Hi

I travelled from marathahalli to kundhanahalli gate in a bus which goes to itpl. The probably time could be 1.00 pm.
The driver received money for myself and my friend but didn't give the ticket. After few mins i asked again he said he will give but didn't give me till i got down. Same happens for the person who sat near me.

I think it is putting the passenger at risk in case of checking and also cheating the government.

The ksrtc should take appropriate measures to overcome these.

    Hello, i m kamlesh still pursuing the studies. On 26 of feb while going to my college from peenya to soap factory ur ksrtc bus driver during driving the bus numbered ka 07 f 1822, in gorguntepalya he was rashly driving and i told him not to! He didn't listen me and started scolding me in worst words. So i request you to take some action so that there should not be any danger to any one!! It may be life threatening if they drive so irresponsibly

      Ksrtc bus, from mysore to bangalore.

      I am a doctor working at mims, mandya.

      The conductor of the above mentioned bus, on 1 march 2020, at 8 am, kicked off my luggage with his foot while i was trying to board the bus. This behavior is unacceptable.
      We use public transport for convenience. We pay for it. We are not anybody's slave here.
      Kindly look into the matter and request you to take a strict action.

        Respected sir/madam

        One of the fellow passenger had misbehave with my family person in yesterday night bus travelling
        (Female traveling alone) from anantapur to bangalore..
        He had misbehave even though avoiding him.. My lady was unable to complain as she was frightened..
        My request is to conductor who is in charge of bus... Should take care of single travelling female... To adjust/shuffle the seat of single travelling females to avoid such cheap mentality person who is a well mature software engineer
        Who's behavior was shameful.
        My lady was crying as she was helpless... During midnight he had such things which is shameful.
        Pls take care of every single travelling female. Bcz the family person are very worried to send alone female to send travelling alone..

          I cancelled my booking on 12.12.2019 but amount not yet received so far. and merchant said refund amount already initiated and do contact your bank, please solve my issue asap.

            Dear sir/madam,

            Instruction your crew members to behave properly. My home is in lakkasandra. I've requested to stop the bus in lakkasandra bus stop but your crew member told can't stop. This is not bmtc bus.

            After so much argument only he stopped the bus. He's telling after st john's, only shanthi nagar is next bus stop.

            Please instruct your crew members of all the ksrtc buses to stop in all the bus stops as per the passanger request inside the city limit.

            Note: investigate and reply to this concern to continue your service.

              I booked ticket from shimoga to bengaluru on 23rd feb but today (22nd feb) seddenly i got message saying that your booking has been canceled, and they didn't provided alternative bus also simple they canceled, i check online for others buses there no seats available because of ksrtc am loosing my client it was small deal worth of 35 thousands, (I deal with second hand electronics items) i need my money back because of this guys i lost 35k. For reference i attached screenshot of booking details.

                I am a frequent traveler from honnavar to talguppa so as to catch a train (16228) towards bengaluru.

                There were earlier two buses plying from honnavar to sagar, i. E @ 4.15pm & 5.15pm. But surprisingly the 4.15pm bus has been cancelled & we need to rely only on the later bus. Much of the travelers would here be to catch the train in time without much hussle. But due to some wrong decision its quite uncomfortable to all the passengers to reach the destination in time. The reason is a cranky driver & the honnavar ksrtc depot manager, who had cancelled the 4.15pm bus & put all the passengers into trouble to reach their destination in time.
                The destination is around 74 km with a charge of rs 83/- the time to reach talguppa would be around 2 hours. But unfortunately, i had a nightmare travel (Ka-17 f-1576) on thursday, 20th feb 2020 where we had a driver who drove so well that he took more than 3 hours to reach talguppa (5.15pm to 8.16pm) wherein my train was scheduled at 8.20pm... Just feel about the tension with the travelers especially the families & ladies relying on this only bus. Similar situation with the passengers who had train from sagara.

