I had booked tickets on 21 - sept -2017. The transaction failed and the tickets were not booked but the money was debited from my account. It has been 10 days and i still haven't got a refund.

    Dear sir,
    I was travelling from sira to chitra durga, on ticket no 030280 of rona depo vehicle no ka 26 f 908, around 07.30 hrs bus reached hiriyur station, conductor informed travellers about tiffin break, i had urgency to reach chitra durga. So i requested travelling pass / report with conductor, conductor denied stating we don't have provisions of issuing pass at this station, we requested agian, but his colleagues of the dept started screaming on me & threatened using foul words.
    With these type of gestures by dept staff is unfair with public which leads to dis respect to dept.

      Bangalore to hassan at 5.30am volvo bus is always delayed for more than half an hour... It's multiple times not once... Hence need to look into this matter if we ask bus driver they tell it's bcoz they get vehicle very late... Bcoz of delaying we face lot of inconvenience to report our duty... I have called the concerned official for this and they say that they 'll solve this problem or 'll look into this matter and then forget this matter... Plz look into it and solve the problem or find out solution..

        Dear sir,

        Subject : bag stolen with laptop in bus.

        I was traveling from bangalore to chennai in rajahamsa executive bus

        I was seated at number 13. I carried a single backpack bag (Vip brand and dark green in color and bag was covered with a black waterproof cover). I placed the bag at the baggage compartment right above my seat. I boarded at shantinagar bmtc bus depot. I did not use/open the bag throughout my journey till my destination. When i was about to get down from the bus at koyembedu bus terminus (My destination), i found that the bag was missing. I enquired the fellow passengers and the driver/conductor but they did not have any idea.

        The bag contains following items.

        1) company id card :
        Organization : harman international
        Name : sriram srivatsan

        2) lenovo laptop, model:t540p, black color

        3) laptop charger and mobile charger, usb mouse

        4) few pairs of clothes places in a white cover

        5) accessories like watch, room keys, etc.,

        To add to the above update, the bus stopped at places like hosur, poonamallee before the final destination koyambedu. I saw the bag in the baggage compartment even in kanchipuram which comes before poonamallee and koyembedu. But after that, I was half asleep. As per the driver, before the destination, they stopped at poonamallee highway road and few passengers got down there. After that, in the destination(koyembedu bus terminus), when I realized that the bag was missing, I enquired all my remaining fellow passengers before they got down. So the bag did not get missed in the last stop. So it is highly probable that the bag got misplaced/stolen near poonamallee.

          Dear sir,

          I had booked ticket for 29th sept 20:35 bus# ka57f747 to ernakulam. The driver wakes me up at 6.42am at thrissur and says stop has come. By the time got down and realised it is thrissur, the bus left. I tried running behind the bus trying to stop, but the driver just ignored. I request ksrtc team to take action on such drivers as they are cheating passengers and making money.

            We have booked our journey to bellary on 28th sep 2017 22:30 pm suhas service 1154. By 22:30, bus hasn't reached terminal 1 bus stop. So, we call up to the number which we got through sms. We got response saying their is huge traffic block, please wait at platform 4. So, we waited for one hour still no information. Meanwhile we continuously called the same contact. But phone was switched off. We are in full confusion, whether the bus came or it left. We also tried tracking portal that also not worked. We are very frustrated because we have no clue about bus. We request ksrtc please respond for passenger calls atleast and respond saying what's the status. Otherwise how many hours we need to wait for bus. And please look for tracker system and there are no one to guide at bus station not even enquiry office. There is huge traffic block at bus stop and no one tried to clear the block, everyone just honking.

              Pnr #j66375134 from coimbatore to bangalore bus delayed in its arrival which caused my train missed at 10:05 from majestic. Bus suppose to be reached at 8:30 to 9:00 as per the online timings. And driver was very ride.in between bus was changed in mysore due to single driver/conductor of the initial bus duty was over. Bus #f4940. Now i lost 400 rupees of train and 200 rupees for auto from satellite bus stand to yeshwanthpur bus stand. Horrible journey. Who ll pay my money?

                I was traveling from chikmaglur to mudigere...in bus ka 17 f 1886... Date[protected]. Time 8 pmclock boarded from chikmaglur..
                My class hours was till 8 pm..
                Conductor didn't allowed my pass and asked to take ticket... He left me in way.. And the bus went off...
                I have to change 2 bus that day i didn't went home.

                Please take this issue seriously.. Take immediate action.

                  Volvo bus no ka 01, fa 2111 bus towards silk board 500 d seats towards the end last but 2 rows the side seat was leaking. The conductor who was on the bus on 27th was not allowing the passenger to sit on the front side seat in front row as he claimed that seat to be his. I think volvo bus should be equipped with a maintenance kit of basic tools and cellotapes, something to prevent minor leakages etc.
                  Complaint from ticket no 102, depo 25, v500d/21. Time 7.25 am route kalyan nagar to silk board. Pls resolve this as there are rainy days ahead.

