Hi team, a ksrtc bus (ka 09, f4382) driver was rash driving and touched our tempo traveller near srirangpatna, the bus was going to nimishamba, the driver was driving zig zag on the highway and touched the end part of our vehicle. the driver created a scene in middle of the highway and saying he will call his people, as the public came for our support we were able to control the situation. please take necessary action his rash driving can take a life of a person.

    Myself kishore from belur, hassan dist (karnataka), iam a daily traveller in ksrtc (karntaka) buses from belur to sakaleshpura (hassan dist) karnataka. since from so many months i am obsedrving that bus conductors not issue bus tickets to passengers who travel for one or second stages of bus journey. recently yesterday 2nd of august of 2016, in bus no. ka 18, f 157, depart time night 8-30 via belagodu to belur sakaleshpura depot bus (chikkamagalore division). this bus had nearly 15-18 passengers from sakaleshpura for first and second stages of bus journey. from these passengers this bus conductor taken half amount of travelling ticket fare and not issued ticket. and another bus departing from belur to sakaleshpura at daily morning around 8-20 via arehally this bus routine conductor not issue the tickets for passengers for stages. for these all i have no proof but my request is please provide sufficient and eminent ticket checking squads for these routs and more. my intention is these buses are run by govt for publics. night last buses like above mentioned sakaleshpura to belur bus via belagodu departure night 8.30 passenger shuttle buses always travel with little or few passengers. above all if conducters do such a mistakes/fraud bus rout may cancel for showing loss profit to leave suffering people. concerned people please provide enough ticket checking squads in night also for all once.

      We have booked 3 tickets through online reservation travelling to Gokarna on 31.07.2016 and also returned ticket on 01.08.2016. While reaching a pickup point we came to know that, the said trip to Gokarna got cancelled due to various reason. Please arrange to refund this amount including all tax amt.
      I have suffered a lot with KSRTC as my parents are aged 70+. I had also booked return trip through KSRTC on 01/08/2016. Since I had not travel to Gokarna due to cancellation of onward journey hence return ticket also need to refunded.

          I booked ticket as guest for trip code 2030kilrchn pnrno j58917192 jnydate 24/07/2016 which was cancelled because of strick by employee of ksrtc and bmtc. On bus stop i inquire about the refund, those guy told me that as ksrtc is cancelled all trips you will get transfered to your account automatically as your ticket is booked online but i did not received the ticket amount rs.190/- yet. Please expedite.

              I along with my mother (60 yrs old) traveled from mysuru to bengaluru in

              Ksrtc volvo (Bus # ka-09 f-3319) at 18:10 hours which was scheduled

              To arrive at bengaluru at 21:10 hours. However the ksrtc driver cheated us

              As follows,

              1. I booked the ticket online from mysuru to yellanhanka, upannagar paying

              609/- inr. However the driver charged additional 60/- inr from majestic to

              Yellanhanka (I got down at amruthalli) in spite of my showing the ticket with source & destination. He was very arrogant and refused to refund.

              I have taken photo of the bus number plate and i have the additional

              Receipt (Of 60 inr charged) along with the original e-ticket.

              2. The bus arrived at majestic bus stand at 22:45 hours and the driver

              Waited there to fill additional passengers for another 30 mins. Remember

              The bus was already late by 4 hours and still the driver was hanging along

              With his colleagues.

              3. The driver took a narrow route on the way from satellite town to majestic and the bus hit a pole damaging right

              Hand top side of the bus. The electric board above the driver is damaged.

              4. My mother is 60 years old and having health problems. The driver took

              Over 5 hours to reach the destination. I had to take my mother home alone on the streets at 11:25 pm.

              Is this the way ksrtc treats passengers? I need 60/- inr refund which the driver charged while i booked the ticket from mysuru to yelanhanka, upanagar, bus stand.

                Yesterday the driver of the bus ka-57 f1311 travelling in kr puram main road was driving very rash. he was pushing two wheeler to side. this happened to me and one more guy travelling on the road. i was coming on the left side of the road all by myself when he simply and intentionally came to side to push me, i slowed down. then again, once the bus was stopped i started moving, looking at me moving he intentionally pushed me to the side. the bus hit my bike but i controlled it came to a halt. upon asking him why did he do that, he and the conductor starts laughing and says you should go straight. i had a fight with him still he was adamant enough to keep on doing the same thing. i had some balance and i was alright, but if he continues this he will kill someone by running over them just for his fun.

                I demand action to be taken against such drivers and should be punished accordingly.
                This happened today (17 th july 2016) in kr puram main road.

                    I travelled in airavat club class with the above mentioned details. During this journey, i lost my lap top bag with a lenova x 220 laptop along with charger, head set, two spiral binded books, two notebooks, card pouch with two credit cards, one debit card and two priority pass.
                    We identified the theft in ngf, we tried to contact few passengers who got down before us. Only one number was stating that the number is not in use.
                    We travel in airavat, for safe and comfort. It hurts during such instances, creating a bitter experience.

                      While travelling in ksrtc airvat bus from calicut to mysore rain water is coming inside the bus through roof ventilation. But after complainting to condictor & driver they r not take necesaary action. And conductor itself sleeping in a good seat. Bus no ka 01f 8435 on 6/7/16 at 11:30 pm in calicut. Code 1902ekmmys.

