Dear Manager,
I booked a ticket from Kurnool to Bangalore for Mr. shiva Krishna, on 31st march for AIRAVAT (VOVO AC) for the sole reason that bus picks up by 10;10 or maximum 11 PM assuming that the passenger will reach Blore by 5:30 as he had to report to office by 6 AM .
Details of the ticket are given below. Bus was supposed to arrive at 10:10 PM. passenger waited till 11: 50 PM and boarded another bus in order to reach bangalore on time.
he got a call at 12:45 only asking to board the bus. Had he waited for your bus, he would not have been able to reach bangalore on time, which was the sole reason for booking a ticket through KSRTC.
Since your bus didn't reach on time I request you to refund the amount.
