I am an elderly person and new to the city. I enquired the conductor to guide me to get down at hal then his reply was very rude. He was telling... Do you think this bus is your own go and sit. I asked to sit next to him which is vacant but he doesn’t have the manners but told me to go back and sit. His body language verbal language is very rude. Please correct him if possible.
Worst conductor and bus driver behaviour using abusive words to the lady passenger specially

    I have booked a bus ticket from GULBARGA to SHIMOGGA on 22.12.2019.While online booking the seat number was 15 (which is a window seat as shown in the seat layout), but while boarding the seat number 15 was not a window seat.This caused the inconvenience/discomfort in the journey.Bus No:F2461, PNR No:H80754677.Trip code:1601GLBCKM.

      I returned from thiruvananthapuram and alighted at thrissur rly station at about 0130 am on 15-12-19 and reached ksrtc bus stand to catch a bus to go to pudukkad. Driver of super fast bus bearing regn no. Kl-15 - 515 started the bus and was about to move out. Learning that the bus is to proceed towards south, i tapped on the automatic door to signify the driver to open it. The passengers sitting in the front side also pleaded the driver to open the door for me to let me enter the bus. Unfortunately he was found very adamant and stubborn to take away the bus, without opening the door. This happened when there were a number seats vacant in the bus. Kindly initiate necessary steps to change the attitude of such staff members by motivation or by punitive action.

        I had boarded ksrtc airavatha bus on 19/12/2019 from udupi ksrtc bus stand to bangalore. The bus registration number bearing ka 57 f 1717. The ticket amount was rs. 870 towards my journey to bangalore. I had given rs. 1000 and the bus conductor (I don't know his name) told me that he would give me the balance change rs.130 later and i agreed to that. Even though i had remained him about the balance change of rs. 130 he tried avoiding and said he would give it later but at the end reaching to bangalore station i forgot to collect my changes. It seems like the conductor was deliberately delaying returning the change.
        Please help me getting back my rs. 130 at the earliest as its my hard earned money and i will not give up easily!

        I'm from Bnagalore. I'm start the journey at Bnagalore to Belur. So when get down come driver will apply the clutch and bus will goo very slowly so that I missed another bus from belur.           To whosoever it may concern,
          I tried booking ticket in ksrtc.in from Bangalore airport to Mysore and I was taken through phone pay as payment option where 801 rupees was deducted but seat is not booked. I didn't receive an confirmation/failure message on booking but money was deducted. To check on this, i called the customer care, took the number from ksrtc portal. i was kept waiting for more than 15min in the call to be answered by any customer care executive but my call was not taken by anyone in customer care. i could not find any way to reach out to ksrtc to get my money refunded. I want my money refunded. OB reference number of failure booking is
          OB41150368 . Also I'm attaching screenshot of payment details for your reference, kindly do the needful.

            I was travelling by my private car on 14 december 2019 from vijaypur to solapur and faced rash driving (Road rage) from bus ka 16 f 0029. His driving was careless and was taking full risk while overtaking. He even was about to hit my car from behind. He misbehaved with me as well when he stepped out of bus and started abusing me. Please take actions against careless driving. Thank you.
            The Non stop bus from Hassan to banglore at 5:00 PM is always of wrong seat layout. The layout during reservation is always different from the bus sent causing lot of inconvenience to the reserved passengers.

                I had booked tirupathi-kalahasthi package through ksrtc website in which there was an option to book for kstdc package.
                Trip was cancelled by kstdc since there was no minimum number of passengers for the trip scheduled on nov16.
                Its been almost one monthe they have not issued refund whenever i call them they are saying its processing but still i haven't received the amount 7700

                After calling n number of times and emailing them there is no response from ksrtc or kstdc.

                  I traveled from nagamangala to bangalore jalahalli cross vide t no.019289 dtd.10.12.19, bus no ka11f0106
                  The conductor not issue ticket with respect to above id issued by ksrtc, but conductor issued ticket to some body is., id no.8542.
                  I asked the conductor to issue ticket to my id no. They refused to issue,
                  So give proper instruction to the conductor & make a copy to me
                  Conductor making money while molepractising by way of issue ticket
                  I have booked ticket in KSRTC bus and OB status Failed and amount deducted from account OB no is OB41043895. May I know when the amount will get refund.
                  Please help to get the amount refund. Thanks.

                    I had booked a bus from tirupathi to bengaluru on dec 7th 2019.

                    Due to traffic jam near tirupathi bus stand i could not reach on time and was delayed by 15 mins. My schedule reporting time was 18:15 but i reached 18:40. I requested the driver to wait, unfortunately he was abusive and did not wait for picking up the passenger.

                    I understand that i was not on time but being abusive is not acceptable. Also, i'm a regular traveller in ksrtc bus from hubballi to bengaluru and vice-versa.in many cases, i have seen passenger coming late and we waited for him to board the bus.

                    It is really unacceptable to not wait for devotees who visit spiritual places like tirupathi and shirdi and are delayed by unforeseen circumstances.

