I loss my stroller while travelling between angamaly to sulthan bathery in airavat busno:ka01 f 8538 the operating crew was paramsivam and chandru dated 13.10.2017 which contains my valuable things such as a laptop, mobile phone, watch, shoes, cloths and few other things. I filed a petition for the same in kasaba police station calicut district same day around 0200am.
The crew was driving the bus in such a way that he didn't come to know the boot door was opened for long time, where as a kerala state transport bus was trying to over take take them to inform regarding the same and finally they end up losing their side glass and same is registered as a complaint in calicut bus station. Though the conversation of this incident happend around 25 minutes before reaching calicut, i was watching the conversation happening outside but was not aware of the same. When bus reached calicut bus stand the kerala state bus crew was behind them and was arguing, then i went out to esquire regarding this and i realise that my bag is missing
And crew was in such a way that they was not aware of what had happened, they don't even have the count of luggage inside the boot as well, and i noticed that their was no iron bar which prevent the further move of baggage's towards out if in case the door opens while running.

I am noticing this first time the bus without iron bar in boot space to prevent the luggage's failing outside while running.
Operating crew was like so casual they are not bothered, after arguing they came along with me to complaint regarding the same.

Kindly do the needful to get back my valuables.
My name is Chethan and I'm travelling Malavalli to Mysore and vice versa everyday. I heard that passengers from this route require more buses especially on Monday even on week days, so please provide more buses for us. And also we require extension of last bus timings an both sides.so Please consider my request and grant it.

    Subject: Conductor's misbehavior

    Respected Sir,

    I wish to draw your kind attention to the misbehavior of a bus conductor while I am traveling in a KSRTC Sarige Bus No.KA-13-F- 2239 but he is issued the ticket KA-13-F-2115 on 25.10.2017, I was travelling from Hassan to Mysore, I am having Physically handicapped Pass, My native Place is Komarnahalli – V, Hagare – Post, Belur – Tq, Hassan District.

    I am traveling weekly twice Hassan to Mysore and Mysore to Hassan regularly and I am taking ticket in K. R. Nagar to Mysore as per Conductor instruction. Morning I am really shocked he is asking ticket in Beraya to Mysore, I told him politely sir all your conductor was taken ticket from KR Nagar to Mysore, you’re asking Beraya to Mysore, please check with your Driver I told like that, suddenly he is stop the bus and he is rise the voice, If you want travel you will take a ticket otherwise I will stop the bus and he pushed me to get down the bus in middle of KR Nagar, his behavior is totally horrible/ rudely, after that I took the ticket I reached Mysore.

    If he did same mistake in midnight what will happen, please you try to understand my situation and correct it.

    I request you to take a serious action against him and please inform me as early as possible.

    Conductor didn't issues the ticket even when we asked him also he didn't issues the ticket and the counter person misbehaved with us when we informed that he didn't issues the ticket he even scolded and criticize my father

      Sir,
      1. You have arranged new buses in ksrtc. But you did not programmed in online for that seat numbering. That is why, family members are disturbing for changing of seats when they go to journey.

      2. You did not arranging service numbers on the bus head. There is following like illiberal maintenance. So many times we argued with drivers and conductors. They were could not responded for problems and suggestions. Please change your attitude of careless and leen maintenance from which is best software sector city of india.

      Not maintaining any display about status of KSRTC buses services in Hyderabad. There is preparing crowd at enquiry counter. They could not satisfy passengers to give information. But the department not trying to take proper steps. The department know to collect amount through online with somany types of charges and special bus extra charges. But it did not know how to deal the passengers to receive without giving troubles. please try to change from above.

        I have booked my tkts from ksrtc marathalli bangalore for pune to bangalore from ksrtc counter but because of strike services got cancelled as i reached to the person he said it will be done from depo only next morning i reached to depo nearest to my location they said they just opened the counter come in afternoon i went again to domuluru depo but they said to go to some other locations then i went to shantinagar depo same thing they are repeating please help

          I had booked ksrtc rajahamsa book 2 weeks before for 22 october 2017 as it was a festival time.
          I received a cancellation message two days before and i need to return to bangalore but i do not have any reservation.
          This is high case of irresponsibility as the i am helpless and cannot return to bangalore on monday.
          The customer care service is the worst as they asked me book in ksrtc sarige saying that it's a semi sleeper. I need a justification as what is happening and how do i attend my office on monday morning?

