Booked ticket from banglore santhi nagar to palghat bustand, on 10dec the bus starts on 9.32 pm, given ticket to palghat bus stand but they dropped me at chandra nagar palghat
.ihave to take auto for 100 fare to reach busstand ...it is ok if bus won't come inside you must mention it on.or destination must be changed.its a big problem .think it

THE named as Hussain didnt stopped at regular bus stops and they are forcibly saying to customers to get down at bus stand .rayadurg has spread with three kilometers and they are going out of rayadurgam to park the by out three kilometers. At udeglam panchayat on the same route they are refusing stops to customers.actullay MR Hussain driver he is saying that you had given permission to stop only at bus stop .plz take a action driver and conductor to not to do this in future trips

As every time I go to get monthly pass at KSRTC Bus Stand, Channapatna, the person who is working there to issue monthly pass is behaving impatiently and shouts at me in front of other passengers. It's already i got this experience for fourth time. It hurts me very much and affect me for the whole day. Please change that person for the sake of passengers mental health. I think that he may be in the need of counseling.

Sir/ Madam, It is Very sad to inform... But from bus stand, bidar-kalburgi nonstop buses runs lately.. Without any prior timing..
Unless the full bus accumulate with passangers.. They are not going to depart from bus stand.. Weather it takes 15min, 30min, or 45min.. There is no time limit for departure.. Although there are number of buses plying.. These route.. Including express buses..

Dear sir, iam regular passenger from kalburgi to sindagi, on this route buses are moving slowly, drivers and conductors are in competition to catch passenger, they are running buses only the bus is full. Sometimes conductors argue with passenger, they are stopping buses everywhere . The speed is also very slow. Bus stop at Jewargi and sindagi are not clean, pigs are roaming inside bus station. Kindly make bus services passenger friendly.

The driver was rashly driving his bus which caused the death of my father who was riding a bike
My query I need the insurance copy of ksrtc bus number KA 25 AF 2988
And also there is court proceedings going on from many years which has not yet been sorted out and we have till date not received any compensation
Though I just need policy details of that ksrtc bus

Respected sir. I travelled by KSRTC BUS bearing registration number. KA-40 F 1460 on[protected]. From DAVANAGERE - CHITRADURGA Conductor collected Rs. 75 as ticket fare.

My question is why this difference fare of Rs. 70 - 75 is collected.

If in case of accidents and deaths how do you claim insurance of deaths.

Arrogance answer by conducted when I asked about difference fare.

The same complaint was registered through online complaint.

Still it is not resolved.

I hope this will be solved as early as possible.

From last 3 to 4 year construction of new bus stand in Belagavi city is going on but still there is no progress in the work. People of Belagavi are facing many problems due to this like 1) heavy traffic jam outside bus stand 2) no proper platform for bus stand 3) no cleanliness at temporary bus stand etc

Im really disappointed today because of driver is not opend door saying seats are not there, even seat is there, today 11-15am in town hall circles.
Matter is I'm waiting the bus near calltex tumkur, bus came I given signel he seens me but ignored again I thought he is seened so I take a auto to catch bus near town hall tumkur I reached but driver is not ready to take me in saying seats is not there but seats is there I told I will stand sir but he personally feel not to allowed me how this things will happen in emergency if want to go!
my suggestion is to teach him manners having govt servent if this will happen it's a black dot to KSRTC department, thank you I don't want to escalate this things but I faced many times so that's why

The driver, rode the bus and almost he hit the car of ours, , he was very rash in driving. The bus no. KA-10 F-0342, date the incident happened : 28-Nov-2020.

I kindly request you to take charge for the safety on road

Buses from raichur to Hyderabad, crossing shaktingara, not taking passengers for shaktingar at 4:00 AM.
They straight away refuses that, they won't go to shaktinagar station. I have been waiting in raichur station since 2 o clock DATE: 28/11/2020. None of the buses are taking. Very sad, they runs on there own rules.
Against public. How they can refuse to approach a bus stand in between.

Being a public, I need this to be resolved at any cost.

I'm Indhu.K. S, working in kerala health service as a staff nurse.I was waiting for bus to cherthala from KPCC junction, Ernakulam on 25/11/2020.None of the KSRTC buses stopped at KPCC junction, MG road in between 5.45 pm and 6.30.PM eventhough the seats were not fully occupied.Three buses passed through this way during this time period and I was the only passenger to board from the junction.The buses are chertha FP(no.can't notify), Alappuzha FP (KL15A 601), KL15A 500.It will be very difficult for passengers like me to reach our native place if drivers bevave like this as we depend on KSRTC sevices for the same.I kindly request KSRTC to take necessary action against this problem.

Sir after boarding into the Rajahamsa the actual ticker for adult would be 396/- from Davanagere to Bengaluru where the amount collected is 400/- upon asking for the change they rounded off the amount to the next higher digit, as I told him to give an exact change from my side but he refused to accept. This is not the first time they are collecting the extra amount from all the passengers which would be collectively made into a lump some for the one side journey that is 40*4 =160.

Transport administration should take necessary action to curb this heavy amount round offs and avert the extra burden to the commuters.

I was traveling from belgaum to chikodi of Gov. Bus. People are not wearing mask and not at all maintaining the social distance. And conductor is so rude as if he owns the buses.

Bus service was cancelled without intimation

Today i book a ticket from gokak to Dharmasthala (PNR no: T[protected], but the bus was cancelled without intimation

I nischay HN from hassan travelling to kunigal via blore bus .. Bus number KA18F965 .. The driver and conductor from this bus wastes lot of time at bus stand more than normal waiting peroid of 5 mins, this is too inconvenient for the passengers travelling who cannot reach at time.. kindly oblige and solve the issue..

Today morning I depart from hubli at 5.30 am
To belgaum for my job interview from the bus
Hubli to pune KA 63 F 0143 bus my ticket charge is 127 but the conductor of bus does not give my 73rs return

Bus#KA 36 F 1466, mantralya to Bangalore, departure time 10.30pm on 19th Nov 2020.

The said bus driver was good at wrekles, negligence and rash driving. The pot holes, speed breakers on the road is very negligible to driver and because of his rude driving I got sever back and neck pain. On the highway he was taking taking us to roller coaster rider by bouncing the bus on speed breakers. The vehicle is not required of break because driver doesn't like to use breaks and he was on a race . The arrival time was mentioned as 7.45 in KSRTC website while booking the ticket and bus was in Bangalore around 5.50am, imagine how driver would have saved 2 hours and his driving skill????

The conductor did not close the cabin door entire night and due to heavy engine noise I was not able to sleep entire journey, fhiuh1i have asked the conductor
As a result the bus was cold box by early morning.

Overall I was very unsatisfied and I have to think again to choose KSRTC.
