Dear Sir/Madam,
Its been 15 days long after giving you the intimation to refund the amount due to failed transaction. The amount is not yet credited to my account. As you said last week i have called the number you mentioned below, she told to wait 3 to 4 days. Today from morning i am giving a cal to that number but there is no, answer from you side.
Please refund the amount as soon as possible or i will complain to Indian customer complain forum.

We have received your mail and necessary action will be taken to refund the amount. In case the amount have been received by KSRTC. You are requested to check up with the card issue bank/statement of account for the refund amount after 7 business days and also we have introduced automatic refund for failed transaction on ICICI bank gateway, hence no mail be sent for failure on ICICI bank gateway. KSRTC — Rude behaviour of Conductor
I boarded the bus in pavagada on 10th june 2012 at 3.30 pm.I was carrying a tv to bangalore. Conductor told me that luggage ticket cost is 70(which is also not as per rules).I paid 70 for that but he gave me a ticket bearing only 36 rupees.I asked him the remaining money.He told me to get down from the bus.When I fired back he started shouting at me and scolded me with bad words.Then after some argument he agreed to give the change in bangalore and he wrote he change to be paid at the back of ticket. When I asked change in bangalore near navarang stop, he threw my ticket from window and asked me where was the proof for change.When I told him that I am going to complain against him,he said nothing is gonna happen with my complaint.He was behaving as if he owns that bus.The authority has to take some action against such rude conductors so that people wont suffer in future.
