Dear Sir I have booked bus ticket from Bangalore to Kukke Subrahmanya PNR: J45025071 and return ticket from Kukke Subrahmanya to Bangalore PNR: J45025072 for which I got a discount of Rs.156/-. Ten days before the journey I got the message as Kukke Subrahmanya to Bangalore bus is canceled and I have made the calculation of that ticket and booked another ticked from Kukke Subrahmanya to Bangalore PNR: J45324280 for which I have not got the discount amount.     The driver of the KSRTC Vaibhav Bus No: KA01-F-1374 plying from Davangere to Bangalore was passing by the Navrang theatre bus stop located at 19th main road, Rajajinagar, Bangalore at around 12:30-12:45 PM. I was riding my bike by the side of the bus and suddenly the bus overtook BMTC bus dangerously without any turning signal or indicators. The bus was driven very rash without any care to other fellow motorists. When I objected to this rash and negligent driving, the bus driver and conductor were arguing that they were of no fault. Here, the conductor got down and started to yell at me and said to file a complaint if I wish. Is this the attitude towards fellow motorists? When a voice is raised is this the treatment one gets? Please take necessary action on the driver as well as the conductor of the said bus at the earliest. This matter has to be taken seriously as similar type of situations can be avoided in future.       I booked ticket on august 20th and the trasaction was failed. till now the amount is not credited back. Trying to reach them every now and then, every day they are telling it will be processed today and they are not processing it.kindly help me get my amount back.

        Respected Sir/Madam, This with reference KGF Bus no. 074716 09/Sep/2014 11:40:22 hours. Doc no: 7931. I, Sriramakrishna H S with Mr. Madhava R travelled from Narasapur to Bangalore on KSRTC bus on 09 Sep 2014. While we reached corporation, we were suppose to get down from the bus. Mean time, the Conductor in the bus asked me for tickets... Actually there were no reasons like change returns etc., Though I gave him and asked why do you need tickets? In returns, using singulars.. He asked why do I need the tickets! His attitude was very rude and too unprofessional. His language culture was again very cheep and he never wanted to give back the ticket/apologies. He kept on the argument and abused us with bad words. Point here is, we all know and it is also written on ticket that, "Not transferable". But this conductor expected us to return ticket steal the public/government money! Over and above, when we questioned... he is not ready to give-up. Very unfortunate and a bad experience of mine. I wanted to bring to your notice and appropriate actions. I am also dropping a note and all these details as an escalation to Mr. Ramalinga reddy and the Transport minister's office.           Refund of Ticket Dear Sir, Greetings, I am the resident of Devahahalli Town and I am working in O/o CPMG, Karnataka Circle, Bangalore-01 as Office Asst. I am a Daily commuter in KSRTC bus Devanahalli to Bangalore and back (Maharani Science Collage).. Today I got into a KSRTC bus at Devanahalli (Reg No: KA 40, F706 Chickballapur Depot) and I took ticket to Bangalore for Amt. 42/-(ticket No: 034960 dated 10.09.2014 time-08:13.22). Instead of giving change for Rs. 100/- by conductor, he wrote Rs. 58/- on ticket and said me to collect the change while getting down in Bangalore. But when I asked change near Mekhri Circle, he refused to give change and said like collect at the getting down stop. then again I asked change which was due to me at the time of getting down well in before. But then also he refused to give change and said me to collect the change while getting down at majestic. As I am government servant and I need to attend to work on time, it was not possible for me to go me to majestic to collect the change. I conveyed the same to conductor also. But he acted like speaking with someone on mobile and asked driver to move. Then I got down from moving bus. He used unparliamentary words which he should not have used such a language with a passenger. He also abused me stating that I can go complaint to anybody, he is not scared of anyone. This is not the way how to behave with the passenger. Please reimburse my due amount and direct the conductor to have good approach towards passenger. If immediate necessary action is not taken for this complaint it may motivate me to approach Customer Forum against your esteemed organization. Hope you understand my embarrassment and take needful action.

