This incident happened at kolar bus stand on 1/04/2018 at 6pm bus no ka07f1752.
Busses were heavily crowded and i was some how able to reserve a seat for my mom and grandma with lot of struggle. Detination was chikkanahalli cross which was an express stop and i was a daily traveller on that route but conductor deboarded them saying no stop at chikkanahalli i asked him reason he didnt reply i asked him to provide trip sheet
And he denied to provide and i approached on the spot to tc but he was in favour of conducter and then conductor behaved rudely and said complaint to whom so ever you want like in a feeling that no one can not do anything to him.
I request to take proper action against those..

    As a student i was travelling from channapatna to kumbalgoodu . Today when i was traveling the condutor didnt gave the stop . From this we are facing several problems and he is nt behaving properly with the girls and not giving respect, i kindly request you to take action against this...

      Sirs,

      I am to inform that I have booked on line 5 tickets today from Bangalore to Mysore
      one day package tour for sunday the 25th March, 2018. The transaction amount
      of Rs.4750/- @ Rs.950/- per head has been paid through my Central Bank of
      India. The transaction details are enclosed for your kind reference.

      In this connection, I have not received any confirmation from your office. Kindly
      look into the same and confirm whether the tickets were booked. Otherwise,
      Please intimate me the same so as to enable me to book the tickets again.

      If the tickets were not booked for 25th March, 2018 against above payment, kindly
      arrange to refund the amount of Rs.4750/- to my account immediately.

        Today i took volvo from manipal at around 2.18pm to mangalore. We travel by volvo regularly. But today i was shocked by rude behaviour of the conductor of this bus. I wanted to get down at chilmbi stop in mangalore. He was very rude and said he can't allow me to get down at that stop. If i want to get down i should get down at urwa store or lady hill.
        I informed him politely that this stop i have got down before whenever i have come to mangalore and also board the bus from chilmbi to go to manipal but he didn't listen to me at all and started shouting at me. I then requested the bus driver who was kind enough to let me get down.
        This is to bring to your kind attention as we have never experienced such a rude behaviour from volvo.

          Hi. I was traveling from connor to coimbatore on 11th march with my 4 month old baby. We have unfortunately missed a baby bag in the bus. Request you to help us find and inform us if we can inquire anywhere. I am resident of mumbai and had been there on trip. I am bad with the local language so not sure where the bus came from and where it was going. We got down from bus at 9.45 at gandhipuram. The bag has my baby products and clothes. The last bag in the picture is the one i lost

            This happened on the ac sleeper bus from tirupati to bengaluru (On 18th march 2018, departure time of 23:00). The driver was rude and threatening. He called me at 22:47 and told me that the bus was leaving. When i tried to tell him that the departure time was 23:00, he cut the call. He flat out told me the bus was leaving when i called again and cut the call again. This behavior of his was scaring me as i didn't want to lose my bus. The bus is supposed to depart at 23:00 and not before. He then cut the call multiple times when i tried to convince him to stay at the station for a few minutes as i rushed to the bus station. There again the same pattern continued where he didn't lift the call and misguided us regarding the platform. I was alone with my father there trying to find the bus, calling him and him repeatedly telling the bus was leaving and cutting. Finally, i found the bus at 23:02 and he yelled at me when i informed him the bus departure time was 23:00. He was flat out rude and such behavior shouldn't be condoned by the ksrtc. The best solution for this is for the corporation set up fixed rules wherein the driver can't misbehave with the passengers (Example: threatening them that the bus is leaving before the departure time).
            Yesterday I have booked bus to Mangalore @ 11:11 PM but we have waited till 11: 20
            Then TC told that bus has been cancelled and we ll be clubbing 11:34 bus together.
            If the bus is not there why should they open booking for that particular time...this very careless and effortless...I need some explanation why that bus cancelled.

