Hi,I book on ksrtc rajahamsa ticket in abhibus website, my travel details is Date of journey : 24-8-13 4:37 Pm From: Bangalore To Ongole On 24 aug at 3:48 pm i got service cancel message from ksrtc. after 1hr i got service is not cancel message at 4:38 pm. between time i choose another travel, but i loss my bus ticket money.what is the process to got my money. kindly help me.find the attachment my net transaction and service cancel mail

    BUS REG No:- KL-15 5187 Date:- 21-Aug-2013 Time :- Between 7PM & 8PM Place :0- Vyttila, Kochi I was travelling from Palarivattom to Vyttila on Cherthala bound KSRTC Bus (Ordinary) Venad or Thirukochi not sure. It happened to be one passenger who was drunk i guess was talking to the Bus Driver on not stopping at Palarivattom properly so that all the passengers can get in. I was waiting for Vyttila Stop, As soon as Vytilla was approaching i came near the door where conductor also was standing and i told the conductor that i need to get down at Vyttila (Time was arround 7.30PM, 21-Aug-2013) The conductor was least bothered, as i reitterated the same conductor replied he has ringed the bell but he never did. there were more passengers who had to get down at the same stop who started shouting as the driver never stopped at Vyttila Bus Stop. They drove all the way after the junction and upon repeating to stop the bus the driver replied i would stop this bus only when we reach chertala. If this is the attitude these people carry towards passengers i would give a complaint against KSRTC Operations at the High Court. I want prompt action taken towards these two employees of KSRTC. The driver & Conductor who was least bothered about the passengers particularly the women passengers in the dark hours. i had to catch an Auto and pay extra Rs.20 apart from the normal fare from vytilla for reaching my Home.

    KSRTC — Rude behaviour of Conductor

    I boarded the bus in pavagada on 10th june 2012 at 3.30 pm.I was carrying a tv to bangalore. Conductor told me that luggage ticket cost is 70(which is also not as per rules).I paid 70 for that but he gave me a ticket bearing only 36 rupees.I asked him the remaining money.He told me to get down from the bus.When I fired back he started shouting at me and scolded me with bad words.Then after some argument he agreed to give the change in bangalore and he wrote he change to be paid at the back of ticket. When I asked change in bangalore near navarang stop, he threw my ticket from window and asked me where was the proof for change.

    When I told him that I am going to complain against him,he said nothing is gonna happen with my complaint.He was behaving as if he owns that bus.The authority has to take some action against such rude conductors so that people wont suffer in future.

      Very rude behaviour of KSRTC bus conductor

      Respected sir,
      Being a regular user of ksrtc services , I recently encountered a very rude
      n ugly behaviour of a bus conductor yesterday! The bus number is KA 1297 rajahamsa executive!
      My bus was scheduled at 10 50 pm at k.r.puram Ganesh temple bus dint arrive
      till 11 30 pm so I was forced to make a couple of calls to the crew no sent
      by krtc before the schedule time. Conductor after reaching my point shoutedbr...

      I have boarded the ksrtc bus bearing no. KA 42 F 725 in bangalore today at 12.00 midnight.It has reached chitradurga by 3.30 am. The driver has taken a break of 30 minutes for tea. In total he has taken just 3 hours to cover a distance of 200 km. I.e. an sverage speed of 67 km per hour which is not desired. I strongly feel that because of this type of reckless driving our lives are put to stake. I strongly recommend to initiate disciplinary action against the driver inthe interest of safety and also as a messsge toall other drivers.
      I appreciate an acknowledgement of having tsken action against erring driver. Regards. Krupanidhi

      I have boarded the bus from Raichur to Ligasugur on[protected] at 12:00pm and reached by 2:30 pm. During this travelling the driver has driving the vehicle in rash manner he is not at all seeing speed breakers on road just crossing over the speed breakers with speed. I have asked him to go slow but he responds that blaming on bus i am going slow only but bus is not confirtable while crossing speed breakers. My question is if bus performance not good then why running on road. It will loss passengers life. Now i am suffering from stomach pain i want to admit hospital immediately to save my life.

