary action for mentioning the reservations in english language also in the interstate buses as the other state people won't be knowing kannada. As per my knowledge karnataka srtc is the best and ranked first government transport corporation in india.
                                  So expecting your action and reply as early as possible.

                                    In signal he is over taking from left side to turn right and he would have crushed me in the divider. You can check in cctv footage of signal. Location mulgund naka gadag city. When i chased and stopped him near old d c office circle. He tried to attack me. And used very abusive language. I said him i will complaint against you. He said yen kitkonti kisko hogo nan magane. Ksrtc nand driver said. I urge concern officer to take proper action against that driver. Photos are uploaded. Incident accurate time 3.35 pm around please check cctv footage of mulgund naka signal. Date 27/10/2018

                                      Hello,
                                      i have booked bus tickets from vijayawada to bangalore using www.ksrtc.in online booking and journey date is on[protected]. After seat selection and payment is also done. the amount was debited from my account ( payment done ) but i dint get the booking confirmation. i have booked 3 tickets.
                                      later i got a mail regarding the tickets as transaction reference number and total ticket amount of 3969 thats all
                                      please check this and let me know regarding the status and refund

                                        I had booked my flybus ticket twice on ksrtc website and each time after payment it displayed technical error and did not process the ticket and twice the amount was deducted from my account. Totally 1600 is deducted from the account. I hope you will do the refund soon.
