Today i traveled from mysore to mandya through bus number ka 40 f 631.
The ticket costs 44rs but the conductor took 50rs and not given the remaining amount and when i asked for it he told he will give after getting down, but when i got down and when asked for change, he immediately closed the door asked the driver to move.
My issue is not for 6rs, but this kind of bus conductor are spoiling the reputation of ksrtc.
We may not know he is doing same with other passengers.
My suggestion is to take some action so that he would not repeat.

    Hi. I have book airavat club class bus from secunderabad to bengaluru. The seat no 45 in the bus with reg no.- f 4821 does not extend backwards and there is no leg support. The seat is not a semi sleeper. This info was not given in the booking site and i was charged a full rate of a semi sleeper bus. The customer care is also of no help when i tried contacting them regarding this issue. I want a full refund else i'll b moving to the consumer court. My pnr no is j66331739. Ph - [protected]
    Even after taking tickets to Lakshmikanth Nagar, buses are not going in that route.
    As per the notice board, per hour is charged 50rs/day for two wheeler.

    But the amount charged is 60/day.

    When asked they said that if they mention it as rs 60, no one will park their vehicles.

    Is there some one in charge of this facility?

      We travelled by ksrtc volvo bus bearing regn no. Ka-01f8506 dacota bus in which roof was leaking with rain water & a/c condensat under seat no 19&20 booked by me for their trip from bangalore to coimbatore on 02.09.17. I was also traveling with them vide my seat no 17&18 & tkt. No. J.65823683. I boarded the bus from mysore satellite bus stand. By the time it reached bus stand it was late by 30 to 40 minutes.
      We reached mysore by 6.30 pm and left by 7.00 pm since driver and conductors were busy loading unauthorised parcels from a courier company at the risk of passengers which were not scanned.
      Secondly driver was not sure about the route since he was a first timer in this route. He should have asked the co drivers standing next to the bus but he didn't.
      Ultimately with the help of co passengers we could reach nanjangud road and satyamangalam ghat road.
      Stopped in a road side restaurant for reliving which was dark and not safe for lady passengers.
      In the ghat section hairpin bend no 9 bus got stuck and the driver became nerves. By the grace of goddess bannari amman our lives were safe and came safely to coimbatore around 12.45. Am.in this route only experienced drivers to drive inbghst section to be deployed.
      In between in saravanam patti bus was stopped to in load the courier bags for half an hour. From mysore it seems they take passengers for premium they are offered conductor seat & floor near the gear box.
      Surprise check by inspectors in all the interstate route is a must.
      Thirdly passengers (Seat no 19&20) who were relocated to last seat should be compensated for the difficulty & mental agony they had through out the trip.
      Finally drivers should be advised to stop in reputed hotels or in bus stand hotels for reliving. Please conduct an enquiry for poor quality of the bus.
      If c. M volvo bus gets repaired on the way you officials jump into an enquiry. What about common man and the voter.
      Your motto should be voters first vip next. Jai hind.

        Conductor of bus ka 57 f 2333, behaves badly with the passengers especially vd ladies, they race extra money they won't give back our changes, but they expect us to give change(currency ), this conductor asked me we vl go in auto paying 50rs but we can't give just 5 Rs to the bus anta, they won't even stop for a second at bus stop & literally a passenger fell while getting down. They behave so rudely with the passengers & spoiling the name of Karnataka. Kindly take strict action against these unfair people.

          I work in infosys mysore, usually i travel by bus to go to any place. Here in route 116 and 119 conductors are not taking 10rs coin they are saying they will take only note. They are saying this decision has come from higher authorities. As this is the legal currency they have to take this. This is a big problem so i think ksrtc should take necessary action.

            I booked bus from bangalore to tirupathi on 22 aug. I tried 3 time but 2 time amount deducted from my account but i got failure status.. When i called to customer care they giving the reason there is server problem..
            It's already 20 days still i didn't get my money.. Please refund my amount 6040rs as soon as possible it my humble request with u people...

                Dear sir, i'm a student of gndec collage bidar my bus pass has been damaged due to heavy rain in past couple of days. I don't want to tell my name, i request you to tell the workers to do their job properly thay are not replacing the pass as pass is made before one month only. I don't have time to roll the bus stand many times

                  The ksrtc conductors often charged us extra from the mentioned ticket charges. While the fare is 50, he charged us 60.
                  The amount might appear small but as daily college going students it makes a huge difference for us. This is the case most of the times. The conductors just refuse to return us the change and as we don't know the language we cannot argue with them. When confronted they speak in the native language and ignore us. Kindly take action for these situations.

