Hi, yesterday I booked an online reservation from Hyderabad to gulbarga. I called the driver he said he will at bhel at 8:30 pm and came at 9:20. I remain silent but the way he was stopping in every single small village and taking up the pesengers and dropping them on anywhere where they wants maked me much unhappy..I said them boss its an luxury bus how can u stop everywhere like red bus...he didn't listened anything..and continued this...unprofessional behavior..finally instead of 1 AM he touched gulbarga at 2:10 AM...please take some immediate action.

I have selected Kannada in Ksrtc website. Initially, it will come in Kannada but if you click on any button at the top, English will display. Have not you gone through the website before you are releasing to the customer? This shows how much govt is negligible. For name sake, website is in Kannada.
