I was travelling from bangalore to chennai on december 1, 2017, ksrtc 22:35 rajahamsa bus (Pnr : j[protected], i lost my backpack during my travel. I noticed that my backpack is missing only after reaching chennai koyambedu bus stand on december 2, 2017 morning 6:30 am. I had my laptop, college id card and few dresses in my backpack. It would be so helpful i[censored] help me in finding my backpack.

    I traveled from bangalore to ooty on 30.11.17 time 22.32pm, i asked for fresh blanket to the conductor, he told no. But he made is comfortable in the last seat, morning when reached ooty they stopped the bus before bus stand. Because they get commission from auto drivers. It was raining so badly they was no shellter to stand also. So kindly kstrc incharge officers go through and keep track and it should not happen in future. Thanks

      I was traveling from bangalore to chennai by ksrtc bus : pnr :j67464075, journey date :27-nov-2017 22:26, trip code :2226bngchn, bus number:ka06f1064, depot :tumakuru 2, crew mobileno:[protected].

      I had kept my office laptop bag on luggage space above. When i reached koyembedu the bag was missing. The bag had laptop, changer for laptop and office id. I reached out bus crew members. But it was of no use. Please take with high priority since it is office laptop and very critical. Please help us finding the laptop at the earliest.

        I chaya sharma administrator of s nijalingappa school hosadurga would like 2 get 2 your notice that bus of mandy depot which starts from hospet at 4 a. M. Will be sent by 12 — 1 a. M. According 2 the hospet depot convience mostly on sunday. Why cannot k s r t c arrang different bus. Why is the time changed according their convinient. If it is changed why it is not informed to passenger, i am lady who does job in hosadurga n mostly saturday i go to hospet to meet my husband n children n on monday early morning at 3.50 a. M. After enquiry the incharge person simply says that bus was sent at 1/2 clock. Once i asked the incharge person to give the complain book he said me that it is mandy depot u should write their nt in hospet depot sir a lady goes to stop n if bus not running what will i do. It is mandy hospet bus. Where i have to come 2 chitradurga from there again hassan bus 2 hosadurga. It is a humble request not to chance the bus time. This mostiy happence after a holiday hoping to do the needful.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I had traveled with my wife and two children from bengaluru to male mahadeshwara betta on 25.11.2017 by ksrtc bus no. Ka10-f0210. My elder son is not completed his 12 years of age (Dob:05.06.2006). The conductor has not taken this 12 years criteria and he was telling that since he is in sixth standard he has to take full ticket and he has charged for full ticket also (Ticket no.270621 dated 25.11.2017 at 11.07.26 hrs.

          The bus was started from bengaluru at around 10.45 hrs and it was reached kollegala around 14.40 hrs.in kollegala bus stop there is no proper bus stand and there is no good hotel, there they stopped for lunch and we searched for nearby hotel and had some thing and came back very fast. But, by the time we came back the bus was left the stand with out checking all the direct passengers have came back or not and they have not waiting for us. This type of behavior by the conductor is a carelessness/negligence in their part. By this act we lost our luggage and had lots of tension. After wards contacted tc on duty and informed the tc on duty at male mahadeshwara betta requested to collect the luggage. Then we took another bus to reach male mahadeshwara betta and there we collected our luggage from tc male mahadeshwara betta.

          For this so many ksrtc staff's are taking so much risk to find out conductor contact cell phone number informed him to handover the bags at tc male mahadeshwara betta.

          For giving so much tension to so many people, the conductor should be warned for his carelessness and negligence.

          I have booked through online for seat 37 in Suhas bus from Gulbarga to Hyderabad. I have booked for last bus one seat, when I saw in bus seat no 37 is the last seat. Which I have not selected while booking.
          This is frequent problem in misalignment of booked seats in online and different in bus.

            The bus conductor refuses to give requested stop to the female passenger at mid night 1 pm even after driver is willing to stop bus, conductor refused and made her to walk to nearest bus stop almost 800 meters in dark. If she had got troubled from robbery, who will take responsible for that?
            Incident happened near jalahalli cross, mumbai highway. Request you to guide the corresponding stakeholders.

              I[censored] people are really aware of what is going on or u want to take this matter serious escalate to ur higher level as soon as possible

              My self anand gandhi who wanted to travel to davangere from banglore on dated 27/11/2017 in the bus number ka-17-f-1975, i saw the real # answer from the conductor and depo manger stating that they will not accept the indian original currency there wad only written number on the note that is 32

              Can u please let me know might be rbi had notified u people that not to take currency where something is written on it how any common man can understand this # logic

              Which i paid money was original currency of india

              This is reticulous i need to escalate to any level if i don't get reply on this complaint i will go to consumer court or other proceding if needed

                Hi.. Firstly i booked a bus from hyderabad to bangalore. Bus number f720. It's a sleeper. I don't know how they allocated a male seat beside a ladies seat. When i told the crew member about this. They told me "so what?". Then they gave me last seat. When i asked him again he was telling me if i have a problem i should go to my previous seat which is beside male sleeper. He was so rude. How can this website allow a male to book seat beside a female?? That too in a sleeper bus.

