Dear sir,

I have travelled from sira to tumkure dated 3.3.2020 at 13.39.21 from bellary ksrt. And i have 200 rs given to conductor for issuing ticket and conductor issued ticket rs.66 and he write balance amount on the ticket. When i asked balance amount while getting down bus, he said you have travelled 100 mtrs extra without ticket hence, you need to buy one more ticket 30 rs. He said. I said just near to bus stand not required to buy ticket but he didn't agreed, than i said ok to issue the ticket and asked remaining amount but he refused to issue ticket and didn’t return my amount, than i asked many times but he didn't returned my amount and ticket.

I asked him to stop bus near to the police station and they have refused and started slapping.

Then i asked why you are beating me just i have asked to return my amount than, driver came and slapped my left ear and used vulgar words.
Then conductor started driving speedy of the bus and he is saying will take you far away from tumkure and will hit you anything like that, he said.

Then, i started try to get down the bus while driver pushing me than i fell down from the buss.

1. Day after i went to ent hospital and checked my ear dr. Said drum damaged
2. He suggested it very carefully to be maintained since, it is very sensitive part and it may cause head.
3. It may take heal 3 to 4 weeks.
4. I am having only one ear and other one is not work from the birth if any thing goes wrong conductor, driver and ksrtc is responsible. Since, ksrtc is not appointed good employs.
5. Please take action against him and confirm.

On 28 / 2 / 2020 I booked 2 tickets in online for 29/2/2020 from Bangalore to puttur then I cancelled for some reasons then I cancelled it in e ticket app but I didn’t get 872 Rs

    I travelled from pallikonda to gudiyattam on ksrtc bus no ka 07 f 1773 on 7 th february. I gave an 10 rupees for a ticket but the price of the ticket was printed in paper was 7 rupees. Like me there was 10 passengers gaven 10 rupees for 7 rupees ticket. The conductor in the bus ka07 f 1773 was told ticket was 10 rupees. I need proper explanation from ksrtc side how the ticket printed on 7 rupees the conductor told it was print mistake, how the print mistake will come from machine. Pls reply with proper explanation for consumers
    Karnataka state gov bus which comes mashem at 4:45 everyday but even though they are not following their route and going through highway which causing very inconvinience to public which are on job and do daily up and down.

      Today dated 7/3/2020 at 9:30pm at fountain circle mysuru, a ksrtc bus no. Ka-09-f-5238 hit my stand still car and sped away upon chasing and stoping the bus the driver and the conductor harrassed and heckled me for their mistake and threw a 500 note and left abusing me. And the drivers mouth was stinking of alcohol. My car's whole left side and mirror is damaged. Please help me.

        My husband booked ticket from sagar to bengaluru and one of the ticket's passenger's age is wronly mentioned as 6 instead of 61 due to some error in the system. We are ready to pay the extra charges for the tcked. Kindly help us to change the age. Details are as below.

        To the in charge officer of ksrtc.
        Sir, even though particular seats are named under special categories like women old age freedom fighters, specially challenged in Ksrtc buses, these are occupied by other people. Especially women seats by men.

            I am traveling in 1p. M bus on 3rd of march. But the air condition in not working from the time we boarded bus. It’s been too hot inside and the bus is full. The reason we travel in airavata is because of it’s comfort and a. C but when the a. C itself is not in good state why should we pay so much for it when it feels like a normal karnataka sarige bus.
            This is against the law. If there is no action taken i will have to take the next step.

              I tried booking a ticket in ksrtc.in from Bangalore to thalassery, i was taken through online banking where 1039 was deducted but the seat is not booked. I didn't receive a confirmation/failure message on booking but money was deducted. To check on this, i called the customer care, took the number from ksrtc portal. i was kept waiting for more than 15min in the call to be answered by any customer care executive but my call was not taken by anyone in customer care. I could not find any way to reach out to ksrtc to get my money refunded. I want my money refunded. OB reference number of failure booking is OB42441960

                I travelled from bhel circle, hyderabad to bidar on 29/2/2020. The ticket was charged with ₹140. When asked conductor shyamrao he said fare was increased to ₹170 per ticket to hyd. Then i asked in that case from fare from bhel should have raised from ₹131 to max 135 and not ₹140. Today 2/3/2020 i am going hyderabad so fare has not raised.
                It’s just to raise their own collection tickets are being over charged. Best part is bus no on the ticket and the bus you travel too will be different.
                My question is how you are going to stop the over charging in government buses as i have experienced. I can send you the photo copy of the ticket, please provide me mail to contact

                The fare from BDR-HYD has not increased and is only 166/167, but there is no logic of increasing the from BHEL TO BIDAR from ₹131 to ₹140. I just want to know the reason of increase in fair. As said earlier the bus no on ticket and bus I am traveling doesn’t match today as well.

                I was travelling from gudalur to gundalpet in Karnataka state bus, I had given 500rs to conductor, he told he doesn't have change and he miss behaved and mentally harresed me... Am personally and mentally been harresed in front of other passanger bus number :KA-14-F-0060

                  Hi,

                  I'm from thyamagondlu, nelamangala taluk bangalore rural district 562132.
                  From past 40 days bus are not coming @08:00 am, their are so many students, workers, farmers, & tourist are facing problems and buses are not coming at morning 8 am, auto drivers and cab drivers are demanding more expenses from thyamagondlu to nelamangala. Students are makes bus passes but they have to pay amount to go colleges and schools.

                  Kindly check with nelamangala bus depot and instruct to came on time, others wise bmtc buses are on time but extra expenses it's not possible to travel by all (Most of all by students)

                  Kindly arrange buses daily on time basis.

