When I boarded the bus, another passenger was sitting on my seat. I was asked by conductor to take another vacant seat, on which another passenger came later and I was left with no seat. Then I came to know that despite carrying capacity of 43, bus was carrying 47 passengers. Whole light I kept requesting the conductor but with no avail. On Karnataka- Tamil Nadu border, requested the Traffic Controller to allot me a seat. He just shirked off the responsibility by rudely telling me to talk to conductor only. Only when I took his photograph threatening him to make a complaint that conductor and bus driver started speaking softly. Driver offered me to seat on the bonnut.
Fellow passengers told me that bus carries MP-MLA quota and hence such problems arise.
Whatsoever - I suffered during the whole journey. Please at least return my money.

    I have not received the amount 445 against the cancelation of PNR # J40183448. i have been interacting with your official baring the e-mail id [protected]@ksrtc.org, who was claiming that the amount has been cleared, but i have shared my bank statment with her which clearly showes the amount is not reflecetd in my bank so i had asked the bank statment of KSRTC, but she is not sharing the details . so i request you to please clear my amount immediatly .

      Excess bus fare is charged for the journey from KANCHIPURAM to BANGALORE. PNR: J40243776, Journey Date: 14/01/2014 and PNR: J40227552, Journey Date: 05/01/2014. The actual bus fare is Rs. 256 + online reservation charges. However i was charged Rs. 312 of PNR: J40243776 & Rs. 343 of PNR: J40227552. When this was complained to [protected]@ksrtc.org, I got a reply that the difference amount will be refund once the journey date is over. Now it is more than 15 days, but so far there is no refund received. Also there is no response for the subsequent follow-up mails. Looking for a necessary action on this complaint.

        Bus Number: KAF215, PNR:J41004392 Data: 26/01/2014 HYD-BNG, Crew Number: [protected] Hi, I am very disappointed with the way crew members have behaved with me. Though i shown them the SMS ticket and ID proof, they were asking me the printout of the ticket, they misbehaved with me. They were not at all listening and when i went to take the printout near by KSRTC counter at MGBS, Hyderabad, they simply departured the bus without even bother to call me. This is utterly a rude and rowdy behavior with the passenger after buying ticket online for 900Rs and this is the service provided to the passengers, totally not acceptable. When i called them and warned them with police complaint, they told they will wait at Jadcharla Hotel, I had to take one more ticket till Jadcharla to catch the bus. Please take the action, this will only harm the reputation of KSRTC and passengers think twice before booking the tickets with KSRTC.

          Respected Sir, This is regarding unavailability of buses between Hangal - Haveri. This matter directly comes under Haveri Division of KSRTC. There are no buses on peak hours such as 8:00 am - 9:30 am and 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. If a lady comes after 6 pm to Haveri depot she has to wait up to 8:pm or commute up to Akkialur and wait for connecting bus. in these days of atrocities against women; the safety issue is entirely upon KSRTC. i personally met Divisional Controller, Haveri Division. He assured of a us to Hangal at 6:30pm. But Haveri depot manager is totally unavailable for contact and Hangal depot manager always a a same answer ' let me check' This is the grave issue of total irregularity of KSRTC officers towards publc, ladies safety issue and obeying their own superiors orders. Kindly address the matter

            ksrtc has increased its passenger fare by Rs.4/- per passenger, towards the toll in BRAMMARAKOOTLU, Bantwal taluk of Mangalore Dist. from today . this increase is TOTALY UNFAIR AND unacceptable . for a simple calculation, ksrtc is paying toll of Rs.90/-per bus per day [normally 5 or 6 single trips in a day, in the same route] means Rs.15 OR Rs.18 per trip . Whereas it is collecting huge money from passengers on account of toll . Strictly speaking it is the duty of ksrtc to pay toll for using such highways by which it is going to save a lot on its fuel cost and maintenance bill, and not to squeeze its passengers . I strongly condemn this hike in ticket fare and demand it to withdraw immidietly .

                I booked 3 tickets on 22/6/2014 and my user id is [protected]@gmail.com and the OBno is OB1227350 and my transaction is failed but money has been withdrawn from my account. Will you please provide me the details about these failed transaction as early as possible.When will you refund the money and provide all the details about this transaction.

                I send an email to [protected]@ksrtc.org nearly 10 times, they not even reply to me and they are not even taking my call is this a kind of joke for you not to respond to the customers?? i want immediate response.

                  This is regarding the bus bearing no. KA-09F-4857, trip code 1801PNJBNG, dated 6/11/2013 i had booking for the journey from karwar to bangalore on mentioned date at 8.45pm. the pick up point was karwar bus stand.. So i reached the pick up destination well before the time... The bus was supposed to come at around 8.45.. i was at the at the bus stand an at 9.15 i get a call from the bus crew asking me to come to other place which is out of the city and 1.5 km from bus stand.. They told " you take a auto and come to this place, we are waiting of for you".. there were no auto, i had to call my friend asking my place. they literally did not know that there is a passenger from karwar.. They had passed karwar, were in the middle of the road, then they realised that there is a passenger. they stopped the bus and called me. when i asked them they said its multi axle bus so cant come to the bus stand !!.. wao.. there is a place next to the bus stand where all buses stop including multi axle buses... i paid rs 850 for the ticket and this is the kind of service provided... i want strict action to be taken on the crew..

