I had booked KSRTC bus ticket for Tirupathi to Bengaluru route (10:45pm bus) on 16th March 2021. Amount was deducted from my bank account but ticket wasn't booked and money hasn't been refunded yet. Kindly do the needful

    My self the regular customer of Mysuru city bus, and l am hear by to complain about pickup and drop condition in our transport system. I had noticed this thing since last two months in Alla bus that the driver don't take a pause at the stop points they just slow down or just have stop for 5-6sec due to which many customers are facing problems and even myself today fell down while getting off. The no of bus was KA09-F4369 time was about 16:59:59. I hope u kindly take my request to your notice an do the needful.

      Respected sir/madam,

      With reference to the above subject I am official passanger, daily travels from mulbagal to bangalore through non stop services but daily I am facing major issue like these buses are not even entering to metro bus stop they are stopping at Tin factory and telling us that this service will stop here get down like that this is not one day routine it's happening on daily basis, even if we question this driver and conductors are behaving very rudely, which not at all acceptable.. Please have look at this issue and intervene..

        Journey Date 12.03.2021
        From Jewargi To Sindhanur

        With mentioned above bus conductor is misbehave (I frequently booked this bus only and same conductor) like why you book this bus only, you can go other bus but I already told them like I booked this bus only because no bus available in online ticket bookings at this time.

        Today also same question he asked again like why you booked this and I answered same then he replied that this bus not go on time and this bus reach your place late at that time I am not replied anything, Because of my booking he willfully stopped bus at rural places More than 20 minutes and we reach sindhanur at 10:30 Insted of 9:20, From 9:30 onwards no auto available go to village .

        Kindly solve my issue and I request you sir that conductor should not ask like why you book this bus and that bus must be reach sindhanur on time

          Pathetic experience ever. More than 1 hour of wait got the bus with over crowded without any seat. In this pandemic situation it's horrible to travel with over crowded people. Please make sure to keep few seats empty so that people who catch bus from goraguntepalya to Tumkur because it's hard to catch buses from Bangalore Majestic.

          Date 12th March 8:45 PM -9:50 PM. Journey from Bangalore goraguntepalya to Tumkur busstand.

            7:00AM
            As i'm travelling from tirupathi to kadiri in karnataka sarige bus of route tirupathi to bellary of regeatration number KA.34.F.1425. The honarable(telling in anger) conductor charged a ticket of small child whose age is just 4 years
            As i recently travelled in apsrtc they didn't even charged a single rupee for that child.So i request higher officials to solve my complaint before i reach to tiruathi back r else i will report a complaint at ksrtc help desk in tirupati.
            As i don!t know kannada m not able to get the exact (dippo)start point of the bus.
            So by this incident my mind has changed to leave travelling in ksrtc buses.so please solve my issue and raise respect about ksrtc in my view

              As I have booked AC BUS from chitrudurga to Kalaburagi and even paid amount of AC BUS and the message I get will be of AC bus number but the bus which comes will be non AC . Why is this happening. I need a action on this . Asap for my further action.

                    For a set of bus tickets that I had booked, I am noticing that the amount corresponding to the ticket price has been debited twice from my bank account. Kindly reverse the duplicate transaction and credit the required amount back to my original payment method. I have attached a snip of my account statement to this complaint for your reference.

                      Bus number KA-09-5140, conducter name suresh. Mysore to tumkur rout. Conducted is not willing to stop in factory circle. I have taken pass from Mysore to factory circle Mandya. It's happening everyday. Most of the conductors not allowing. Please do the needful.

                        Money got deducted through phonepe ( billdesk) but did not receive the ticket

                        I have already tried booking the ticket from Bangalore to Mangalore KSRTC bus, through an app on 5-03-21, money got deducted from my account but the ticket did not show up stating " invalid data submitted ", please do look into this problem....

                        The conductor enroute from Dharmasthala to Bangalore on 4th Mar, 2021 with the subject line mentioned above was behaving very rude with all passengers. Please take severe action against him. He was rude at myself as well. Since I got into this bus because of breakdown of previous vehicle. Also with senior citizen he raised his loud voice against him as if he was correct. Very pathetic person. Please strip this guy away from his job. This is not the behavior expected from conductor’s.

                            Bus was dirty. Mat on the walk way was torn posing risk to senior citizen like myself. Drivers casual n callous. Unsmooth driving. Late arrival. Did not stop for nature call.

                                This is the complaint against ksrtc bus driver ( bus number : KA 18 F 0905)
                                While travelling from Hassan on 28th Feb 1:00 am
                                I came to Bangalore bus station and asked the conductor on when the bus reaches hagare (place between hassan and belur), he said 1:30 am but then I decided to hop on to 'NON STOP' bus to Hassan and take any other chikmagakur bus from there.

