Hello sir,
I am a frequest travller in government buses.
I have been charged an exra amount of 30 rupees at night time, which costs 10 rupees at day time, saying bus fare is 40 for the same journey which is 10 at night.
Its not about money, but if we raise voice againest it, we were asked to pay 40 else we were asked to get out.
Many people paid the amount as it was the last bus.
Kindly look into it.br...

I was carring car toy box which weighted for 10 kg but the box was big in size, the conductor took 125 Rs as luggage but did not issued the luggage ticket,
Even after asking for 2 times he ignored and did not issued the tickey.

I use ksrtc to commute from bangalore to my hometown every week.. I plan it so well that i start from home in the morning so that i can attend the office..

I had used toilet in hasan. Actual charge for toilet is 3 rupees but they are charging 5 rupees. If i question they are acting rudely. Please take action against him. I f he does same thing to poor no one is there to question it. Please have a look issue. Also put the charges list that he can collect it from customers.. Else that guy will collect more from customer every day...

In that bus which we traveled yesterday that is 10/11/2017 it looks more than 8:30 hr to reach from bangalore to dharmasthala, because there was many almost 75% of passengers were staff's and there family, the driver was always stopping the bus whenever staffs required, they spent more than 45 minutes to dinner, and took tea break twice respectively in hassan and shakaeshpura as well...

Sir,
1. You have arranged new buses in ksrtc. But you did not programmed in online for that seat numbering. That is why, family members are disturbing for changing of seats when they go to journey.

2. You did not arranging service numbers on the bus head. There is following like illiberal maintenance. So many times we argued with drivers and conductors. They were could not responded for problems and suggestions. Please...

I have booked my tkts from ksrtc marathalli bangalore for pune to bangalore from ksrtc counter but because of strike services got cancelled as i reached to the person he said it will be done from depo only next morning i reached to depo nearest to my location they said they just opened the counter come in afternoon i went again to domuluru depo but they said to go to some other locations then i went to shantinagar depo same thing...

I had booked ksrtc rajahamsa book 2 weeks before for 22 october 2017 as it was a festival time.
I received a cancellation message two days before and i need to return to bangalore but i do not have any reservation.
This is high case of irresponsibility as the i am helpless and cannot return to bangalore on monday.
The customer care service is the worst as they asked me book in ksrtc sarige saying that it's a semi sleeper....

But the bus didn't arrive and when asked in the control area they were like it will come by 6, when finally a bus came "badami-panjim" they directed us to board the bus, when boarded the conductor was quite a loose minded...

Pnr no j66810361, airavat bus from mysore to mangalore, trip code 1431mysmng. Journey date 14/10/17. Above mentioned bus was cancelled without any prior notice. Reminder alert was sent to me before the journey time but no notice about cancellation was done. It is only after reaching the origin bus station the information about cancellation was given. The convenience caused was extreme as no similar class was available at that time. Ksrtc...

Thanks for the ksrtc service to kemmangundi, but please change bus timings.
As to leave kemmangundi at night (As it is a tourist spot) and to reach bengaluru early morning, and same from bengaluru side.
Even good if rajahamsa or club class bus is driven, as it is a tourist spot and tourists prefer luxurios travel than a red bus. And tourist would prefer own vehicle than in a red bus,

Myself anitha miranda am at govt junior college kokkada and a frequent traveler from nellayadi to mangalore. Was travelling with co passengers from nellayadi to mangalore by (Bangalore - udupi) express bus and boarded at nellayadi, bus no ka - 40 - f -1191and paid a fare of rs 70/-