            Dear Sir, Actually I was a fan of Services provided by the KSRTC, but was surprised to see the rude and inhumane behaviour of the conductor of the Airavat (Ernakulam to Mysore ) on 08/09/14 PNR : J45139424, Journey date :08/09/14, Trip Code : 1900EKMMYS, Bus Number KA-01F8434, Depot -MYSORE RURALDEPOT -2, Crew MOBILE No:[protected]. I have booked to and fro ticket from Mysore to ernakulam and vice versa ticket for my wife and two children's aged 7 and 11 years, Concincidentally to and fro they travelled in same Bus. While travelling from Mysore to Ernakulam there was no issue. While returning from Ernakulam to Mysore the same conductor refused to allow all the three passengers inside the bus till the new full ticket is not taken for my daughter . According to him old ticket will not be considered and need to be cancelled and fresh full ticket need to be taken for my daughter as she is not appearing less than 12 years, he refused to see and believe the Date of Birth proof carried by them . My wife was not in a position to pay the amount demanded by him but there was no option with them at that moment other than accepting his demand, after around 15 min argument and negotiations he collected 341 rupees from my wife out of which he issued ticket for 241 Rupees only.(I am not clear whether he collected Rs .100 without ticket intentionally or retained by mistake. ) I am still not able to understand on what basis he was demanding for full ticket amount of 700 Rupees .Even fellow crew member and nearby Bus crew members also tried to persuade him but he was adamant, Is there is no clear rule Book and training provided to Conductors . Does he don't know less than 12 years is allowed with discounted fare, He don't know the basic humane behaviour especially when the ladies are travelling alone, I request you to take strict action against the person who is spoiling the otherwise good reputation of KSRTC .And request you to refund the amount collected by him as my daughter is only 11 yrs and 8 months old or change the rule books as per conductor understanding, according to him whoever studying in 6th standard require full ticket, . This is to avoid the inconvenience and Insult to the passengers while travelling . Please settel the amount as early as possible otherwise I will not be left with any choice other than settling it in Consumer court for refund with Compensation for getting insulted and defamation .                     sir... we travelled today from koppa to bangalore by the bus ksrtc.KA :57.F;851.. we left koppa bus stand at 7:45 itself.they wont give even five minute break no where except at balehonnur.. they will give us lunch break at yadiyur. that too yet 2 30.. it will be very difficult for the passengers to travel like animals.. higher authorities should restrict them to give lunch break before 1.30 at a hygenic hotel. please consider this seriously and take proper action and help the passengers. thank u

                      As usual for weekend today I traveled from Bangalore to Mysore my hometown, When i boarded the Raja Hamsa bus (KA 40 F 400) I did not know that I will be in the worst kind of service, the bus is an old model bus and unluckily only back seat were free, to add the bus was really smelly. I work till 12 AM in the night and will reach my room around morning 1.30 AM, so I will sleep for few hours in my room and leave for Mysore, The main intention of taking Raja Hamsa is that I can sleep peacefully with the recliner seat and reach Mysore with non-stop service.But today it did not happen the same, along with being the old model bus which is still in service, every hump we passed was like playing on the trampoline and finally couple o[censored]s asked the driver to ride slow so that we don't go up and down in our seat. second thing was that the seats were loose and being old model bus it did not have shock absorber or whatever it is which is there in the new Raja Hamsa so all the way we were like swaying here and there as if we were in the cradle which not only destroyed my sleep but also gave back ache and head ache.and It was a clear rigging and extortion of 180 Rs. The regular red buses were overtaking us and couple of good Raja Hamsa buses also passed us half empty.My question is what the hell anyone would still approve these old buses to be in service. to add we also reached late since we were going slow and I believe the driver was smoking beedi's because more than two times en-route we smelled beedi smoke inside the moving bus.Totally pathetic service and now I know why people will stone and set fire to public transport vehicles when there are strikes or riots.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I am a manager of a hotel opp to Vyttila Mobility Hub.As one of my guest who is Poland citizen wanted to know the timings of AC Vovlvo buses from vyttila mobility hub to internatinal airport i went to the enquiry counter at mobility hub.The person at the counter rudely denied and asked me to come the next day.i actually was there to help a tourist who had a language barrier to communicate with person at the KSRTC counter and felt ashamed of the hospitality they have shown to a guest is visiting Gods Own Country. If you are so busy that you cant give a information why do you have information counters.?? A Concerned Citizen of India

