    Bus No : ka27f735, Crew Mobile No:[protected].
    In this bus I have tried to book online but I have seen always most priority seats like single sleeper of lower and upper will be blocked by conductor. When I asked him he said those are belongs to MLA and always will be blocked. But in front of me he used to sell those seats to others who didn't book online. It was happened two times frequently. Please take serious action regarding this. Tha k you.

      ವಾಹನ ಸಂ. ಕೆ.ಎ. 07, ಎಫ್. 1738, ಕೋಲಾರ ದಿಂದ ಕೊಳ್ಳೇಗಾಲದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಹೋಗುವಾಗ ನಾನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಬಸವನಗುಡಿಯ ವಾಹನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ 31.7.2021, ಸಮಯ ಸಂಜೆ 5.55ರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲಗೂರಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ನಿಂತಿರುವಾಗ, ಸದರಿ ನಂಬರಿನ ವಾಹನವು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಕೋರಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಹ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ನಾನು ತುರ್ತಾಗೀ ಯಾರದೋ ದ್ವಿಚಕ್ರ ವಾಹನದ ಸಹಾಯದಿಂದ ಸದರಿ ವಾಹನವನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ಸಿಗ್ನಲ್ಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತಡೆದು, ಚಾಲಕರನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, ದೂರು ನೀಡುತ್ತೇನೆಂದರೂ ಸಹ ಉಡಾಪೆ ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ತಾವುಗಳು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗಿ ವಿನಂತಿ.

          ನಾನು ಶಿವಾನಂದ ಚೌಧರಿ ಎಂಬ ನಾಗರಿಕನಾಗಿದ್ದು ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟ ಅಂಚೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಚೆ ಸಹಾಯಕನೆಂದು ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿನ ಬೀಳಗಿ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಿಂದ ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟ ವರಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ KSRTC ಬಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಎಂದಿನಂತೆ ಬೀಳಗಿ KEB ಬಸ್ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ, ನಿಲುಗಡೆ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ 08.35 ನಿಮಿಷಕ್ಕೆ ಬಸ್ ಗಾಗಿ ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ. ನನ್ನ ಜೊತೆ ಇನ್ನು ಸಹ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ಇದ್ದರು. 08.40 ನಿಮಿಷಕ್ಕೆ ಬೀಳಗಿ ಬಸ್ ಸ್ಟ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಯಿಂದ ವಾಹನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ KA 29 F 1130 ಬಸ್ ಬಂದಿತು. ಆದರೆ ನಾವು ಕೈ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು ವಾಹನ ಚಾಲಕ ಬಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸದೆ ಅನವಶ್ಯಕವಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಯ ಹಾಳು ಮಾಡಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯನ್ನು ಕೆಡಿಸಿದರು. ಬೀಳಗಿ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಿಂದ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಸರ್ಕಲ್, ಕೆ ಇ ಬಿ, ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬೀಳಗಿ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ ಹೀಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು ನಾಲ್ಕು ಉಪ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಗಳಿವೆ. ನಾನು ಮುಂದೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಹ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರನ್ನು ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿದಾಗ ಎಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಬಸ್ ಚಾಲಕ ಬಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸದೆ ಉದ್ಧಟತನ ತೋರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ನಮಗೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಥ ಆಗೋದು ಬಸ್ ಚಾಲಕ ತನ್ನ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ನಿಷ್ಠರಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು. ಆದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸುವಿದರ ಮೂಲಕ ತಾವು ಚಾಲಕನಿಗೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ರವಾಣಿಸಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಮುಂದೆ ಇಂತಹ ತಪ್ಪು ಅವರಿಂದ ನಾವು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಬಾರದು.

