    I was trying to board a bus from Mysore road metro station to RR nagar. The bus should be having the number 215 but as I wating for long and couldn't find any bus, I asked a KSRTC bus without any number. The driver barely moved his head and said yes (supposedly) but pointed his hand to right with is the road to Banashankari. As I couldn't get a clear answer from them, I tried to get out of the bus but the driver moved the bus forward leading me to fall down on the road. I don't accept such irresponsible behaviour from KSRTC service . Despite causing me physical harm, the conductor even had the audacity to yell at me. I demand all the KSRTC staff to be polite and respond respectfully to passengers keeping their safety in their mind. Also the bus should be labelled properly as non Kannada speakers find it difficult to board one.

      Why their no proper transportation service between chikmagalur to Mangalore.
      No reservation service.
      No proper bus on time.
      No rajahamsa service.
      Senior person comfort not conciderd.

        Here below mentioned KSRTC bus stands are not properly maintained their toilets and it is notice that there very negligence working, and asking money for more for toilet.

          This is my PNR NO H82859150 Today in traveling from your bus. And ur bus driver and crew Drinking alcohol and driving the bus kindly look in to passages safety
          And also driver and conductor don't no hindi language. Why ? HINDI language is mandatory in Hyderabad

            Bangalore to challenge there are no rajahamsa executive buses. There is only one bus 22:45

            Please provide rajahamsa buses between 9:00am and 11:00am

            There is no timings in online booking

                Dear sir I am travelling from Bangalore to Tirupati on emergency work.My mobile battery is going down.When I want charge non of the points are working and windows are not able to open all are jammed.

                    Dear sir,
                    You have Belgaum to Hubli some Rajhanja SEMI SLEEPER push back seat buses in which maximum seats having problem of not engaging push back lever to desire customer positions. due to which back pains and disturbing to back customer .Also charging 10 rupees extra for this comfort, but customers are unable to seat properly
                    plz maintain this properly.

                        Sir I travel from Bangalore to KGF.
                        I took the KGF to Tin Factory bus
                        The bus is supposed to be point to point non-stop service.
                        After the lockdown was lifted it was operating even with 15 to 20 passengers in August 20.
                        In September the depo manager in kgf started insisting on atleast 40 passengers, otherwise they started diverting these buses to Kolar to pick passenger.
                        There are not enough passengers for the scheduled route buses.
                        These diverted kgf buses would end up picking passengers of route buses.
                        Now these KSRTC officers at kgf are diverting buses to Narsapura to pick passengers.
                        Now there is NOTHING CALLED PASSENGER CONVENIENCE OR PASSENGER SATISFACTION.
                        As there is no railway service KSRTC is exploiting the passengers.
                        EVEN IF THE BUSES MANAGE TO PICK SOME PASSENGER IT IS FROM OTHER KSRTC BUSES AND there is no net gain to KSRTC BUT AT THE COST OF CAUSING inconvenience to the passengers- prolonging journey time, wasting diesel.
                        Kindly look into the matter.

                          Address: Mysore road satellite bus stand

                          KSRTC Bus PNR: J82691102, DOJ: 12-Oct-2020 07:45, 0701BNGMYS, Bus No :F 3976.

                          Bus departure time was 7:45am and it been 8:30am but the bus hasn't departed from the station. If asked they are denying saying that we need to fill seats.

                          This is intolerant.. Justify this issue

                            Dear sir,
                            My self Shekhar Tupare I had Monthly pass from validity from 22/09/2020 to 21/10/2020
                            and I have taken this pass from Belgaum Depo on 22/09/2020 by showing my photo proof Identity card which i have taken in year of 2016 Today dated 10/10/2020 I have forced by driver to take Ticket from Hubli to Belgaum
                            Vehicle no KA22 F 2021 by saying that this identity card is expired But I want to bring your notice that at the time of my monthly pass renual your official seen my old card and issued new Monthly card and I was not aware and know about that .
                            And now they are saying that you have misplaced my new card which I have never taken .if taken plz give me your new card identity no. but while giving me new pass they have mentioned on it old identity card no.
                            Due to your official negligence I have paid ticket today

                            plz look at the matter seriously and take action on it.

