KSRTC Airavat Tirupati to Bangalore -No pick up because bus did not enter bus stand, and directly went from outside only.

I booked the ticket for Amt Rs. 1200 in KSRTC Airavat from Tirupati to KBS (Bangalore) but was not picked up.

We were guided by the KSRTC helpdesk at Tirupati bus stand that our bus will arrive at platform 22. We waited at platform 22 from 23:15pm .The bus did not turned up.When i called to ksrtc, they just keep saying that the bus will come.Even though another airavat bus came at 23:30, when we told them and showed the ticket to the conductor. They just said it's 23:48 bus and it's on the way. We checked all other buses also.
We still waited from late night 23:15.to next morning 02:00 am but there was no airavat bus.
We enquired many times at the helpdesk, but nobody knows anything.
Finally we called up call centre& driver told bus already left and you can complain to whom u want, there will be no action.
KSRTC helpdesk is only misguiding and we had to spend money again on tickets.
If dept. is so incompetent, u should inform us when we purchase tickets and not by cheating customers like us.

Please refund the entire amount ASAP

    It is a complaint again the shop In shanthinagar bus stop, the second shop in platform 1 . (shop has no name but running by mangalapuram poeple, shop next to hpmc juice stall)
    after drinking a juice and buying a biscuit they charged me 80 rupees.
    The biscuit charge is just 22 as mrp. But they charge 30 rupees.
    Shop keeper refused to give me change offering filthy chocolates.
    It is really a day time roberry happening in there.
    Really need some authorized person to stop this day time theft.

    Daily 1000nds of people travel to home town from this location.

    I request to take actions so that we will have justice.

      The conductor of the bus KL-15 7346 on the date 18-12-12 , 8.30 pm trip from kazhakkutam to VikasBavan misbehaved to me in front of all the people in the bus. He was shouting at me by telling that I have waved my hands to stop the bus. Some times the buses wont stop in the bus stop if we don't wave hands. Even though i did a harmless thing he insulted me. Please take action towards him for insulting woman in public.

        Dear Sir,
        Myself N Maruti Rao, resident of Belgaum, booked e- ticket for Belgaum to Bellary (6th Dec. 2012, seat number 18, Raj Hansa) and back journey from Bellary to Belgaum (7th Dec. 2012, seat number 19, Raj Hansa) and made payment through SBI internet banking option given by KSRTC. The transaction was successfully completed I have received reference number from SBI about confirmation of payment (IGE5280869). But, the tickets were not available for download and I have not received any confirmation from KSRTC about booking. I went to Belgaum Bus stand around 9.30pm and enquired about my reservation in the reservation counter. The in-charge of reservation section told that tickets were not booked in my name. So, I had purchased tickets of Raj Hansa for Bellary by paying Rs.400/-. Sir, the bus condition was so horrible that there were no headlights for the bus and bus was under repairing condition. In mid night around 3.00pm commuters had asked driver to stop the bus and make alternative arrangement and they tried to contact the Belgaum control office but in vain. However, around 4.00pm they were able to contact and the control office in-charge had apologized for inconvenience and promised to make alternative arrangement in Koppal but no arrangement were made in Koppal nor bus was repaired. The bus reached Hospet at 7.00am (3 hours late) and conductor had requested us to catch red bus ( we have paid for Raj Hansa) which is going from Hospet to Bellary and we reached Bellary at 930pm. I have not expected such poor quality of service from KSRTC which has bagged best transport award please look into the matter and do the needful.           Very bad behaviour from conductors in BMTC bus. The bus I travelled was from whitefield to hopfarm. I boarded the bus at around 10.30 am. Todaythe conductor refused to pay me balance and used very uncultured language while asking for balance. At last, after begging for balance, he gave the balance, and he asked me to "GET OUT" in very harsh and impolite language. After I got out he manhandled me and strangled my neck trying to pull me back to the bus, for saying that I will report the incident. He asked me to speak in kannada and when I said I do not know kannada, he said, then "why am I coming to bangalore".
          This is not an isolated incident.
          If KSRTC cannot employ well mannered bus conductors and drivers, its a shame on the company.. pitiable. And for sure, this incident will be taken up very seriously and is a bad name for KSRTC.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            Am Ramesh residing in Porur, chennai.

            Would like to bring to your notice that myself and my father in law travelled in KSRTC
            From pamba to chenganur and the bus stopped in waha for resting. We got down to get
            Refreshed and came to understand that within few minutes the bust left us and went with
            Our baggages. I had to get 2 other buses to reach Chenganoor and had to call and go
            Through lot of people to get my luggage. I spoke to Mr. Babu who was working with KSRTC
            For 15 yrs as he mentioned and he said to get the luggage from info centre. From waha to
            Chenganoor, we had to travel in 2 Buses in standing after paying for our travel. Hope u will not find it fair and take perfect action on the staff who were irresponsible.

            FYI: The staff in info center of Chenganur said the there were total of 6 passengers left by this staffs in this travel.

