I boarded at kr puram station today around 12:30 pm and get down at bellandur petrol bunk stopping. After reached home, realized like my silver bracelet is missing. If any body had that, pls call me. Am working in eco world premises.

    We have had our reservation on 25th january 2018 at 22.56pm near govardhan theater, from bangalore to madikeri by ksrtc, bus number -
    Ka 21 f0044. We are two ladies waiting near the bus stop since more than half an hour, he made a call saying that he was stuck in traffic and will be there in 5min, but made a call after 10 min saying he crossed that area and went to jalahalli cross, and he wanted us to come to that place at that point of time around 12:00pm, he denied picking our call many times, we approached the near by office complained them then they helped us and asked the driver to wait near the toll gate, after we reached the place where he was asked to wait, he started shouting and behaved in an abnormal way making us the wrong ones on the road during mid night. He is quite unfit for the job when he cannot take the responsibility of the work give to him. He behaved so arrogantly and cruelly.

      I am boarding from shorapur and have to go to gulbarga now i but there no any buses from 6:30pm to 8:30 and finally i got one bus at 8:45 which is full of passengers what it is this sagar nadu buses are also waist and now there is not enough space to move too am feeling like vomit what kind of transportation system it is whare we are in trouble everyone is lazy even the enquiry officers also lazy. Now am standing like a statue and am supported to one person who is beside me. Please it should be change

        On december 17 2017, we had booked the online ticket from kasaragod to bangalore for a lady passenger. During the journey conductor asked to provide the identity proof which passenger did not had any id proof at that time.

        So conductor told that without id proof your online booking is not valid where we need to purchase new ticket whereas passenger purchased new ticket on 17th december.

        Later conductor told us we would get the 50% of refund for online ticket which we booked.

        On 19th of december we had called ksrtc customer care, where told us to send the copy of e-ticket & copy of evm ticket. For the same we have send the copy of both the tickets, but till now we did not get any response on the refund & we had send multiple response for the refund no one is responding to our mails.

        Ksrtc seems to be very pathetic, very hopeless in responding customer queries.

          I boarded ksrtc vaibhav bus from davangere on 13/1/2018 @4:15 pm and was travelling to bangalore. The conductor of the bus kept my trolley bag full of clothes and other expensive stuff in the carrier and when i reached majestic and went to take my bag it was missing and the conductor says a few people who got down in yeshwanthpur might have taken it and is not taking any responsibility. I'm not at fault in this as the conductor must enquire properly and let them take the bags.. Nobody can just take away the bags randomly.. Resolve this issue kindly

            Good evening,
            I was travelling with ma family from t. Narsipura taluk, to nanjangud taluk in mysore district.
            As i am a daily customer for dat route the normal fare is rs.25/- & childrens half ticket as rs.13/-. But the conductor says dis is a special bus & charged extra fare, were as the normal fare been avoided by him saying there is no ticket bill to give l, with a proper exact bill, but conductor says old tickets are only available & its rs.30/- fare wen i ask the exact bill. He avoids & hand overs the old tickets by tearing half inbetween the tickets & issued the old tickets like rs.17,
            11, & 3rs tickets, its totally unfair. I condemn dis, passengers were not satisfied & he drived so rashly & faster, plzz look after dis issue.
            The total exact bill should be rs.88/-, were as the conductor took rs.105/- & mainly conductors doesnt keep the change also. They divide dat tickets to the other passengers for no change, this is sooo rude & disgusting.😠😤😡 he charged extra rs.17/- not only me. Other dan me many passengers were there in bus.
            It is my right to ask u my amount.
            I need dis issue to be fixed & compansate.

              Hii this is mohan v on the date 7/01/2018 i was travelling from channarayapattana to jalahalli cross in the bus number ka-40-f-0773 the conductor has not issued a ticket for the luggage she has taken 100 rs for the luggage when i demanded for the ticket she didnt issued the ticket. She has given only ticket for me and dint gave for luggage but she tock 250rs from me when i asked why you took so much she started talking very badley. Plzzz take some action on that conductor lady

                This is with regard to bus number ka 09 f 5132
                Travelling from bangalore to mysore which has come and hit our car which had stopped at traffic signal.
                In addition the driver and conductor behaved very rudely and instead of apologising they told us to file a complaint with ksrtc or police and went away. We feel very bad about this type of behaviour.
                Kindly take the necessary action against the staff.

                  Today 08th jan 2017 we are traveling from pamba sabarimala to bengaluru, bus number ka 57 f-1150. The bus stopped at 630pm for dinner. We asked the conductor we were informed that the bus will stop again at 930pm and there we can have the dinner. But the bus didn't stop even at 1030pm. We queried the driver wen will the bus stop for food. Conductor told the bus will not stop till gundlupet that is 7am next day. When we further asked to stop the bus since we were feeling very hungry, the driver of the bus stopped the vehicle and told arrogantly this is not your house and we will not stop the bus. When we called ksrtc helpline we were told the bus should have been stopped at kottayam at 930pm.
                  The behaviour of driver n conductor of the bus is too arrogant. And on top of it, though we were wearing shabarimala maaala even then the crew didn't care to talk to us in polite way.

