I'm kamath and my bill number is 4034. I hired ksrtc bus for a trip from bangalore to tiruppatur to madapalli post for february 4, 2018. Initially itself they over charged me for 370kms though the actual is only 308km if you go by road. While booking these ksrtc staffs said they generally do overcharge and it will refunded once returned based on km traveled. Yet they haven't done any difference in km traveled and still charging me for 370km.

I have written a complaint with google route map of travel distance to charge only for what traveled and yet they are not much concerned and blaming on google map itself. Map route is correct as i have traveled on bike many times. You ksrtc can't rob money like these. I wonder for how many customers you might have done like this. This is not correct. Being a government staff you can't do this to your customers. I need my refund. Actual traveled is only 308km, let it be 310km. The rest 60km + 20% additional charged earlier, both should be refunded.

Kindly do the needful.

    On[protected]:30 pm i board a government bus in sagar whose route was sagar-shimog-shakti nagar.
    I took a ticket to shimog
    But due to some reason (I forgot my room key in home) i had to jump off the bus at thyagarthi cross near sagar itself.
    Conductor took back the ticket and didnt even returned my money. (He may have sold it in black)
    Within a second i found that the keys were in my bag itself so i waved for lift and a man helped me to overtake the bus and we stood at the next bus stop before the bus could reach.
    Unfortunately bus driver didnt stop even though he saw me, conductor also saw me at the stop.
    So please take some serious action on them so it will never repeat again to any passenger.

    Also due to this in a hurry, while running behind the bus i lost my ₹1300 jbl earphone
    I want the conductor and driver of the bus to pay for my loss

      Today morning at 7am i went to bellary bus stand to send 2 packets of rice each weighing 25 kg to mudhol. According to rule the conductor should charge for 3 units of luggage but he told me very harshly and badly that i should give amount for 6 units and he said i had to give rs.240 when i asked why he said that if iam not giving the money he would not take the luggage and said to unload it. The bus no. Is ka 34 f 1368 bus going from bellary to icchalkarangi on. Date 13/february/2018 please take a strict action if you are a true indian who want to stop corruption.

        I'm shashidhar from bangalore,[protected] i'm traveling to doddaballapura d cross and conductor was miss behavior with passengers and using wrong words i asked that conductor and he uses bad words on me and also not wearing proper uniform, not giving change to the passengers i completely watched what he is doing and please consider this complaint seriously take immediate action against him

          Dear sir/madame,

          This is regarding the place where most of ksrtc normal (Red) busses being stopped for a break in journey between bangalore and shivamogga near nittur (There is no board or location sign).

          Im travelling now in ka40 f 928, from bangalore to shivamogga.

          I'm really not sure whether this place of break is selected by drivers/conductors or defined by ksrtc officials. Most busses are being stopped at this place as i have observed since many days where there are issues below which needs your kind attention immediately.

          Especially during night journey, break is being given in a place near nittur, where there is no basic facility of food, restroom/toilets and safety.

          Here the place is not clean, the area is full of garbage. There is no proper lighting which makes places a bit unsafe especially for women. There is no toilet facility for gents (You would guess how the area smells), there is one for ladies but not in good condition as quoted by co passengers.

          About food, there is a canteen kind of outlet which looks like an abandoned building. There is no food available except tea and mirchi which are in very bad quality. The area us full of smokers which makes inconvenience to all passengers.

          During this night journey of 6 hours duration at night, a proper break is necessarry for all passengers, atleast with basic amenities of food as there might be passengers who really need to have dinner/food in mid journey to avoid journey sickness, a clean toilet facility for both men and women and very importantly a clean and safe environment.

          I hereby request you to - kindly verify the intermediate stops, visit and do a reality check at night, choose/prepare for the quality of service where passengers can expect clean quality and safer environment.

          Expecting your quick and reasonable action towards the issue.

            Driver and the timekeeper speaking unparliamentary words and behaving harshly with passengers bus very slowly.. That's why am asking why you going to slowly he is saying go to privet vehicle and using unparliamentary words even... I would like to make a complaint regarding ksrtc bus service as this ksrtc bus is poor maintenance and they are not providing proper facilities. It was a service with ksrtc.

            I don't expect this kind of service and behaviour form ksrtc, next time i don't want journey with ksrtc.

              Hi,
              I have sent an email complaint to ksrtc dt 26.12.2017. But not got any reply from them. Sent few reminders aswell but of no use. Re submitting my complaint as below...

