Dear Sir/Madam,

I here by inform you that today[protected] morning at 4 AM the KSRTC bus left from pavagda busstop to banglore. the conductor in the bus is cheated me intentionally.In detail, i asked him to give ticket from pavagada to Madhanayakanahalli and i given 500 rupees to conductor. in return he given 60 rupees, remaining 305 rupees he kept pending and when bus came near nelamangala i asked him balance. he taken the ticket and hold it with him, and he is giving balance change to all all other passengers 5 rupees 7 rupees etc etc and i thougt may be he as to give me 305 rupees so may be he will give when i get down in madhanayakanahalli, but when i get down near madhanayakanahalli he given 5 rupees . i replied i given 500 rupees .pending balance is 305. but the conductor replied ruidly for whom u given 500 like that he cheated and he just keep on getting into the bus in hurry and he kept my ticket in his hand only. i didnt noticed the bus number as i just stunned. i didnt shouted as i dont want to create the nuisance in the public place that affect the other innocent passengers who are hurry to reach their work place . i cant believe this kind of conductor are their in KSRTC department because as i am travelling in KSRTC from past 10 years i didnt faced this kind of problems. Its not a matter of money. its matter of prestige and it also create some negative impression to passengers on all conductors who are good, because of this few cheating conductors.

Please consider this complaint on priority to satisfy customer.

    Sir, I am Deepak booked a ticket (KSRTC Bus : PNR :J63681070, Journey Date :07-Apr-2017 17:00, Trip Code :1630MNGBNG, Bus Number :257, Depot :MANDYA, Crew Mobile No:[protected] . Happy Journey.) and received this message, i was waiting in the stop (b.c road) and on showing stop signal the driver didnt stopped the bus, later i calld to the above number saying that you didnt stopped in the bus stop he said that u come forward our mashine is stopped working (wheich ia ticket giving mashine) and i asked him there is no inter relation between ticket giving mashine and stopping bust at bus stop. He started talking to rudely and abused me so my humble request is to take a proper action againest the dr8ver and conductor. Thanking you, and i hope you understand my situation.

      Mangaluru, Apr 6: The long-expected Kudla Express train between the city and Bengaluru, which will bring down travel time from the current 12 to 9 hours, will begin operations on April 9. The train will take Hassan-Shravanabelagola route. However, the train will run from Junction station here instead of Central. The railways claim that they do not have spare platform for running this train from the Central station.

      Union railway minister, Suresh Prabhu, it is understood, will be flagging off the train at 11 am on April 9 from Kankanady (Junction) station through video conferencing facility from New Delhi. At the same time, organizations of railway commuters have decided to boycott the inaugural ceremony because of the decision of the railways to run the train from Junction station.

      Palakkad division of railways says that it decided to operate the train from Junction station because of the non-availability of platform at Central station. However, people and railway organizations believe that the train will prove disastrous unless it is run from Central station as people will be compelled to pay hefty hire charges to taxies and auto rickshaws to reach Junction station.

        This is with regard to route bangalore to kadappa, vehicle number ka 57 f 1657. The reason for this complaint is not stopping the bus in the stops which are available for the passengers. This bus has to give stops in hosakote, nandagudi, h cross, kaivara cross, chintamani, this information i got to know from depot tc. The conductor and driver has a different version and they say there is no stops and they go via by pass. They stop for breakfast, before chintamani. Its creating lot of problem for regular commuters. I have also lodged a complaint in consumer forum, since i have a monthly pass.

          It was not happy journey... It was really sad to see the rude behavior of conductor towards lady traveller with kids.

          I had to complaint this so that no other lady traveller should face this again.

          Pls need justice...
          I mother of two kids was travelling blr to rcr... I boarded the bus. I had the mobile ticket. But had forgotten id card.
          The conductor was so rude on talking and started demanding it continuously.
          I was telling him, give me 5 mins my husband will send me copy of the id proof over mobile. But he was demanding and he created an insulting situation in midst of all co passengers. My kids got frightened and started crying... I felt literally that why did o choose the state public transport.. Is this the way they behave with women travellers.
          I appeal the authorities to pls educate the staff to behave in a better manner.
          And pls take action against such rude staff who spoil the whole state transport system image.
          This Bus later in middle of the travel broke down and there is no proper communication for moving passengers to other alternate bus. There is lot of inconvenice to lone lady travellers.
          This is the pathetic service that we have come across.

