Ksrtc bus route sigandur - chinthamani which is supposed to start from bus starting point sigandur at 7pm everyday. But on 11 jan 2020 when i wanted to come to banglore due to some emergency and reached sigandur bus stop by 6.45, i came to know that bus already left busstop by 6.15. My place is remote village, i traveled to busstop with lot of difficulties. And this kind of irresponsibility from bus driver is causing lot of trouble to local people. I request you to take strict action on bus driver or who ever is responsible and instruct all bus drivers to maintain the proper time.

    I am travelling to tiruvannamalai from bangalore had booked a bus pick up point from (Kmf crist university) at 2:45 pm. As i had not received with bus number or contact number had to call ksrtc helpline and got the number.. To confirm on the pickup and bus had call conductor and enquiry.. Conductor by named ram mohan phone number[protected] was very rude and said will be little late due to traffic at 2:45 pm, and next call to him was at 3:15pm spoke very harsh and rudely says can't u wait we are struck at traffic and stand there only untill i come and disconnected then phone.. I was with my wife and 8yrs kid standing on the road for 1 1/2 hr. At last i boarded the bus at 4 pm. Was about to shout on him on his way of talk to passengers.. As soon i get into the bus saw him fighting with other passenger and this went on with every passenger who got into the bus later.. Really very bad behavior and worst conductor i ever saw till date..

      On the way to kr nagar, ksrtc bus ka09f5182, hit our car, our window mirror cover came out.. Though it was a minor accident, the behaviour of driver and conductor was bad. Inspite of their mistake they kept on arguing. Since there was a language barrier they took maximum advantage. Few people who passed by reqested us to leave the matter saying it will cost you only rs 1000, leave the matter. The issue is not just about money. The bus was going at overspeed, forget about compensating us, instead they asked us to register complaint at nearest police station knowing that we were from kerala. Iam also a public servant. These people think that they work in govt service so nothing can happen to them. I kindly request you to give them atleast a warning for this highly irresponsible and rude behaviour. If not resolved at your end, this issue will be escalated further.

        We are the daily passengers between tumkur and jalahalli cross for the office purpose we are facing a difficulty where the buses from tumkur depot and other depot are stopping for coffee/tea at some unofficial ksrtc stop between tumkur and dabaspet (Siddaganga idli hotel) no passangers are benefitted with this stop since they will be reaching their destination (Bengaluru) within a half an hr time. Officials are getting late to their offices due to this unwanted stop, since even we cant takeup tumkur-benglur flyover buses since they wil not go to jalahalli cross we are purely depending on these route. The concerned authority to release strict orders not to stop any buses over there. Please do the needful.

          From bengaluru to gulbarga morning we don't have any proper buses like suhas or any other comfortable buses. For other we have luxurious buses why can't with in our state, morning so many people are traveling from traveling from bengaluru to gulbarga like other citys, why can't we have at least one classic bus. There is no booking also, at least one bus suhas or other bus people can travel comfortably

            This is about the bus ka13f-2241 (Hasaan depot) which comes to kukke subramanya bus stop at 12.30 pm.. When we asked where the bus is going now.. Driver shantappa or. Whatever his name is and conductor asks who asked to climb the bus.. Conductor also says dont get inside the bus.. By the way who r these ksrtc ppl to ask us this question.. Does he own the bus.. U ppl ride bus for us.. Not for your self.. So have basic respect to talk to ppl.. Pathetic and 3rd class people..

              Today i. 3rd january travelled from konanur to hassan and i have carried 24" tv, for that conductor charged 2 units luggage charge but in your website it shows max 1unit for 25 ltr box, but my box not that much, at tv unit box itself they specified 20ltr capacity and 4.5 kg. For asking that conductor was behaved rude and collected 2units charge. I request you to train your staffs about there behaviour and company rules.
              Before this i arrive from konanur is different bus but this bus conductor didn't ask laguage money and this bus was had starting issues so we all passengers claim another bus from arakalgud

                I have booked the seat number 16 which is a double seat. As a single lady while travelling from raichur to hyderabad. Conductor has allocated the seat beside me to a male which is offline booking!! And when i asked for my seat he behaved very rude and joining him was the bus driver shouting at me!! This is really annoying for any single lady travelling!! I expect the strict action against them!!! They cannot do this to anyone single lady travelling. And pleas note my travel time was 12 am and i had no other option to choose as alternative!!! I expect and trust you to take some measures against them so that no one else faces this in future!!                     During my travel from hubli to mumbai, i experienced the worst.
                    After 2 hours of my journey, i found bed bugs all over my seat.
                    When i put this to the notice of the driver, and staff in the bus they conveniently ignored by saying the pest control has recently been done.

                    He just did not agree to even stop at a medical store to pick up a repellant spray so that my family can atleast spend the night journey to reach mumbai.

