    Dear Sir, This complaint already submitted to [protected]@ksrtc.org, but till now no reply about action. Please refer attached complaint. I am the passenger of the Jamkhandi travelling to Chadachan via Bijapur through Jamkhandi - Pandharapur (KA29 F1129) want bring it your notice that your bus conductor refuse to give the direct ticket (Jamkhandi - Chadachan) and told that bus will wait up to 1 hour in Bijapur. I asked him this is direct bus why 1 hour waiting then he told me that bus timing is like that and if I want to go early catch aother bus. If is it true why the bus board is direct Jamkhandi - Pandharapur and bus is waiting 1 hour in each major bus stand when we will reach to our place. I got same bus when I am returning from Chadachan, again bus conductor refuse to give me direct ticket from Chadachan to Jamkhandi. and he told me bus will wait 30 Mnts to 1 hour in Bijapur. If it is direct bus why waiting up to 1 hour. I asked this to the both conductor & driver and also Depot manager in Bijapur they told me bus timing is different. When the bus returned to Jamkhandi and I met Depot manager his response also same as before that bus timing is deferent. I lost nearly 20 to 30 rupees by cut journey (Jamkhandi-Bijapur and Bijapur - Chadachan and Chadachan - Bijapur and Bijapur - Jamkhandi) with lot of delay. If your staffs are working and behaving like this passengers will suffer and also loose money. Please check this issue with concern in charges and take necessary action fortunately I got mobile photo of the bus and bus conductor face also appear in it. My name is VenugoaplReddy.Yesterday[protected] i booked one ticket fromTirupathi to Bangalore..Ticket is not confirmed and the money deduction happend at 1 time..But the second time success and deducted ie ok.. The first time deduction of that ref number what i get in my mini statement:[protected] I booked through online booking from my A/C ICICI net banking...         sir i was travelling from edappally to irinjalakuda on 16/5/14 7.45pm in kstrc superfast RSK 74, KL 15 9547, the driver refused to stop at stand and stoped far from the destination and he used abusing language when the reason was enquired and challanged us to take action against them if we could.The conductor then tried to attack us.It was late 10pm. I humply request you to provide us justice and take needfull action against both of them. yours faithfully hafiz

          Hello Sir, I am Asif, i have booked my ticket from Chennai to Bangalore via online for travel date 11.5.2014 in AIRAVA T CLUB CLASS (VOLVO A C) MULTI A XLE SSL. PNR Number: J43009069 and Trip Code: 2228CHNBNG. The Seat which i booked is number 41 which is just before the last row seat as show in the layout while booking, but while boarding the bus they have provided the last row seat as number 41 which is purely a case of fraud and this is trust and integrity issue. I felt so much uncomfortable throughout my journey because of the last row which has no push back and so much heat of engine and the seat allotted after being charged Rs 900/- I want you to take immediate action on this and return the fare for making this uncomfortable. I have taken few pics as well Attached is the proof of bus layout in KSRTC online, i have ticket and message in my mobile which can be produce in future reference.             I had missed my train and boarded a KSRTC Bus ( Majestic to Hyderabad) in Kempa Gowda Bus stand. The conductor said 2 seats are available and one I boarded and settled down, I was asked Rs. 2500/- for 2 tickets, I paid the money and only when I received the Ticket from him I came to know the Price of 2 Tickets is Rs. 2162/-. I questioned the conductor and he said, to shut up and get down rudely (take it or leave it) . This was not a bribe and more an extortion from me of Rs. 338/-. I was travelling with my wife and it was late in the night hence could not question more publicly. The Bus : Airavat Multi Axle Bangalore to Hyderabad - KSRTC Date : 04-May-2014 Bus Service number:001744 Ticket Number: 404623 Time on ticket : 22:30:05 Boarding Point : Kempa Gowda Bus Stand Ticket Price : Rs. 2162/- for 2 passengers Paid Amount - Rs. 2, 500/- This was extortion than Bribe from a stranded passenger. I can also send Scan copy of the Ticket. I would like the authorities be informed to stop this extortion in KSRTC buses.

