I got to the bus ka57-f2529 from bhadravathi where in i have not informed of available seats, but when i seated in the conductor seat he took the ticket simply without info and then he got me up saying that it is my seat and i came standing from bhadravathi till shimoga. There is no social distance they are simply making amount by standing people and not giving proper info for the passengers... Pls repeat it again...

    30/06/2020 bus number ka02f 0221 in that bus conditer is not minimum common sense in the duty timeings, iam waiting that time 11:30 to 3:05pm that but that conditer is not given respect to tha coustmer. Plz fanish them.

      I was booking for the ticket and they amount was paid.. But the ticket status showed failed transaction.. But the amount was already deducted. I raised a query on 23 feb 2020. Where the operator said that the amount will be refunded after seven days. And till date the amount has not been refunded.

        Hello,

        I am travelling from bangalore to malavalli on bus reg ka11 f0406 today ie, june 29 2020 bus left mysore road satellite bus station around 4:15
        Until kengeri the bus conductor followed every measures of covid 19 but after kengeri, he got too many people to sit next to each other compromising about more than 30 passengers as per the govt intructions where failed to follow social distancing. It’s shameful govt is willing to make money unlawful its own instructions.
        Please take necessary actions, else govt should be responsible for any covid 19 spread in this bus.

          Today I am traveling Kalaburagi to Hubballi and bus number is KA-32 F2534. One passenger (person A) he has reserved seat number 15 (window side) behind the seat No 16 (window side) their I sat on the seat. When I asked to that person don't eat Gutuka and don't spit out side because the saliva is coming at my face. But he did not care any thing same I complaint to conductor. As I said in this covid 19 situation we should be take care. But conductor response was very pathetic and irresponsible answer is that passenger A didn't having Gutuka. And if you want you can sit to other side of the seat.

          Here I can take the other seat its not a problem for me. But if the person A continue to eat Gutuka and simply splitting out side the windows. Next to next windows facing same problem.

          I am really wondering that. In this situation Conductor not showing any responsive. What is this.

          And also I am not aware that how much you people shows interest on this complaint.

              Dear sir /madam
              I reserved the seat num 6 from ranebennur to mysore the date of 12/06/2020 the bus num is ka45f0025 pnr j82337692
              Belagum to mys bus so i ressrved the seat but the conductor is not given what i reseved.. But he given some other seat so then y we want to reserved the seat i really dnt no... So i asked he behaving like a # really this is rediculas... So need to raise a complaint regarding this pls take action

                Ka 42 f 2009, registered as route number 44s, but changed to 47k has hit my vehicle and run today at around 6:15 pm on 12/06/2020. I was driving on the right side of the road and there was already a vehicle on the left side too, but he overtook in between and hit my vehicle and when asked to stop he ran away. Also spotted stopping in the middle of the road, where there was a bus stop. If the government vehicles are running on road in such a way, we can't expect much from ksrtc. Kindly deal with the driver who wasn't even apologetic. I had my mother sitting on the other end, who would take the responsibility if it would be a much serious accident?

                  Hi sir,
                  Today with reservation I am traveling from Gadag to Bangalore, the bus number KA26, F1090.
                  As government covid-19 rules says that in 3seats sitting 2persons & in 2seats sitting 1person.
                  But the bus conductor not following rules, he making to sitting the passengers that 3person in 3seats and 2person in 2seats.
                  I say to him it is reservation seat for 2seat only 1person should sit but he saying keep ur government rules with you only.
                  I will put another passenger for ur side seat.
                  What u can do?
                  Like this saying sir

                    On June 4 2020 at 5..00pm, conductor of bus KA-07 F-1871 mislead all passengers saying bus will goto kolar . When all got into the bus and left the base KGF, while taking tickets, he said bus will not go to kolar, but only til bangarpet . Bus charge from KGF to kolar is Rs.37/-, from KGF to bangarpet, it is 17/-, rs28 from bangarpet to KGf. So it costed Rs.8/- extra per passenger.
                    What was that conductor's intention. How he can misguide people when they all totally believe in him. He is trying to get KSRTC profit out of public by cheating.

                      I went to kolar ksrtc bus stand at 8.30 today and there is no buses to kgf for 1.5 hours where as for other places there are enough buses. How can a people going for work who are suppose to report to duty at 10am can rely on government amidst lockdown? Please arrange sufficient buses to kgf

                          Hi ma'am/sir,

                          Hoping that i have reached the right person if not direct to the right one.

                          I have booked 2 seats to travel from bangalore to kochi on april 15. And as the lockdown extended i cancelled the tickets on april 12. I got one message from the authorities saying that they have initiated the refund process and i will get the fund within 5 business days. And i haven't received any till date. Here i am attaching my details:

                                    I made a booking from bengaluru to pondicherry on 5th march and finally cancelled the booking from my end. It's been more than 3 weeks but still now i have not got my refund amount. I want ksrtc to refund the amount as soon as possible. I have attached the necessary screenshot for your reference.

                                      Bus no KA42F1732 bus was allotted for KUNURU village,
                                      On the road, (Today around mrng 09:00am) in front of KStrc bus ther was a tractor coming I am going way to Kanakapura side near T Bekuppe circle ther is a party hall and dangerous Truning also, alrady ther is lots of accident gone and so many of death there. Same place I situvated. Suddenly krstc driver over track the tractor he not HORN AND GIVE DIMAND DAP ALSO, I am Horning but he not listed I was shocked and can't control the bike, about to 80 miter I put a Sudden Break, still driver in rang of rush I get down near path, he starched my bike.. JUST A MISS TO DIDE.
                                      Then go back to attack the driver.
                                      He give me a silly reason.

                                        Hey my wallet slipped from my pocket in ksrtc bus no[ ka 18f 700 ] sakaleshpur bus at around 2.15pm on 12/3/2020.

                                        Co passengers had handovered my wallet to the lady conductor of the same bus...

                                        But when we confronted her she denied and shouted at us, which was very rude and uncivilized.
                                        We had around rs. 1500 and yearly student bus pass.. Which is really important for us.. We request you to kindly look into this matter and help us
