Hi, i had booked online for KSRTC services from bangalore to sringeri and the trip code and departure time while booking shows as 22:53 from Govardhan theatre, yashwanthapur. when i got the confirmation slip and SMS to my mobile the pick up time shows as 21:53. when i called[protected] directed me to call [protected] then they directed to [protected] but the attendee of this phone number was too rude and disconnected my call without answering my query. this way KSRTC attends the customers.

    Dear sir,

    I had booked my bus ticket at Mantralaya on 20.10.2016 for my journey from Tirupati to Mangalore on 23.10.2016 for two persons in Airavat Club Class. I had paid Rs. 4140.00 at Mantralaya vide
    PNR No. J61212406/ tkt no. 41432236. Whereas the ticket fare from Tirupati to Bangalore is Rs. 520.00 and from Bangalore to Mangalore is Rs. 840.00 in Airavat Club Class. Hence I was charged an excess of Rs. 1420.00 at Mantralaya centre. Kindly refund the excess amount charged to my following address at the earliest.

      My Name is veeranna .
      My complete is there is cloth business is going in non stop bus between Belagavi and dharwad . They will come as passenger after that they will start selling cloth material without giving bill they are fooling people and some of bus drivers are also involved in it .and they are irritating people so much to to bid cloths .

        This is not the first time! We pay a amount for student pass and the drivers dont even stop the bus in the respected govt bus stop even if we hand signal! KA-18-F-617 must be informed immediately orelse the public will surely take action! These govt bus drivers and conductors dont even bother about picking up the passengers. They should not have a monthly salary, instead they should have a salary for the daily collection they make in the trip. Atleast they give a stop! 1 or 1 times can be tolerated, but all times that cannot be tolerated at all! Govt bus KA-18-F-617 immeditaley must ne taken into action the driver and conductor of this bus soon be brought into notice orlese we public itself will stop the bus and will inform the driver and conductor!

        I have selected Kannada in Ksrtc website. Initially, it will come in Kannada but if you click on any button at the top, English will display. Have not you gone through the website before you are releasing to the customer? This shows how much govt is negligible. For name sake, website is in Kannada.

          Ticket Cancellation Refund

          Dear Sir,

          I had booked my ticket thru online journey Dt-12th Sept 2016 from Bangalore to Coimbatore AC sleeper bearing PNR No-J60669227, Trip Code-2150BNGCBT total fare Rs.744.00. The journey was cancelled by the KSRTC due to cauvery issue and all the buses plying to tamilnadu was cancelled and I got a message that the bus is cancelled and I could not travel on the above said date. But to my surprise till date I have not received...

          I travelled to mysore from blore airport on 15th oct by 8 30 am bus with lot of expectations and enthusiasm.
          I had heard about flybus and it's facilities.
          But was utterly disappointed as there was not a single more facility than regular volvo.
          They stopped near a hotel and asked us to buy refreshments!!
          Too disappointed.
          Bus also was not in good condition!!
          And the charge was not a penny less than the flybus.
          I just adviced all my friends not to venture into flybus anymore
          If you have any reason please reply.
          I don't expect a reply too
          If possible please refund my ticket.

            I am venkata ramana, booked a ticket through ksrtc online for 2 persons to travel from shirdi to bangalore on 11th oct 2016. Pnr:j61024343 i reached and reported on time and waiting for my friend as he stuck in traffic i requested driver to stop the bus for 5 mins he says that for one person we can't stop the bus then i said he didn't came na can you refund the money he said your grandmother money is not with us and started the bus without listening to me, trip code:1303 and bus number is ka57f1627, i called customer care regarding refund he said you should be there on-time if you miss the bus is it my fault they say quoations that we respect customer but in ksrtc every one dealing with customers very rude some how if you miss the bus that's it we last our hard earned money, if we miss the train also we will get the money but if we miss the ksrtc bus means we won't get the money back. Not one or two rupees it is 3478 rupees which we lost by ksrtc
            Sir i have booked a bus from Ksrtc. One no is H61088443. While booking the it was showing 17:03 so I have booked that bus 'Suhas' now they are saying that the bus will come on 19:03 what service will you provide for citizen

              As my sister studying in mysore, she need to travel daily between mandya and mysore. For this reason she is dependent on ksrtc buses. She have yearly pass and paid complete 1030/- amount. Everytime when she is about to board a bus from mysore bus stand towards mandya, conductors behave very rudely saying that "these people simply board the bus coming by holding a student pass". She felt seriously frustrated by this behaviour. Why she need to get scoldings from them when she is paying all the stipulated amount prescribed by the government. Kindly consider this as my request and take the necessary action.

                I had cancelled the ticket on 1st Sep 2016, still not received refund amount.i have called customer care and suggested check with accounts department. I have tried to contact account department, no proper response.My ticket No: J60411291. When I will get refund amount? Actually my ticket amount is 896/-. Ksrtc cusotmer care executive were telling i got refung 520/-. Even 520 also didn't get??