          No value for money, we paid for sleeper but had to travel sitting in a congested bus(some way).

          God knows who is managing and monitoring the maintenance of bus.

            To concerned authority nagamangala depo bus bearing no ka 11 f 0154 is violating plying time from Bangalore to nagamangala he has to leave market by 10:45am but he will be arriving to sumnalli junction by 10 :30 am I have permit plying at the same time to devlapura so suffering losses due to plying violation by nagamangala depo bus I informed regarding this to depo manager many times but no use so kindly requesting to concerned authority to take necessary action and my contact no is [protected] (kempraj k n rtd rfo)

              Respected sir/madam
              I am complaining about KA 42 F-354 bus which plies between kankpura and kalisipalya.
              The bus conductor didn't pick up me at Kr market bus stop at 7:09 am even though I was holding the door handle for about 10 seconds.
              Please take serious action against the corresponding conductor of the bus and make sure that it doesn't happen for other passengers.

                Traveling from Mysore to Bangalore
                Hunsur depot bus the time was night at 7:15pm. Started journey from Mysore to Bangalore. In the tea time the bus stops in Maddur. When I came back the bus was went off the time was 8:30pm to 9:00.pm then I complaint to traffic controler at Maddur the ticket enclosed.. I missed my bag in the bus so hereby that please my bag back.. It is an very precious.

                  5 PM at tumkur
                  I am a student and catched the bus at SIT college. My pass destination was upto jalahalli cross and bus was of flyover.
                  I showed the pass to conductor & requested to get down at Widia stop.But conductor shouted at me that he will not permit the stop at Widia & told me to get down at nelmangla toll. I questioned him for his arrogance behaviour and he try to assault me. So public stopped the conductor and he tried to assault even on them also.So this attitude of public servant makes passenger to travel Annoying and irritating. Please take a suitable action on that conductor.

                    Complaint against conductor of karnataka kart bus no. KA09 F 5112. The conductor didn't pick up passengers at Kengeri bus stop I told that my bus only pick up passengers of Mysore and Mandya. but again speak that bus is not good condition to other passengers but in bus already passenger are there. So kindly request you whether this bus is non stop or not. Why he had done this. Pls enquiry and give feedback sir.

                      My mother was travelling in KSRTC rajahamsa today 4/3/2017.
                      It was 9:30 am bus from Bengaluru to Mangaluru.
                      She was in the ladies seat.
                      untill Hasan no one sat beside her. The lady conductor allowed a male person to sit next to her in Hasaan.

                      When she reache d home her small purple purse is missing.
                      It had some cash around Rs 1000 and most importantly her id card
                      aadhar card, senior citizen card, voter id card

                      It would be very helpful if we could get the purse.

                        A driver was found driving recklessly and during such act three passengers were about to go under the wheel and die within seconds. The time of incidence being 1:30 AM on 4th March, 2017. The main reason being competition between two buses. The culprit driver was driving bus no: KA 26 F 995. There was no Official from KSRTC to raise a complaint also. The police also just came and didn't take any action.

                        The incident occurred in Kempegowda KSRTC Terminal 2. The bus plying between Bengaluru and Hubballi.
                        Ksrtc buses won't give stop at govt polytechnic college... if they it won't be a proper ..they rush forward and then stop the bus.. by the time we run to catch the bus they will move on...[censored]

                          When we reached around yashvantapura, conductor asked everyone to come down and asked us to move to bmtc bus.                           my name is kedarnath. i have lost my ksrtc buspass on 02/03/2017..
                          my village is in bidar district.
                          plz do provide me duplicate pass

                          and i am a disable person.cant hear properly. conductors used to make fun of me everytime when i travel with some words and reactions. that i can understand. i have handicap bus pass. so do treat very badly.
                          please take it serious.

                          last day journey also it happened and i slept during the journey that time i lost pass

                          Sir the bus charge of Bijapur to Gulbarga and gulbarga to Bijapur is Rs.165 in NEKRTC.

                          And for NWKRTC the bus charge is Rs. 160.

                          Why this difference ? Without any notification.