                Please take appropriate actions so as to ease the fate of the travelers plying this route.
                1. Two buses required as scheduled earlier.
                2. Proper bus driver well versed in ghat section driving. (The bus travels via jog falls & kargil).
                3. Proper schedules & drivers maintained.
                4. Any mishap with the bus during the journey, no back up since no follow up buses along this route.

                  I am travelling from belagavi to hyderabad by airawat bus no 2276. Pnr no. T81778714. Dt 20th feb 2020. It is 11:07 pm now and the driver and the conductor refuse to switch off the blue led lights saying it is an order from higher authorities and the ladies might face problems... My question is how i am supposed to sleep with these supposed to be night lights on? These blue led lights are very bright and i can hardly sleep.. This is my second trip by ksrtc. My previous travel was very comfortable as there was no issue like this. My last travel was on 16th feb 2020 from hyderabad to belagavi. Bus no 2275. Request your early action on this

                    As i mentioned above
                    Manglore depo has no bus in rout o[censored]ppinangady to manglore.
                    So many passengers are struggling in following route.
                    Buses are not put in the route because of people from private busses are putting more pressure on depo manager.
                    Students, elders, handicap people are not able to use their right of passes given to them.
                    Please solve this issue. Put busses in
                    Uppinangady to manglore route this will solver many passengers problem

                      Hi team,

                      I inform to public yesterday (19-feb-2020) time 12:50 am in there kengeri satellite bus stop i'm was waiting for ksrtc bus after 12:55 am one bus is came i have stop that bus but that bus not stopped in the bus stop okay i will wait for next bus it came 1:23 same as it we stop that bus with 6 passengers that bus also made same and driver gave a one signal for us in his hand i should not stop them he also left with out stop them we r waiting upto 1:50 then another one bus arrival that is reserved bus then we had wait up to 2:15 no bus is there then we have hii with one lorry and i don't have bus pass also i have paid only i thought some drivers is thinking some body is having bus pass then we don't care about others so this will happen same ksrtc driver i will accept this issue kindly give the solution for this and i didn't note down but details next time i will write it.

                        Vayu vajra bus route no kias-7a bound to hsr bda complex does not stop at military dairy farm bus stop. Instead the driver mr ramzan stopped the bus in middle of a 4 lane bellary road highway and expects commuters to cross roads in busy traffic to get into bus. The bus conductor mr ashok justifies this by stating busy traffic for not coming to bus stop.. Today a senior citizen couple almost risked their lives crossing traffic to get into bus before it started moving. On being questioned the conductor was rude and unapologetic. This happens daily at military dairy farm bus stop especially with vayu vajra buses. Request the concerned officials to address the complaint with due attention. Thanks

                          My son and i traveled to coorg in ksrtc - airavat club class 8 am bus from bangalore to kushalnagar on saturday, 15th feb 2020.
                          This was one of the most scariest bus ride of my life as we found our driver falling of asleep while he was driving.
                          My son noticed this as we were sitting in front seat 3 & 4. I was so scared i immediately asked the driver to stop the bus and wash his face. He said he did not even have water to wash his face. When i said i can give him, he said there is a hotel close by and he will stop there.
                          I kept talking to him after that and asked him how he can be so irresponsible and can kill us all. He said the department is over working him, he is not given enough time to sleep well as his duty ends late midnight and starts at 7 am.
                          The funny part is, it was a one man show. He was the only man collecting tickets, loading the luggage and driving the bus. He had lots of advantage due to this as i could see he was making money from some passengers who wanted to get down in the middle of the journey. He was also letting fruit sellers in ramanagara to enter the bus and sell so that he gets free packets of pineapple and cucumber to munch on.
                          He was driving the bus at 40 and 60 as he was feeling sleepy. Bus left the station on time at 8 am but i reached kushalnagar only at 4.15 pm, yes there was a traffic jam till kumblagode as there was a minor accident and we wasted 1 hr 20 mins.
                          He even rammed into a scooter near hunsoor as he could not apply breaks at the right time as he was falling asleep. Luckily nothing happened to the lady in the scooter.
                          Kindly look into this matter very seriously and remove this driver from this route and never put him alone as he takes advantage of it. At first he was constantly on the phone talking to his family members about some money lending problems. Talking on the phone is also dangerous. He is too old to do a one man show too.
                          If this is not resolved and i see him again in that bus, i am taking up this complaint to the next level and will be using other social media too.

