stoppage at hire bagewadi

Dear sir i am physically handicap person on 01.03.2018 at 12.05 am the dawangere bus conductor and driver refused to stop at hire bagewadi saying that stop is not there, even i ready to take the ticket upto hubballi and requested to stop at hire bagewadi toll way they dropped me 1km from bus stand where no autos were available and i can't walk that much distance. Please take necessary action....

higher fare

My daughter was travelling from cbt to jayanagar she asked conductor to issue ticket for half fare as her date of birth is 22/05/2006 and it's still 03 months short to complete 12 years but the conductor issued ticket for full fare collecting rs 10/- and used filthy language to my wife.
Therefore i request you to please initiate action against that conductor...

co passenger has drink alcohol and travelling

7.50pm, bus left the mysore terminal from satilite bus station bangalore
Am traveling in aravatha club class from bangalore to mysore, with a hope that aravatha club class will have a pleasant journey but entire journey was painful and nasty because my co passenger was completely drunken with alcohol and i couldn't sit down and extend to him.
The bus was completely filled and no other seats were available....

worst behaviour of bus conductor with students

This bus conductor on 22/02/2018 behaved like a animal with students. He told why are you people coming and dieing to our bus only where as pass is allowed in that bus he don't want students who have pass he issued tickets for other passengers when we started to ask the reason he was run out of his words this literally not good take action on this please....

driver misbehavior

On 21/02/18at 19:12 at kurekuppa bus stop on the route of bellary - hospet ksrtc bus driver stopped bus at wrong position hence traffic jammed, i am just back to this bus with my family after blowing horn of my car he take a bus reverse trying to dash my car because i was blowing horn.
This is a a very shame less behavior of ksrtc bus driver. Kindly take necessary action against this....

bus conductor not giving change and misbehaving

They ac bus fare from vydehi hospital to hope farm is rs. 29 right now (As on 21 feb 2018). The bus conductors are such that they take rs. 30 from you and go to the next customer. They never even bother to give the change. I have to ask every time for the change. On 21 feb 2018, i had taken the bus number ka 01 f 1412 at 10.30 pm from vydehi hospital. I asked the conductors for the change after giving him 30 rupees, he said fare is 30 and...

delay of buses

Davangere city buses number103 from ss hospital to shamnur. These buses are not coming in time. There is no buses during 9to10am and evening. It's really horrible to wait for a bus. Most of them are women in these regions. Please do the needful or else remove these buses from this region.in the place private buses increase there numbers and convenient to all people's....

The conductor refused to give me sr citizen concession even on showing aadhar card/driving license/ army dependent card and insisted on card issued by ksrtc. This was unwarranted...

taking more bus fare

Since m travelling from many day usual bus fare to shravanabelagola from arsikere is 65 rupees need to change bus at chennaraypatna. I claimed a mahamastakabisheka direct bus from arsikere the conductor gave direct ticket to shravanabelagola which is 60 rupees and collecting extra 15 rupess from each person and bus number is ka11 f0428. This is like cheating people by ksrtc openly. Kindly resolve or else it will be a big issue...

charging more than km traveled

I'm kamath and my bill number is 4034. I hired ksrtc bus for a trip from bangalore to tiruppatur to madapalli post for february 4, 2018. Initially itself they over charged me for 370kms though the actual is only 308km if you go by road. While booking these ksrtc staffs said they generally do overcharge and it will refunded once returned based on km traveled. Yet they haven't done any difference in km traveled and...

defrauding the ticket and not stopping at bus stop

On[protected]:30 pm i board a government bus in sagar whose route was sagar-shimog-shakti nagar.
I took a ticket to shimog
But due to some reason (I forgot my room key in home) i had to jump off the bus at thyagarthi cross near sagar itself.
Conductor took back the ticket and didnt even returned my money. (He may have sold it in black)
Within a second i found that the keys were in my bag itself so i waved for...

regarding overcharging of luggage

Today morning at 7am i went to bellary bus stand to send 2 packets of rice each weighing 25 kg to mudhol. According to rule the conductor should charge for 3 units of luggage but he told me very harshly and badly that i should give amount for 6 units and he said i had to give rs.240 when i asked why he said that if iam not giving the money he would not take the luggage and said to unload it. This is regarding the place where most of ksrtc normal (Red) busses being stopped for a break in journey between bangalore and shivamogga near nittur (There is no board or location sign).

Driver and the timekeeper speaking unparliamentary words and behaving harshly with passengers bus very slowly.. That's why am asking why you going to slowly he is saying go to privet vehicle and using unparliamentary words even... I would like to make a complaint regarding ksrtc bus service as this ksrtc bus is poor maintenance and they are not providing proper facilities. It was a service with ksrtc.

bus driver and conductor arrogant.

Hello sir,

I travelled from mandya to bangalore at 5.00 am[protected] and got into a bus which was already there at bus stop the driver and conductor were so irresponsible and theyt didnt leave the stop till 5.30am and for reaching maddur he took 45 min then waited in maddur station for 15 min and took 40 min to reach channapatna.
When the passengers asked is there any problem in the bus they are not ready to answer...