                                But, after I reached hassan, I could not get any CHIKMAGALUR busses and then the bus (ka 18 f 0905) came to hassan and when I tried to take the bus, the bus conductor started scolding me denying me to go inside the bus with my luggage and he said he is doing it because I dint take the bus from 'Bangalore' and when I tried to tell him this is wrong, he started saying "nan bus idhu hattok bidalla' (this is my bus and I wont let you in"
                                This experience at that time when there was no buses to go was devastating.
                                So Im submitting this complaint on the same. Please do the needful

                                    ದಿನಾಂಕ ೨೬-೨-೨೦೨೧ ರಂದು ಸಂಜೆ ಐದರ ಸುಮಾರಿಗೆ ಕೊಳ್ಳೇಗಾಲದಿಂದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಹೋಗೋಕೆ ಕೊಳ್ಳೇಗಾಲದ ಹೊಸ ಬಸ್ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾರಿಗೆಯೊಝದನ್ನ ಹತ್ತಿದೆ. ಬಸ್ಸಲ್ಲಾಗಲೇ ೨೫ ಜನರಿದ್ದರು. ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕನು ಒಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿ ಎಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಅಂದರು. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೊಂದು ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಕೊಡಿ ಅಂದು ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಐನೂರು ಕೊಟ್ಟಾಗ, ಆತ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ದರ ೧೪೦. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ನಲವತ್ತು ರುಪಾಯಿ ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆ ಕೊಡಿ ಎಂದರು. ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿ ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆಯಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದೆ. ಆದಕ್ಕಾತ, ಚೀಟಿಯ ಹಿಂಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದು ಕೊಡೋಕೆ ಮುಂದಾದ. ಮುಂಚೆ ಚೀಟಿ ಪಡೆದ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕನಿಗೆ, ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕನು ತನ್ನ ಕಿಸೆಯೊಳಗಿದ್ದ ಇನ್ನೂರು, ನೂರು, ಐವತ್ತು, ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು, ಹತ್ತು ರುಪಾಯಿಗಳ ಇಡುಗಂಟಿಂದ ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆ ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ನಾ ನೋಡಿದ್ದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ, ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕನ ಬಳಿ ಕೂಡಲೆ ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆ ಕೊಡುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕಾತ, ಇರೋ ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆಯೆಲ್ಲ ನಿಮಗೇ ಕೊಟ್ಟರೆ, ಮುಂದೆ ಟಿಕೇಟ್ ತಗೊಳ್ಳೋರಿಗೇನು ಕೊಡಲಿ ಅನ್ನೋ ಸಂಬಂಧವಿಲ್ಲದ ಮಾತನ್ನಾಡಿದ. ನಾನದಕ್ಕೆ, ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆ ಬೇಕಾದಶ್ಟಿದೆ, ನನಗದರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಡಬಹುದೆಂದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕಾತ, "ಏಯ್, ಬರ್ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ತಗೊಳ್ಳಂಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಇರು. ಇಲ್ದಿದ್ದರೆ ಬಸ್ಸಿಂದ ಕೆಳಗಿಳಿ ಅಂತ ಏಕವಚನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತಾಡಿದ. ನಾ ಬಸ್ಸಿಂದಿಳಿಯಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆತ ಬಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಹಂಚೋ ತನಕ ಕಾದು, ಬಳಿಕ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿ ಬಂದ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕನಿಗೆ ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದೂರು ಕೊಡ್ತೀನಿ ಅಂದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕಾತ ಧಾರಾಳವಾಗಿ ಕೊಡಿ. ನನಗೇನೂ ಹೆದರಿಕೆಯಿಲ್ಲ. ದಂಡ ಹಾಕಬಹುದು. ಹೆಚ್ಚೆಂದರೆ, ಕೆಲಸ ಹೋಗಬಹುದು. ಅಶ್ಟೇ ತಾನೆ ಆಂದ. ನಾನು, ಈಗ ತಾವಾಡಿದ ಮಾತನ್ನೂ ದೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೀತೀನಿ ಅಂದೆ. ಆತ, ಧಾರಾಳವಾಗಿ ಬರೆಯಿರಿ ಅಂದ.

                                    ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆಯಿದ್ದರೂ ಚೀಟಿ ಹಿಂದೆ ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆಯ ಹಣ ಬರೆದು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕನ(ರ) ಕೆಟ್ಟ, ಮೋಸದ ನಡವಳಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಹೆಸರು ಬರ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರೂ ಬಸ್ಸನ್ನ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಕಾರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನ ಕೊಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳೋ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

                                    ನೀವು ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಈ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಠಿಣ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಹೆಸರು ತಪ್ಪದೇ ಬರುವುದಂತೂ ನಿಜ.

                                      I travelling from DASRAHALLI to PAVAGADA daily .
                                      Professionally I'm a teacher.

                                      The bus conductor and driver's are misbehaved with me.I request several times to stop in DASRAHALLI. But they were neglected eventhough I shows a handsignal to stop here. Actually bus is not a express it's a ORDINARY bus.