                        Dear sir/madam,
                        I reached isolation bus stop around 9.10pm in the night through metro rail from deepanjalinagar... once after reaching isolation immediately one bus came to go towards chintamani i raise the hand but bus didn't stop... after 20min one more bus came vehicle number ka-40 f-871 gangavati-bangalore-chintamani once again i raised the hand along with my mom he also didn't stopped the bus finally i followed the bus and catch the bus near benaganahalli signal and asked driver and conductor regarding this they are answering carelessly and conductor is saying we don't have stop there if that's true u all other buses including tirupati buses are stopping exept chintamani buses please check it out regarding this and solve the problem as soon as possible because so many people including government officials and college students also suffering with the careless of driver and conductors... if possible try to make additional stop in front of bayapannahalli metro station so it will be convenient for people who will travel in metro...

                            We have travelled to and fro b'lore to shirdi on 28 june and 30 june in diamond class iravat. The conductor stops for meals at non veg bar and restaurents and asks all passengers to get down the bus and locks the door even if it is raining. Since we are going to temple we will not take outside food and hence we requested that we will stay back in the bus since it is raining. Mercilessly he made us to get down.In the hotel corridor people are smoking heavily outside it is raining. Where we should stand? We experienced a hell of time with family ladies and children. Even after spending rs. 9500/- on 4 tickets for 2 days journey we had a very bad experience. The staff acts as if they are the supremes and it is their own bus. I request the concerned official to take action against such drivers and it should not repeat in future for innocent passengers.

                              I am a senior citizen. Travelled by airawat diamond from bangalore to kozhikode by bus number ka 57 f 1650 - departure time bangalore 2232 hours on 29 jun 2016. My seat numbers were 5 and 6. The conductor was very rude and was lying down on the front two seats with his legs up (He had fully pushed back the two front left side passenger seats which were not occupied for himself to lie down) throughout the journey. He was issuing tickets to some and even giving balance amount to some of 560066the passengers while lying down like this. At kozhikode, i had to wake him up and request to make the two seats erect so that i could prepare for getting down. At kozhikode bus stand, he got down bare footed and refused to get the luggage out of the boot for passengers. While it was not a problem for those with their luggage on the outer edge of the boot to pick up their stuff, a senior citizen like me whose luggage was deep inside the boot had to enter inside the boot and go deep inside hurting my head in the bargain, to get my two small pieces of baggage out. I have been trave been travelling this route by airawat service for many years now. Prior to this i always had good experience. But this was a bitter experience. Rather than assisting the passengers, the conductor was a nuisance, lying down on the front two passenger seats with his legs up... Request ksrtc to take him to task and not let the airawat service be manned by such conductors.

                                About cloak room services at satellite bus stand bangalore

                                Cloak room services guy is not providing bill and is charging 30 rs per bag. Please let us know wether the charge is rs 30 per bag per hour... They also are not giving bill to avoid tax.. It's very unethical to do so.. This incident happened today 29th june at satellite bus stand bangalore... Upon repeatedly asking he gave a bill raised on some others name by striking previous name and writing my name on a carbon copy.....

F.2920 running route from kasragode to manglore.Insident took place at posoat on 27/6/2016 around 10:04 am, there were 5-6 people's waiting for the bus, the bus came very speed and they given a stop signel but bus dint stop and but in the bus 1 passenger was took ticket to posoat means he had get out in this stop suddenly bus stopped a that man came out and these passenger (Bus waiters) ran to catch the bus and they are rhigt ner to bus 1 man had just hold and the bus took away incredibly he got in but the rest helpless the bus took little front and again slowed the bus and the rest ran to catch the bus again he took the bus no 1 gets in the bus they feel like insulted infront of everyone. So as public its my duty to complaint. And no bus were stopping in the bus stand and they drive very speed no rules they maintain. So i request the government to take an action against this incident.                                   Respected sir/madam,

                                  We were travelling from Salem to Bangalore in ksrtc bus numbered KA 01 F9217 @11.30PM on 16/05/2016. There was no display board or any mention on the bus to notify passengers that it was a special bus. Before the bus was opened passengers, the conductor and driver had discussion on setting the fare. After every passenger boarded into the bus while issuing tickets the conductor announced that it was a special bus and mentioned the ticket fare is 220 rupees. But the issued tickets are from Karur to Bangalore instead of Salem to Bangalore. I'm attaching couple of tickets for the proof of this.

                                  While we inquired about this with the KSRTC customer care, we were informed that there was no special bus announced on the day.
                                  We are regularly using KSRTC buses as it is well maintained and comfortable for travelling, but incidents like these exploiting common people circumstances and collecting more fare illegally is displeasing the passengers and we request you kindly to take strict actions against these type of incidents. And it would be great if you can inform about the action taken for this particular incident.

                                  I have sent the above mail to the authorities requesting to take some action, but no action has been taken till now even after number of follow ups. It's been a month now.

Please note that the road has been repaired and is ready for use since last 6 months.. Earlier Two busses were plying on this route, Now only one bus is plying on this route.                                       Respected sir,
                                      I madhusudhan (Student) is a daily traveller of ksrtc (Karnataka) bus, from t. Narasipura to mysore (Nh-212) and vise versa nearly 70 kms (Up and down) and with me there are 600+ students who are travelling from t. Narasipura to mysore and there are 2000+ travellers other than students per day.
                                      The main problem is buses are not coming to bus stand properly. That too kollegal (From mysore) and chamrajnagar (From mysore) busses never came to bustand, they will say "this is express and it moves on 'bypass' only". Bypass is 2 kms distance from bus stand, when it comes to the individual places bypass is far away from where the population is more in town, and it is out of town. Only 2 or 3 busses come for bus stand.
                                      Please take this as serious issue and i kindly request you to sort out this problem and make the busses to come for bus stand.