            This is to inform you that i have booked 6 tickets from belgavi cbt bus stand to panjim, goa the details are as follows:

            But the bus didn't arrive and when asked in the control area they were like it will come by 6, when finally a bus came "badami-panjim" they directed us to board the bus, when boarded the conductor was quite a loose minded arrogant person who refused to see any ticket and forced us to deboard it instead we had to pay another amount to board it... So i kindly request you to look into the matter "for refunding the amount" and take strict action against the bus conductors for their behavior..

            Bus no KA06 F 0989 this bus passing Bangalore at 11:00pm that time here the conductor talking the too much laugege charges and very rash behavior this not good .The luggage is less than 40kgs but he was taken 4 unit charges.& very rash behavior take action against the rules

              Pnr no j66810361, airavat bus from mysore to mangalore, trip code 1431mysmng. Journey date 14/10/17. Above mentioned bus was cancelled without any prior notice. Reminder alert was sent to me before the journey time but no notice about cancellation was done. It is only after reaching the origin bus station the information about cancellation was given. The convenience caused was extreme as no similar class was available at that time. Ksrtc is solely responsible for the losses caused to me.

                Thanks for the ksrtc service to kemmangundi, but please change bus timings.
                As to leave kemmangundi at night (As it is a tourist spot) and to reach bengaluru early morning, and same from bengaluru side.
                Even good if rajahamsa or club class bus is driven, as it is a tourist spot and tourists prefer luxurios travel than a red bus. And tourist would prefer own vehicle than in a red bus,

                In Chickballpura we student are facing that we are not allowed student pass..In all ksrtc bus if we complaint no action in taken against them we worry like why we had made pass.

                  Respected sir.
                  Myself anitha miranda am at govt junior college kokkada and a frequent traveler from nellayadi to mangalore. Was travelling with co passengers from nellayadi to mangalore by (Bangalore - udupi) express bus and boarded at nellayadi, bus no ka - 40 - f -1191and paid a fare of rs 70/-
                  Ticket no 129280 for the journey, as we reached padil traffic was being diverted via maroli insteaded of regular pumpwell kankandy route due repairs. And the conductor of the bus requested all those from pumpwell kankandy jyothi route to board another ksrtc bus and fare need not be paid only the ticket to be shown.
                  As we boarded another bus and told the conductor about the incident and were being told by the previous bus conductor to show the ticket only the conductor objected and demanded additional fare to be paid, while we objected he asked the driver to stop the bus aside and rudely asked us to get down without even considering it was dark hours and there were women and elderly citizen. Without any option left we had to pay the fare. Following are the details of the bus.
                  B. C road depot bus no ka-19-f-2940 ticket no 318508 fare rs 7/-
                  I kindly request you take stern action against such rude behavior. Being a responsible citizen and doing a public job i hope he knows his duties while being appointed by your department. Please prove that at least the head of the department is more responsible and do sent tolerate such behavior by your employees.

                  Note:- please post a contact number in the inside of every bus for such complaints so that your department can be contacted immediately.
                  Its more important for the safety of passengers instead for advertisements.

                  Please verify the incident and refund us.
                  Awaiting a positive response and justice for all from your side

                    Kalaburgi to udupi.
                    Only one bus all the week, that too inappropriately scheduled.
                    The bus leaves kalaburgi around 10.30am and reaches the destination i. E udupi at midnight around 2am which is a big problem in finding accommodation and reaching the place.
                    More busses, at least 2 or 3 up with reliable timings would help passengers add well as growth of diversity within the two large distanced cities of the state.

                      I had booked to and fro tickets from bangalore to hyderabad in advance. When started journey to hyderabad i got a message stating that my return ticket for tomorrow has been cancelled and no alternative arrangements. Now how will i get a front row seat last minute. When costumer cancels they charge up to 50% but when it's their turn nothing. Highly irresponsible.

