We traveled from gubbi to jalahalli cross in bus ka42 f1533 at early morning[protected]:00am. We asked ticket from gubbi to jalahalli cross but he is telling we don't have any stage to jalahalli cross, after nelmangala and gave ticket directly to majestic. This is not correct as we are travelling almost every week we use to take ticket to jalahalli cross but this bus conductor didn't give the ticket.
All ksrtc buses follow same stage routes or not?

    Me, my husband and our friend travelled in airavat club class bus on 28th august 2016. (ksrtc bus : pnr :j60426611, journey date :28-aug-2016 23:00, trip code :2243bngchn, bus number :1580, depot :shivamogga, crew mobile no:[protected]). we had seat numbers 26, 31 and 32. we boarded the bus at around 23:15. we had 3 bags and a suitcase. we placed the suitcase in the compartment below the bus and back pack was placed in d luggage tray inside the bus. (right above our seat). we slept around 12:30pm. 5:25 pm i woke up from my sleep to find the bus entering the koyembedu stand. we stood to get our bags and to my surprise i found that one of my backpacks were missing. immediately my husband went to the driver to report the incident while me and my friend started searching. but the driver and helper was in no mood to listen and was in a hurry to ask passengers to get down. initially we thought somebody had unknowingly taken the wrong bag. but then immediately one of our co-passenger also raised alarm saying her suitcase also placed on the top luggage tray is missing. we asked the driver whether anybody had got down before koyembedu bus stand and he said everybody had got down at koyembedu. but then i had noticed that the person who was sitting right behind me was not there when i woke up. when i asked about that he said he got down at poonamale (place before koyembedu). we felt that the driver and helper was just trying to avoid us.in fact they were proudly saying this is very common in chennai bangalore buses and the previous trip 4 laptops were missing. if this is a common thing then the bus helper and driver should be more alert. we did not see any pro activeness in them even when my husband went and told him. he seemed least bothered. my bag had items worth around rs8000. i remember that the bus had stopped around 15min at a petrol pump at night 3pm (had woken up from my sleep then). but i did not check my bag then because not in my wildest dream i though my bag would get stolen. when we pay so much money and travel in airavat buses there is a minimum safety we want to be assured off. i think the bus crew is also supporting the criminals. i request you to rake action against them and help me find my bag.

      The worst online service provided by KSRTC. Which will not allow to book return ticket if the return date is not with in 15 days from the date when you are bookin. When we go to some other place you want us to stay there only? Ppl are frustrated for govt sectors and KSRTC is the absolute example for this. Think logically before bringing the rules. It should be convenient to the passages also.we are paying extra charges still not satisfied by the online service. from past 4 years I never been in any other private bus Because of this online service I wanted move to private bus. Atleast they concerned about their travels.

          Sir/madam
          This is the complaint about driver's rash driving and rude behaviour, this complaint about the driver who was driving ka-09 f-5243 on the date 22 august 2016 ksrtc mysore to coimbatore. He was riding very rashly all along the whole way, no matter it's a hill station any thing he wasn't willing to release the accelerator, an old man ask him to ride slowly he didn't listen to tht man rather he was scolding his also, as an younger citizen of my country i have to rise this complaint, it's not the matter of life of conductor and driver it matters the life of whole 64 passengers, he was taking the turn in tips of hair pin bends of sathi hill station, requesting for the change of route for that driver,

            Pnr no j60323589 has been cancelled informing just 2 hours before... Very bad service of ksrtc and also they have not arranged alternative service for the same... Very disappointed.. Authorized department please take necessary action and also make sure that this type of mistakes will not be repeated once again...

              I have booked the online ticket from pudukotai to bangalore on 08/08/2016.
              Below are the details

              Pnr number : j58976578
              Seat number : 1, 2
              Trip code : 2000pdkbng

              I am alagappan. I booked the ticket for me and my wife. I came from my place and reached pudukotai bus stand to catch the 8 pm bus. I showed the identify proof and provided the pnr number : j58976578 to the conductor. He did the tick mark in his sheet. I told my wife will be coming in 5 minutes, so i have not got in to the bus.

