Hi I've booked my KSRTC non ac sleeper bus from Bangalore to Raichur on 05.04.2021 with PNR no. J84141861 Mobile no. [protected] Email id. samanazmi.[protected]@gmail.com OB no. OB44857662.
My journey date is 06.04.2021 that is today and I've not recieved any e-ticket or have been mailed the confirmation message.

    At 6:10 am on the morning of February 11, I was traveling in the Anantapur bus (Anantapur to Bangalore bus No. KA 40. F1542), the conductor asked me to buy a ticket and I showed him my official pass. Then he suddenly told me, I don't give any stop at Hebbal because this bus is another depot, I asked him, this bus goes to Hebbal, why don't you stop at Hebbal? Then he got angry at me. And warned me, he said, 'I'll throw you out of the bus and try to hit me' and he said complained to any superior officer, 'I don't care,

    Also, he used bad words in his own language

    From two months I tried to complain on him at the Chikballapur bus stand that the TCs were not responding properly and they were trying to save him and miss guiding me, they told to me give complaint on him at the doddaballapur only and they told me We do not take your complaint here.

    please take serious action on conductor or else please guide me how to give complaint on him.

    And interstate bus conductors (Mantralaya, Anantapur, Kadiri buses) will never allow official pass

    ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 11 ರ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 6 ರಿಂದ 6:10 ರವರೆಗೆ ನಾನು ಅನಂತಪುರ ಬಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆ (ಅನಂತಪುರದಿಂದ ಬ್ಯಾಂಗ್ಲೋರ್ ಬಸ್ ನಂ ಕೆಎ 40. ಎಫ್ 1542), ಕಂಡಕ್ಟರ್ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಖರೀದಿಸಲು ಕೇಳಿಕೊಂಡರು ನಾನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಪಾಸ್ ತೋರಿಸಿದೆ.ನಂತರ ಅವರು ಇದ್ದಕ್ಕಿದ್ದಂತೆ ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದರು, ನಾನು ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಲ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ stop ನೀಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಈ ಬಸ್ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಡಿಪೋ ಆಗಿದೆ, ನಾನು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದೆ, ಈ ಬಸ್ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಲ್ಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ, ನೀವು ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಲ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಬಾರದು?ಆಗ ಅವನಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೋಪ ಬಂತು. ಮತ್ತು ನನಗೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದರು, ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು 'ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಬಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಎಸೆಯುತ್ತೇನೆ ಮತ್ತು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆಯಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದೆ ' ಮತ್ತು ಯಾವುದೇ ಉನ್ನತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗೆ ದೂರು ನೀಡಿದರು, 'ನಾನು ಹೆದರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು
    ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮದೇ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಪದಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿದನು.

    ಎರಡು ತಿಂಗಳಿನಿಂದ ನಾನು ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಚಿಕ್ಬಲ್ಲಾಪುರ ಬಸ್ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ದೂರು ನೀಡಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದೆ, ಟಿಸಿಗಳು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ನನಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಮಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಅವರು ನನಗೆ ದೋಡಬಲ್ಲಾಪುರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ದೂರು ನೀಡಲು ಹೇಳಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರು ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದರು ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೂರನ್ನು ನಾವು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

    ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಕಂಡಕ್ಟರ್ ಮೇಲೆ ಗಂಭೀರ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ, ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೇಗೆ ದೂರು ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ನನಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಿ.

    ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತರರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಸ್ ಕಂಡಕ್ಟರ್‌ಗಳು (ಮಂತ್ರಾಲಯ, ಅನಂತಪುರ, ಕದಿರಿ ಬಸ್ಸುಗಳು) ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಪಾಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಅನುಮತಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ

      Sir, In city raichur bus stop KA 22 F2250 BUS under tyre puncher condition so he is told taking some passengers to KA31 F 1591 bus conductor. Bus KA31 F 1591 bus conductors not co operate to takin passenger. Please to take on this situation to seriously. Am going to SHAKTHINAGAR but heis KA31 F 1591 said bus is full of passengers. Actually not.

        Sir/Madam,
        I have booked bus from Bangalore to Kanchipuram, bus start time 22:59 from Bengalore, I was waiting for the bus from 22:00 to 0:30 but there is no bus arrived and there no information about bus, finally called to customer care then I came to know bus got canceled but I didn’t get any messages and emails about canceled service, It was very painful for me getting cab to go pick up location and midnight again getting cab to comeback to home due to canceled service .
        Please take action on this kind of irresponsible

          The bus driver and people's who travelling they were not wearing mask. Fir our and indian people's safety you have to strict rule for wearing mask who travelling from your services.