                          The worst organisation i have ever seen in my life . All departments when i am calling they just redirect to some other number or never pick it up the call .Is it the way of treating passenger .I had great disappointment with KSRTC the worst of all.

                              Hi, I s.logarj tried to Book the Bus tickets by using my debit card from KSRTC online ticket bookings on 22.08.2014 . While booking tickets the transaction rejected from KSRTC . But from my debit card account amount for Rs.513 got deducted.When I asked my bank representative they provided a transaction number with which I can track my transaction with the merchant KSRTC. Bangalore to ooty MYBK[protected] ksrtc Rs.513/- please do the need full regards, s.logaraj

                                Dear Team, I was travelling from Bangalore to Hyderabad in KSRTC (Its a Govt Bus agency of Karnataka Govt) Volvo multi axle bus on Date of journey : 25/07/2014 and PNR No : J44191228. The bus caught fire at the rear end and the supporting tire totally got burnt and melted I am attaching the photos FYR. The bus driver did not notice and there was police patrol coming chasing from 3 kilometers still the driver did not stopped and once we've heard a sound then the driver has stopped the bus then we heard some sound coming and we alerted the driver then the driver stopped the bus and checked the tire that time we've noticed the supporting tire totally got burnt. The bus driver did not have any spare tire and equipments to fix the tires. even the bus was not equipped with the tool box which is mandatory in normal buses. Being a Volvo and after spreading so much awareness the KSRTC people have not even provided the basic equipments with the bus. The bus could have become another Palem incident where entire bus got burnt and entire 40+ people have died but by the grace of god we are alive and no back up tire and no correct equipment to open and fix the tire available with the bus. There is no coordination between the state bus as my bus stopped by this incident and when we tried to stop other buses (KSRTC) for help but no one stopped by showing the hands as if we are thieves after seeing KSRTC bus they didn't stop and came for our rescue. I have raised a complaint to KSRTC on the same day but till now there is not action has been taken on the incident and i have learnt that the same kind of incident has happened next day to other bus in Karnataka by KSRTC only. I am attaching the Photos with Bus number. I have raised a complaint and provided all the description with Photos on the same day but still I did not see any action (893050). I am hoping at least now you will take any action now, so that we can avoid same kind of incidents happening again. Thanks, Satish Kumar M

                                  I was booking a ticket from Bangalore to Kuppali, seat was not confirmed but the amount got deducted from the account. Below are the details. Journey date : 27/08/2014 Booking date : 29/07/2014 Booking ID: shashi.[protected]@gmail.com OB number : OB12602968 I have contacted KSRTC call center and have sent two e-mails to the concerned team. But amount has not been refunded yet.
                                  Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  It is almost 10 days and the amount has not been credited yet. Poor service from KSRTC.

                                    Hi, I have booked in Karnataka KSRTC to travel on 13/08/2014 to Kannur - Trip Code: 0815BNGCNR. PNR# J44788270. Bus crew, didn't call us before leaving the stand, we waited for 1 hour. Without taking us, bus left the stand. This is the responsibility of KSRTC Bus crews, when I called the conductor, he said, my name is not in the list. But I re-confirmed with customer service center that, it was there in the list, conductor missed to call. Regards, Dileep

                                      Failure to refund payment for failed online transaction

                                      Hi, I was trying to book 4 tickets from Bangalore to Chitradurga through KSRTC (Karnataka), which failed due to some hang/processing issues.