                  I have tried to book the ticket on 20/10/2012 through online through http://www.ksrtc.in but transaction failed so i m unable to book the ticket and money was not refunded yet. I have requested the department to take necessary actions to make it refund my money with the following details given below as soon as possible.I have repeatedly replied them for this purpose but still then I haven't got my money back to my account.So kindly take necessary steps and actions for which i shall be ever grateful to u.

                  KSRTC hasn't refunded the ticket cancellation money for two cases as i booked both the tickets online. They say that it'll be refunded back to our account nut nothing has happened so far. Details are given below:

                    I am writing this mail on behalf of all passnegers who have suffered a lot during the journey.

                    As per above mentioned details, we (few names of passengers mentioned below) had booked for tickets online to travel from Bijapur to Bangalore. Suhas Bus departed @ 8PM from Bijapur exactly with reg. No. KA28 F1871 (Suhas). this bus got broke down 30KMS before Chitradurga at 3AM in the night.

                    I had booked 5 tickets from coimbatore to mysore for rs.1055 for date: 25th sept , i subsequently cancelled the ticket on the next day i booked 29th aug. the website said that i would recieve my amount (rs.901)after deduction within 7 days . till this date(23th sept) i have not received any amount. Repeated calling and e complaints often lead to NO ANSWER...... and after i went to the local ksrtc booking center the guy gave me a number and asked me to contact where a person spoke and assured me that my amount will be refunded but that was not to be ..... lots of calls to the number result in "NO answer " or "Line Busy"...
                    KSRTC should stop their online booking site rather than feeding on public money due to poor cordination and outdated servers.......

                        Tried to book a ticket but failed due to some technical issues. The amount was debited though and I was advised that refund will be done in 7 days. Now it has been more than 14 days but still no refund. Tried to call/email the below but no proper response. Can someone please let me know the escalation process?

                        Hi,

                        I had booked online ticket on 13/10/2010. The ticket did not get confirmed but the credit card is charged. Another two tickets booked on 06/11/2010. This one also same issue.

                        I sent mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org for refund. However, there is no response. I called[protected] , however, no one is answering the call.

                        Please suggest me what action further I need to take on this.

                        This is regards KSRTC OB refference number : OB6962389 which the amount of RS.574 has been deducted from my Citibank bank account ending with **** and there was no confirmation from KSRTC ticket with the pnr number. I was booking for ksrtc from Bangalore to Mysore at 4.15 am.Please find the below screenshots for the purchase at KSRTC and citibank alert message.please look in to the issue and do the needful. Please refund the same amount to my citibank account number****************.

                        Have contacted the customer service they even doesnt know what is online e-ticketing work,how the poor chaps will understand about failed transactions. This is Another way for bribing at people.
                        This is regarding PNRJ40742409 Trip code 2114BNGCDP KSRTC OB No. OB10798837 .

                        The bus was cancelled by KSRTC stating technical problem. Please refer to the mail below.

                        The ticket was of Rs. 693. However the refunded amount is Rs 628. Please pay back the balance Rs. 65.

                          Sir,

                          Today[protected], I have been traveling from Kariyavattom to Palayam. Since there was rush on the bus and I got a side seat, I couldn't take a ticket. At PMG I told the conductor that I board from Kariyavattom and I need a ticket to palayam. He started arguing and shouting at me for not taking ticket earlier. Please take necessary action against this misbehavior.
                          The bus number was KL-15 6644 and it reached palayam at 4.05pm.

                          Kerala KSRTC — Bus didn't Stop

                          Last Saturday(25/12/2010) the BUS from ernakulam to coimbatore (Mannuthy ByPass) didnt stop in Kalloor in the morning 6:10 am. I came from padivattom to kalloor for getting this bus. Whether special bus like is meant for public or is this to bus driver's personal people only?
                          i've similar experiences many times.

                            I had booked the tickets online through the website http://www.ksrtc.in/AWATAROnline for travelling to Raichur on 13th September..... but due to the strike on thursday i.e., on 13th and for indefinite period.... I had to cancel my tickets and I had to book car for travelling to the destination.... and they have cut 50% of the charges which is idiotic and etc..... I want my money back... why should I suffer due to the strike they have declared....

                            I had booked a ticket on 10th December 2020 but the KSRTC employees have gone on strike from 11th December. My journey date is 12th that is today and I don't know if the bus will refund my money. It was a 9:20 hours journey. Someone help me.! What do I do now?

                              I am one of the Employee in Exar software Research Pvt Ltd, Working in Info park campus Koratty, Thrissur.

                              I would like to notice this issue in front of you.