              Respected sir, i am the native of bilgi. On dtd 19/03/2018 i am exactly standing at bilgi keb stop for journey to bagalkot. But your one of the ksrtc bus driver has not stop the bus. Driver is driving bus very fast. Bus number not seems as right. Bus departure timing is 08:45, destination is bilgi - navanagar - ilkal... Kindly warn to him and finish the edit driver.
              The airavat club class is hopelessly maintained, the bus is leaking with water and the conductor and driver were hopelessly behaved when raised with the complaint. The could not provide with alternate seats.KA 57 211 BUS NUMBER

                Hi this is rohith, i have a compliment regarding bus service from megestic to sira tumkusr (Dist) after 10pm.
                Most of the time when i am traveling in this route majorly i am facing the same issue.
                Even we have busses in every five min. But most of the conductors refuse to go inside and every time we need to fight with them and some thime they forcefully get down us in the middle of the way.
                Today also i experienced the same with vehicle no ka 27 f 751.
                So kindly look in to this and file a complaint on this bus conductor.

                  Hi i boarded the bus from marathalli busstand the bus was airport bus and i was told the pass is not accepted. When i got the pass i was told the pass is valid for all
                  Buses within the city. If that’s the case why was i denied and was asked to purchase ticket. If its not valid it should be made clear to me and also if i boarded the bus writhing city and my drop is within city. Why is my pass not valid in the case.
                  I would like fir you to look in this regard.

                  ksrtc bus conductor doesn't allow child( 5 year old) to seat in bus and demanded to pay for his seat. In the website there is no information about child seat requirements.

                    I am praveen kumar booked a return ticket to travel on the 16/3/2018 at 20.30 from kollur to bengaluru in service class airavath by paying 646 rupees.
                    Trip code given was 1959 cdpbng.
                    Ticket number is 43695213. The seat number was 20.
                    I have received alert message on the same day to be ready at 18.00 pm too.
                    Having waited in night hours at kollur for the bus, the bus did not come till 21.15.
                    On enquiry with cdp depo an evasive reply came from them that they are not responsible as bus is from blr depo. Upon repeated calls they finally said the bus did not come earlier day so there will be no bus etc.
                    No cancellation was notified and even alert message was sent.
                    Being advocate by profession had to reach bengaluru next day morning, constrained hard to reach bengaluru by spending 13, 000 rupees.in addition to suffered mental agony and hardship.
                    Your unilateral action of cancellation of bus is a criminal breach of trust and deficiency in the service.
                    Kindly reimburse my loss of 50, 000/- inclusive of damages or give explanation why i should initiate legal action under both criminal and civil law against all inclusive of chairman in two days.

                      After giving complaint after complaint, still now ksrtc has not taken any action, just give the false promise
                      Yesterday dated 14/03/2018 also same conductor, bus no ka-42-f-2031, bus travelling from ksrtc at 8:30 pm to mudipu, has given stop to other passenger, where the stop is not there, but only for me they are not giving stop.
                      Sir how many days it will going to continue.
                      As in the attachment you told you will take serious action in future if i face any problem, so when you will take the action?
                      I want to know if you have warned your conductor, then why this is still happening now?
                      Why your conductor taking revenge?
                      Is this the only mistake i have done, that i have given his complaint?
                      What action are you taking now?
                      Will you take the responsibility, that i will reach home safely?
                      Why your conductor not treating each and every passenger equally?, why there no same rules of all passengers?

                        Dear sir today morning i was travelled in ksrtc davanagere depot bus i am getting in near sira toll and ask to enter pass number from sira to nelamangala but conductor refused and talking something else and he issued ticket for other passenger from sira. So conductor give some trouble for pass holder passengers plz take an action. Bus no : ka 17 f 1737 and he said the route no 18. Plz verify this route no have sira stage do the needful.