                    I travelled from marathahalli to kundhanahalli gate in a bus which goes to itpl. The probably time could be 1.00 pm.
                    The driver received money for myself and my friend but didn't give the ticket. After few mins i asked again he said he will give but didn't give me till i got down. Same happens for the person who sat near me.

                    I think it is putting the passenger at risk in case of checking and also cheating the government.

                    The ksrtc should take appropriate measures to overcome these.

                      Hello, i m kamlesh still pursuing the studies. On 26 of feb while going to my college from peenya to soap factory ur ksrtc bus driver during driving the bus numbered ka 07 f 1822, in gorguntepalya he was rashly driving and i told him not to! He didn't listen me and started scolding me in worst words. So i request you to take some action so that there should not be any danger to any one!! It may be life threatening if they drive so irresponsibly

                        I am a doctor working at mims, mandya.

                        The conductor of the above mentioned bus, on 1 march 2020, at 8 am, kicked off my luggage with his foot while i was trying to board the bus. This behavior is unacceptable.
                        We use public transport for convenience. We pay for it. We are not anybody's slave here.
                        Kindly look into the matter and request you to take a strict action.

                          One of the fellow passenger had misbehave with my family person in yesterday night bus travelling
                          (Female traveling alone) from anantapur to bangalore..
                          He had misbehave even though avoiding him.. My lady was unable to complain as she was frightened..
                          My request is to conductor who is in charge of bus... Should take care of single travelling female... To adjust/shuffle the seat of single travelling females to avoid such cheap mentality person who is a well mature software engineer
                          Who's behavior was shameful.
                          My lady was crying as she was helpless... During midnight he had such things which is shameful.
                          Pls take care of every single travelling female. Bcz the family person are very worried to send alone female to send travelling alone..

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              Instruction your crew members to behave properly. My home is in lakkasandra. I've requested to stop the bus in lakkasandra bus stop but your crew member told can't stop. This is not bmtc bus.

                              After so much argument only he stopped the bus. He's telling after st john's, only shanthi nagar is next bus stop.

                              Please instruct your crew members of all the ksrtc buses to stop in all the bus stops as per the passanger request inside the city limit.

                                I booked ticket from shimoga to bengaluru on 23rd feb but today (22nd feb) seddenly i got message saying that your booking has been canceled, and they didn't provided alternative bus also simple they canceled, i check online for others buses there no seats available because of ksrtc am loosing my client it was small deal worth of 35 thousands, (I deal with second hand electronics items) i need my money back because of this guys i lost 35k.                                   I am a frequent traveler from honnavar to talguppa so as to catch a train (16228) towards bengaluru.

                                  There were earlier two buses plying from honnavar to sagar, i. E @ 4.15pm & 5.15pm. But surprisingly the 4.15pm bus has been cancelled & we need to rely only on the later bus. Much of the travelers would here be to catch the train in time without much hussle. But due to some wrong decision its quite uncomfortable to all the passengers to reach the destination in time. The reason is a cranky driver & the honnavar ksrtc depot manager, who had cancelled the 4.15pm bus & put all the passengers into trouble to reach their destination in time.
                                  The destination is around 74 km with a charge of rs 83/- the time to reach talguppa would be around 2 hours. But unfortunately, i had a nightmare travel (Ka-17 f-1576) on thursday, 20th feb 2020 where we had a driver who drove so well that he took more than 3 hours to reach talguppa (5.15pm to 8.16pm) wherein my train was scheduled at 8.20pm... Just feel about the tension with the travelers especially the families & ladies relying on this only bus. Similar situation with the passengers who had train from sagara.

                                  Please take appropriate actions so as to ease the fate of the travelers plying this route.
                                  1. Two buses required as scheduled earlier.
                                  2. Proper bus driver well versed in ghat section driving. (The bus travels via jog falls & kargil).
                                  3. Proper schedules & drivers maintained.
                                  4. Any mishap with the bus during the journey, no back up since no follow up buses along this route.

                                    I am travelling from belagavi to hyderabad by airawat bus no 2276. Pnr no. T81778714. Dt 20th feb 2020. It is 11:07 pm now and the driver and the conductor refuse to switch off the blue led lights saying it is an order from higher authorities and the ladies might face problems... My question is how i am supposed to sleep with these supposed to be night lights on? These blue led lights are very bright and i can hardly sleep.. This is my second trip by ksrtc. My previous travel was very comfortable as there was no issue like this. My last travel was on 16th feb 2020 from hyderabad to belagavi. Bus no 2275. Request your early action on this

                                      Manglore depo has no bus in rout o[censored]ppinangady to manglore.
                                      So many passengers are struggling in following route.
                                      Buses are not put in the route because of people from private busses are putting more pressure on depo manager.
                                      Students, elders, handicap people are not able to use their right of passes given to them.
                                      Please solve this issue. Put busses in
                                      Uppinangady to manglore route this will solver many passengers problem

                                        I inform to public yesterday (19-feb-2020) time 12:50 am in there kengeri satellite bus stop i'm was waiting for ksrtc bus after 12:55 am one bus is came i have stop that bus but that bus not stopped in the bus stop okay i will wait for next bus it came 1:23 same as it we stop that bus with 6 passengers that bus also made same and driver gave a one signal for us in his hand i should not stop them he also left with out stop them we r waiting upto 1:50 then another one bus arrival that is reserved bus then we had wait up to 2:15 no bus is there then we have hii with one lorry and i don't have bus pass also i have paid only i thought some drivers is thinking some body is having bus pass then we don't care about others so this will happen same ksrtc driver i will accept this issue kindly give the solution for this and i didn't note down but details next time i will write it.
