    Iam harsha vardhan reddy and im a doctor ive choosen this particular bus non AC sleeper from Vijayawada to gangavati at 6:30pm feb-15th...the dirver and conductor are hopeless..they are not even following COVID guidelines...even though the seats are completely occupied and the bus is packed...these fools allowed additional passengers into the bus and made them sit on the floor...because of that nonsense people couldn’t sleep all night...this made the journey extremely unsafe and uncomfortable...i have decided to not step into this ksrtc busses again in my life...and im posting this complaint with a hope that a necessary action would be tanken on that bus crew...i don’t recommend your bus journey to anyone that i care about!

      I am sreenath. I am working as a branch manager siragate (sbi) at tumkur. Weekly once travel tumkur to native place(rayadurg) return to tumkur Monday morning. Ksrtc bus frist bus( rayadurg to Bangalore). Now issue is bus conductor not
      Stopped tumkur main road (near siragate). Bus only stop at BATAWADI. Batawadi to siragate nearly 8km. Please take the concern isue and solve

          Bus from Gadag to Gajendragad at 6.30 pm 13/2/21 has not stopped at HEALTH CAMP Stop even after hand signal. Upon questioning at next bus stop (Betageri), Driver was arrogant and argued rudely. Request the concerned officials to take strict action against the driver of Bus KA26 F942. Driver was chewing Tobacco and was not in proper uniform.

            Dear Sir / Madam,

            Before 6.50 Pm every 10 mints buses are traveling from Yadgir to Kalburgi but after 6.50pm till 7.30pm there is no buses and some time that 7.30 bus also not come on time daily and some time bus schedule will be cancelled that time many passengers are suffering.

            Pls note all the buses are fully loaded which is travelling after 5 o'clock ..

            Kind request to arrange more vehicles after 6.30pm to till 8pm ..

              My name is Thoufeeq. I'm traveling from Mangalore to Beltangadi in ksrtc bus number KA19F3222. The seats inside the bus is filled with dust. Passengers can't even sit in the bus. I think they don't even clean the bus. I have attached the photo o[censored]ncleaned seat

                  Me and my parents were travelling from Bangalore to Karkala(PNR number J[protected]. The conductor failed to notify us at the destination point and we went about 50 kms ahead of our destination. We had to board a private bus early in the morning to come back to our actual drop point. This was a horrible experience, especially when you have senior citizens travelling. Request you to take appropriate action against the responsible individuals.

                    Bus No. KA-17 F-1929, When I asked bus conductor and saw board it was clearly stating that it's Non stop bus and above only Bypass it's mentioned. And Conductor told it's non stop bus from Davangere to Chitradurga, so I get in with my mother but it stopped in between Chitradurga and Davangere that is Bharamsagara bus stand, so it's violated the rules, I am really unhappy with Ksrtc service on this cheating. And in bus ticket it's also added a promotional fare and clearly it mentions Express.
                    Kindly refund my amount and take strict action that bus.

                          Hello, The complaint is regarding taking luggage without passenger,
                          The bus moves from ilkal to kalburgi,
                          I have asked the driver as well as conducter of bus to take my luggage but both of them refused my request by explaining new rules as no luggage is allowed without passenger, i asked them i will make it registered as luggage parcel in terms o[censored]nit even though they refused, but MEANWHILE THEY TOOK OTHER PEOPLE LUGGAGE WITHOUT ANY FORMAL DOCUMENTATION.
                          I HAVE BEEN BETRAYED, A GRAVE INJUSTICE BY THE OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF KSRTC.

                              1100 rupees price of 2 tickets booked on 27/11/2021 around 4:37pm using ksrt app, by using phonepe as payment gateway option.

                              The suprising thing is payment was successful from phone pe. But didn't got any confirmation from ksrtc 's bill desk. This is the first time i faced this issue.

                              It would be grateful if you refund the amount please help me out to resolve this issue

                              I have paid the ticket amount of Rs 452 through paytm and didn't get the ticket. When I checked my PNR status, it showed as transaction failed. But money is deducted from my bank account. Please check it.

                                  I am a daily passenger from BC Road junction to Mangalore bus station. The bus fare in your ordinary bus varies for the same route. In Puttur to Statebank it is Rs.25 and in Dharmasthal to Statebank it is Rs.26. Why the fare is more for the same route and for the same bus?
                                  So I request you to kindly solve the bus fare and make all the passengers happy in the route we travel.

                                    kolar is the district head qurtres. Daily from bangalore, hosakote, chikkanahalli, narasapura thousands of people travelling to kolar. But now a days maximum buses not going kolar bus stand, conductor directly telling as per instruction we are not going in side kolar, we are going bye pass to kgf, . Date 19.01.2021 tuesday evening nearly continous five busses stopped in chikkanahalli but not allowed to kolar. Conducters told us " sir, this is bye pass to kgf . We are giving stop in narasapura, bangarapet but not going kolar. This is order " lot of peoples hegutated from that. I am in urgent in that time .Like me lot of poor people. What they can do. Who are ordered they are safe but, finally conductor getting bad words from people. Who are responsible for this ? immedietly solve the issue. Tyo satisfy some body please dont give troubles to all.

                                      I travel bus from Bangalore to chamrajnagar KSRTC bus . Bus number KA10F0493, ticket number is 104566. Driver using mobile phone while driving time ( I took video also ) and he not responded not good . And driving also too poor . And driver asked to me do driving you self.Now time is 8:10 it's not yet reached thalakadu, and he answer too bad things, I got depo manger [protected] number from customer care, depo manager not respond my call and candator also support to driver only he tell don't ask to driver he mentioned . He making call on driving time mean problem for all passangers, If it's not reached proper time mean I have face lot of problem. And

                                        I have booked the ticket, from Bangalore to Mangalore on 23/1/2021. I had confusion about timings, because the website didn't mention the AM or PM. Usually passenger books night buses only right? So I too thought it was night bus. So I made the payment of Rs. 406/-. But the bus was today morning at 10.16am. Hence I kindly request you to refund the money.