                        The driver is very lazzy fellow, he is using mobile while driving. He started using mobile from hiriyur till half an hour to one hour. And when driving if any slope comes he keep the bus gear in neutral position till the speed reduces 40 kmpr. Plz we pay extra amount because it's an multi axel vehicle we reach on time like tat but he also taking more than the normal bus means very worst services ever.                           I travelled frm vidyanagar to apmc hubli.
                          I think rs12 charge fr tht rote. But it conductor took gvd me old bus stand to apmc ticket i asked y sir r u gvng me old bus stand ticket but i claimed frm vidyanagar. Thy told sir it's nt my problem go n say to ksrtc manager who r handling thr the ticket machine set like tht only.
                          Same i travelled yesterday same rote the gavd correct ticket printed vidyngr to navnagar...
                          I request in government bus travelled only poor people not rich so plzzz don't do like tht

                            I am frequently travelling between bangalore and mangalore. Ksrtc buses are stopped for lunch/dinner at the place of scheduled places convenient to the passengers. Commuters travelling between mangalore-bangalore and vice versa, between subramanya cross and bc road, the ideal and convenient place for taking lunch is uppinangadi aorf nelyadi where lines of hotels of any types liked by passengers of their choice is found. Unfortunately ksrtc buses particularly suvarna karnataka are stopping buses at hotel in between dharmashala cross and subramanya cross where only one hotel is found. The clelanness and food is not good in this hotel and passengers should take only food available there without choice. The steps of this hotel is also difficult to climb by the aged and disabled persons. The quality of food is not good and rates are also comparatively high than nelyadi or uppinangadi. There is no any other shops or stores except this hotel which is a punishment to the travelers. Knowing this well the drivers and conductors are stops buses for lunch for their own interest or income. This tarnish the image of ksrtc. Can the authorities take immediate action to see that buses for lunch or tiffifin is parked either at nelyadi or at uppinangadi which are the scheduled stops issue strict instructions to the bus staff not to stop in that dirty hotel in the larger interes of passengers?

                              I am traveling in a ksrtc sarige bus no.1724 on 02.10.2017, and i have reserved well before the date of journey. But it is very pity that the bus conductor has boarded more than 25 people without any reservation. Above that thee arrogance of passengers who have not reserved is more. I asked the conductor and he simply replied that what can he do?? If he can't do anything, then what is the use of reservation. I am frequent traveller traveling from adoni to bangalore. So please take strict action in order to provide comfort to your reserved passengers. Or else i will be left with no option but to raise the issue to the higher level.                                 Dear, i had made reservation for airavatha club class from chikmanglore to bangalore seat no 47..

                                But these people didn't even console. They made me sit near door.

                                I have paid 574 rupees and i had booked seat on sep 25. While booking i have clearly selected seat in back row. But these people made me sit near door.!!

                                To sit near door i paid 574..
                                No proper ac no comfort..
                                I am paying high and i am getting smethg low.
                                I request concussion department to please look after the issues and give me justice.. This is not at all fair..

Usually bus fare is 113 but bus number KA-13 F-2055, charged me 119 and gave ticket for Nagathihalli which is 7km from bellur cross. Date is 2/10/17. Afternoon. Hospital stop is 1.5km from bellur cross and belong to same area.

                                  It is noted that Rs 5 is being collected by a person for usage o[censored]rnials at Shanthinagar Bus depot though it is written as free. When asked he is responding in a very bad way and using vulgar language. He is saying you can complaint to anybody you want. It is seen many times that such incidents occur. I request you to take strict action and instruct clearly on collecting charges for using Latrine only and for Urinals

                                    Recently me n my friends travelled from mysore to ooty in rajahamsa bus. 1st of all the bus came at pickup point half an hour late and we reached ooty 3 hours late. It caused a hell lot of inconvenience to us.
                                    Also we came back to mysore by the same bus service even then the bus was delayed by 1 1/2 hour
                                    Very much disappointed karte
                                    1st time experience with ksrtc n this is what we got.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I was travelling from sira to chitra durga, on ticket no 030280 of rona depo vehicle no ka 26 f 908, around 07.30 hrs bus reached hiriyur station, conductor informed travellers about tiffin break, i had urgency to reach chitra durga. So i requested travelling pass / report with conductor, conductor denied stating we don't have provisions of issuing pass at this station, we requested agian, but his colleagues of the dept started screaming on me & threatened using foul words.
                                        With these type of gestures by dept staff is unfair with public which leads to dis respect to dept.
