This is the complaint against ksrtc bus conductor ( bus number : KA 18 F 0905)
While travelling from Hassan on 28th Feb 1:00 am
I came to Bangalore bus station and asked the conductor on when the bus reaches hagare (place between hassan and belur), he said 1:30 am but then I decided to hop on to 'NON STOP' bus to Hassan and take any other chikmagakur bus from there.

But, after I reached hassan, I could not get any CHIKMAGALUR busses and then the bus (ka 18 f 0905) came to hassan and when I tried to take the bus, the bus conductor started scolding me denying me to go inside the bus with my luggage and he said he is doing it because I dint take the bus from 'Bangalore' and when I tried to tell him this is wrong, he started saying "nan bus idhu hattok bidalla' (this is my bus and I wont let you in"
This experience at that time when there was no buses to go was devastating.
So Im submitting this complaint on the same. Please do the needful

ದಿನಾಂಕ ೨೬-೨-೨೦೨೧ ರಂದು ಸಂಜೆ ಐದರ ಸುಮಾರಿಗೆ ಕೊಳ್ಳೇಗಾಲದಿಂà²...⇄ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಹೋಗೋಕೆ ಕೊಳ್ಳೇಗಾಲದ ಹೊಸ ಬಸ್ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾರಿಗೆಯೊಝದನ್ನ ಹತ್ತಿದೆ. ಬಸ್ಸಲ್ಲಾಗಲೇ ೨೫ ಜನರಿದ್ದರು. ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕನು ಒಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿ ಎಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಅಂದರು. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೊಂದà...⇄ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಕೊಡಿ ಅಂದು ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಐನೂರು ಕೊಟ್ಟಾಗ, ಆತ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ದರ ೧೪೦. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ನಲವತ್ತು ರುಪಾಯಿ ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆ ಕೊಡಿ ಎಂದರು. ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿ ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆಯಿಲ್ಲವ�...⇄ ಆದಕ್ಕಾತ, ಚೀಟಿಯ ಹಿಂಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದು ಕೊಡೋಕೆ ಮುಂದಾದ. ಮುಂಚೆ ಚೀಟಿ ಪಡೆದ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕನಿಗೆ, ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕನು ತನ್ನ ಕಿಸೆಯೊಳಗಿದ್ದ ಇನ್ನೂರು, ನೂರು, ಐವತ್ತು, ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು, ಹತ್ತು ರುಪಾಯಿಗಳ ಇಡುಗಂಟಿಂದ ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆ ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ನಾ ನೋಡಿದ್ದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ, ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕನ ಬಳಿ ಕೂಡಲೆ ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆ ಕೊಡುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕಾತ, ಇರೋ ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆಯೆಲ್ಲ ನಿಮಗೇ ಕೊಟ್ಟರೆ, ಮುಂದೆ ಟಿಕೇಟ್ ತಗೊಳ್ಳೋರಿಗೇನà³...⇄ ಕೊಡಲಿ ಅನ್ನೋ ಸಂಬಂಧವಿಲ್ಲದ ಮಾತನ್ನಾಡಿದ. ನಾನದಕ್ಕೆ, ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆ ಬೇಕಾದಶ್ಟಿದೆ, ನನಗದರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಡಬಹುದೆಂದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕಾತ, "ಏಯ್, ಬರ್ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ತಗೊಳ್ಳಂಗಿದ್ದà²�...⇄ ಇರು. ಇಲ್ದಿದ್ದರೆ ಬಸ್ಸಿಂದ ಕೆಳಗಿಳಿ ಅಂತ ಏಕವಚನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತಾಡಿದ. ನಾ ಬಸ್ಸಿಂದಿಳಿಯಲಿ�...⇄ ಆತ ಬಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಹಂಚೋ ತನಕ ಕಾದು, ಬಳಿಕ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿ ಬಂದ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕನಿಗೆ ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದೂರು ಕೊಡ್ತೀನಿ ಅಂದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕಾತ ಧಾರಾಳವಾಗಿ ಕೊಡಿ. ನನಗೇನೂ ಹೆದರಿಕೆಯಿಲ್ಲ. ದಂಡ ಹಾಕಬಹುದು. ಹೆಚ್ಚೆಂದರೆ, ಕೆಲಸ ಹೋಗಬಹುದು. ಅಶ್ಟೇ ತಾನೆ ಆಂದ. ನಾನು, ಈಗ ತಾವಾಡಿದ ಮಾತನ್ನೂ ದೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೀತೀನಿ ಅಂದೆ. ಆತ, ಧಾರಾಳವಾಗಿ ಬರೆಯಿರಿ ಅಂದ.

ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆಯಿದ್ದರ�...⇄ ಚೀಟಿ ಹಿಂದೆ ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆಯ ಹಣ ಬರೆದು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕನ(ರ) ಕೆಟ್ಟ, ಮೋಸದ ನಡವಳಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಹೆಸರು ಬರ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರೂ ಬಸ್ಸನ್ನ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಕಾರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನ ಕೊಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳೋ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ನೀವು ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಈ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಠಿಣ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳತà²...⇄ ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಹೆಸರು ತಪ್ಪದೇ ಬರುವುದಂತೂ ನಿಜ.