                              Unfair KSRTC Transportation charges

                              1. We have been charging 30 rupees from Thrissur to Koratty in Limited stop Fast Passenger bus.

                              2. We have been charging 32 rupees from Thrissur to Koratty in Super fast bus.

                              1. We have been charging 24 rupees from Thrissur to Koratty in Fast Passenger bus ( Which is the Actual Fare )

                              We asked our KSRTC conductors regarding the unfair charges and the answer was they don’t have Bus stop in Koratty where in we do have Infopark and Kinfra (kerala Industrial infrastructure Development Corporation) located, so they are taking Thrissur to Angamali charge instead of taking Thrissur to Koratty Charge.

                              This is really unfair and shameless because we do have more than 1000 employees working in Info park and Kinfra but we don’t have proper bus stop for KSRTC bus because of this we been forced to pay more.

                              I would request you to take necessary action in this Case and provide a stop in Koratty for all the bus services of KSRTC so that we have to pay only Thrissur to Koratty Charge.

                                I've tried booking a ticket from Kannur to Trivandrum Central on 25.08.12 for a journey on the same day at 17.30. Name of traveller was Mr. Ratheesh. Payment was debited from my axis bank account (branch: Marthahalli) 2 times (Rs.431/- each) and ticket booking was failed each time. I've mailed this matter to mdksrtc.[protected]@gmail.com (id shown in website of KSRTC for refund problems) and no reply. Kindly do the needful for the refund of payment.

                                I've tried tckt booking on 6.9.13from guruvaor to banglr (super delux air bus)fo. r the journey on 16.9.13 at7pm from guruvayor name of travaller dhanya vm paymet ofRS.525/- was debited from my SBT account(branch :karimpuzha)not yet refunded.txn# 557242.kindly do the need ful.

                                  I for one rated KSRTC Bus service as the best till today morning when i was literally pushed out of the bus and insulted(being called upon bad word in hindi) by the bus driver for simply asking whether he could drop me at the Quilon Railway station which comes in the way to Trivandrum rather than at Quilon bus stand. I have travelled in the same bus many times before before and whoever was the driver then have done the same for me. This is the first time such an incident has happened. The driver could have atleast told properly that it is not possible rather than shouting at me and pushing me out and to round it off swearing at me in front of everyone in that bus and bus stand. I am a regular traveller through KSRTC buses as you can very well check from my transactions through my ID and nothing of this sort i have ever encountered nor ever expected. This kind of behaviour towards a customer is unacceptable and i request you that the least KSRTC could do is employ people without atleast minimum level of culture.                                   ksrtc volvo bus — misbehaviour of bus conductor

                                  on 5th february 2009 evening i was travelling to marat-halli from majestic bus stand in ksrtc volvo bus no. KA01FA1541. it costs 35 rs to marat-halli. I gave the cunductor 100 rs. he told that he was not having change at that very moment. hence I wait for 1 hr. after that near by marat-halli when I was about to get down I asked him for the remaining change money. Then he returned me only 60 rs and told that he is not having 5 rs to return. when I asked for the remaining 5 rs he behaved with me like as if I am a beggar and begging money from him.
                                  In comparison to other KSRTC buses volvos are taking 3times money for comfortable journey. then also if such kind of conductor will harass people like this then to whom all the passenger will complain.
                                  It is the duty of all conductors to return the change money of each and every passenger. If they will not return then is it not one kind of robbery?
                                  u call ksrtc cell and give a written complaint, i have very good experience with ksrtc, they will take matter very seriously. now bcz of bjp goverment nothing is happening, just wait till congress comes
                                  from where did this issue of bjp or congress come boss.. the officers will be the same for any govt. in power. yadiyurappa or any other politician will not come to take the action.

                                  u r the who has to be pro active in treating this issue.

                                  Volvo Bus — Driver

                                  I travelled on Bus Day 4th August,2010 from Hebbal to Rammurthy Nagar and the Volvo Bus AC i took and paid the money Rs.25/- but i am sorry to say the Driver was so much in haste to drive was in his own world and very rash driver, he should know that he is carrying passengers who would like to reach safe to their home back from work in 1 piece.

                                  Hope the BMTC looks into this and do the needful with regard to this driver rash driving.

                                  Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation — Refund of Failure Transaction yet to be Received

                                  I had booked tickets on[protected] through the KSRTC website. The transaction got failed at the first time but the amount got debited from my credit card.The failure message stated that the ticket amount would get refunded in 3 days but i am yet to get the refund. Almost a month has passed and i am yet to get the refund.

                                  Meanwhile i have written 4 mails to [protected]@ksrtc.org but there seems to be no response. Also i have tried calling the contact number given in their website like a hundred times but no response at all.

                                  Please help to get this issue resolved at the earliest.

                                    This is with reference to OB15735093 for refund of Rs.2686.00

                                    I had booked 2 tickets from Hyderabad to Bangalore through KSRTC Online portal.
                                    My account got debited with RS.2686 but the tickets were not booked. The OB number for the same is OB15735093. I also had dropped the mail to [protected]@ksrtc.org but ther is no response on the mail sent. I also called them on[protected] Ext. 283 but there is no response on the call. its already more than 7 days and no proper response for the same.