      This is highly disppointing feedback from consumers.
      My humble request is to take appropriate action on driver in order to save passengers life. Thank you.

        I have faced some difficulties during my journey from perumbavoor town to kalady , I wanted. to get over mattooor and the conductor forcefully asked me to get down at kalady at 8:30pm. And I had taken a lot of pain to reach at collage hostel..!
        the bus was of chalakudy dippo with registration number KL 15 8371 (RNC 198),,,,.. I hopes necessary enquiries may take on this matter

          Hello Sir/Madam,

          I had been waiting for KMC bus in old busstand hubli since 8.50 pm tonight. There were few other people waiting too. All o[censored]s waited there till 9.35 but not a single bus towards KMC arrived.The enquiry counter was closed, and no response on the number provided. There were number of buses towards navanagar/sainagar/AKSHAY PARK that had hardly any passangers. The police person there so carelessly says to take some bus to the gate and walk from there. And after when I get down at the gate and walked towards the hospital, with HDMC's grace, not a single light was there.

          Of all the empty Akshay park buses(arrives every ten mins and is empty), can one bus not be routed towards KMC.
          OR
          Why cant there be any board that dispalys the timings of buses. Atleast then people wont waste their time waiting.
          OR
          Atleast can there be shuttles from KMC gate to the Hospital.

            Booked the ticket from davangere to bangalore in online for Rajahamsa Executive for 10.45 bus .the seat number is 11.The amount deducted for 2 times i.e 359 for the 1st time detail is OB9220532IGJ2632794 TRANSFER TO [protected] CAO- FA- KSRTC E - T and for 2nd time again deducted amount 359 detail is OB9220532IGJ2633749 TRANSFER TO [protected] CAO- FA- KSRTC E - T the amount deducted for single seat for 2 times .Please credit the amount as early as possible

            Ksrtc Online Booking — KSRTC Online Booking is pathetic

            I tried booking a ticket from bangalore to karnool today .First time after giving the credit card details and everything the payment gateway said successfull but ksrtc said failed to book the tickets.I tried it once again but this time payment gateway page became blank after entering all the details successfully but money was deducted from my credit card.I don't have any customer care numbers also to call KSRTC guys and complain.Here are the ticket booking reference numbers given by KSRTC

            FOR THE SECOND TICKET :- 0B316480
            why u booked online, lazy fellow, just go to counter and book, u useless person with plastic mony, u deserve it

              Hello Consumer complaints,

              I have been suffering from high price to be paid on our regular food stuffs such as Coco-cola, chips , biscuits which is purchased common shops at KSRTC bus stops , theater and also some tourist places.
              i am surprise d whether we could lodge any case against them. or is it legal that shopkeepers can sell on their own price on MRP .

              ex: if you buy Britannia "Good day" of MRP 10, You have to pay 12 Rs.
              if you buy Sprite 0.5 liter of MRP 25, you have to pay 28 or 30 Rs.

                Dear Sir,

                This is shameful to inform you that being the most reputed bus services in Bangalore, KSRTC staff behaves most ruthlessly with the passengers of the bus...I was travelling to Bangalore from Coimbatore on 27th April, 2013,boarded to the bus in airavat club class ac volvo at 10:43 pm from Krishnamal college Coimbatore... very cleverly the driver switched off the ac as soon as the passengers were asleep... I woke up & found myself sweating like anything...where they had stopped in a coffee shop.. as soon as they realised the passengers are irritated very cleverly they switched on the ac again... and again they repreated the same thing switched off the ac till electronic city bangalore...When I got down instead of being repentful about the henious act, the driver just told me "kya madam, ac to on hi hai" and he flew away....

                I felt disgusted and this is simply called "CHEATING".. 1 question to the director of KSRTC... Why the hell do you have to run ac buses in town...Run Rajahamsa.. I think that is enough.. atleast people wont feel cheated in that...