                  We booked Kalaburgi to Hyderabad suhas bus but they gived rajahamsa but . Seats also not good push back .rain water also coming inside in the bus. Seat & passage both also wet. We give complain jago grahak jago

                    Sir/madam,
                    Thisbangalore this is for your kind information that, i was travelling from madiwala to kudlu gate on 02.09.2017at 2.47pm, afternoon in a bus the details of which are given in the photo of the bus ticket attached here with. It was raining heavily. I was wet when i went and sat on a seat. The conductor who was till then sitting in front of me, got up and went to issue tickets to other passengers. Instead of asking me for ticket when he was standing in front of me, he poked and pinched my arm with wet clothes for two to three seconds and asked for payment of ticket. When i told him to behave properly, he ignored my words and told, "aye, kodu bega" which is derogatory and highly uncivilized manner of addressing a lady in public. Such behavior of the public servants is totally unacceptable.
                    Hence, i request you to take necessary disciplinary action against the conductor along with behavioral training.
                    The action taken may please be intimated to the under mentioned.

                      What the #... Davangere to hubli bus.. Does it need a stop for dinner?? When hubli is only 50kms away... Take charge on such drivers who stop at their own will where they are provided free food..

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        I just wanted to bring it to your notice on the problem we faced during our recent trip with ksrtc volvo services.

                        I reserved a bus ticket i. E. 'airavat club class' from bangalore to chitradurga for the date 24th aug 2017 in advance (I. E. 10 days before on 14th aug) and seats got confirmed.

                        When i actually went to majestic along with my friend on 24th aug to on board the bus at 7pm, we didn't get the same bus instead they asked us to get into normal volvo (Airavat) without any prior intimation. When we asked the reason, they said some nonsense reasons like ac is not fine, driver is not available etc...

                        Couple of concerns from our end on this issue:

                        1. Even though we planned our trip well in advance, we didn't get any heads up on the cancellation of services. We were in a helpless situation and just on boarded the bus whatever we got at that point of time since we don't wanted to miss our festival and also it was about to rain and majestic was overcrowded. Who is responsible for this and whom we need to approach during this kind of situations. Just think if i'm travelling with my parents/kids/aged persons, who is responsible for taking care of them.

                        2. This is not the first time i'm experiencing this kind of situation. I had very bad/similar experience earlier as well with ksrtc. Even though they say there are additional buses available during festival season, this is the worst planning we can say and general public are facing lot of problems.

                        3.in case if we cancel our trip before 1hr, will you allow us to do that or will you repay the money back? Never right? So what made you guys to think whatever you make a decision, public will accept it. What will be the case if a person travels in normal red buses then?

                        4. Who will be repaying back our money now. I'm not ready to pay additional amount for the services which i never availed. Please make sure you will be refunding this amount back to my bank account at the earliest.

                        Thanks in advance and looking forward for better services from your end on going forward. Hope we never face these kind of situations again in future.

                          People travelling towards mangalore, hassan it is very difficult catch a bus from govardhana theatre, yeshwanthpur. There is no proper bus station where you cannot take shelter. People who take buses from this stop will be more than 1500 during peak days. When its raining situation will be more horrible and its beyond your imagination. I request ksrtc humbly to build a bus station at govardhana theatre and ease our pain.

                            I had booked seat 1 single lady for bus no 5239 mysore panaji bus on 24 aug 2017... Beside me seat no 2 and 3 are booked for gents... How to travel whole night beside gents... Some sense should be there... Even conductor is shouting at me to adjust beside any ladies. He is showing vip seats like vidhana sabha reserved, senior citizen reserved and giving big lecture inspite of adjusting along with a lady anyhow... Is this the safety our state is providing for a lady to travel at night? When lights are off in bus... Shame on you ksrtc service... Private buses are more safer than you and caring...

