Dear madam/sir,
1. Firstly, my husband and myself boarded the subject bus from vadakara, kerala, which was scheduled to reach there at 9:45pm instead the bus arrived at 10:40pm which is one hour late and moreover what we have observed is, if the passengers are late the crew keeps waiting even if it's more than 15minutes which is definitely not fair to passengers who have already arrived and this happens in almost every stop. We kindly request ksrtc to find a solution to this and improve on the promptness.
2. Second, this is one of worst experience we had, after we started our journey after about 2hours it started raining heavy and the most disturbing part was a volvo bus who's ticket fair is around 700 and is supposed to be a luxury bus had been completely seeping... Rain water was seeping from top side of the windows which are sealed how can this ever happen.. We had to travel with such a big nuisance?!!! Almost the entire bus was seeping and all the passengers had to travel in such horrible position. Seeing this we called the conductor.. And showed the issue his answer to us was 'what to do madam" the company gives us the bus and we just do our work. How rediculous is this? We had to travel the same way the whole night. What we understand by this is the passengers are at their least safety while traveling in a ksrtc buses. Today it was seepage tomorrow it can be something else which can even risk the passengers lives. It clearly shows how unfit are the ksrtc buses to be driven on road. None of the norms are being followed.
We have suffered damages due to this trip : 1. As my clothes got wet i fell sick the very next day and even had to consult the doctor and due to this my routine for the entire week got disturbed!!!
2. Our bags which had been kept in the dicky was completely wet as the dicky had turned into a water pool. Our clothes which were in the bag had become completely dirty has spoilt as the colours got mixed with each other and most of our clothes were expensive as we had attended a wedding and returning. We want damages for this!!!
We want ksrtc to refund our ticket fee, pay doctor’s fee and pay for cloths that have completely spoilt, as damages!.
Hence we look forward for a positive reply from the consumer forum do the needful action to stop corruption in the ksrtc department and save people's lives and keep up to their reputation and maintain the buses and make sure that their fit to run on roads and then allot buses to the respective destinations, this can keep the passengers safe!!!. Let them understand that passengers don't travel free it's a paid services given by the karnataka government.
the following bus number ka 17 f 1666 has misbahved with the college girls because they have bus pass he has violated the government bus rule policy by saying that this bus is not for those who have student bus pass he showed violence so i request you to take action against the above mentioned bus confuctor
