Address: Raichur

Buses from raichur to Hyderabad, crossing shaktingara, not taking passengers for shaktingar at 4:00 AM.
They straight away refuses that, they won't go to shaktinagar station. I have been waiting in raichur station since 2 o clock DATE: 28/11/2020. None of the buses are taking. Very sad, they runs on there own rules.
Against public. How they can refuse to approach a bus stand in between.

Being a public, I need this to be resolved at any cost.

    I'm Indhu.K. S, working in kerala health service as a staff nurse.I was waiting for bus to cherthala from KPCC junction, Ernakulam on 25/11/2020.None of the KSRTC buses stopped at KPCC junction, MG road in between 5.45 pm and 6.30.PM eventhough the seats were not fully occupied.Three buses passed through this way during this time period and I was the only passenger to board from the junction.The buses are chertha FP(no.can't notify), Alappuzha FP (KL15A 601), KL15A 500.It will be very difficult for passengers like me to reach our native place if drivers bevave like this as we depend on KSRTC sevices for the same.I kindly request KSRTC to take necessary action against this problem.

      Sir after boarding into the Rajahamsa the actual ticker for adult would be 396/- from Davanagere to Bengaluru where the amount collected is 400/- upon asking for the change they rounded off the amount to the next higher digit, as I told him to give an exact change from my side but he refused to accept. This is not the first time they are collecting the extra amount from all the passengers which would be collectively made into a lump some for the one side journey that is 40*4 =160.

      Transport administration should take necessary action to curb this heavy amount round offs and avert the extra burden to the commuters.

        I was traveling from belgaum to chikodi of Gov. Bus. People are not wearing mask and not at all maintaining the social distance. And conductor is so rude as if he owns the buses.

              I nischay HN from hassan travelling to kunigal via blore bus .. Bus number KA18F965 .. The driver and conductor from this bus wastes lot of time at bus stand more than normal waiting peroid of 5 mins, this is too inconvenient for the passengers travelling who cannot reach at time.. kindly oblige and solve the issue..

                  Bus#KA 36 F 1466, mantralya to Bangalore, departure time 10.30pm on 19th Nov 2020.

                  The said bus driver was good at wrekles, negligence and rash driving. The pot holes, speed breakers on the road is very negligible to driver and because of his rude driving I got sever back and neck pain. On the highway he was taking taking us to roller coaster rider by bouncing the bus on speed breakers. The vehicle is not required of break because driver doesn't like to use breaks and he was on a race . The arrival time was mentioned as 7.45 in KSRTC website while booking the ticket and bus was in Bangalore around 5.50am, imagine how driver would have saved 2 hours and his driving skill????

                  The conductor did not close the cabin door entire night and due to heavy engine noise I was not able to sleep entire journey, fhiuh1i have asked the conductor
                  As a result the bus was cold box by early morning.

                  Overall I was very unsatisfied and I have to think again to choose KSRTC.

                        I was trying to board a bus from Mysore road metro station to RR nagar. The bus should be having the number 215 but as I wating for long and couldn't find any bus, I asked a KSRTC bus without any number. The driver barely moved his head and said yes (supposedly) but pointed his hand to right with is the road to Banashankari. As I couldn't get a clear answer from them, I tried to get out of the bus but the driver moved the bus forward leading me to fall down on the road. I don't accept such irresponsible behaviour from KSRTC service . Despite causing me physical harm, the conductor even had the audacity to yell at me. I demand all the KSRTC staff to be polite and respond respectfully to passengers keeping their safety in their mind. Also the bus should be labelled properly as non Kannada speakers find it difficult to board one.

                          Why their no proper transportation service between chikmagalur to Mangalore.
                          No reservation service.
                          No proper bus on time.
                          No rajahamsa service.

                            Here below mentioned KSRTC bus stands are not properly maintained their toilets and it is notice that there very negligence working, and asking money for more for toilet.

                              This is my PNR NO H82859150 Today in traveling from your bus. And ur bus driver and crew Drinking alcohol and driving the bus kindly look in to passages safety
                              And also driver and conductor don't no hindi language. Why ? HINDI language is mandatory in Hyderabad

                                Bangalore to challenge there are no rajahamsa executive buses. There is only one bus 22:45

                                Please provide rajahamsa buses between 9:00am and 11:00am

                                        You have Belgaum to Hubli some Rajhanja SEMI SLEEPER push back seat buses in which maximum seats having problem of not engaging push back lever to desire customer positions. due to which back pains and disturbing to back customer .Also charging 10 rupees extra for this comfort, but customers are unable to seat properly
                                        plz maintain this properly.
