I am very disappointed with the way crew members have behaved with me. Though i shown them the SMS ticket and ID proof, they were asking me the printout of the ticket, they misbehaved with me. They were not at all listening and when i went to take the printout near by KSRTC counter at MGBS, Hyderabad, they simply departured the bus without even bother to call me. This is utterly a rude and rowdy behavior with the passenger after buying ticket online for 900Rs and this is the service provided to the passengers, totally not acceptable. When i called them and warned them with police complaint, they told they will wait at Jadcharla Hotel, I had to take one more ticket till Jadcharla to catch the bus.
Please take the action, this will only harm the reputation of KSRTC and passengers think twice before booking the tickets with KSRTC.
I send an email to [protected]@ksrtc.org nearly 10 times, they not even reply to me and they are not even taking my call is this a kind of joke for you not to respond to the customers?? i want immediate response.