                              Respected sir, many students including me, are travelling from bengaluru to colleges like siddaganga institute of technology and also vidyavahini, tumkur university, etc all the above colleges are situated in tumakuru near sit bus stop and gpt bus stop. We are facing a lot of problems because most of the buses are not giving stop at both of the above mentioned stops especially during peak hours (4pm to 6pm), some conductors will lie that they won't allow student pass even though they are not interstate buses or front door buses, only a few buses who give stop will say that they already have 5 students in their bus so they won't allow us to get in the bus. And since we have pass only till sit stop we are not allowed to board a bus from tumakuru bus stand. Due to this problem most of our time is being wasted in bus stops waiting for bus. It is also affecting our academic scores and health.
                              So i request you to kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.1 aug 2017

                              I booked a ladies ticket and next seat was given for gent which became difficult for me to sit in the seat because next seat was gent, ksrtc govt should not encourage this things
                              Recently my sister got student bus that to be by going to KSRTC several time . Some time people will not be there even is working hours finally she got it but now KSRTC team is not changing bus pass route for her as route is changed and she is struggling due to this.. now a days this is becoming a big issue.. please resolve this.

We are facing a lot of problems because most of the buses are not giving stop at both of the above mentioned stops especially during peak hours (4pm to 6pm), some conductors will lie that they won't allow student pass even though they are not interstate buses or front door buses, only a few buses who give stop will say that they already have 5 students in their bus so they won't allow us to get in the bus.                                 Driver of bus number KA42 F744 traveling from Kollegal to Bangalore has been using mobile phone many times while driving on August 11, 2017 around 5 pm, risking the lives of passengers on road.

                                  This complaint is in relation to non working of ac in volvo ksrtc bus ka 01-f8476 from mysore to bangalore left mysore by artound 3.00 pm.. Repeted request on switching ac on was not been bothered by driver and was mentioning the maintenance of the same. Only the air was blowing from ac vent and the whole bus was suffocating... And was filled with dust. Not even bothered to change the bus..

                                  I feel having paid to this service we must be honoured.

                                  Hope will take some action being the responsible service provider and our tax benificiaries..

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    With reference to the above i, vignesh prasad had travelled from coimbatore to bengaluru. I had no issues with the bus facilities. Only issue is that i had with the drop location. I had booked the drop location as majestic bus stand. Soon after reaching bangalore. It had stopped at shanthi nagar bus stand. It reached this depot at 5:30 am. I had requested him to drop me at majestic bus stand. He refused and told me that shanthi nagar bus stand was the last stop. I was not only affected but a few more passenger were too affected.
                                    Please take a look at this matter.
                                    I was coming from Lulu mall to cusat junction on today . Bus no is ksrtc rsa685 he slapped me without any reason and didn't say sorry to me . And he behaves like a rude and angery manner I am from cusat and nortindian is tis way to all o[censored]r South Indian to behaves every one . Plz take a proper action against him
                                    This is regarging the toilets at the KSRTC satellite bus stand. There are no taps and and the toilets are so dirty that its absolutely impossible to use.

                                      As a frequent traveler between bangalore hyderabad, i notice some issues in surabaya service and avoid using ksrtc. I also tsrtc buses always full much before ksrtc. Please take my feedback seriously, i am pretty sure your bookings will increase.
                                      1. Attitude and manners of drivers is generally rude. Don't show any concern for customer problems
                                      2. They switch off a/c during long dinner break. People sleeping get disturbed due to suffocation and some of them can't get sleep again. I tried exposing drivers, they hardly care and say a/c is provided only while bus is running.
                                      3. Breaks are mich longer than others. Drivers don't show any urgency to reach destination on time or as soon as possible even when bus gets delayed for any reason. Breaks look longer for those who are tensed to go to office on time.
                                      I wish ksrtc takes some steps to attract people like me.

                                      Drivers treat me bit better when i speak in kannada. I wish same patriotism they show to ksrtc to get more passengers.

                                        Ksrtc bus : pnr :h65686594, journey date :15-aug-2017 21:30, trip code :2004rchbng, bus number :ka32f2011, depot :raichur 2, crew mobile no:[protected].
                                        It was informed by crew they have to use it as non ac and horrible suspension and seating arrangement.
                                        While booking it was shown as ac sleeper bus.

                                        Initially crew member told that it was asked them to turn off AC and when the commuters start to quarrel they informed alternator is not working

                                        As the bus is non AC Sleeper, 220 amount (for two person) got refunded by the crew.