                              Sir I'm travelling in KA21F0102 Puttur to mangalore bus. But some are not wearing mask and the conductor not bother about the situation. Why like that sir. Kindly go through the present situation. Even one dept person also travelling in bus.

                                Castel rocks to Ramnagar road closure, No one of police informed road closure, your police is doing timepass, they have to tell the road closed. We have returned 30 - 35 Km back, very bad Roads, . And another road is also damaged, none o[censored]r road is Good, Karnataka belgaum road is useless. Your checkpost police also useless. This road is constructing from 2 years but not done till now. Chorla ghat road is also damaged, which way we have to go. Shamless police

                                      Ka-28, f-1835 from bellary to gangavati conductor is having the change after giving the ticket, and the conductor is refused to give the change amount. Conductor inform it us your responsibility to collect change while get down,
                                      If i left the bus without getting the change it will loss for me once again i gave to search the details & go & collect the amount. Note the amount to do all these process i have to spend 5 times of amount to collect remaining amount.
                                      Series of bad experience is happen in present days in ksrtc in this route. Kindly take necessary action against respective conduct

                                        I, claude d souza (62) had booked a e-ticket to my son clafton siddharth (25) from mangalore ksrtc busstand to mysore for 13th september 2020 by 10.00 pm bus paying rs. 485.00. The pnr no was j82584224 bus no: f 5488, crew mobile number [protected]. As my son’s mobile went out of order at the last minute i went to the bustation along with him. It was a sunday and was raining heavily. Being sunday, a holiday, we could not take a print out of the ticket as the photo-shops were closed. So i accompanied my son to the busstand as i had the e ticket and pnr number in my mobile.

                                        We approached the conductor and showed the e - ticket as well as the pnr number to him from my mobile. For his identity my son also showed adhar card proof. We humbly requested him explaining that my sons mobile wasn’t working. However, instead of trying to understand our problem the conductor behaved very harshly with us. His body language was also not encouraging and he suggested that in such a condition travelling would be complicated. This conductor even had the audacity to tell me that my son should travel to mysore with my mobile till mysore. At this i asked who i should contact to solve/clarify the problem. He told me to go to the control room.in between an argument ensured and the conductor came forward physically and came physically close to my son with the intent of provoking him. When we went to the control room we could not get any help. They also suggested my son has to carry my mobile to mysore.

                                        A bystander came to help us and asked us to go to the ticket counter to take a copy. But he wasn’t aware how to take a printout. When we came back near the inspectors counter the driver of the bus also came charging towards my son and with not even one inch distance separating his chest from my son and began to argue asking why he was talking rude. He was deliberately trying to pick a physical fight with my son by provoking him to push him when he came close to him.in the meantime the gentleman at the counter was able to take the printout of the ticket. When we got the ticket my son apoligised to the conductor for the incident. However, the conductor started telling a different story in front of the people assembled. He began to tell “i had told you to remove your raincoat and go and sit inside”. This was aimed trying to shield his misbehaviour in front of the public and also to make my son a villain. The conductor then began to boast proudly that he has a son who is an engineer which had nothing to do with this incident. After my son got into the bus he started criticising my son doesn’t know how to behave.

                                        The driver of the bus had no business to interfere and brush his chest with my son to pick up a fight. If they had any problem they could have called the police.

                                        Imagine if the cell phone falls down at the busstand and it fails to function isnt there a solution for the problem? If even in international airports such problems are solved why not in ksrtc. It is not that we the public travel free of cost. We pay money for the services rendered.

                                        I therefore request you to kindly take stringent action against the hooliganist behaviour of the conductor and the driver of the said bus so that they dont repeat this kind of behaviour with the public in future.