                  Hearty Compliments to Mr. Shariff...!

                  I would like to thank Mr. Ismail Shariff, KSRTC Conductor, as he was very kind and helpful when i had left back my luggage ( laptop, cellphone & important documents) on the bus. When i approached him, he helped me out by continuously calling on my lost cell phone & hence found back my luggage. I had traveled by Bus no: KA01 F 8484 (RAJAHAMSA) on[protected] Payannur to Bangalore), timed 20.35. I have been travelling since three years & he has been very generous all the time.

                  I congratulate & thank KSRTC for having such hardworking & sincere employees.

                    I had booked online Volvo bus ticket on 17.02.2013 from Sullya Bus stand to Bangalore. the date of journey was on 10.3.2013 at 11:30 PM. I had got a confirmation mail and SMS from KSRTC web site that my seats has been confirmed. But on the date of journey i.e. on 10.3.2013 the said bus did not turned up and we were waiting till 2:00 A.M. in deserted Sullya bus stand. when we tried to contact costumer care numbers [protected], [protected] to our shock these numbers were not operating. After waiting for 4 hours we gave up for waiting for the bus and some how managed to get a bus to mysore and then to bangalore. that night was horrible as we were the only family waiting for the bus till 2:00 A M. when I went and contacted KSRTC control room in Bangalore. the officer admitted that the said bus is not operating from many days and blindly told that it is a software glitch and also told that it will take time to reimburse my bus fare..

                    i request your kindself to take strong action against KSRTC for their erratic behavior and the amount of time wasted and mental torture we faced on 10.3.2013, i also request you people to refund my bus fare with penalty for wrong information and agony we faced.

                      Cheating Mysore-Calicut Volvo Bus passengers:

                      I booked for Karnataka Road Transport Corporation's Trip AIRAVAT CLUB CLASS (VOLVO AC) MULTI AXLE SSL (No. of Services: 1)
                      From Mysore to Calicut for 11March 2013 (Trip code 1001BNGKZK). The web site says The bus leaves Mysore at 13:45 and journey hours
                      3hrs 16mins. ( expected to arrive around 17:01. Accordingly I booked for a Tatkal 3AC tain to trivandrum scheduled to leave at 18:45.

                      When the bus started the conductor stated that it usually reaches Calicut only at 19:30 (Journey hours 05hrs 45mins instead of the advertised 3hrs16mins), as the bus is long and needs multiple trials to take hairpin curves. He sarcastically stated that the timetable in the website is meant for the future Express Highway and Minibuses.

                      The bus reached at 19:32 and I missed the train, money and had much difficulties to reach trivandrum. Now, who will compensate for my losses.
                      And let the cheating be stopped now itself.

                        I booked online ticket for my father from Bangalore to Coimbatore (2hours prior to departure time) on 15/02/2013 through KSRTC portal. I added all my father's details correctly. Once my father boarded bus he recognized that name of the traveller is not changed. I forgot to edit passenger's name from my name to my father's name.

                        I requested the conductor and told him that i made a mistake in booking the ticket. All the details related to my father were correct except the name. But the conductor charged full amount again from my father without issuing the ticket. Being a senior citizen too the conductor couldnt consider it and took the whole amount(bribe) and dint issue the ticket.

                          Its been 15 days long after giving you the intimation to refund the amount due to failed transaction. The amount is not yet credited to my account. As you said last week i have called the number you mentioned below, she told to wait 3 to 4 days. Today from morning i am giving a cal to that number but there is no, answer from you side.
                          Please refund the amount as soon as possible or i will complain to Indian customer complain forum.

                          KSRTC have the preference of booking the ticket online. But whenever i try to book the ticket it says that SERVER TOO BUSY & PLEASE TRY AFTER SOMETIME. This is the msg i get always & its really frustration. Dont know why did they create website. Its really poor maintenance from the KSRTC dept.

                          Hope KSRTC will improve soon.