              Hi, Travelled from Bangalore to Goa on 30th Apr along with my wife in KSRTC Volvo Special bus (Seats 15, 16). The bus was scheduled for 19.15, however, the bus left the bus stand only at 20.15. The push-back in the seat behind me was not working, since the lady sitting in that seat had a kid with her, I also couldn't push my seat and couldn't sleep the entire journey. Many a passengers had this problem of push back not working. Also, the A/C was not working in the bus and it was too very hot inside the bus the entire journey. I travelled back to Bangalore on 3rd May 2014 in KSRTC Volvo Club Class regular service (Seat 25). When the bus reached near Ankola, it started raining outside and the water started leaking through the A/C vent above my seat and directly on my shoulders. When I approached the driver, he told me that he cant do anything as the bus was full and asked me to adjust. I again had a trouble my entire journey back to Bangalore and couldnt sleep. My wife travelled back to Bangalore on 4th May 2014 in KSRTC Volvo special bus (Seat 11). The bus left Goa at 18.10 on 4th and is expected to reach Bangalore around 7 to 8 AM on 5th May. However, the bus reached near Tumkur only at around 8.30 AM and it broke down in the highway when 25 more KMs were left to Bangalore. The crew were not ready to inform on what is the problem and how long it will take for them to repair. Since its a working day, my wife had to call up her office and apply for a leave and also, had to catch a crowded passing by bus with all her luggage and came standing all the way to Bangalore. The entire trip onwards and return with KSRTC premium service was pathetic. Very poor bus maintenance and negligence towards the passengers and their safety is very evident. Request you to support me in dealing with this. Thanks, Venkatraman Nagarajan

                Dear Sir, Travelled in a AC Ambari service from Salem to Bangalore on Sunday 27th night 23:56 service. Due to late and last minute planning got in only the last two seats for me and my wife. (43, 44). Realized it was a biggest mistake only after 15 minutes. Throughout the journey it was like almost sitting in a Hot OVEN. While I payed about 600+ Rupees for AC services this is not acceptable at all and through the night both o[censored]s were awake and the driver was also not able to do anything apart from requesting to get adjusted. In this regard do let me know why should the service be so poor and hazardous to the passenger. As a consumer of the services looking forward to raise a complaint with KSRTC and request for explanation in this regard. (and how will they avoid this in future) Also looking forward their explanation on why should i not approach for my right to any consumer court for full refund and compensation. (While I am aware the engine is there, not all the buses have the same heat.. Pretty sure the insulation is gone and at on point it has all possibility to become dangerous.. ) Appreciate your support to seek a reply from KSRTC in this regard. thx Anbu

                  As I hv booked ticket from bangalore to somwarpet via mysore.bus got departed at 9.45pm from satellite bus stand..once I get into the seat..conductor insisted not to allow any co passengers to sit...one passenger drunk person sat next to me...I requested him to sit in other place...he started screaming at me..conductor also supporting him...its an bad experience for in ksrtc first time...evn I hv informed to divisional controller of mysore no action has been taken. ...Its has became night mare for me travel in ksrtc..I need justification for it...KSRTC Bus: PNR:J42787292, Journey Date:02/05/2014, Trip Code:2145BNGSMV, Bus Number:KA-F 0815, Depot:K.                         After many years we chose KSRTC that your services would have improved. But its a filth of operations. You people are only focussed on making money with constructions and other money minting ideas of volvos and multiaxle schemes. Today morning I had booked a Rajahamsa bus from Bangalore to Sakleshpra, the bus was heading to Mangalore. Scheduled to depart at 6.30 am on 7th March, 2014. Now the bus has halted at Hassan and asked the passengers towards Sakleshpura to board another bus due to lack of passengers and the bus would continue onward to Mangalore. With this attitude I am sure you will loose even the existing customers. Please enquire the current bus at the said time and reply to me why is such a pathetic situation? What would happen to passengers who have heavy luggages? To passengers who are aged? If the tickets are booked online, you should have informed earlier that you are not going to give a dedicated service even in a premier class like Rajahamsa, I would have booked with better service providers.

                          Dear Manager,
                          I booked a ticket from Kurnool to Bangalore for Mr. shiva Krishna, on 31st march for AIRAVAT (VOVO AC) for the sole reason that bus picks up by 10;10 or maximum 11 PM assuming that the passenger will reach Blore by 5:30 as he had to report to office by 6 AM .
                          Details of the ticket are given below. Bus was supposed to arrive at 10:10 PM. passenger waited till 11: 50 PM and boarded another bus in order to reach bangalore on time.
                          he got a call at 12:45 only asking to board the bus. Had he waited for your bus, he would not have been able to reach bangalore on time, which was the sole reason for booking a ticket through KSRTC.

                          Since your bus didn't reach on time I request you to refund the amount.

                            My daughter pooja singh booked ticket from bangalore to mysore by fly bus on 22 feb 14 for journey on 23 feb 14. Transaction was failed but amount Rs 822.00 was deducted from my account (OB[protected] . On query it was told to me that money will be refunded with in seven days. On query after 10 days from KSRTC (Phone No. [protected]), I was advised to lodge complaint on KSRTC on line refund .I lodge complaint on 7th March 2014 but till date money not refunded and no response made. Kindly look into and refund money to my account at the earliest. Thanks..

