I have booked ac sleeper bus from hubli to raichur, journey scheduled on 17thapr2018. I have received a message that bus has been cancelled as below, with out stating the reason.

Service cancellation alert: ksrtc regrets to inform you that for journey date:17-apr-2018 21:59 tripcode 2159hblrch with pnr:h69625819 is cancelled. Inconvenience regretted.

You do not have the courtesy to make phone call regarding the cancellation. When we cancel the bus u deduct the amount. Same should be applicable to u also. U have to compensate me the u r cancelation charges in addition to my regular booking amount. Other wise i will raise the issue to ministry of road transport.

    On 14/4/2018,. Bus no ka28-f2315 departing at 19.47 from bangalore to bijapur bus seat no 1 is booked single lady & rittenhouse as female 3day advance ticket. But before departure your counter gentle man booked seat no 2 on the bus for boy. What a beautiful administration system in ksrtc.
    Being a he means who sit on booking counter should take care that what is other passenger position whether that is male or female before going to book a another ticket, it is totally negligence of your staff. You finish him for wrong act.

      I was travelling from calicut to bangalore yesterday 15april 2018
      Ksrtc bus : pnr :j69704441, journey date :15-apr-2018 22:15, trip code :2215kzkbng, bus number :f-9151, depot :bengaluru 2, crew mobile no:[protected]. Happy journey.

      Driver took us for 50km from calicut and went to a wrong route.. Went to tirunelku temple side..in between the bus couldn't turn due to poor road and broke mudguard.. Lateron the side glass where passengers were sitting broke as it hit a tree... Took a lot of time to take this bus to reroute. All passengers got outside and were directing. When we reached bangalore it was 11am. 4 hrs late..
      I donno why kstrc is keeping such drivers who has no clue about the routes.. It's such a waste of money and time of the customers..

        Iam traveling last 15 years your bus. Today l requested to driver for stop deepnjalinagar lam coming from kozhikode he very loudly tell me who blasted give you stop here and conductor pull me back. I choosing ksrtc because friendly and smooth journey. But he was very rough.

          Respected sir /madam
          I had try to book ticket from bangalore to coimbatore on 12/4/2018 around 8am to 8:20am.. There had send a reference no i have been attached ref no (Ob[protected].
          Payment was also made through online but amt have been deducted,, but not received confirmation of ticket and i rechecked again but that seat had not booked. Pls conformed that seat with ref no or refund the payment which have been deducted of 650rs

            My wife was travelling from cbi road to dinnur road he was misbehaving in the bus by asking name & number trying to catch her hand was asking were do you stay tell ill drop till door step were do you work or study tell me your number ill save it right now we will chat full night i like you every one was staring on my wife she was shivering & was so embarrassment at bus was crying while coming from bus stop to home my request is to take action on him its really very much serious bus number is

              Pnr no. J69582524 journey from shringeri to bangalore. When the bus stopped for the lunch. He told that he will give break for 30 minutes for lunch. And he as moved the bus in 10-12 minutes. After when my sister called he is saying that u come and join the next stop in belur stop i can wait at that stop. What type of employment our government as appointed these ksrtc guys. These persons are uneducated fools and don't know the value of the human being.

                My mother has BP and Sugar too. My mother was travelling from Mangalore to Bangalore from Mangalore Depot at 10pm at April 7th 2018, in non-AC sleeper, the conductors name is Avinash (ph: [protected]). The bus was not operational at 4am as it had technical issues near to KushalNagar. My mother was asked to board a volvo KSRTC by the conductor, she forgot her pursue in the damaged bus which had the ticket and mobile phone. The volvo conductor was not ready to take my mother further as he asked for the ticket, He dropped her in middle of nowhere even if she pleaded that she would give him the money once she reaches Bangalore. In the middle of night she traveled back to kushalnagar and met the KSRTC-TC of KUSHALNAGAR. He refused to help her even though he could have checked the logs for bookings and helped her. Then my mother asked money around in station and one angel MR. Razaaq agreed to help, and lended her 300 rupees and she ended up in bangalore.
                When she didnt reach on time I contacted the conductor and then the TC of kushalnagar (ph:[protected]) . The TC said she met me and I asked her to aboard a bus. The TC said lies that he helped her and she deliberated got down from the Volvo bus but instead she was forced and He didnt help her. He kept lying to me saying she got in some red bus infact she had no money and It was KSRTC TC responsibility. The customer care was not useful too when i spoke to them.
                The following are the key points which are unacceptable;
                1. First why did the bus leave mangalore when they know its condition was bad and risk damage.
                2. Why did the conductor not check when he knew its a single women travelling.
                3. Why did the volvo bus driver made her get down in middle of nowhere in middle of night in a Ghat section if anything had happened would he be responsible.
                4. The most important if the TC of duty that day at 5am at April 8th, 2018 in KushalNagar who has authority and ignored her help didnt even investigate, and kept lying.