            No Buses available from sullia to subrahmaya (via: gutthigar) after 5pm

            There are many people (30+ people) who travel in sullia to kollamogra bus (via: Guthigrar) Departure at 6:30pm
            And they are allowing subrahamanya bus departure at 7:15pm (Puttur depo bus)
            This bus is suddenly stopped from 26/07/2021
            when asked about bus with TC He not responding properly.
            What about this people (Including me also) who are travelling in this bus

            Please provide transport faclity as soon

              On Monday 26 /7 /2021 i took bus from bijapur to talikoti of bus no Ka-28 F-2453.
              The conductor was very rude and misbehaved with me. Bcz while travelling he gave free trip to their relatives who entered the bus and also he made delay upto 45 minutes to come their relatives after i asking him about that he started abusing me and even he charged extra for my bags according to rules they don't even consume more space and it was box of rotis i urge u to take serious action on conducter. And driver was very polite and he warned conducter for his behaviour .

                On 24th July 2021 I took bus no.KA 40 F 1038 from Chikmagalur bus stop.when bus bus was leaving conductor brought 6 person from bus stand and offering specifically seat no 8, 9, and 10 and 11, 12 & 13 .I was seated on seat no 8 and the couple was seated on seat no.11, 12..Though conductor was made us to vacate the seats and offered to their favourite passengers.i was about to take ticket to Bangalore but due to his mis behaviour I took ticket upto Hassan only.
                So I request you to kindly take necessary action against conductor.
                For reference I have attached bus tickets also.

                          On 10-8-21, I was travelling from Gulbarga to Bangalore(I don't remember the bus number but the bus started at 7 PM at gulbarga non ac sleeper). As I didn't have the reservation I asked the conductor if there were seats available and he asked us to sit in U26, U27. When he asked for ticket during the travel, he asked 400₹ extra for two tickets. He was so rude and my friend with me asked to not get into argument and we had to give him the extra money. I seriously object and I had the language barrier. This is not the first time in my experience that Gulbarga bus conductors behave in this manner. Take appropriate action or risk the reputation of KSRTC.

                            Yesterday 10.7.2021 I am traveling in ka18 f 914 Bangalore to chikamangalore
                            From yeshwanthpur to hassan I buyed ticket no 056663 late night time11.55pm I told him I want to drop in tanirhalla he told to buy another ticket he have to pay me 6rs balance and took extra 30rs i paid him 36rs and asked to give ticket he vesseled to driver stop the bus and he told go and take a auto and auto will charge. Night 100rs u go in auto only then all people are looking for me only he charge money without ticket and dropped in tannirhalla he behaver is not good talking roodli and laughing too me and spoking with other person this is not good KSRTC
                            Take a serious action against him otherways I go to consumer court kindly cooperate ksrtc officers

                                  During the time of 12.04.21, KSRTC Bus conductors and drivers on Strike and bus had been cancelled completely. I had waited for 4 hrs and it had been informed that bus had been cancelled and ticket fare shall be reimbursed back to Back account since ticket booked on online

                                    I took a cab from Bangalore airport to JP Nagar 5th phase on 03 July 2021.
                                    Driver name is Srividya and I paid her using G-Pay,
                                    I asked for a receipt and she told me some problem printing the receipt and she will share the same in WhatsApp after 2 days.

                                    Till now she didn't share the bill.

                                    Also, I paid her Rs.1300 using my G-Pay

                                      Myself Manjesh, I had booked 2 seats to travel Karwar from Shivamogga on[protected], at 21:45hrs, through KSRTC official website. My PNR No is "J84273517" and seat number is 21&23. And we came Shivamogga bus terminal at 21:00hrs. And that time we came to know that bus was not operational. And also we contacted ksrtc customer care and they provided Bhadravati bus depot manager contact number. They said silly reason like bus is not operating and they don't have knowledge about that booking slots, and also our amount will be refunded. But problem is not about amount refund. The problem is how to travel and reach our destination at that night time.

                                      This is not only my problem, so many passengers are affected from this issue, ladies passengers are also there. And also there is no other buses to travel.

                                      It was very bitter experience with KSRTC.

                                        In Magadi buses KSRTC employees not following covid 19 rules and in Magadi bus stand TC also telling at 5:30 this is last bus to Bangalore and so he is telling conductor to allow standing also