              I have booked a to and fro ticket on a ksrtc non ac sleeper bus from bengaluru to coimbatore and back.

              Bengaluru to coimbatore ticket on 22.12.2017, trip code 2148bngcbt / ticket no j67744185, firstly i should congratulate the driver cum conductor (One man), who handled the passengers politely and allowed to stop when requested for loo etc. I was very much happy with the service.

              But i had the reverse experience when i travelled back from coimbatore to bengaluru on 24.12.2017 on a ksrtc non ac sleeper, trip code 2130cbtbng / pnr j67744135.in this bus driver and conductor is seperate.
              From the start of the journey the conductor was behaving with all the passengers roughly. He behaved like boss / owner of the bus. If requested for a stop he starts murmering and argues and shouts. Many passengers had an argument with him.
              In my case, i was alloted my seat on a twin sharing berth. After few hours of journey, since the bus was not full, a single sleeper berth (Seat no 4) was vacant and i requested him whether i can swich to that seat. He started saying that is reserved and alloted for a lady, i have requested him for the third time again after crossing salem. Again he gave a negative answer with murmering and commanded me to go back to my birth. To my surprise few seats were vacant in the bus. (You can check the trip sheet for your reference).
              His behaviour with me and others were in singular. Finally till i got down at silk board he didnt allot me that seat, which was vacant till blr.

              The bus time was at 9:30 pm. Passengers including me were at the bus stand from 8:30 pm, and all started approaching him for boarding from 8:45 pm. But till 9 :15pm, he didnt allow the passengers to board the bus due to this the bus delayed departing 20 mins late.

              Would request the concerned to take action against such arrogant staff and make them to change their behaviour.
              My mail is to improve the service of the staff, so that other passengers who travel get a pleasant travel.

                Hello sir,

                I travelled from mandya to bangalore at 5.00 am[protected] and got into a bus which was already there at bus stop the driver and conductor were so irresponsible and theyt didnt leave the stop till 5.30am and for reaching maddur he took 45 min then waited in maddur station for 15 min and took 40 min to reach channapatna.
                When the passengers asked is there any problem in the bus they are not ready to answer and asked the passengers to get down in the middle.
                Even the driver was playing music through his mobile and was not listening to the passengers request.

                  Recently i was on a journey from bangalore to hospet (Up and down), the bus i was travelling was too hard on humps and to add to that the driver just did not care about the humps. I am suffering from severe back pain as a result of this.
                  It was a non-ac sleeper. The journey date was 25th and 28th.
                  Either fix the buses or ask your drivers to drive gracefully at humps.

                    Hello madam/sir,

                    I have traveled from chikmangalur to bangalore on 28th jan 2018 with my 4 other friends. One of our friend couldn't come and we didnt cancel the that ticket because we thought we could make use of that seat. When we reached the bus station on 28th jan 2018 sunday night, conductor asked where is the co passenger. We said she is not coming. All of sudden he made a person to sit next to me and told he is going to travel till bangalore. It gave me a shock and we told the conductor that we didnt cancel the ticket. But he shouted at us and told he have the right to give ticket to another person.

                    I want to know the ksrtc rule for the same. I couldnt sleep the whole night because there was a unknown person sitting next me. It was a bad experience ever happened with karanataka rtc. We dont want any strangers to sit next to us thats the reason why we didnt cancel the ticket.

                    I want to know the ksrtc rule and policy regarding this.

                    Bus no KA 26 F 999 Pune...I'm a passenger travelling from dharwad to belgaum I'm a female who was travelling at 8 pm the conductor of the bus misbehaves n uses abruptive language how safe are the government employees they think it's their property to be treated ...take an action or I will lodge a police complaint

                      Online booking from hassan to bangalore morning 5:02. While booking online please do provide ladies seat no alloted. So that we don't face very much uncomfortable in bus. I m not able to attach the photo to show how i traveled. At the time of booking we don't have option to book ladies. Is this facility available for higher fare rates? Ladies travel in this bus or not the part of india?

                          We have had our reservation on 25th january 2018 at 22.56pm near govardhan theater, from bangalore to madikeri by ksrtc, bus number -
                          Ka 21 f0044. We are two ladies waiting near the bus stop since more than half an hour, he made a call saying that he was stuck in traffic and will be there in 5min, but made a call after 10 min saying he crossed that area and went to jalahalli cross, and he wanted us to come to that place at that point of time around 12:00pm, he denied picking our call many times, we approached the near by office complained them then they helped us and asked the driver to wait near the toll gate, after we reached the place where he was asked to wait, he started shouting and behaved in an abnormal way making us the wrong ones on the road during mid night. He is quite unfit for the job when he cannot take the responsibility of the work give to him. He behaved so arrogantly and cruelly.