                I am really not happy with KSRTC customer care services.

                  Hired a non ac taxi from airport to vignanagar came via kr puram on 27th Sept 2016 boarded at around 1005am and reached destination at 1130am. It was a tata Indica blue colour, taxinumber KA 0** 9642 don't remember exactly. Did not give any bill or even did not show the meter reading even upon asking and charged heavily 1270 rs. Have traveled couple of times before also and with your ac sedan taxi and the last travel bill via long route around 49kmwas 1100 change only including toll. This guy charged me 1270 for shoter route around 41km and non ac taxi and did not gave me any bill or showed meter reading. He was a 5.5 height healthy driver and told stays in or near kr puram.

                    Changing gender name in e-ticket booked ticket

                    I (kh nagaraj) have booked 3 tickets from bengaluru to ernakulam by airavat diamond class bus. wrongly my wife bs lalitha's gender is mentioned as male which has to be changed to 'female'. following are the details of the journey

I paid Rs. 500/-.Conductor gave me a ticket of Rs. 44/- & written the remaining amount Rs. 456/- on the backside of the ticket. After reaching Arasikere he din"t returned the remaining amt. Requesting to return my remaining amt Rs.456/-

                      Ka01f9263, on bangalore mangalore highway near sahyadri hotel around 4pm.

                      The driver does not know lane changing behaviour and road sharing sense.

                      Due above skill deficiency he almost hit my car twice.. I escaped the accident twice because i am a deligent driver.

                      Hope you teach your driver road sense and save people from roaf accident.

                          Dated 22/09/2016 around morning 11am ksrtc bus num KA 42 F 628 near electronic city toll, the bus was in the toll lane, my car was behind the bus... the bus driver suddenly took reverse in order to change the lane.. he came back and hit my car, i was continously horning, but he kept on coming back and hit my car badly.. upon getting down and scolding him the bus conductor came to hit me.. very worse behaviour of the conductor.. he spoke all sorts of bad words on a girl... i am requesting you to take serious action against him..
                          Ka09f5226 this bus conductor today behaved too worst with me...infront of everyone he is scolding me like he'll because of change...when I got ticket that time only I informed him that I don't have change like that...until last stop he didn't gave me the ticket...when I asked him when I reached my last stop he is only blaming me and screaming . .shouting and scolding me like anything...please take a right action at him...this happend on 8 pm on 8th of July.. ...he scolded me like anything and that too in front of every1...that rash behaving #####...i[censored] people 'll not take correct action means I'll make it as a big issue...

                              Hi, yesterday I booked an online reservation from Hyderabad to gulbarga. I called the driver he said he will at bhel at 8:30 pm and came at 9:20. I remain silent but the way he was stopping in every single small village and taking up the pesengers and dropping them on anywhere where they wants maked me much unhappy..I said them boss its an luxury bus how can u stop everywhere like red bus...he didn't listened anything..and continued this...unprofessional behavior..finally instead of 1 AM he touched gulbarga at 2:10 AM...please take some immediate action.

                                We have booked our ticket from babgalore to madikeri. Details are as follows,

                                * KSRTC m-Ticket * from: BENGALURU to: MERCARA MADIKERI PsngrName: PRAJWAL TripCode: 1205BNGMRC PNR No.: J60627548 JnyDate: 10-Sep-2016 DepTime: 12:05 SeatNo.: 13, 14, 19, 20 Class: AIRAVAT CLUB CLASS BoardingPt: MYSORE ROAD SATELLITE BS [protected] Pltform: Txn Password: 5123 . Total price: 1820.

                                We have been costed 480rs per ticket for airavat club class. Suddenly in the time of journey they provided normal ksrtc bus which price costed around Rs. 300.

                                One o[censored]s having medical emergency and not able sit in the normal bus, for this reason we have spent our money for trusted ksrtc service.

                                We were with ur service from last 15years. But this is the first time we faced extremely worst experience.

                                Please help us to refund the rest of the money.

                                  I asked the lady in the counter to give me a airavat ticket from Bangalore to Mysore and asked me to get into the bus standing in the front . Ticket price 230 taken on 10/09/2016
                                  I got into the bus and conductor asked me take a fresh ticket and said my previous ticket was total waste as it was for different bus. I took second ticket worth rs.290

                                  I had to buy from my pocket because of the mistake of the counter lady.

                                    Students bus pass, changing of route in the bus pass

                                    I am a student in dharawad district, Karnataka state. I have taken KSRTC bus pass in July 2016. And I changed my home on September 2016. Now I want to change my bus pass route( that is, from current home to my college)...
                                    That's why, i gone 3 times to dharawad depot to change route...1st two times the supervisor was not there and I asked about supervisor to manager and other people but they didn't responded well...3rd day I got supervisor...