                          Last month i have given a complaint of ksrtc conductor for misbehaving and not giving stop.
                          Yesterday dated 12/03/2018 bus no ka-09-f-2031 travelling from ksrtc at 8:30 to mudipu.
                          As you promised in the below attachment that you will only give stop where bus stop is available, then from last 1 week why your conductor is giving stop to other people, where they want (Where no other bus gives stop) and not giving me stop (Where all the other bus gives the stop)?
                          I want to know if you have warned your conductor, then why this is still happening now?
                          Why your conductor taking revenge?
                          Is this the only mistake i have done, that i have given his complaint?
                          What action are you taking now?
                          Will you take the responsibility, that i will reach home safely?
                          Why your conductor not treating each and every passenger equally?, why there no same rules of all passengers?
                          If any incident happens i will blame your conductor and your department, bcoz you have not taken any serious action.

                            When govt has clearly said that all 10rs coins acceptable.. Then why some bmtc buses are totally denying to take 10rs coin? Today i travelled from tinfactory to tcpalya.. Bus route no.317a.. The conductor totally denied to take 10rs coin.. Said something in kannada and went away and again came back for fare and said to give 10rs note? Why this kind of harassment is happening? What shall we do with the 10rs coin? Just throw it away?

                              Dear sir, i am saravanan manickam staying in bangalore. On march 03 2015, i traveled in 2300bngvlp trip code bus, and its plying from bengaluru to villupuram.

                              My ticket details are:

                              Pnr number : j69040785
                              Date of journey : 03-mar-2018
                              Trip code : 2300bngvlp
                              Class of service : karnataka sarige
                              Seat no (S) : 42

                              I kept my bag above seat number 31 in the baggage shelf.

                              The bus arrived at tiruvannamalai close to 4:30 am, and i thought of having a coffee and planned to get down. To my shock, i found that my bag was missing. I informed this to the driver and i was searching the bag. The driver was not at all worried about this incident, and he was rushing to villupuram.

                              I got down at thiruvannamalai, and searched for almost 45 mins. No gain. Then i took up the private bus to villupuram, and located the ksrtc bus which is standing in the corner of villupuram bus depot. There also, i couldnt see any bags in the bus.

                              I am logging a complaint here to take care of this.

                                Bangalore - mysore ksrtc driver, [march 2, 2018; ka 57-f 2547] driving very slow. He doesn't know driving. When we asked, he behaved very rude. He said, i have my own time to drive, you no need to tell.

                                When i complained to madhur tc, he is irresponsible. He behaved like doesn't matter whatever will happen. Looks like, that tc getting some commission from them. When they are not at all value peoples concern, then what kind of public service they does, they die only for money. Shame on their part. If possible, please remove such an animals from your department. A

                                  Ka-21 f 0049 at nr circle, hassan around 2:30 pm he had not allowed the students who have pass and he pushed me out by putting hands on my neck. He is the worst employee and he had very rude attitude. If he pushed me more means i would have fall out of moving bus.

                                    Dear sir i am physically handicap person on 01.03.2018 at 12.05 am the dawangere bus conductor and driver refused to stop at hire bagewadi saying that stop is not there, even i ready to take the ticket upto hubballi and requested to stop at hire bagewadi toll way they dropped me 1km from bus stand where no autos were available and i can't walk that much distance. Please take necessary action.
                                    I had booked a sleeper bus from MANVI to HONNALI 22febraury 2018.the bus crew left me didn't pick me .and crew member didn't pick the call even calling 20 times from my mobile number.

                                      My daughter was travelling from cbt to jayanagar she asked conductor to issue ticket for half fare as her date of birth is 22/05/2006 and it's still 03 months short to complete 12 years but the conductor issued ticket for full fare collecting rs 10/- and used filthy language to my wife.
                                      Therefore i request you to please initiate action against that conductor

                                        7.50pm, bus left the mysore terminal from satilite bus station bangalore
                                        Am traveling in aravatha club class from bangalore to mysore, with a hope that aravatha club class will have a pleasant journey but entire journey was painful and nasty because my co passenger was completely drunken with alcohol and i couldn't sit down and extend to him.
                                        The bus was completely filled and no other seats were available.
                                        Would request ksrtc bus crew to check on these kind of druken people and don't give them tickets since it will effect the journey of other people also