                    I have traveled in ksrtc city bus on 26/9/17 at near kr market around 3.05 and i came from rr medical college to kr market. He have give me change he said, will give later. Then when my stop came he said come to last stop i will give the change and he begaved so rude ka 57 f 816 conductor is bad and didn't return the change. Pls take relevant action.. He is not eligible for working in government sector

                    the following bus number ka 17 f 1666 has misbahved with the college girls because they have bus pass he has violated the government bus rule policy by saying that this bus is not for those who have student bus pass he showed violence so i request you to take action against the above mentioned bus confuctor

                      Dear sir the bis number ka-1 f-0149 bus travels from kanakapura to mysuru. Today[protected] the bus was not stopped in kns circle bus stand, finally all passengers shoted to stop then the bus stops 400 mts apart from stop, once we are asked y bus was not stoped both driver and conducter they are giving a answer in neglected manner and their talking was very worst. So kindly tell them how to behave with passengers and tell them to give the stops in were ksrtc stops.

                        My booking has been cancelled twice
                        And here i am copy pasting their email which was sent to me
                        Service cancellation alert: ksrtc regrets to inform you that for journey date:26-sep-2017 22:00 tripcode 2215bngmnp with pnr:j66163636 is cancelled. Inconvenience regretted.
                        Service cancellation alert: ksrtc regrets to inform you that for journey date:03-oct-2017 21:20 tripcode 2021mnpbng with pnr:j66217092 is cancelled. Inconvenience regretted.

                        In ordered support krtc and also get all the possible benefit from their service i always preferred to book the bus ticket in ksrtc
                        What i found it there is much more deference in the price compare to private bus and ksrtc. And as a respected citizen of this state i do have all the rights to take the benefit from every service what the government of karnataka provide me
                        But ksrtc began to give an impression that private buses are always safe and to be trusted and when i called the customer support they have given one mobile number to make an enquiry about this issue and the person who spoke to he was really very rude and he say that we do whatever we want and every one give another number to talk with
                        They have no concern for their passenger, how the passenger will find another ticket, in the peak time
                        And also when the ticket has been canceled they take 7 working days to refund the money to our bank account and how can they assume that we will have enough money in bank account to book an another bus ticket, or look for another option
                        I want to know is genuine reason to cancel the ticket or some faculty over there doing some dram with passengers and spoiling the reputation of ksrtc

                          The route turuvekere to chikkanayakanahally the buses are not available in required time. There is an express bus at the evening which has come to turuvekere at above 6-15 it is required at morning 10-00 to 10-30 am and here are very rare at 5-30pm onwards. At the evening we are very tiring but we are struggling to get the buses. We have monthly passes but not get the busses frequently. If we get the bus to k. B. Cross, and must wait at there nearly 1 or 2 hours... It is my humble request to provide buses to the route. At the evening time fast express bus (Mysore-chithradurga) has got very rush... So plz plz help the ksrtc bus pass citizen...

                          And if there is not convinience of busses to CHIKKANAYAKANA HALLY so please give the through buses on office opeining and closing time many people are suffering from this problem...( requesting you to investigate at KBcross at that time ) please provide the busses chikkanayakana hally to turuvekere at morning time and turuvekere to chikkanayakana hally at the eveining time.

                            Dear madam/sir,
                            1. Firstly, my husband and myself boarded the subject bus from vadakara, kerala, which was scheduled to reach there at 9:45pm instead the bus arrived at 10:40pm which is one hour late and moreover what we have observed is, if the passengers are late the crew keeps waiting even if it's more than 15minutes which is definitely not fair to passengers who have already arrived and this happens in almost every stop. We kindly request ksrtc to find a solution to this and improve on the promptness.
                            2. Second, this is one of worst experience we had, after we started our journey after about 2hours it started raining heavy and the most disturbing part was a volvo bus who's ticket fair is around 700 and is supposed to be a luxury bus had been completely seeping... Rain water was seeping from top side of the windows which are sealed how can this ever happen.. We had to travel with such a big nuisance?!!! Almost the entire bus was seeping and all the passengers had to travel in such horrible position. Seeing this we called the conductor.. And showed the issue his answer to us was 'what to do madam" the company gives us the bus and we just do our work. How rediculous is this? We had to travel the same way the whole night. What we understand by this is the passengers are at their least safety while traveling in a ksrtc buses. Today it was seepage tomorrow it can be something else which can even risk the passengers lives. It clearly shows how unfit are the ksrtc buses to be driven on road. None of the norms are being followed.
                            We have suffered damages due to this trip : 1. As my clothes got wet i fell sick the very next day and even had to consult the doctor and due to this my routine for the entire week got disturbed!!!
                            2. Our bags which had been kept in the dicky was completely wet as the dicky had turned into a water pool. Our clothes which were in the bag had become completely dirty has spoilt as the colours got mixed with each other and most of our clothes were expensive as we had attended a wedding and returning. We want damages for this!!!
                            We want ksrtc to refund our ticket fee, pay doctor’s fee and pay for cloths that have completely spoilt, as damages!.
                            Hence we look forward for a positive reply from the consumer forum do the needful action to stop corruption in the ksrtc department and save people's lives and keep up to their reputation and maintain the buses and make sure that their fit to run on roads and then allot buses to the respective destinations, this can keep the passengers safe!!!. Let them understand that passengers don't travel free it's a paid services given by the karnataka government.

