corruption in ksrtc bus.

I traveled recently in Karnataka ksrtc bus, from ernakulam to Iritty. But my bus stop is after iritty, so I asked to conductor whether there is stop in Madathil or not. He want me to give Rs 30 extra from actual ticket to stop there. So I give hime the demanded rupees.
But when the bus reached in Madathil conductor didn’t here me, he acting like very cruel. He drop me in another stop, that’s very far from my location. That’s...

My brother had booked a ticket from lingusgur to bangalore @lingusgur ksrtc counter (21st jan 2020 09.15 pm bus), he had lost the ticket printout but had the m-ticket with me. Before boarding the bus (15 mins) when to spoke to the person of in-charge at the ksrtc counter and the bus conductor both said that we have to pay again and book ticket for the same seat since there is no other option. Where as we have an option of guest user to login...

On 18th january, the above mentioned bus almost hit my car in gonikoppa town as he was charging madly honking loudly inside the town.' the driver herein shown in the picture, drives very rashly, especially within the town limits, not taking care of other smaller vehicles and pedestrians. When we confronted him, he says thats how he will drive!
Request ksrtc to warn him before he kills some one!...

The buses from kumbakonam to mysuru buses are not following the time and they are always late and not arriving at the proper time if we call for the information to the contact provided all of them are responding and telling not to contact again and many of them are not picking up the phone calls and proper responding is not there from the driver team. Also if possible add few more buses from trichy so that it would be convenient....

conductors not issuing bus tickets

I daily travel from double road bus stop to mysore bank circle bus stop in the morning, today[protected], the conductor in the bus i travelled didnt come and ask for ticket till 2 stops and later when he came, took the money and didnt issue me the ticket even after asking him.

In the evening i daily travel from corporation bus stop to double road bus stop after office. Majority of the conductors doesn't issue me the tickets...

bus timing and understanding with private bus

Dear sir/madam, i am anupama narayanan i do daily up and down from bangalore to vijayapura. The number of buses are not only few, moreover none of the buses follow timing. Moreover there is an understanding between ksrtc bus employees and private bus owners, only after private bus goes ksrtc bus will come that too with a delay of more than half an hour. Hi i'm abhishek, i booked a ticket from bangalore to kukke for 20th jan 2020 on 10th jan 2020 at 9:40 am. I have contacted the customer care and escalated the same. They said to book again and the amount will get refunded with in 7 days.
Again i tried to book the ticket on 13th jan 2020, but again amount got deducted but ticket not booked. Totally 1188 rs has got deducted from both the transaction. Please refund the amount so i can...

late arrival at boarding point

We are booked our tickets to hubli from raichur for non ac sleeper journey date is on 12/1/2020, which was delayed for one hour at boarding point i. E raihur bus stand itself.. When enquired the same is under repair.. Delay replacement was not made. Nor detected earlier..
Sitting in the bus stand with kid and family with full of mosquitoes.. Think this and do take proper action on the same. The same will be escalated to...

Hi this is to inform you that,
Yesterday night i had a journey between bangalore to mangalore in airavat multiaxle.
But i had a bad experience with conductor that he behaved rudely while get off and that too luggage issue he didn't take it off myself i taken and it was damaged.
He charged the bill of 140rs also.
Since many years i have been travelling in ksrtc airavat vehicles and i didn't feel bad experience.br...

ksrtc bus sigandur- chintamani bus timings

Ksrtc bus route sigandur - chinthamani which is supposed to start from bus starting point sigandur at 7pm everyday. But on 11 jan 2020 when i wanted to come to banglore due to some emergency and reached sigandur bus stop by 6.45, i came to know that bus already left busstop by 6.15. bus conductor rudeness

I am travelling to tiruvannamalai from bangalore had booked a bus pick up point from (Kmf crist university) at 2:45 pm. regarding unwanted stoppage for coffee/tea

We are the daily passengers between tumkur and jalahalli cross for the office purpose we are facing a difficulty where the buses from tumkur depot and other depot are stopping for coffee/tea at some unofficial ksrtc stop between tumkur and dabaspet (Siddaganga idli hotel) no passangers are benefitted with this stop since they will be reaching their destination (Bengaluru) within a half an hr time. Officials are getting late to their offices...

From bengaluru to gulbarga morning we don't have any proper buses like suhas or any other comfortable buses. For other we have luxurious buses why can't with in our state, morning so many people are traveling from traveling from bengaluru to gulbarga like other citys, why can't we have at least one classic bus. There is no booking also, at least one bus suhas or other bus people can travel comfortably...

drivers and conductors attitude

This is about the bus ka13f-2241 (Hasaan depot) which comes to kukke subramanya bus stop at 12.30 pm.. When we asked where the bus is going now.. Driver shantappa or. Whatever his name is and conductor asks who asked to climb the bus.. Conductor also says dont get inside the bus.. By the way who r these ksrtc ppl to ask us this question.. Does he own the bus.. U ppl ride bus for us.. Not for your self.. So have basic respect to talk to ppl.....

Today i. 3rd january travelled from konanur to hassan and i have carried 24" tv, for that conductor charged 2 units luggage charge but in your website it shows max 1unit for 25 ltr box, but my box not that much, at tv unit box itself they specified 20ltr capacity and 4.5 kg. For asking that conductor was behaved rude and collected 2units charge. I request you to train your staffs about there behaviour and company rules.

I have booked the seat number 16 which is a double seat. As a single lady while travelling from raichur to hyderabad. Conductor has allocated the seat beside me to a male which is offline booking!! And when i asked for my seat he behaved very rude and joining him was the bus driver shouting at me!! This is really annoying for any single lady travelling!! I expect the strict action against them!!! They cannot do this to anyone single lady...

bed bugs all over my seat

During my travel from hubli to mumbai, i experienced the worst.
After 2 hours of my journey, i found bed bugs all over my seat.
When i put this to the notice of the driver, and staff in the bus they conveniently ignored by saying the pest control has recently been done.

He just did not agree to even stop at a medical store to pick up a repellant spray so that my family can atleast spend the night journey to...

not giving the ladies reservation to ladies

We were travelling to mysore by ksrtc bus ka09f5140, since for few of the seats it was written as reserved for ladies. I told conductor to help me get the seat for my mother, share most of the men were sitting in all the reserved seats. Conductor did not listen to my words and rude.
