Dear sir

This complaint is in relation to non working of ac in volvo ksrtc bus ka 01-f8476 from mysore to bangalore left mysore by artound 3.00 pm.. Repeted request on switching ac on was not been bothered by driver and was mentioning the maintenance of the same. Only the air was blowing from ac vent and the whole bus was suffocating... And was filled with dust. Not even bothered to change the bus..

Dear sir/madam,
With reference to the above i, vignesh prasad had travelled from coimbatore to bengaluru. I had no issues with the bus facilities. Only issue is that i had with the drop location....

As a frequent traveler between bangalore hyderabad, i notice some issues in surabaya service and avoid using ksrtc. I also tsrtc buses always full much before ksrtc. Please take my feedback seriously, i am pretty sure your bookings will increase.
1. Attitude and manners of drivers is generally rude. Don't show any concern for customer problems
2. They switch off a/c during long dinner break. People sleeping get disturbed due...

Ac sleeper bus from mantralayam to bangalore - 21;30,

Ksrtc bus : pnr :h65686594, journey date :15-aug-2017 21:30, trip code :2004rchbng, bus number :ka32f2011, depot :raichur 2, crew mobile no:[protected].
It was informed by crew they have to use it as non ac and horrible suspension and seating arrangement.
While booking it was shown as ac sleeper bus....

Negligence on the part of driver and conductor bus no is ka 18 f 502 dtad[protected]. At 8-00 am bus didn't stopped at katrimaramma stop my self and there were four passenger are standing and request ed by showing our hands but they didn't stopped. I want to know your disciplinary action against the persons who behaved negligently.

This is in continuation with my previous complaint dated[protected] where my 2.48pm ksrtc bus from bangalore to mangalore bus was delayed. I got a call from customer care (Rajshekar-[protected]) and he was asking my debit card number, validity date and cvv number... Tell me who will ask all these details to transfer refund amount!!?? 1.33 hrs delay in arrival of bus as my bus and 3.30 bus were clubbed together coz of which there was delay. I waited from 2.30pm to 4.10 pm in front of ksrtc office beside govardhan theatre. Pathetic service. All u had to do was just inform through message. Kindly refund for the inconvenience...

Some time bus timing of 3:15 pm arrives at 4:15pm and many more
If i ask to conductor of drivers they just say complaint to ksrtc
We are student's we won't get time to visit offices to complaints.br...

I booked for Airavat Club class bus for my journey from chennai to bangalore on Aug 12th 2017 9.00 am. But the bus we were asked to board is not Airavat class. But still we did. I boarded bus ka 36 f 1368 from bangalore to lingsugur on 11th of august.
Before reaching the destination, the staff of the bus asked the passengers to change to another bus for there personal reasons, they didn't bother to allocate the seat to passengers who all were traveling from a long distance..

Even after paying the complete amount i had to travel by standing in the bus holding my laguage for almost 50kms

As we neared bangalore, about 1km from gorguntepalya bus stop, the conductor and driver decided to go to majestic via malleswaram instead of via navrang theatre. I have observed that almost all toilets in ksrtc bus stations are in deplorable condition, whether it is bangalore, mysore or any bus stand in between such as channapatna, ramnagara, mandya etc which i recently came across during my travel from mysore to bangalore. Sir i come from anandnagar to railway station, so when i was coming from railway station to gandiwada. So sir i was waiting for bus in front of railway hospital then the bus came at 4:50 but didn't stop at railway hospital

I booked a 22:40 departure bus on 23rd july 2017 from chennai to bangalore. The bus is an ac bus. The space between two seats in karnataka buses is too less. As i face this problem every time when i travel in karnataka buses. My height is 6 feet and each person of my height cannot sit properly between two seats. So i kindly request you to increase space between two consecutive seats in upcoming new buses and if possible modify current ksrtc buses.
