I have booked the online ticket from pudukotai to bangalore on 08/08/2016.

I am alagappan. I booked the ticket for me and my wife. I came from my place and reached pudukotai bus stand to catch the 8 pm bus. I showed the identify proof and provided the pnr number : j58976578 to the conductor. He did the tick mark in his sheet. I told my wife will be coming in 5 minutes, so i have not got in to the bus.
But my wife who was there in my native place not able to come at 8 pm to the bus stand. But she came near to the pudukottai bus stand, so i asked the conductor to wait for 5 to 10 minutes. But both conductor and driver were not ready to wait and took the bus from pudukottai. They asked me to come to trichy for boarding this bus. I have enquired whether he can stop in near by place in pudukottai, but he refused to do so.
It will take around 1 hr 15 minutes for me to travel to trichy. At the same time, conductor didn't give me any proper information that i can travel in some other ksrtc alternative bus from trichy also. I don't know what to do at that time.
Since i need to come to bangalore for my office, i took tnstc bus to travel to bangalore at 9 pm by paying rs 800.
At 9:20 pm ksrtc conductor is checking whether i can come to trichy or not and giving me the option of taking the alternative bus to bangalore from trichy ksrtc office. He is also saying that he will wait in trichy for 15 minutes for me to come.
In my case, i already took the tnstc bus to bangalore. So i told i can't come.
If the driver and conductor waited for atleast 10 minutes in pudukottai, i would have travelled in the same ksrtc bus. If the conductor had provided me the alternative bus option earlier, i would have travelled to trichy atleast.
Now after showing the identity proof also not able to travel in ksrtc pudukottai to bangalore bus and lost rs 850 without travelling.in this case, someone might have travelled in seat no 1 & 2, the money collected may or may not go to ksrtc.
I called ksrtc customer care support and informed the same, they have provided the email id to send a mail of my concern. But till date there is no response from the ksrtc team. I request ksrtc team to look in to this concern and provide me the refund.