              But my wife who was there in my native place not able to come at 8 pm to the bus stand. But she came near to the pudukottai bus stand, so i asked the conductor to wait for 5 to 10 minutes. But both conductor and driver were not ready to wait and took the bus from pudukottai. They asked me to come to trichy for boarding this bus. I have enquired whether he can stop in near by place in pudukottai, but he refused to do so.

              It will take around 1 hr 15 minutes for me to travel to trichy. At the same time, conductor didn't give me any proper information that i can travel in some other ksrtc alternative bus from trichy also. I don't know what to do at that time.

              Since i need to come to bangalore for my office, i took tnstc bus to travel to bangalore at 9 pm by paying rs 800.
              At 9:20 pm ksrtc conductor is checking whether i can come to trichy or not and giving me the option of taking the alternative bus to bangalore from trichy ksrtc office. He is also saying that he will wait in trichy for 15 minutes for me to come.

              In my case, i already took the tnstc bus to bangalore. So i told i can't come.

              If the driver and conductor waited for atleast 10 minutes in pudukottai, i would have travelled in the same ksrtc bus. If the conductor had provided me the alternative bus option earlier, i would have travelled to trichy atleast.

              Now after showing the identity proof also not able to travel in ksrtc pudukottai to bangalore bus and lost rs 850 without travelling.in this case, someone might have travelled in seat no 1 & 2, the money collected may or may not go to ksrtc.

              I called ksrtc customer care support and informed the same, they have provided the email id to send a mail of my concern. But till date there is no response from the ksrtc team. I request ksrtc team to look in to this concern and provide me the refund.

                  I had booked a ticket on aug 13 frm gadag to raichur from online date of journey 20/8/2016 there it was mentioned departure timing from gadag is 11.09 pm but bus reached gadag at around 12pm mean while i didnt get any messages about bus number or any communication from ksrtc and there no one in bus stand to ask about the bus i was felt no were in middle of night. I tried to call in middle of night to customer care but its utterly nonses always no one picks the call. When bus arrived at around i asked the conductor why the bus is delayed he rudely said this is the bus timing whn i showed the message about timing of the bus timing he shouted on me i[censored] want to complaints do were ever you want this is our bus timing and he talk singular and harassing in middle of the night without any respect this is how ksrtc employee works?. I m vry much frustrated with the service ksrtc giving with fake timing in online n harassing the customer. I need explanation fron ksrtc with in 3 days if not i ll be going to court /consmer form.                     I am one of the passenger who was travelling (In one of the pvt city bus 15 number. (From mallikatte to kuloor)
                    Timings : 7.56am to 8.15am

                    One of the ksrtc bus (Reg no : ka34f1274) north east some what orange shade

                    This bus driver was so rude that he don't even have the manners to give way to other public vehicle. So many times cit bus driver was trying to take the bus but he was not allowing only. Near infosys kottara the ksrtc driver droved his suddenly to stop the path. Luckily city bus driver put brake but that time few of the passengers were standing to get down at that stop. Almost everyone got scared.

                    My concern is why that driver is not having driving manners. The way he was driving it was giving a message that even if something goes wrong he will never stop to see what happened.


                    Please don't neglect my complaint. I am not favoring any one here. My voice is all about driving safety & it's all about publics life.

                      I have given a seat in the 6:15 pm bus from tpt-bglr bus on 15 th august as my 04:30 pm bus has been cancelled. I was asked to sit in seat 12. And the same seat was given to other passenger with same problem. And the driver in that bus doesn't even know how to behave with lady passenger. He kept on shouting at me to get down the bus. The same conductor asked me to sit in that seat before 10 mins and that same rude driver asked me get down the bus. I have huge respect to the kannadiga people, and i have seen other drivers and conductors giving their seats to some ladies as it will be difficult for them. But this driver and conductor is unimaginable and rude towards me. I was a single lady passenger who have to reach my place in bangalore early and go safely to my place. They doesn't even consider anything and gave the available seat in the bus to some other male passenger. Please take action to the concerned driver and conductor.

