I always travel from bangalore to chennai every friday by ksrtc bus code :2045bngchn. Recently have found out that bus has been removed from the booking app and the service is not available. So please bring back that service as it is causing great inconvenience since that bus goes through marathahalli where i stay. Since it's unavailable i have to travel all the way to electronic city to catch bus.

    Hi sir,

    Bus number : ka 17 f 1957
    Time : 2:20 pm at davanagere
    Bus route : bng to shivmogga
    Still that bus is travelling towards shivamogga.

    Me, my 9 month old baby along with my mother got into bus at davanagere. We wanted to get down in harihara.

    As soon as we got into bus, i paid ₹100 for 2 tickets (Actual price for 2 tickets is ₹30). He started shouting at me saying he will take bus to side, and we must get down there itself. I was shocked. On questioning he says he doesn't have change to pay. He behaved so rudely.

    That was so painful for us. He had to collect ticket from whole bus, he could have waited till everyone gave amount or atleast he could have said that he doesn't have change. He directly asked us to get down the bus that too when we are carrying baby. We said him not to give any change initially. Later we managed to pay ₹30 some how and managed to travel.

    He also said he got instructions that if travellers are not paying change, they should be made to get down the bus. Is this true??

    We were carrying baby. He behaved without any humanity.
    Please respond to our pain by taking necessary actions immediately.

      Bengaluru to tumakuru road route ksrtc buses regularly going to basaveshwara satellite bus terminal, peenya, but there is no use for public, this is waste of time, waste of fuel, because no one get in or get down in that bus in terminal. It is strain for passengers, driver and conductor also.
      These buses are going only tc entry purpose so please check and stop buses going there bus stop from tumakuru main road.

        Today on 30th january i was travelling from mysuru to koppa, i noticed that many students were standing on the road for buses, but their was heavy rush in the bus so driver couldn't stop the bus. Students stopped the bus for a while and started quarreling. So sir/mam please send another 2 buses in k. R. Nagar to holenarasipura road. Students have to reach their college by time.
        I request u to reply to my message.

          It is regrettable to note that the bus fecility between channapatn and honnayakanahalli which hosts ranikittur channamma residential high schoolschool, morargidesai minority high school and government high schoolthere is no bus fecility between 11.50 am and 1.30 pm. This irregularity has to be set right by introducing schedules at least one bus for every half an hour to help students and customers

            Dear sir
            I have booked ticket from shimoga to vidyanagar jindal on 27-1-20. The bus was reaching shimoga at 1- 30am but still not reached. I called the conductor to ask the time. After 10 minutes bus reached the stand. Wen i came to get in the bus the conductor harshly told that why u people cal us and destroy our sleep... Is this kind of service you ksrtc servants serving.. If we are not supposed to cal then why you providing the no??? I believe you will take the action on him.

              I tried to book a ticket from bengaluru to hyderabad. I paid through phone. After the payment i got transaction successful message but ticket is not booked. Money got deducted. I already complained about this yesterday afternoon. Till now i haven't got a single message from their side regarding this.

              At least let me know the status of my complaint and resolve this fast.

                  Ksrtc bus limited stop state bank to puttur. Timings :6.10 evening. Bus reg no. Ka 21 f 0102. The bus conductor in an urgency left children's of family where as pickuped only two ladies of that family when travelling from statebank to puttur. Even after shouting he travelled and at another stop they get down. Please take action against conductors irresponsibility behaviour.

                    I traveled recently in Karnataka ksrtc bus, from ernakulam to Iritty. But my bus stop is after iritty, so I asked to conductor whether there is stop in Madathil or not. He want me to give Rs 30 extra from actual ticket to stop there. So I give hime the demanded rupees.
                    But when the bus reached in Madathil conductor didn’t here me, he acting like very cruel. He drop me in another stop, that’s very far from my location. That’s happened in 3AM in the morning and driver is smoking while driving. I didn’t get any vehicle and I afraid about thieves.
                    Please do the needful Sir. I am attaching the ticket copy along with this complaint.

                    Busses dont allow the students with student pass because they feel that the number of tickets collected could be less. They always blame on each other and dont allow students to either of the buses. They are very rude and the conductors doesn’t allow any people to enter and the bus remains in the bus stand for more than half an hour. This was done in majestic in evening. They should understand that we have the right to trvel in the buses too.

                      My brother had booked a ticket from lingusgur to bangalore @lingusgur ksrtc counter (21st jan 2020 09.15 pm bus), he had lost the ticket printout but had the m-ticket with me. Before boarding the bus (15 mins) when to spoke to the person of in-charge at the ksrtc counter and the bus conductor both said that we have to pay again and book ticket for the same seat since there is no other option. Where as we have an option of guest user to login and take another print by giving the pnr number, this option was not known to the person of in-charge at the counter nor the conductor. Kindly refund 740 rs and please educate people properly so that they give correct guidance to the customer.