                    Hello sir today afternoon i traveled from kampli to gangavati in a ksrtc bus and it's number is ka37 f0364 in that bus conducter was too rude and he misbehaved with me and talked too rubbish really i'm too frustrated with that incident plz kindly i'm requesting you sir you have to make a safe and happy journey to the passengers plz take serious action on this i need immediate response to this please

                      Please provide bus service via nice ring road from tumkur road to electronic city. I am staying near 8th mile. Metro connectivity is not there till electronic city. Metro from nagasandra is going to yelachanahalli. So crossing silkboard is cumbersome. Nowadays crossing city near majestic/shanthi nagar/ madiwala is taking 3 hours to reach electronic city. Thanks
                      As per above subject the bus no: KA 10 F 0080 between Kollogala & Bengaluru the bus conductor not allow to climb a bus for students and talk with very harshly...!

                        I am traveling daily from​ chintamani to bangalore n vice versa as i have been posted to chintamani. I told the destination stop as tc palya. But he gave the ticket till bangalore last stop. When i asked he told there is no stop in tc palya. I told him next nearest stop is kr puram. Why don't u give that. The fare i was supposed to pay was 57. He charged me 72 instead. I argued but no use as i was a non kannada, he did this. The bus no. Is ka07-f1692. My ticket no. Is 323321 dated 2.1.2018. I notiçe that he didn't 'return exact change to other passengers too. I know u won't take any action, but for my satisfaction i have written this complaint.

                          Sri byraveshwara general stall at kempegowda bus terminal 1 is charging for water bottle more than mrp. This incident happened at 7.05 am on jan 2, 2018. He is also refused to give bill for water bottle. My bus ticket no is 56270782. My name is devendra kumar jangid, scientist drdo. I am travelling from bangalore to hyderabad on jan 2, 2018. Please take action as soon as possible, and inform me what action is taken.

                            Ar sir,

                            The driver and conductor of ka 57 1827 airavathi daimond class bus from shiridi to bangalore on 28/12/17 at 1pm. Sir as we ver late for 3 min cuz of sum medical reason. But the conductor of tht bus called us and talked very rude saying tht v ll leave and move d bus. V just askd him to wait for 2min as v ver near to the bus but the conductor behaved very rude. As v had 5 seats reserved and when followed and enquired as to why he behaved very rude and uncivilized. Started abusing and swearing on and was least bothered of the situation around. Further he was abusing loudly from the driver seat and even shouted move away or else he will pull over. Actually he was planning to give our five seats to sum other pepole to travel with a bribe. There plan was to sell our seats with high price to others and make money. His action has been a disgrace to the clean establishment of ksrtc board and hence i'm kindly asking the concerned authorities to take action against him.

                              I wanted to inform you that during returning from hospet to bijapure on 29-nov-17, the conductor of bearing bus number ka35f287 conductor number 86 departed from hospet at 20:11:50 has not accepted aadahaar card for senior citizen concession. As an reference i have enclosed the ticket no. 289179.
                              I also enclosed ticket from bijapur to hospet were conductor has issued senior citizen ticket by looking aadhaar card.

                              Hence i request to direct all the ksrtc conductor to accept aadhaar card as date of birth to issue senior citizen concession.

                              I enclosed latter for refund from ksrtc, please do the needful.

                                Today[protected] morning while coming to mangalore from my native place. Met with in small accident with ksrtc bus vehicle number ka-19f 2787 (Between 9.30 to 9.40 place near jakribettu). Bus driver tried to over take maruthi omni and came wrong side and touched my car. He (Driver) does not ready to agree his mistake in fact arguing with me and viewers. I hope concerned person or department will take against him so that he will not continue such things here after.

                                I am working in SBI Mudalagi, my native is mahalingpur. There is a local bus from Gokak to Mahalingpur at 9-15 AM, so I can reach bank at correct time. Now this bus is cancelled that's why I am facing lots of problems. Many passengers are also facing the same problems. So please do the needful.

                                  I am complainting on conductor as the seat numbers were different in the bus, requested the conductor to follow regular seat no sequence as he is new to the route his responsibility was to allot seats based on reservation, he was unable to follow the seat sequence, worst kind of service is provided by ksrtc especially kolar depot as the have no properly trained conductors, if there are no bus to donimalai route kindly don't send some useless buses because of which we need to quarrel with passengers.

                                    Sir, i wrote to complaint that, ksrtc buses do not stop in rmc yard bus stop, yeshwanthpur, opp to vaishnavi sapphire mall. I am reffering to trips going out of bangalore. Buses run fast in the mid road. Buses are not stopping even when, passengers waive hands. This is causing lot of problems to passengers. There is bus stop sign in the area, but buses are not stopping.
                                    Hope you will take up the matter with the concerned and solve the problem at the earliest. Regards.

                                      I have booked ksrtc rajahamsa bus from st. Johns hospital bus stop (Boarding time: 21.16) to pudukottai for travelling on 21.12.2017 (Yesterday night).

                                      Boarding time is 9.16pm and i was waiting at bus stand from 8.30pm till 10.45pm.

                                      I didnt get any message about crew members details or phone call from crew members. I also tried to contact the previous ksrtc phone number which i got last time while travelling in same route at same bus and same timings. They didnt pick the call either.

                                      So please refund my 411rs considering being a valuable customer.