                  The conductor in ksrtc bus was very rude to my parents. And he argued to my dad who is a senior citizen that there is no senior citizen ticket in this bus. Can you please check with the conductor or take action on him.
                  My dad is upset of this issue. Please make sure it will not occur anytime with other senior citizen

                    I am a frequest travller in government buses.
                    I have been charged an exra amount of 30 rupees at night time, which costs 10 rupees at day time, saying bus fare is 40 for the same journey which is 10 at night.
                    Its not about money, but if we raise voice againest it, we were asked to pay 40 else we were asked to get out.
                    Many people paid the amount as it was the last bus.
                    Kindly look into it.

                      Respectable authorities,

                      Ksrtc bus bearing number ka 57 f 1067 heading to mysore from bangalore at around 10am today (24th nov 17) near rajarajeshwari mall traffic signal mysore road made a left cut without noticing my vehicle on the left and caused damage. The signal was red and i was helpless since there was a private bus stopped to by left and i had no where to go to stop the damage. I have been indicating the driver by horning that the cut is not possible but he kept coming. When confronted the driver he blames the passenger indicated him hence made the turn. Isn't it the driver's responsiblilty to have road sense, see the mirrors and put on the indicators before making turns. Non of this is followed by the driver he just wanted to drive ahead not caring others on the road. This is highly irresponsible driving.

                      I demand action to be taken agaibst drivers who are irresponsible and should be punished accordingly.

                            I use ksrtc to commute from bangalore to my hometown every week.. I plan it so well that i start from home in the morning so that i can attend the office..

                            Here below is my message confirmation from today's bus reservation

                            Ksrtc bus : pnr :j67265416, journey date :14-nov-2017 05:00, trip code :0500cdgbng, bus number :9337, depot :chitradurga, crew mobile no:[protected]. Happy journey.

                            Bus was not 9337as in the message.. It was ka01f9179.. And the bus broke down in between the way.. Conductor is forcing us to board anything possible i just demanded that i need seat.. Ofcourse they don't care for us getting late to office

                              I had used toilet in hasan. Actual charge for toilet is 3 rupees but they are charging 5 rupees. If i question they are acting rudely. Please take action against him. I f he does same thing to poor no one is there to question it. Please have a look issue. Also put the charges list that he can collect it from customers.. Else that guy will collect more from customer every day
                              There is some nonsense going on like putting kerchief to catch seat in ksrtc buses. Please make sure for first come first service and no kerchief services. Queue system should be made strict.

                                In that bus which we traveled yesterday that is 10/11/2017 it looks more than 8:30 hr to reach from bangalore to dharmasthala, because there was many almost 75% of passengers were staff's and there family, the driver was always stopping the bus whenever staffs required, they spent more than 45 minutes to dinner, and took tea break twice respectively in hassan and shakaeshpura as well...
                                We departed at 10 o clk night 10/11/17 and reached by 6:55 am 11/11/17, actual time to reach the destination was between 5-6 hrs but it took almost 9 hrs because of this we lost the timings so we missed the reservation bus from kukke to bangalore

                                They means staffs entirely converted the public transportation into personal one

                                    Today 06.11.2017 in kunigal bus was travelling from bengaluru to dharmastal, bus number ka21 f0015, that was reached kunigal at 10.00am, the bus driver was driving very rash to rush the bus on to the pedestrian at kunigal bus station and just missed a fetal accident, even he is not applied horn sound, i went there asked to driver regarding rash driving and he is not at all to listen my words and his behaviour also rude, take action immediately and do needful, otherwise this driver will do the fetal accident

                                      I boarded the chamarajnagar to tirupathi bus chamarajanagar bustand at

                                      0610 hrs today and my ticket was uoto bangalore

                                      The bus stopped at channapatna for tiffen break. After finishing my

                                      Tiffen in 5 minutes i found to my dismay that the bad had already left

                                      Without caring for direct passengers.

                                      As i had urgent meetings at bangalore and the next bus to bangalore was about to leave i could not lodge complaint with tc at channapatna.

                                      Bus tickets are enclosesd herewith.

                                      Kindly advise your conductor and the driver of the bus to be more

                                      Careful and arrange to refund rs.50/- for the extra charge

                                        Greetings,

                                        Sub : ksrtc bus, conductor & driver left, without waiting for me, as i had got down to go to the urinals with conductor’s permission & my backpack containing valuables, laptop & music instrument was inside bus?

                                        This is to bring to your notice that, while i was travelling from panjim to belgaum on 29/10/2017 by 7.30 am morning bus, which was going to raichur via chorla ghat & via belgaum.

                                        At bicholim bus station, i requested the conductor, whether i can get down to go to the urinals, he said yes. But by the time i returned, the bus had left. My bag containing expensive laptop & music instruments was inside the bus. I was helpless, there was nobody to help me either from the ksrtc at the bus station, finally one passerby advised me to take motor bike taxi & chase the bus. It was a long chase & we managed to catch up with the bus at sakli or almost near goa check post. When i asked the conductor as to why he left me behind, he had no answer.

                                        Time : 7.30 am (Boarding at panjim - goa)

                                        Imagine, if i did not manage to chase on motorbike taxi & catch the bus, i would have lost all my valuables & to add to that my important data from the laptop would have gone.

                                        I request the responsible officer to investigate the matter & take action on the concerned driver & conductor to ensure that they do not repeat again.