                            I am from sira - 572137 and frequently travel to bangalore. It is really hard to get a bus to bangalore and tumkur on monday mornings. 100s of students travel every day but still bus facility is so bad that students have to miss classes sometimes exams. Controller is rude and receive no response when asked about any service.

                            This improper and rude behavior of ksrtc sira bus stop controller is making everyone to suffer and especially students. Students have done many strikes but no results ☹️. There is no proper person to whom people can reach out to. Looking for proper action from you!.

                              Bus number - f4129 bus route from bangalore - kasargod (Non ac sleeper)
                              Seating layout changed...19 seat number while booking was 2nd row upper berth. While boarding, the conductor pointed out to a seat which was 1st row and was already occupied by another person. The conductor misbehaved and was not courteous to inform passengers the seat numbers have changed.
                              We as customers pick a a seat on various needs, be it a senior citizen or a single lady and with this number changes at the time of boarding, makes it inconvenient to the passengers.. For example if alloted a double seat for a single lady (Where is the safety??) or making a child to sleep in a single seat separately in case of a mother and child travelling together...
                              This is not right. When you take the money, please value the customer and their needs and comfort has to be the first priority. Ksrtc needs to keep a check.

                                This bus was taken bus fair frim majestic to marthahalli 35 rupes after 4 o clk if we ask to conductor he told go to next bus we can understand bus fair was depending on time r conductor flexibility,
                                Please resolve this issue this was second time happening to me in the same bus.
                                When we ask conductor he told to get down from bus go to next bus.

                                  Sir i was travelled from madagi road tollgate to doddabommasandra bus stop on 07.02.2020. My conductor taken ticket up to vidyaranyapura bus stop. I seen this not only in this bus almost 80% conductors are doing the same. So many time i agruged with this practice but they simply following this. So kindly do the needful. Because people are scare to question them in the recent scanerio.

                                    Non working of ac in ksrtc volvo bus from hassan to bangalore on 7.2.2020 by ka 01 f 8531 left hassan bus stand with 20 passengers. Passengers started vomitting, some with headache, nausia feeling. The driver stopped the vehicle to do with his limited knowledge, but couldn't succeed. This is the maintenance of our corporation vehicles. It is a very horrible journey we were undergoing, then the driver drove the bus with front door opened. With hefty charges paying we have to go with traumatic journey. There are no vomitting bags nor water provided in the bus. Kindly reimburse back my amount paid.

                                      Im student traveling from bagepalli to chickballapur. Every day we are facing lack of bus facility. About 50+ students were waiting for bus from 7:30am when i went and ask for operate bus which is chickballapur depot bus. he replied very rudely. From morning 7 am to 8am only one bus is coming from bagepalli depot no of students traveling from bagepalli to chickballapur are more we need more than 4 buses. Requesting you to take corrective action.

                                        I was sitting window side. Passenger sitting next to me slided the glass to feel air flow. After that i was just touched the glass and the broke into pieces. It hurt my palm. There was no blood.
                                        Driver straightaway start bursting on me with rude manner. Accusing me for the broken glass. He harassed me saying pay 500 rupees or let's go police station. I dint mind going to police station because i dint do it.

                                        Main thing this driver dose'nt have manner to check what happen. Dint even bothered to check if anything happened to my hand.

                                        Please take action against this. His eruptive behaviour. And least bothered to care what exactly happen