                    In my route bus of Athani depo not running bus properly morning 8 o clock bus and evening bus at o clock 5 and 6 o clock and 6.30 clock.citizens of kottalagi and kakamari, kohalli all r depends on above time bus, since bi election this route no proper bus if we ask in depo manager there is no proper respose .
                    Ka 17 f 1788 bus is special bus non stop bus from harihar to Bangalore but driver is stopping every bus stop I don't know whom is cheating and fooling those passengers.

                      We were travelling to mysore by ksrtc bus ka09f5140, since for few of the seats it was written as reserved for ladies. I told conductor to help me get the seat for my mother, share most of the men were sitting in all the reserved seats. Conductor did not listen to my words and rude.                       The lady conductor gave ticket for me in double charge and she didn't give the balance money and bad behaviour in front of another passengers.
                      Today (02/01/2020) I saw this bus driver driving so dangerously, many accidents missed by a hair line margin.

                      Not sure if he was drunk or stoned.. Pls address this issue ASAP. Otherwise, for sure something will go horribly wrong. Bus route seems to be between Mysore to Shimoga. I saw this bus near tarikere at around 11 o clock.

                        As, i have mentioned above.
                        Dear, sir /madam the bus number ka-57-f-357.
                        From trinalaur to bangalore.
                        Iravatha bus these driver and coducutor are not parking at a good hotels.
                        So please say them to park at a good hotel. Main thing is we want to care the ksrtc to the top level by being the banglore citizen. But these plp are not following these conditions.

                          Hi,

                          I'm complaining against bus (328h).in kannamangala bus stop at 12:20pm on 27th december, bus is travelling from hoskata to attibele.

                          My complaint is that bus is not stopped in kannamangala bus stop at 12:20pm. Driver is seeing me in standing in bus stop but he is not stopped and traveling very fast.

                          Please take action against him or let me know the reason for that.

                              Hi,

                              Myself a resident of Mudigere (Tq), Chikmagalur (Dist). I am working in Bangalore hence I used to travel Bangalore to Mudigere often by KSRTC.

                              Every time I used to travel I found many cockroaches in all the buses, it is very irritating and disgusting to travel. Requesting you to maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

                              Reverting back and rectification is highly appreciated.

                                I am an elderly person and new to the city. I enquired the conductor to guide me to get down at hal then his reply was very rude. He was telling... Do you think this bus is your own go and sit. I asked to sit next to him which is vacant but he doesn’t have the manners but told me to go back and sit. His body language verbal language is very rude. Please correct him if possible.

                                    I returned from thiruvananthapuram and alighted at thrissur rly station at about 0130 am on 15-12-19 and reached ksrtc bus stand to catch a bus to go to pudukkad. Driver of super fast bus bearing regn no. Kl-15 - 515 started the bus and was about to move out. Learning that the bus is to proceed towards south, i tapped on the automatic door to signify the driver to open it. The passengers sitting in the front side also pleaded the driver to open the door for me to let me enter the bus. Unfortunately he was found very adamant and stubborn to take away the bus, without opening the door. This happened when there were a number seats vacant in the bus. Kindly initiate necessary steps to change the attitude of such staff members by motivation or by punitive action.

                                      I had boarded ksrtc airavatha bus on 19/12/2019 from udupi ksrtc bus stand to bangalore. The bus registration number bearing ka 57 f 1717. The ticket amount was rs. 870 towards my journey to bangalore. I had given rs. 1000 and the bus conductor (I don't know his name) told me that he would give me the balance change rs.130 later and i agreed to that. Even though i had remained him about the balance change of rs. 130 he tried avoiding and said he would give it later but at the end reaching to bangalore station i forgot to collect my changes. It seems like the conductor was deliberately delaying returning the change.
                                      Please help me getting back my rs. 130 at the earliest as its my hard earned money and i will not give up easily!

                                      I'm from Bnagalore. I'm start the journey at Bnagalore to Belur. So when get down come driver will apply the clutch and bus will goo very slowly so that I missed another bus from belur. So can you please take a action on this bus driver and conductor it's a chikamangalore bus depot. Bus no - KA18 F877

                                        To whosoever it may concern,
                                        I tried booking ticket in ksrtc.in from Bangalore airport to Mysore and I was taken through phone pay as payment option where 801 rupees was deducted but seat is not booked. I didn't receive an confirmation/failure message on booking but money was deducted. To check on this, i called the customer care, took the number from ksrtc portal. i was kept waiting for more than 15min in the call to be answered by any customer care executive but my call was not taken by anyone in customer care. i could not find any way to reach out to ksrtc to get my money refunded. I want my money refunded. OB reference number of failure booking is
                                        OB41150368 . Also I'm attaching screenshot of payment details for your reference, kindly do the needful.