                    I would like you to take corrective action against the conductor and also request you to refund my bus fare.
                    Scamster by name rajshekhar called me from [protected], saying he is from KSRTC and tried to get my details of card using cvv. Be-careful of such scamster as they are reading our consumer complaint and getting our registered mobile number.
                    The driver of non stop bus from Bangalore to mysore dropped us all of 12 passengers after crossing mandya district. In highway he started stopping many other buses and asked them to take us without a reason. Also Forced us to get into other bus creating much havoc & problem

                      It's bus no. Ka19 f3208, i boarded bus at tiptur on 8/dec/2019 at 7:30pm to gubbi. The conductor having more than sufficient change in his hand but he is not giving change back to passengers, he is looting from all passengers, for me he is not given rs.5 change but he is having handful of change. He is fully corrupted and looting public. Please check the chart which conductor is on duty on above mentioned date&time and please take strict action on him and please make cash less transactions in ksrtc&bmtc buses. Hope you take action as soon as possible

                        I mithunkumar s have tried to book ticket with
                        Transaction reference number[protected]
                        &
                        Ob. Ref. No. Ob39078954
                        On 05th september 2019.

                        The seats are unconfirmed but the amount of 950 ₹ got deducted from the bank account.
                        Bank support team has confirmed (Via email) that the amount is successfully deposited into the ksrtc account (Photos of the email attached).
                        But, ksrtc support team is telling that they have not received any amount (Refusing to send email for the same) & are not refunding the amount.

                        It's been 2 months since the amount got deducted and i didn't get the refund yet.

                        Please help me to get the resolution.

                          I wanted to report of rash driving of ksrtc bus of number ka57f1617 on date 1st december 2019 near chittor bypass. The road is under construction and narrow, there is no scope for overtaking. But your driver is doing very seriously rash driving and it's a very narrow escape from accident. I have followed the bus for 2 kms and all through the way he was very rash. Please take feedback from passengers of the bus as well. Within those 2kms he was about to do 3 or 4 accidnets. Every one on the raod was scolding your driver. I got respect towards ksrtc and i am a regular user of your services for long travels like pune.

                          I had canceled my booked ksrtc bus tickets for the 22/11/19 but couldn’t receive the refund, wit the amount of Rs.1713 wit Trip Code 2158BMGPOC and PNR no J80082563.i tried calling ksrtc and they told it’ll be sended but it’s like more than 10 days I haven’t received the refund ..!hope u see Upto this matter !

                          The early morning bus (4Am) from Chitradurga to Mysore has been irregular and causing problem to commuters. Please look into this problem and do needful.

                            I tried to book ticket from ksrctc website. The money 391 got debited from account but the website showed transaction error. I want a refund of this money and my ticket also didn't get booked. My ob reference number of failed transaction is ob40796344. I want a refund for this amount as soon as possible. The website holds no record of failed transaction this is disappointing.

                              The ksrtc bus driver didnt stop the bus on the the main bus stop in assaigoli, mudipi, mangalore, as he was overdriving other private bus and told us people (Who were in the bus stop) with a sign to hog on to that private bus! Everyone in that bus stand were pissed including me. And the worst scenario, i was late for my certain something. Very disappointed on ksrtc people and this isn't the first time this happening which is why i wanted to register this complain.

                                While travelling from dasana koppalu to salgame took rs 10/- as a bus ticket and gave me a ticket of other passenger who get down near aladahalli but having ticket for salgame and kept my money in her pocket this happened on 29th nov 2019, 09:46 am asked for new ticket she was fighting new ticket only by wrongly entered from hassan to salgame... Ksrtc bus belongs to hassan depot bus number ka 13 f 1914, lady conductor her name bhagya.
                                This is happening on regular basis, other passengers also shared same with me... Kindly take necessary action. For ur reference photo of lady conducter is added.

                                    Sir,
                                    I am Shivasharanappa, I booked a ticket, for journey date 27/11/2019, from Mumbai to Kalaburagi boarding time 1600hrs at Mumbai and arrival time will be 0455hrs on next day.
                                    I have to attend an important work on 28/11/2019, I thought it's better to travel by government enterprise bus service, but it's an worst experience that the bus is operated like an city bus and not maintaining any given time schedule.
                                    I requested the driver Mr. Mohamed Gouse sab, who is operating the bus to please maintain the time. His feedback was very worst and he quaralled with me .
                                    But after hard talk by driver, it is understood that daily it will be operated in this fashion only.
                                    Necessary action to be taken in this regard and compansation should be given to passengers, for wasting thier valuable time.
                                    And also proper training to be given to driver, how to behave with fellow passengers.
                                    Hope necessary action will be taken in this regard

                                      I am hariharan from bangalore, i booked a ticket today at 6:16 am from shanthi nagar to gudalur for a business trip. I almost paid 5 times and the amount got deducted, however, the online ticket was not generated due to which i lost my huge amount.

                                        I boarded bus in the kr puram bus stop towards to kolar, conductor had collected rs, 67 instead of 52 and arguing with passengers like there is no kr puram stage included, tickets will starts from majestic only.

                                        This is regarding uniformity of Bus fare. Some of the buses charged Rs 51 for Hiriyur to Chitradurga. Example Koppal depo Bus which is arrived at 700 AM.Bengaluru to Yalburga. Most of the Depo Buses charged only 50
                                        Concerned competent authority to do needful action for uniformity Bus fare.
                                        We have student bus pass but many buses which allows passes are not stopping in our stop.we are not able to reach our destinations