                          And stops are too much (almost all stop), even it is express
                          The bus which leaves from Goa, Panaji at 6:00pm is supposed to reach Bengaluru at 5:30 But the bus normally reaches at 7:00 am or more they don't maintain the speed at night which is required at night and is going very slow at night

                            It really feels very bad that ksrtc has become torture to students.though we take yearly pass its of no use. The way conductors n drivers behave with students is really inhuman. I am a student who has stopped going to college in ksrtc because of the torture by conductors n whole ksrtc department. I should travel from bangolre to ram nagar Ghousia college. Where route change is bidadi and the last stop is Ghousia college.which means i should take ticket from bidadi to quaters stop else i sud board shuttle from bidadi. And there is no frequent shuttle buses as well. I know my concern would not even bother u. Still gave a try to make u understand situation of a student who undergo such ill. Can't stand cheap behavior shown by conductors n drivers.

                              I had boarded the bus from Swargate (Pune) bus stop on 24th February, at 10pm. While boarding the bus, I had put my luggage in the lower dickey.

                              While deboarding at Majastic bus station (Bangalore) next morning, I realized that my luggage was missing. There were three different passengers whose luggage went missing at the same time. The bus crew apparently had no clue about the missing item.

                              When we went to the KSRTC office to complaint against this careless behavior, KSRTC decided to not take any responsibility and put the entire blame only on the crew of the bus (3 drivers).

                              We tried lodging an official police complaint, but only to realize that there is going to be no good coming out of it. Police gave us clear indication that they won't put much effort searching for 3 missing bags. The only outcome of it would be the drivers losing their jobs. The police suggested us to take some compensation from the drivers and not file an official FIR. Well, we all know how our legal system works...so no surprise.

                              Details of missing items:
                              * 1 white color duffle bag (adidas brand), with 5 shirts, 3 pants, a few Tshirts, 2 pairs of shoes and 3 PS3 gaming consoles.

                                HI KSRTC Department,

                                I am Krishnan, Bangalore person working in Oracle Pvt Ltd, Bannergatta road, today morning traveled in KSRTC (Magadi Unit), Bus KA42-F0244, my ticket number 256675, dated 28/02/17 06:03:11. from Hosur to Dairy circle.

                                He gave ticket and wrote 5 rupee change on the back side of the ticket, I asked the 5 rupee change in Christ college (Dairy Circle). Conductor, gave torn 5 rupee note, and took my ticket, holding it (he will use this ticket those who are travelling from Gharebhavi Palya to Lakkasandra or further ((today nearly 10 people got into this bus, he didn't give ticket, he returned to everyone 5 rupee coin, for these kind of activity, he have change, but, for us he don't have change). I requested him to give my ticket back to me to get down and me other 5 rupee ( I understand there is an problem for change, but, when he have lot of change for others, those who travell in between stages, conductor won't give ticket) .

                                He got angry one this is I requested him to return my ticket for that sake he gave torn 5 rupee note and shouted on me, and I told him, don't shout on me, i[censored] don't have other 5 rupee. He keep on shouting and holding my neck to push me out from the bus, till that time, great driver on call from Hosa Road till dairy circle, he off the bus and getting down and both of them are behaving like a gundas (not like a professional).

                                Is this is the way to treat passengers. I hope they will be punished. If they are government servant, will they can do all these kind of activities and public can't ask for justice, If public like us ask, we will be pushed out by conductor holding the neck.

                                    Hello,

                                    I lost remote operated toy car worth of 2K in KSRTC bus, on 24/02/2017. If it can be tracked and found it will be helpful. Bus number : KA 01 F 0001.

                                    Actually i was in hurry to get down from bus in Mandya bus station, and forgot to pick my electronic remotely operated toy car which was kept in the over head luggage stand in bus.

                                      Misbehaving and scolding Infront of other customers
                                      I enquired the conductor that wheather the bus will travel to tumkur or what?
                                      He told that yes it will go...And the bus was empty
                                      As the bus got filled and told me that sir sorry this bus ll not go to tumkur and he lied to me. I silently got down from the bus and asked in polite way that, why you lied to me and why u r behaving like this... He all off sudden got angry and started to scold infornt of others. He misbehaved with me...