                I hope no one else has to go through this.My mother is educated she managed to get help and came back to our home. If anything would have happened i would have filed a court case.

                  False information provided by ksrtc bus conductor. Bus number: ka.19. F. 31
                  69 (Kushalnagar to bangalore via mysore) 4.30pm, 8th april 2018 departure from mysore to bangalore.

                  Only 5 seats were reserved but conductor gave wrong information that all seats upto seat no 26 were booked. Without seeing the condition of passengers, he made senior citizens and pregnant women to sit in the back seats inspite of they boarded the bus early. He made passengers those who boarded the bus late to sit in front seats. Take action on this behavior of conductor

                    My name is dhananjaiah k s. I am an engineering student.. I lost my bus pass during the travel near govt. Engineering medical hostel bogadhi mysore. I can't afford bus ticket daily since i am a govt hostel student.. So i kindly requesting you to provide a duplicate pass... I can't travelling in bus daily with bus ticket and i can't go to the college daily.. So please provide a duplicate pass..

                      Dear sir,

                      I travelled in the above non ac sleeper bus on 01.04.2018, yesterday. Pnr j69238989.

                      The scheduled time of reaching bangalore was 7.30 am.

                      But the bus reached bangalore at 10.30 am.

                      The driver seems to have no "time sense". On our questioning, he said as route was diverted from sakleshpur to madikeri, hence the delay is.

                      Kindly note it is not only ksrtc travels in this route, but even the other private buses travel, but they take only 45 minutes more to travel.

                      I have already lodged the complaint no. 22784 dt 2-4-18 (Today) at phone no. Provided in the web site - 4959666. But you know, they wont address our issues. They might have forwarded the complaint to you.

                      Kindly take immediate action by running the bus as per scheduled time.

                      One more suggestion - there are 10 private buses plying between murdeshwra to bangalore why as monopoly govt. Operator you are running only 1 bus? Why you are making us to travel en-route mangalore? Why the bus does not go through honnavar bangalore route like private operators? Why you are imposing additional distance of 150 km on passengers? Why your booking portal does not provide the route map in online portal - at-least we could plan and avoid your such kind of buses in future?

                      The tragedy does not end here. Even today i. E. On 02-04.2018, my wife who is supposed to travel from murdeshwara to bangalore and booked the ticket in same bus has been waiting in murdeshwara bus stand well before scheduled time of 7 pm. No signs of bus till 7.30. At 7.30, the conductor does not pick the call. Finally at 7.30 he informed my wife in phone to travel her from murdeshwar to kundapur to catch another airwat ksrtc and come to kundapur. The bus which should have commenced travel at 7 pm, is yet to commence journey even to 8 pm now.

                      Question is
                      Whether ksrtc will compensate me for causing tension.
                      My wife should not lift heavy bag. At murdeshwar we have made arrangement and cooly is carrying the luggage. Who is there in kundapur? Whether ksrtc take onus for this medical issue?
                      An organisation boasting thousands of thousand buses - does not have even a spare bus? Why cant you run a spare bus on non weekend day, kindly note today is sunday?
                      Whether plying the buses belatedly and skipping the scheduled time is the hall mark of ksrtc?
                      Last but more importantly i need compensation for both days. Kindly revert on this. See, ksrtc increase the price, if there is season. Likewise if there is a lapse on your part, you have to pay the fine. You had increased the fare by 20% on account of holiday. Now you have destroyed our invaluable time. So announce the fine in this return mail of yours.

                      The official in the enquiry said the bus from bellary to mantralaya is at 7.15am but the bus arrived at 7.46an and the enquiry official is not giving proper response.

                        This incident happened at kolar bus stand on 1/04/2018 at 6pm bus no ka07f1752.
                        Busses were heavily crowded and i was some how able to reserve a seat for my mom and grandma with lot of struggle. Detination was chikkanahalli cross which was an express stop and i was a daily traveller on that route but conductor deboarded them saying no stop at chikkanahalli i asked him reason he didnt reply i asked him to provide trip sheet
                        And he denied to provide and i approached on the spot to tc but he was in favour of conducter and then conductor behaved rudely and said complaint to whom so ever you want like in a feeling that no one can not do anything to him.
                        I request to take proper action against those..