I travelling from DASRAHALLI to PAVAGADA daily .
Professionally I'm a teacher.

The bus conductor and driver's are misbehaved with me.I request several times to stop in DASRAHALLI. But they were neglected eventhough I shows a handsignal to stop here. Actually bus is not a express it's a ORDINARY bus.

Bngalore to ballari way..we stopped at Hiriuru for lunch atTulsi prasad hotel is charging higher than they should considering the hygenic n food quality factors.

It is observed and experienced Nkrtc buses not interested to enter sira town, from tumkur to sira daily basis.kindly advise to enter bus to sira town and take suitable action against particular conductors and drivers.they are creating problem to passanger on daily basis

Am completing about rash driving KA 09 F 5318 I was traveling in this bus from Mandya to Bangalore on 23/02/2021 7:00 clock the driver was driving bus very fast he does not slowing bus in road bumps he was driving bus very fast till Bangalore am scared what if bus accident 😱 please tell that driver to drive slowly

I regularly travel from Uppinagadi to Mangaluru in green board Bus that commutes between Subramanya to Mangaluru. The ticket price is 43rs, inspite of giving 45 rupees I have been denied by the Conductor to return my 2rs back.After repeatedly asking he has returned 1Ruppe stating he doesn't have change when in reality his pocket is filled with change amount. I have faced this situation other times too and hence I have decided to raise a complaint against the conductor of Bus number plate Ka 19 F3253, dated 23/02/2021 at eve 6pm No:205406

I was Travelling on KSRCT Bus from Bengalore to Bellary After Leaving the Bengalore city at 06:25pm the bus Haveri Dept Bus.No.KA32-F-2447 (Bengalore-Jevarghe) which i have been travelling has stopped at one hotel
( A1 New National Hotel ) at 10:02pm to 10:33pm on Highway side at HIRIYUR which is far away from TUMUKUR 80kms.
Along with someother KSRTC buses were too stopped for DINNER

I don't understand why KSRTC buses will stop for DINNER, LUNCH or BREAKFAST at UNAUTHORISEDÂ HOTELS where Food Quality is very Poor, Tasteless & prices are VERY high...more over Hotel People DEMAND MORE than MRP on Every Purchase...
KSRTC should Provide STOP at Some Good KSRTC APPROVAL HOTEL'S for PASSENGERS who Travels Long Distances

Recently I travel blore to my native Belakavadi I check morning @ 11.20may be to TC any bus from sattalite bus top to Belakavadi directly so TC told go to KA10F330 Bus I take bus and I ask conductor u take ticket to my native almost near my native bus not taken my native route taken Kollegal main road so that time I ask and I told driver to go Belakavadi beacuse I taken ticket blore to Belakavadi 10 mins arguments after driven going belakavadi but same time conductor given rottikatte ticket also so please check once route bus going villages properly or not dear our great KSRTC team

Hi sir, regular commuter from blore to mysore and viceversa...today i came by Rajahamsa time 2.30 pm ticket no. 094622..driver took 4 hrs to reach blore...thhis is not first same driver i have experienced...kindly change the driver from this bus... all other buses overtaking us...fed up of this journey..

I booked a ticket of Rs 775 from Paytm wallet using bill desk gateway in ksrctc website. I did not get any booking confirmation.

Sir, I was travelling from belgaum to dharwad, the ticket costs 110, I paid conductor 500, sice he did not have change he wrote 400 on the ticket and asked it to collect it afterwards.. Since I was in a hurry I forgot to collect the change... kindly tell where I can collect my money.. Please help me out..

I Manoj S Bhandare was travelling in KSRTC Bus on 18/02/2021 from Tuljapur (Maharashtra) to Beed (Maharashtra) with four members via Bus No KA 32 F 2558 and I demanded for 2 Full and 2 Half Tickets (DOB of Both Children is 16/09/2009 and 13/02/2013) but conductor told me that I have to take full ticket of elder daughter. I asked him what is the rule of age for children to take full ticket he told me as per KSRTC rules it is after completion of 11 years, but as per my fair knowledge it is after completion of 12 years what I also told him but he started arguing with me and embarrassed infront of other passenger and forcefully coerced me to take full ticket. I have attached ticket copy with the mail.

Need your intervention in above matter and waiting for positive response from your side.

The driver was really rash in the city ! In Mysuru city We were moving slowly in the traffic near Aishwarya petrol bunk, the bus driver of the above mentioned bus without any warning just rushed between the two cars damaging the door and the side part of the car .

Conductor told me to sit in last seat of bus because I have monthly bus pass and also talked rudely, but new bus stand controller said to sit any place. Please my complaint is against conductor he humiliated me

In the subject to the above the bus no. KA57F2528 this bus travelling from MM hills to banglore on 16 feb 2021 3.45PM mis behaviour of conductore and also not allowing the students to enter the bus .. and move very fastly .. one of the student is going to accident when entering the bus .. so take strict action on this particular bus conductor and also driver .. thank you