                              Sir, Please go through without fail... We were 15 ( 6 Ladies and 9 Gents) in the KSRTC Raja Hamsa buses which ply from Raichur - Manthralayam - Bangalore to Mysore. We boarded the bus in Manthralayam at 7.30pm and we were to get down at Bangalore on prior reservation. But we asked the driver for a request stop at Mysore Circle, Bhel and Nayandahalli as the bus was passing the same way to Mysore. He was sooooooooo mean and agreed, but the Conductor started shouting at us when we reached Bangalore at 3.45am. Few o[censored]s were to get down at Mysore circle but he dropped little further collecting an amount of Rs. 100/- extra, then four o[censored]s to get down at BHEL stop and one at Nayandahalli, shouting at us again he demanded Rs. 20/- from each which came uptp Rs. 100/- . Even after collecting the amount he dropped us in an inconvenient place. In the morning around 4.00am to drop us near BHEl he dropped near Deepanjalinagar Circle, one among us was unable to walk from there as she had a fracture earlier. I just wanted to ask the sincere and hard worker of the KSRTC Bus conductor that, would he do the same thing if his family would have been in the same plight as o[censored]s. My humble request to the higher authorities to call him, warn and teach him to keep some humanity qualities in his life. It is also like he will be travelling further, he should be very cool in the morning, but very sad to imagine our plight...                                 We like to register a complaint with KSRTC, for the following travel made through KSRTC Bus Service KSRTC m -Ticket** BANGALORE to MADURAI <Psngr Name>Archana Meenakshi<TripCode>2145BNGMRI<PNR no>J41750346<Jny Date>08/03/2014<DepTime>21:45 Seat No>21, 22<Class>NON AC SLEEPER<Boarding point>SHANTHINAGAR BS(DOUBLE ROAD)[protected]<pltform>1 The above bus started at 9.45 pm from Bangalore stopped at Hosur at 11 pm, and without any Valid technical reason they informed all passengers to shift to another non sleeper rajahamsa executive bus and inspite of protest by all passengers. The conductor was very rude and compelled all passengers to travel in sitting bus and told no refund is possible. Due to the above reason, there is no proper space for putting our luggage in the new sitting inconvenient rajahamsa bus. This is clearly deficiency of service on your part. We paid high and still didn't have a comfortable travel and on top of that lost many of our valuables. Due to your poor service our laptop bag missed/stolen in which we lost the following: 1) Laptop n accessories 2) Samsung galaxy mobile in switched off mode 3) Cash Rs.15000/ 4) Shaving trimmer, 5) Mobile Charger 6) Headset 7) Car Original Documents. KSRTC is well known for its service and we are very much surprised about the above deficiency in service from KSRTC. KSRTC is completely responsible for all our Loss in this regard and more over our mental worries. KSRTC number is always busy and not answering calls. Finally when I catched up with one of the executive, he routed to call to control room, and from there they routed to call to traffic controller Shanthinagar and they in turn routed to call to depot 3 and the depot 3 they cut the call asking to call depot 1. Even visiting directly doesn't prove fruitful. Kindly look in to the matter very, very urgently and help us in getting back our belongings.

                                  My daughter pooja singh booked ticket from bangalore to mysore by fly bus on 22 feb 14 for journey on 23 feb 14. Transaction was failed but amount rs 822.00 was deducted from my account. On query it was told to me that money will be refunded with in seven days. Till date money not refunded. Kindly look into and refund money to my account. Thanks.

                                    I have booked a ticket from Banaglore to puttur on 6th of March. NON AC sleeper. I paid 542rs for the ticket. Suddenly few days back I got a message that the service has been cancelled and hence my ticket also got cancelled. So I was expecting my refund amount. I have got the refund amount as 499rs. In this case I have not cancelled the ticket. If i had cancelled the ticket it is legal to deduct the cancellation charge. But here KSRTC has cancelled its service henceforth cancelled my ticket also and deducted the cancellation charge. If the services are not eligible to run on the specifed day, Why they are allowing to book it online before a month ?? I want to know why they have dedcuted the cancellation amount for cancellation did by KSRTC.

                                      When I boarded the bus, another passenger was sitting on my seat. I was asked by conductor to take another vacant seat, on which another passenger came later and I was left with no seat. Then I came to know that despite carrying capacity of 43, bus was carrying 47 passengers. Whole light I kept requesting the conductor but with no avail. On Karnataka- Tamil Nadu border, requested the Traffic Controller to allot me a seat. He just shirked off the responsibility by rudely telling me to talk to conductor only. Only when I took his photograph threatening him to make a complaint that conductor and bus driver started speaking softly. Driver offered me to seat on the bonnut.
                                      Fellow passengers told me that bus carries MP-MLA quota and hence such problems arise.
                                      Whatsoever - I suffered during the whole journey. Please at least return my money.

                                        I have not received the amount 445 against the cancelation of PNR # J40183448. i have been interacting with your official baring the e-mail id [protected]@ksrtc.org, who was claiming that the amount has been cleared, but i have shared my bank statment with her which clearly showes the amount is not reflecetd in my bank so i had asked the bank statment of KSRTC, but she is not sharing the details . so i request you to please clear my amount immediatly .