This a request from a student that iam travelling from my native to my college nagarjuna college of engineering and technology. It is belongs to chikballapur division the students are increasing 20% to 30% please provide busses sir. There two college one is ncet and another one is sjcit so please provide busses from chikballpura to kolar in morning and evening

                                Today i traveled from mysore to mandya through bus number ka 40 f 631.
                                The ticket costs 44rs but the conductor took 50rs and not given the remaining amount and when i asked for it he told he will give after getting down, but when i got down and when asked for change, he immediately closed the door asked the driver to move.
                                My issue is not for 6rs, but this kind of bus conductor are spoiling the reputation of ksrtc.
                                We may not know he is doing same with other passengers.
                                My suggestion is to take some action so that he would not repeat.

                                  Hi. I have book airavat club class bus from secunderabad to bengaluru. The seat no 45 in the bus with reg no.- f 4821 does not extend backwards and there is no leg support. The seat is not a semi sleeper. This info was not given in the booking site and i was charged a full rate of a semi sleeper bus. The customer care is also of no help when i tried contacting them regarding this issue. I want a full refund else i'll b moving to the consumer court. My pnr no is j66331739. Ph - [protected]
                                  Even after taking tickets to Lakshmikanth Nagar, buses are not going in that route.
                                  As per the notice board, per hour is charged 50rs/day for two wheeler.

                                  But the amount charged is 60/day.

                                  When asked they said that if they mention it as rs 60, no one will park their vehicles.

                                  Is there some one in charge of this facility?

                                    We travelled by ksrtc volvo bus bearing regn no. Ka-01f8506 dacota bus in which roof was leaking with rain water & a/c condensat under seat no 19&20 booked by me for their trip from bangalore to coimbatore on 02.09.17. I was also traveling with them vide my seat no 17&18 & tkt. No. J.65823683. I boarded the bus from mysore satellite bus stand. By the time it reached bus stand it was late by 30 to 40 minutes.
                                    We reached mysore by 6.30 pm and left by 7.00 pm since driver and conductors were busy loading unauthorised parcels from a courier company at the risk of passengers which were not scanned.
                                    Secondly driver was not sure about the route since he was a first timer in this route. He should have asked the co drivers standing next to the bus but he didn't.
                                    Ultimately with the help of co passengers we could reach nanjangud road and satyamangalam ghat road.
                                    Stopped in a road side restaurant for reliving which was dark and not safe for lady passengers.
                                    In the ghat section hairpin bend no 9 bus got stuck and the driver became nerves. By the grace of goddess bannari amman our lives were safe and came safely to coimbatore around 12.45. Am.in this route only experienced drivers to drive inbghst section to be deployed.
                                    In between in saravanam patti bus was stopped to in load the courier bags for half an hour. From mysore it seems they take passengers for premium they are offered conductor seat & floor near the gear box.
                                    Surprise check by inspectors in all the interstate route is a must.
                                    Thirdly passengers (Seat no 19&20) who were relocated to last seat should be compensated for the difficulty & mental agony they had through out the trip.
                                    Finally drivers should be advised to stop in reputed hotels or in bus stand hotels for reliving. Please conduct an enquiry for poor quality of the bus.
                                    If c. M volvo bus gets repaired on the way you officials jump into an enquiry. What about common man and the voter.
                                    Your motto should be voters first vip next. Jai hind.

                                      Conductor of bus ka 57 f 2333, behaves badly with the passengers especially vd ladies, they race extra money they won't give back our changes, but they expect us to give change(currency ), this conductor asked me we vl go in auto paying 50rs but we can't give just 5 Rs to the bus anta, they won't even stop for a second at bus stop & literally a passenger fell while getting down. They behave so rudely with the passengers & spoiling the name of Karnataka. Kindly take strict action against these unfair people.

                                        I work in infosys mysore, usually i travel by bus to go to any place. Here in route 116 and 119 conductors are not taking 10rs coin they are saying they will take only note. They are saying this decision has come from higher authorities. As this is the legal currency they have to take this. This is a big problem so i think ksrtc should take necessary action.
