    On 10-8-21, I was travelling from Gulbarga to Bangalore(I don't remember the bus number but the bus started at 7 PM at gulbarga non ac sleeper). As I didn't have the reservation I asked the conductor if there were seats available and he asked us to sit in U26, U27. When he asked for ticket during the travel, he asked 400₹ extra for two tickets. He was so rude and my friend with me asked to not get into argument and we had to give him the extra money. I seriously object and I had the language barrier. This is not the first time in my experience that Gulbarga bus conductors behave in this manner. Take appropriate action or risk the reputation of KSRTC.

      Yesterday 10.7.2021 I am traveling in ka18 f 914 Bangalore to chikamangalore
      From yeshwanthpur to hassan I buyed ticket no 056663 late night time11.55pm I told him I want to drop in tanirhalla he told to buy another ticket he have to pay me 6rs balance and took extra 30rs i paid him 36rs and asked to give ticket he vesseled to driver stop the bus and he told go and take a auto and auto will charge. Night 100rs u go in auto only then all people are looking for me only he charge money without ticket and dropped in tannirhalla he behaver is not good talking roodli and laughing too me and spoking with other person this is not good KSRTC
      Take a serious action against him otherways I go to consumer court kindly cooperate ksrtc officers

            I had booked ticket in AIRAVAT for Travelling on 12.04.2021

            During the time of 12.04.21, KSRTC Bus conductors and drivers on Strike and bus had been cancelled completely. I had waited for 4 hrs and it had been informed that bus had been cancelled and ticket fare shall be reimbursed back to Back account since ticket booked on online

              I took a cab from Bangalore airport to JP Nagar 5th phase on 03 July 2021.
              Driver name is Srividya and I paid her using G-Pay,
              I asked for a receipt and she told me some problem printing the receipt and she will share the same in WhatsApp after 2 days.

              Till now she didn't share the bill.

              Also, I paid her Rs.1300 using my G-Pay

                Myself Manjesh, I had booked 2 seats to travel Karwar from Shivamogga on[protected], at 21:45hrs, through KSRTC official website. My PNR No is "J84273517" and seat number is 21&23. And we came Shivamogga bus terminal at 21:00hrs. And that time we came to know that bus was not operational. And also we contacted ksrtc customer care and they provided Bhadravati bus depot manager contact number. They said silly reason like bus is not operating and they don't have knowledge about that booking slots, and also our amount will be refunded. But problem is not about amount refund. The problem is how to travel and reach our destination at that night time.

                This is not only my problem, so many passengers are affected from this issue, ladies passengers are also there. And also there is no other buses to travel.

                It was very bitter experience with KSRTC.

                  In Magadi buses KSRTC employees not following covid 19 rules and in Magadi bus stand TC also telling at 5:30 this is last bus to Bangalore and so he is telling conductor to allow standing also

                    We have sit particular free space seat, after getting ticket, he is telling "this is my seat, go sit to other any seat"
                    But no one seat is blank, all seat are full

                    I have asked him "sir I have getting a ticket and sit, why should you like this, I have complaints on you"

                    He is tell me " go had and raise a complaint I don't care"

                      KA13F1907 in this we are travelling dated 1/7/2021 from Bangalore (Jalahalli cross bus stop) to yediyur bus stop. In this bus we have taking tickets but conductor name is Kumar said this seat is not allocated to passenger do not seat here. But all other seat are fill we standing in the bus and travelled please tell him to good behave with the passenger and respectively.

                        Dear sir/madam
                        Being a responsible citizen I want to tell you that your conductor of bus no KA25F3208 bijapur to gokak timing 2.00 pm.
                        I come in bus at banahatti after reaching rabkavi I have asked him ticket as he didn't came to me.
                        After asking he his asking why you have not taken taken. I asked will u come to me or I should come.
                        The ticket he gave was of Rs. 60/-
                        But he tooked Rs.70.
                        And not doing any other his work.
                        As I think because he was sitting beside a girl. So his was like that.
                        Need to take necessary action on him.

                            The ticket has been cancelled due to a lockdown announcement again in Karnataka.

                            Having very much difficulty claiming the refund.
                            No one answering the call on the provided contact numbers even during business hours.
                            Tried on [protected], [protected] and [protected] but, no luck.
                            Sent an email and surprisingly email was not delivered and returned with the following errors.
                            Your message wasn't delivered to [protected]@ksrtc.org because the domain ksrtc.org couldn't be found.

                              KSRTC cancelled their service from KOZHIKODE to: BENGALURU PNR No: J84214927 JnyDate: 25-May-2021 AIRAVAT . I received the service cancellation alert on 22nd and On 24th May, I have cancelled the ticket by entering the PNR and transaction password. Later I received the message that Refund is initiated fromKSRTC and the amount will be credited with in 5 days. One week over but I haven’t received the payment yet. Please do the needful.

                                Dear sir,
                                I had booked Mangalore to Mysore Rajahansa bus ticket through online on 14.04.2021. PNR No. J84171196 & Trip Code 2014UDPMYS. But immediately I had received SMS regarding cancellation of booked tickets. However, I have not refunded the amount of Rs. 417/- till date. Henc, kindly refund full amount of Rs. 417/- (since KSRTC cancelled the ticket and I am not responsible for cancelling ticket) full amount of immediately.

                                      even helpline number for Rto Bangalore (south), Jayanagar branch is not reachable during office hours. after office hours helpline number is reachable. is it mandatory to visit the RTO Office? should They send DL by courier?
