Respected Sir/Madam,
I plead to regularise 303 buses from mysore to krs at fixed timings or atleast at regular intervals as it is causing a lot of problem to working employees. The frequency of the buses travelling int his route is also very less atleast make them available during office times and rush hours. Sometimes 2 buses pass by at the same time without any time gap which doesnt serve any purpose. So kindly look into the matter and address the issue as earlier as possible. Thanking You.

Sir, Today I tried to book tickets form my Journey in Rajahamsa Bus but after payment... Amount of 1008 got deducted but 2 tickets didn't get booked... And later when i checked the status its showing FAILURE.

I want my money of Rs.1008 back soon. Please credit them to my same UPI account from which I made transaction.
Please refund my amount as soon as possible Sir 🙏🙏

KA21 F 0066 Bangalore to dharmastala route bus on 04/08/2022 8:45 am, I wanted to go from 8th mile to nelamangala bypass ( kunigal cross ). Conductor was not allowing me to get in to bus saying ticket cannot be issued to nelamangala, even though telling I will give u correct change for ticket he was not allowing me to get in to bus.

Dera concerned,

Your conductor is using mobile phone and abusing the passenger in the bus. Disturbing the driver.We were just missed from an accident because of lack of driver focus on driving due to conductor disturbance with him .
Please take nessessary action on this useless conductor and revert me as soon as possible

Conductor is using abusing language and using mobile phone and talking with driver n over the phone in the mean time .

I am Nataraj KR, (Mob no-[protected]) I am an daily traveller from Tumkur to Nagasandra metro station, here every buses give stop to Nagasandra metro station, but on 2/08/2022 bus no KA06F-1210, when I asked to get down in Nagasandra metro station he refused to give, and I said eveyone are giving then he replied very rudely you get down from here right now, this is not your bus, dont talk in bus like that he said, when i said ok you give atleast after video stop still he was scolding me infront of customers with singular words, from this incident as a passanger of KSRTC I got hurted embarrassed by your staff, even I am also a SBI emloyee the way he talk to passengers is not acceptable, please take it as a complaint and take action and make sure is there stop to Nagasandra metro station, and someone take 69 rupees to Nagasandra from tumkur and someone take 80 rupees to nagasandra in non stop buses, if we ask them there is no reply, please clear this,

The driver of ksrtc volvo multi axle hit on my bike and the overtakes and stop my bike and they took my bike key, the driver was drunk and he was driving very rash

In, extremely bad weather conditions bus & transport depot. Unable to clear the descision. The passenger's are waiting since from 2 hours no concern is identified...please handle this kind of actions in bad weather conditions. Hope you respect the credibility of the passengers..

On 01Aug 2022I was travelling in ksrtc bus going to Gokarna from Mysore. Departed Mysore at 0605am, whole journey i was observing the driver since i was sitting on front seat, he was so rash on driving especially while driving in city limit areas. His braking the vehicle was so rash due to high speed in Sulya city limit that myself and other two ladies fell down to the floor.. Myself and one of the lady sustained injury to our hands while trying protect ourselves. This is very pathetic way of handling the safety of passengers inside the bus.

Dear sir i am booked ticket benglore shanthi bus stand to villupuram on 31/07/22 depature time 9.05 pm (pnr no J[protected] bus not come to on time to bis stand as well as enquiry office in shanthi nagar also not response . I am very suffered, actually in transport may get delay but in this case this is starting point . Why this much delay happen ?? Bus reached on 10.05 only . I am not getting any msg for delay very wost service .

Two transactions made to book but amount got deducted and ticket not booked. Need refund for the same.

The conductor had allowed a transgender to come inside the bus after the passengers had settled to travel. The transgender harassed by scratching the head for money.

While leaving the bus she also had a conversation with the conductor.

I have been travelling by KSRTC for the past 15 years. I have never come across such a situation. The pint of booking KSRTC clubclass airavat is to avoid such nuisance.

How is it permitted ?

I request that proper action be taken on the conductor so this scenario does not repeat. I believe in the management.

The conductor took the ticket fare but didn't inform the bus.. The ticket no 118964 the bus KA01 F 5714 but did not come Later we came to know bus has left

Driver heavy rash driving and humps automatically jumps in long distance fall all passengers and injurious passenger and me please action driver immediately

I booked a ticket on 27/07/2022 on official site of Karnataka ksrtc Ref no OB50256944 amount 840 transaction status is failed but amount is debited from my account, still do not credited, i asked about in satalite bus station counter they told it will refund but no way I need immediate action

I had booked a bus ticket from bengaluru to tirupati on[protected] time : 9-45pm but the bus coming to bus stop half an hour late and they didn't mention any issue simply they denying the waiting time and should not give any proper reason. I have attached the messages for your reference

Bus number KA23F 963 GOKAK TO KOLHAPUR ( VIA CHIKKODI) TODAY 28/7/2022 BUS conductor abusing the paseeger and yelling on him, harrasing the old age passenger with abusive word... He is talking to use non sense words so plz 🙏I request the officers to take him on legal action and suspend for a month... Plz resolve my complaint...

I was travelling on bus number KA01FA2002. And when we asked driver for stop details ge was yelling at us and scolding us like hell. Please take action ASAP.

I traveled today from srinivapur to madanapalle today morning with some luggage the conductor took Rs 130 for both luggage and me but the ticket is 65 and 40 for luggage when asked for change he said I didn't take money for luggage where as he took Rs 130 from me bus No KA40F1410 ( kadiri bus)

KA01 F 4636 G2 In this bus conductor was so humble and kind when passengers was shoted at him and get down from bus and they were going but conductor dint left them to go he went behind them so far and called them but passengers was so harsh conductor also holded their hands and called. My request is to do not take any action on conductor if any complaints you got about him really hats off to that man a big appreciation to you sir