                            I am boarding from shorapur and have to go to gulbarga now i but there no any buses from 6:30pm to 8:30 and finally i got one bus at 8:45 which is full of passengers what it is this sagar nadu buses are also waist and now there is not enough space to move too am feeling like vomit what kind of transportation system it is whare we are in trouble everyone is lazy even the enquiry officers also lazy. Now am standing like a statue and am supported to one person who is beside me. Please it should be change

                              On december 17 2017, we had booked the online ticket from kasaragod to bangalore for a lady passenger. During the journey conductor asked to provide the identity proof which passenger did not had any id proof at that time.

                              So conductor told that without id proof your online booking is not valid where we need to purchase new ticket whereas passenger purchased new ticket on 17th december.

                              Later conductor told us we would get the 50% of refund for online ticket which we booked.

                              On 19th of december we had called ksrtc customer care, where told us to send the copy of e-ticket & copy of evm ticket. For the same we have send the copy of both the tickets, but till now we did not get any response on the refund & we had send multiple response for the refund no one is responding to our mails.

                              Ksrtc seems to be very pathetic, very hopeless in responding customer queries.

                                I boarded ksrtc vaibhav bus from davangere on 13/1/2018 @4:15 pm and was travelling to bangalore. The conductor of the bus kept my trolley bag full of clothes and other expensive stuff in the carrier and when i reached majestic and went to take my bag it was missing and the conductor says a few people who got down in yeshwanthpur might have taken it and is not taking any responsibility. I'm not at fault in this as the conductor must enquire properly and let them take the bags.. Nobody can just take away the bags randomly.. Resolve this issue kindly

                                  I was travelling with ma family from t. Narsipura taluk, to nanjangud taluk in mysore district.
                                  As i am a daily customer for dat route the normal fare is rs.25/- & childrens half ticket as rs.13/-. But the conductor says dis is a special bus & charged extra fare, were as the normal fare been avoided by him saying there is no ticket bill to give l, with a proper exact bill, but conductor says old tickets are only available & its rs.30/- fare wen i ask the exact bill. He avoids & hand overs the old tickets by tearing half inbetween the tickets & issued the old tickets like rs.17,
                                  11, & 3rs tickets, its totally unfair. I condemn dis, passengers were not satisfied & he drived so rashly & faster, plzz look after dis issue.
                                  The total exact bill should be rs.88/-, were as the conductor took rs.105/- & mainly conductors doesnt keep the change also. They divide dat tickets to the other passengers for no change, this is sooo rude & disgusting.😠😤😡 he charged extra rs.17/- not only me. Other dan me many passengers were there in bus.
                                  It is my right to ask u my amount.
                                  I need dis issue to be fixed & compansate.

                                    Hii this is mohan v on the date 7/01/2018 i was travelling from channarayapattana to jalahalli cross in the bus number ka-40-f-0773 the conductor has not issued a ticket for the luggage she has taken 100 rs for the luggage when i demanded for the ticket she didnt issued the ticket. She has given only ticket for me and dint gave for luggage but she tock 250rs from me when i asked why you took so much she started talking very badley. Plzzz take some action on that conductor lady

                                      This is with regard to bus number ka 09 f 5132
                                      Travelling from bangalore to mysore which has come and hit our car which had stopped at traffic signal.
                                      In addition the driver and conductor behaved very rudely and instead of apologising they told us to file a complaint with ksrtc or police and went away. We feel very bad about this type of behaviour.
                                      Kindly take the necessary action against the staff.

                                        Today 08th jan 2017 we are traveling from pamba sabarimala to bengaluru, bus number ka 57 f-1150. The bus stopped at 630pm for dinner. We asked the conductor we were informed that the bus will stop again at 930pm and there we can have the dinner. But the bus didn't stop even at 1030pm. We queried the driver wen will the bus stop for food. Conductor told the bus will not stop till gundlupet that is 7am next day. When we further asked to stop the bus since we were feeling very hungry, the driver of the bus stopped the vehicle and told arrogantly this is not your house and we will not stop the bus. When we called ksrtc helpline we were told the bus should have been stopped at kottayam at 930pm.
                                        The behaviour of driver n conductor of the bus is too arrogant. And on top of it, though we were wearing shabarimala maaala even then the crew didn't care to talk to us in polite way.
