HI KSRTC Department,
I am Krishnan, Bangalore person working in Oracle Pvt Ltd, Bannergatta road, today morning traveled in KSRTC (Magadi Unit), Bus KA42-F0244, my ticket number 256675, dated 28/02/17 06:03:11. from Hosur to Dairy circle.
He gave ticket and wrote 5 rupee change on the back side of the ticket, I asked the 5 rupee change in Christ college (Dairy Circle). Conductor, gave torn 5 rupee note, and took my ticket, holding it (he will use this ticket those who are travelling from Gharebhavi Palya to Lakkasandra or further ((today nearly 10 people got into this bus, he didn't give ticket, he returned to everyone 5 rupee coin, for these kind of activity, he have change, but, for us he don't have change). I requested him to give my ticket back to me to get down and me other 5 rupee ( I understand there is an problem for change, but, when he have lot of change for others, those who travell in between stages, conductor won't give ticket) .
He got angry one this is I requested him to return my ticket for that sake he gave torn 5 rupee note and shouted on me, and I told him, don't shout on me, i[censored] don't have other 5 rupee. He keep on shouting and holding my neck to push me out from the bus, till that time, great driver on call from Hosa Road till dairy circle, he off the bus and getting down and both of them are behaving like a gundas (not like a professional).
Is this is the way to treat passengers. I hope they will be punished. If they are government servant, will they can do all these kind of activities and public can't ask for justice, If public like us ask, we will be pushed out by conductor holding the neck.

This is the pathetic service that we have come across.
No value for money, we paid for sleeper but had to travel sitting in a congested bus(some way).
God knows who is managing and monitoring the maintenance of bus.