We are travelling to mysore near kumbalagou your driver came wrong side on the footpath and he only shouting with us trying to do a miss handling its very bad.                             I am to inform that I have booked on line 5 tickets today from Bangalore to Mysore
                            one day package tour for sunday the 25th March, 2018. The transaction amount
                            of Rs.4750/- @ Rs.950/- per head has been paid through my Central Bank of
                            India. The transaction details are enclosed for your kind reference.

                            In this connection, I have not received any confirmation from your office. Kindly
                            look into the same and confirm whether the tickets were booked. Otherwise,
                            Please intimate me the same so as to enable me to book the tickets again.

                            If the tickets were not booked for 25th March, 2018 against above payment, kindly
                            arrange to refund the amount of Rs.4750/- to my account immediately.

                              Today i took volvo from manipal at around 2.18pm to mangalore. We travel by volvo regularly. But today i was shocked by rude behaviour of the conductor of this bus. I wanted to get down at chilmbi stop in mangalore. He was very rude and said he can't allow me to get down at that stop. If i want to get down i should get down at urwa store or lady hill.
                              I informed him politely that this stop i have got down before whenever i have come to mangalore and also board the bus from chilmbi to go to manipal but he didn't listen to me at all and started shouting at me. I then requested the bus driver who was kind enough to let me get down.
                              This is to bring to your kind attention as we have never experienced such a rude behaviour from volvo.

                                Hi. I was traveling from connor to coimbatore on 11th march with my 4 month old baby. We have unfortunately missed a baby bag in the bus. Request you to help us find and inform us if we can inquire anywhere. I am resident of mumbai and had been there on trip. I am bad with the local language so not sure where the bus came from and where it was going. We got down from bus at 9.45 at gandhipuram. The bag has my baby products and clothes. The last bag in the picture is the one i lost

                                  This happened on the ac sleeper bus from tirupati to bengaluru (On 18th march 2018, departure time of 23:00). The driver was rude and threatening. He called me at 22:47 and told me that the bus was leaving. When i tried to tell him that the departure time was 23:00, he cut the call. He flat out told me the bus was leaving when i called again and cut the call again. This behavior of his was scaring me as i didn't want to lose my bus. The bus is supposed to depart at 23:00 and not before. He then cut the call multiple times when i tried to convince him to stay at the station for a few minutes as i rushed to the bus station. There again the same pattern continued where he didn't lift the call and misguided us regarding the platform. I was alone with my father there trying to find the bus, calling him and him repeatedly telling the bus was leaving and cutting. Finally, i found the bus at 23:02 and he yelled at me when i informed him the bus departure time was 23:00. He was flat out rude and such behavior shouldn't be condoned by the ksrtc. The best solution for this is for the corporation set up fixed rules wherein the driver can't misbehave with the passengers (Example: threatening them that the bus is leaving before the departure time).
                                  Yesterday I have booked bus to Mangalore @ 11:11 PM but we have waited till 11: 20
                                  Then TC told that bus has been cancelled and we ll be clubbing 11:34 bus together.
                                  If the bus is not there why should they open booking for that particular time...this very careless and effortless...I need some explanation why that bus cancelled.

                                    Respected sir, i am the native of bilgi. On dtd 19/03/2018 i am exactly standing at bilgi keb stop for journey to bagalkot. But your one of the ksrtc bus driver has not stop the bus. Driver is driving bus very fast. Bus number not seems as right. Bus departure timing is 08:45, destination is bilgi - navanagar - ilkal... Kindly warn to him and finish the edit driver.
                                    The airavat club class is hopelessly maintained, the bus is leaking with water and the conductor and driver were hopelessly behaved when raised with the complaint. The could not provide with alternate seats.KA 57 211 BUS NUMBER

                                      Hi this is rohith, i have a compliment regarding bus service from megestic to sira tumkusr (Dist) after 10pm.
                                      Most of the time when i am traveling in this route majorly i am facing the same issue.
                                      Even we have busses in every five min. But most of the conductors refuse to go inside and every time we need to fight with them and some thime they forcefully get down us in the middle of the way.
                                      Today also i experienced the same with vehicle no ka 27 f 751.
                                      So kindly look in to this and file a complaint on this bus conductor.

                                        Hi i boarded the bus from marathalli busstand the bus was airport bus and i was told the pass is not accepted. When i got the pass i was told the pass is valid for all
                                        Buses within the city. If that’s the case why was i denied and was asked to purchase ticket. If its not valid it should be made clear to me and also if i boarded the bus writhing city and my drop is within city. Why is my pass not valid in the case.
                                        I would like fir you to look in this regard.

                                        ksrtc bus conductor doesn't allow child( 5 year old) to seat in bus and demanded to pay for his seat. In the website there is no information about child seat requirements.