              Dear Sir,
              Today I am traveling with my family from Hoskote to Bangalore. Due to morning and get 500 rs in atm also, I don't have change. Mean time conductor also no change due less collection I understand his problem

              He is urgue with me for this issue with presence of my family.I am total upset . actually there is no option with me also meantime conductor also.
              Please make smart card like Namma metro /same card use ksrtc also and provide / modified present ticket option to card payment get print of tickets in each buses. It helps to avoide change issues and online collection.

                I have booked a bus ticket from ksrtc using billdesk payment... My amount debited of Rs 1144 from my side... Received bank message regarding amount debited but not received ticket from ksrtc... When I asked ksrtc people they said that there is network issues... Please billdesk people do something...

                      As I was about to claim the bus on Monday 29 March from BSNL, Davanagere to railway station the conductor stopped me and told the bus is been already filled by passenger and ruthlessly behaved with me. Even though it was a local Davanagere to harihar city bus.

                        I stay in Mysore since last four months. I study in ATME college near Mellahalli, bannur road. I have opt for bus pass. When I was in hurry because it was already late for my class, I board Chikkankanhalli bus. Conductor of that bus didn't allowed me, he took me to one of head there who was registering all bus information, both told that it won't go Mellahalli, I said '' it's urgent and since that bus travels on the same route, let me deboard at VidyaVikas Vollege stop and thereby I'll manage myself". They said you can't travel, you have to wait until Mellahalli bus comes or else you have to pay fine. I didn't had any other option. I waited that day, missed my another class. I only have bus route no that is 324, I tried to see their batches so that I can get their names, but no one has wore that batches. I got shamed of myself that I chose this to learn where the people knowingly put us in difficulties. And I hope you will respond as soon as possible with an acknowledgement that students having pass can travel in any city buses which run on the same path until the common point.

                          Bus no- KA32 F 2424 kalburgi depo no-1 bus from 9.30am departure from kalburgi.
                          Both conductor and driver not wearing mask.
                          This very realy bad experience for nekrtc service.

                            Scheduled arrival is at 6 am.
                            Reaching at around 7.15 am

                            Pathetically slow driving, taking all the interior roots even though 4 Lane Highway is available, stopping roadside for minutes together.
                            Plz mention the correct time. So that we can plan our day accordingly.

                              Dear sir,

                              With regard to above subject I had traveled on 27 March 21 from hubbli to bijapur (vijayapura) of Bhatkal depot bus the conductor is very bad behavior with senior citizens while dropping to his stop time around at 11:30 pm just not coming early from his seat.
                              Another one I reached morning 2:30 am while dropping he told tell your stop direct to driver but driver replied tell to conductor and in this situation he replied if I dropping to everyone to their stop I never reach my destination.

                              I attached my journey ticket along with this complaint

                                Please check and do the needful at the earliest.. The behaviour of the conductor is arrogant and he charged for mk hubli mistakely of 15 then asked for his mistake as 30. The 30 rs for the luggage is not correct...

                                    Students and workers are suffering by this problem. After 6 we don't have any bus till 7.30 it's hard to go for exams.

                                      I boarded a KSRTC bus from Haveri Bus Station at around 4 am on 21st March 20201, which was going to Bangalore. (Bus number - KA57F4502). My destination point was Kakol. When I asked the conductor to give me a ticket to Kakol, he said he will give but he also says that I will have to get down in the national highway before the flyover starts near the village. I requested multiple times saying that it's 4am in the morning and asked them to give a stop under the bridge where it's normally given as I'm talking my ticket and they have to give me a stop there.
                                      But both conductor and driver started yelling at me and they shut down the engine of the bus. By this time we were 2.5 to 3kms away from Haveri Bus station. It was around 4:15 am by then. They forced me to get down there or they will give a stop on the bridge in Kakol. But from there I'll have to walk for 2 kms in the dark beside highway without any safety which was dangerous. So i had no choice but get down there immediately. Both conductor and driver were very rude to me. I was in the middle of the road at 4:20am and I was alone. As a common man, where should I go? What if thete was a woman or children in my place?

                                        I’m traveled on 18th March 2021 mng around 7am from ramanagara to Kengeri, ticket rate is 37rs. I gave him 40rs he ask exact change I told him don’t have exact amount, i can give you 2 so you can give back to me 5 but he not agree and he start shouting at me with rude word I don’t want to mention those bad words here . And also he mentioned giving change is not his job. every day we suppose to give exact amount to him. I agree we also responsible for giving the exact amount but every day it’s not possible right, I try to convence him but he try to giving lecture about his duty. I want to know what is exactly the conductor job it’s only giving ticket? He telling like for single member it’s difficult to give stop at bus stop
                                        Even he don’t no how to behave with ladies
                                        And more importantly he not wear mask.
                                        I want him to apologise with me in form of letter or in the mail and next time onwards improvement in his behaviour with ladies

                                        So I request to department kindly advise your employees how to behave with people