                      We understand that we asked them just 15 mins before departure, if we had got the right info at right time we would have logged in as guest user and got the print out by ourselves and it would have saved us 740 rs. It is important that the person of in-charge should guide the customer in the right way.

                      We need refund of 740 rs and please guide the customer in the right way.

                        On 18th january, the above mentioned bus almost hit my car in gonikoppa town as he was charging madly honking loudly inside the town.' the driver herein shown in the picture, drives very rashly, especially within the town limits, not taking care of other smaller vehicles and pedestrians. When we confronted him, he says thats how he will drive!
                        Request ksrtc to warn him before he kills some one!

                          The buses from kumbakonam to mysuru buses are not following the time and they are always late and not arriving at the proper time if we call for the information to the contact provided all of them are responding and telling not to contact again and many of them are not picking up the phone calls and proper responding is not there from the driver team. Also if possible add few more buses from trichy so that it would be convenient.

                            I daily travel from double road bus stop to mysore bank circle bus stop in the morning, today[protected], the conductor in the bus i travelled didnt come and ask for ticket till 2 stops and later when he came, took the money and didnt issue me the ticket even after asking him.

                            In the evening i daily travel from corporation bus stop to double road bus stop after office. Majority of the conductors doesn't issue me the tickets since it is just 5 rs and 2 stops. Daily i have to ask them for tickets, still some conductors do not issue the same.

                            Because of the language difference i cant talk to them properly.

                            It should be the duty of the conductor to issue tickets irrespective of which stop it is and how much ever is the price of the ticket.

The number of buses are not only few, moreover none of the buses follow timing. Moreover there is an understanding between ksrtc bus employees and private bus owners, only after private bus goes ksrtc bus will come that too with a delay of more than half an hour.                                 Hi i'm abhishek, i booked a ticket from bangalore to kukke for 20th jan 2020 on 10th jan 2020 at 9:40 am. I have contacted the customer care and escalated the same. They said to book again and the amount will get refunded with in 7 days.
                                Again i tried to book the ticket on 13th jan 2020, but again amount got deducted but ticket not booked. Totally 1188 rs has got deducted from both the transaction. Please refund the amount so i can book again.

                                Requesting a immediate reply. If not i'll take necessary action through consumer court.

                                  We are booked our tickets to hubli from raichur for non ac sleeper journey date is on 12/1/2020, which was delayed for one hour at boarding point i. E raihur bus stand itself.. When enquired the same is under repair.. Delay replacement was not made. Nor detected earlier..
                                  Sitting in the bus stand with kid and family with full of mosquitoes.. Think this and do take proper action on the same. The same will be escalated to minister of road and transport state and central..

                                    Hi this is to inform you that,
                                    Yesterday night i had a journey between bangalore to mangalore in airavat multiaxle.
                                    But i had a bad experience with conductor that he behaved rudely while get off and that too luggage issue he didn't take it off myself i taken and it was damaged.
                                    He charged the bill of 140rs also.
                                    Since many years i have been travelling in ksrtc airavat vehicles and i didn't feel bad experience.
                                    All the service was good& safely.
                                    My request is please consider this review and take further action on coming

                                      Ksrtc bus route sigandur - chinthamani which is supposed to start from bus starting point sigandur at 7pm everyday. But on 11 jan 2020 when i wanted to come to banglore due to some emergency and reached sigandur bus stop by 6.45, i came to know that bus already left busstop by 6.15. My place is remote village, i traveled to busstop with lot of difficulties. And this kind of irresponsibility from bus driver is causing lot of trouble to local people. I request you to take strict action on bus driver or who ever is responsible and instruct all bus drivers to maintain the proper time.

                                        I am travelling to tiruvannamalai from bangalore had booked a bus pick up point from (Kmf crist university) at 2:45 pm. As i had not received with bus number or contact number had to call ksrtc helpline and got the number.. To confirm on the pickup and bus had call conductor and enquiry.. Conductor by named ram mohan phone number[protected] was very rude and said will be little late due to traffic at 2:45 pm, and next call to him was at 3:15pm spoke very harsh and rudely says can't u wait we are struck at traffic and stand there only untill i come and disconnected then phone.. I was with my wife and 8yrs kid standing on the road for 1 1/2 hr. At last i boarded the bus at 4 pm. Was about to shout on him on his way of talk to passengers.. As soon i get into the bus saw him fighting with other passenger and this went on with every passenger who got into the bus later.. Really very bad behavior and worst conductor i ever saw till date..