                          They will refund the amount within 7working days.
                          But KSRTC not providing refund amount properly.

                          I was not refund the Rs.936 . On booking of KSRTC Volvo MutiAxle on 14.05.2012 8:00pm. from Hyderabad to banglore Seat No.18 . The Ticket was not Booked But Ammount has been deducted from my account, But till now i was not get the money back.

                            sir, yesterday night 31/01/2013 around (11:50pm) i got in to the bus from (Unkal cross) to get back to my house to (Bhairidevarkopa darga) stop i paid 10rs for conductor for ticket he gave me the ticket but didnt return the change i saw the ticket amount was 10rs i asked...

                            Sir ,

                            I booked a Ticket to travel to chennai from Bangalore. The ticket indicates clearly that I have booked my ticket in KSRTC, but the KSRTC bus which was suppose to depart at 19:51 was no where to be seen in the vicinity. When the time passed. The person at enquiry counter had told me that the bus is NWKRTC, which I should have boarded and its a yellow colored bus. How a passenger would know a NWKRTC and KSRTC are the same. The bus was also coming from Belgaum, the starting point is not bangalore as mentioned in the Ticket. I lost 779/= Rs.

                                My name is Pooja. I am regularly ttravelling in bangalore taking KSRTC bus route number 276 from ITI bus stop (New Bell Road) to Sadashivanagar police station. Today I got into the bus number KA-01 F 4441 at around 8.30 am. Since my stop was just the one after the next stop so intentionally I was the last passenger to get into the bus. So when I got into the bus then driver without any warning closed the door and my bag got stuck into the door, where it very well could be my arm. When I pointed this out to conductor then he instead shouted at me saying you have eyes so you should look at this and not even a single time he agreed that at this moment it was his responsibility to warn the passengers before closing the door, well it was well crowded bus and you can't close the door on someone, or he should atleast look carefully before doing so. I think government should take an action to guideline the drivers and conductors of these KSRTC buses to behave properly with the passengers. I have regularly seeing such incident of misconduct everyday in these buses and no wonder why all o[censored]s would prefer private vehicles instead o[censored]sing public services and adding more to pollution and traffic. I also urge other people to be together on such instance and let these rude drivers and conductors know that we care of each other and their this misbehavior would not be acceptable.

                                  The service from Shanthinagar stand to Palghat ( volvo multi axle semi -sleeper) starting at 22.02 , with number KA 01 F 9355 , reached the destination 3 hours late. The driver was very inexperienced and hardly saw driving in top gears. Even the local buses were overtaking !!! It seems like driver is not used ti with such heavy vehicles. ksrtc.in site displayed the arrival time as 5.15 hrs and it reached 3 hrs late. please be concious while allocating drivers for long journeys.

                                  Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation — CREW MEMBERS ARE PURPOSELY MAKING DELAY IN ARRIVAL DRIVERS

                                  It is very pathetic to put this complaint. Since last two month. i have been a regular traveller of Bangalore to Munnar through the Friday trip. and as per the schedule time, the bus has to reach 1000am at Munnar. But really the friday service will reach at 1200 pm. Purposly the drivers are making the delay as they are stopping the vehicle for dinner, drinks, coffee, and breakfast more that 06 times in the particular friday trips and if we are complaining they will say Friday heavy traffic is at bangalore that's the delay. But really it was not the reason, they will reach at Coimbatore at 0630 Hrs every friday and will have break fast at Pollachi. The restaurant at the Pollachi opens at 0730 only and they want to make tiffin at there only and thats they are making delay upto there. Please check all the Rajahamsa which is starting from Bangalore after this bus will reach exactly 5am at Coimbatore. One hour they are spending the time at Pollachi for Tiffin and again they will stop the bus at Marayur at 1030hrs for Tea for 20minutes. the crew members names are Mr. Arasu and Mr. Doraiswami..so requested to change these crew members as they are delaying the service. Even while coming back also the it will reach late at bangalore.

                                  Please change these crew mebers.