                      Today (05/11/2013) around 4.45 p.m i was travelling in a two wheeler scooter towards udupi city in a national highway 66, and near udupi Abrahan motor showroom KSRTC Volvo long distance bus, i noted last no in a number plate 717 was over taking a truck in a busy road, after seeing us far in scooter completely ignoring opposite side (we are two people) comes front and with in seconds we are may be below front wheel, i take extreme left and no space in left to go further because road divider was there, i stooped scooter and within inches the bus passed us, and same time the driver of the bus shouting us in one hand raised like we are made mistake in driving and he was right to go any way. I am fully shocked the behave of this Volvo bus driver, and his aggressiveness and no value of human life(if accident happens three people could have died because another passenger seated behind is pregnant female) I need the feed back from KSRTC as a citizen of this country and the the rashness of the your organisation.                         I came to Belur bus Station at 5:10 AM and i waited for upto 6 AM but bus did not came.
                        I asked the Belur TC and Chikmangalore TC (ph no:[protected]) They said no karnataka sarige booked bus on 5 :10 AM the said only at 4 Am and 4 :30am
                        I got the SMS at 7 AM and even bus Conductor is not called me at all .
                        if they waited 5:10 Am then i should i got that buss.

                        After that 6:15 AM bus i paid and i came to Bangalore.
                        I did not expected this Kind Responsibility when KSRTC bus Picking the Customers.
                        And That conductor should inform to Belur TC and Chikmangalore TC to regarding This.
                        His not done Anything and Left me and they went.

                        I need Money Refund back

                          Hi,

                          We travelled from Yellapur to Bengaluru on 03 Nov 2013 by 8pm Airavata Bus. When we tried to board the bus, the conductor started fighting that our ticket was cancelled. First thing was he was drunk and secondly I assume the ticket should be in the hands of a passenger. But conductor said I have to handover this ticket to the passenger and your ticket is cancelled. It was a hard ship arguing with the conductor. I am senior citizen aged 72 and travelling along with my wife and daughter. Initially after fighting he said he was at fault and allowed us to board and at the next station again started to fight.

                          With no fault of ours a great inconvineance was caused to me and my family. I kindly request you to do the needful so that no other passengers face this humility.                               I am Basavaraj and I had booked 2 tickets from Bangalore to Bellary (Bangalore to sindhanur trip) Here are the details, KSRTC Bus: PNR:H39142439, Journey Date:31/10/2013, Trip Code:2246BNGSND, Bus Number:KA-36 F1064, Depot:SINDHANOOR. There are lots of bed bugs in the bus and it is a very tough to travel in these buses. Issue :According to time bus has to reach dharwad 10:30 pm but when called bus leaving Belgaum at 9:45 pm and every time reaching Dharwad late reaching at 11:20pmThere is no action point from KSRTC from Belgaum Depot or Dharwad.                                     Hello guys This is one of the passenger travelling from trichy to bangalore on today(19.09.2013) 9.15 pm. I had already booked the ticket through online.. At the time of boarding conductor told to me just change the seat . Ok i managed & change the seat .Again he came & asked to me change the seat due to two persons are couple. right now i'm seating on seat no.38 second last row. Then why i had been booked the ticket through online this is the way they are treating the passengers especially gents. Due to that i lost my sleep on today this is the ridiculous thing. i plan to file determination suit on both driver & conductor.If they didn't reply this message.                                         Please provide aI am a daily traveler of KSRTC Fast Passenger buses. I boarded this bus from Pangappara which was going to Attingal on 11th Sep 2013 5 PM. The number was RSM228 Trivandrum-Attingal Fast Passenger. The bus was overfilled with passengers including many infants (atleast 5 I could see in the bus). The driver was overspeeding and overtaking every single vehicle on the lane forcing a 2 wheeler rider to fall on the gutter beyond the tarred side of the road. When the kazhakuttom traffic was up, he accelerated and gave sudden breaks more than a hundred times though there was not an 'inch space' to move forward hurting many passengers and an infant inside the bus with sudden jerks of the bus. Moreover, this guy never stops not even near the bus stops though it was raining heavily. To my surprise, this was the same person who drove the Trivandrum-Karunagappally Fast Passenger a few weeks ago. I was to complain at that time, when he drove the vehicle the same way. I have dropped a complaint at the Attingal KSRTC Depot, though I am unsure, whether they would read it or take any action. s much information as possible...

                                        There is no use in posting here, or even giving a written complaint at the depot, as the staff could be united, in favour of their fellow employee, in matters of external complaints. Kerala SRTC bus drivers still think that theirs is the only mode of road transportation,
                                        and they are doing a great favour to citizens, and they are the owners of all roads in Kerala. This attitude has led to many youngsters moving to personal transport, or train for long distances, and has contributed to the loss of revenue to Kerala SRTC, and has started affecting the livelyhood of their staff and pensioners, but the irony is that still these fail to understand the reason for their current state of affairs. An overwhelming majority of KeralaSRTC bus crew has always been rude, arrogant and unkind to citizens, while on duty, as far as my experience go. So dealing with them, on the spot, boldly and in the appropriate way could be the solution.
                                        No common sense for driver's. Everyone is sleeping in that state. Ppl, govt staff, law and order