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        Daily i travelling from indiranagar to srinivasapura my office timings are 9 am to 6 pm. If i left 5: 30 pm office i will reach chinthamani @ 7:30 pm from 7:30 onwards there are no ksrtc buses. It is very difficult to get private buses they will not come regularly.

                        Kindly put the ksrtc buses from between 7:30 to 8:30.
                        Please do the needfull.

                        Bengaluru Darshini (Bangalore rounds)tickets are not issuing in Mysore road satellite bus stand.
                        Reservation counter employees are directing us to Majestic. Please make sure we can reserve Bengaluru darshini tickets can be booked all KSRTC reservation counters.

                          I have reserved tickets to chennai (3 tickets) by bus and the transaction amount is rs. 1135/- and the said amount has been deducted from my credit card. i have found out from ksrtc that the transaction has failed and i was asked to send this mail seeking refund. i am hereunder furnishing the ob number for further needful.

                            Ksrtc airavat service code : 2347bngtpt on 12th aug, 2016 did not pick me up from the boarding point. When the ticket booked i only got the confirmation email and there were no sms notifications.

                            Even on the date of journey i did not receive any sms notification about the bus details. I called the inquiry multiple times and they said bus did not reach majestic bus station even around 1am. There is no intimation of the bus cancellation or bus status. This is surely a negligent behavior towards the passengers. I would request the proper authority to take necessary action and refund the ticket amount.

                              I travelled from hubli to bangalore for onward journey to kolkata by flight.in spite of the manager being asked to wake up at designated bus stop (Jalhalli), he failed to do so causing me to over travel and lose time consequently causing inconvenience for me to reach airport on time at bangalore. Request take suitable action to avoid such problems for other passengers on future. I'm attaching a snap of bus details.

                              Travel breaks times are very bad else's the bus travel over all is good
                              Travel breaks during travel is too long. Ksrtc bus from Coimbatore starts at 9:20am and they stop for four break only by 3:00pm. Passengers with kids and old people suffer a lot from hunger. Even for a normal person it is too much.

                                I'm currently in a bus traveling towards Coimbatore via Mysore. F4582 is the bus number. The conductor is extremely rude to passengers and is refusing to stop anywhere for refreshments. It is a 10 hour journey and he says that he would stop for 5 mnts in Mysore. But that's it.There are kids and old people in the bus who need a break. So unprofessional and cocky this person is.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  Today, on 12.08.2016 i have booked tickets for travelling from bangalore to hyderabad twice. Both the occasion an amount of rs: 870 each were deducted from my bank account with out generating e-ticket. After first failed transaction and received transaction reference no: to my e-mail id as ob21214442. I have spoken to customer care. They suggested to book one more time meantime the deducted amount will credited back to my account. Second time also repeated the same problem ended up in receiving transaction id no: ob21215954.
                                  Kindly advise the concerned for returning the amount back to my account.

Nothing intimation bus was cancelation done how the people is trust with ksrtc department. How the worst service by ksrtc it is shame to department and who responsible to take care of passenger to help us. What the transport ministers is doing.                                       Hi I booked a ticked on ksrtc my amount was deducted and it shows transaction failure I connect with AWATAR support team they said within 7 days your account will credit and 7days gone no amount credited I ping with online refund team as the AWATAR team said but no response from online refund team not even reply to mail worst customer service before confirming the seat u will deduct amount and say transaction failure and after 7 days u will repay nice job and cheating if it is in bank I will get 4 percent into but you are getting money at free of cost no response to customer thanks KSRTC. I HATE NOW KSRTC

                                        I tried booking tickets twice to kukkesubramania from bangalore in ksrtc old portal but on both occasions the transaction failed and when tried to book again the old portal was not in function and my transaction details were not available.
