I travelled from hubli to bangalore on 24.11.2019 by rajahamsa ka25 f 3051. The bus was in pathetic condition suspension system was fully gone and driver was arrogant. He was not at all bothered.in smooth roads he used to drive slowly and in bad road condition he drive with full speed the back seaters especially elders complained him more than 15 times slowly at least during humps go slow. He didn't listen that. Finally he drive so slowly. I reached 2.5 hr late majestic that is at 7:15 than original arrival of 4:45am. I am fan of our ksrtc buses felt very bad in this tavel

    I had booked a bus from hassan to bangalore. The bus number is f799. Trip code is 1201ckmbng. It was airavat club class.
    1. The first seat do not have a proper handle.
    2. The bus got into trouble from kunigal and moved at 20kmph speed.
    3. This is the same bus i am travelling for the second time and it is high time that ksrtc does proper servicing
    4. I had booked a flight at 7.30 p. M. The bus was supposed to reach at 5.15. But it was still at kunigal at 5.00
    5. And there are no proper services for the bus.
    6. The seats had got rusted and the movement of the seats were very tight.

      In virajpet bus depot yesterday (22 nov 2019) afternoon at 12:45 that is bus route of virajpet to chikamangaluru i went to climb the bus then conductor standing in bus steps pushed me outside nd by holding the door he said that no passes are allowed so i agreed to pay bus fare but again he didn't allow me to climb the bus nd he used varglur words nd so i kindly request you to take some action towards him plzz

      Many KSRTC BUSES which r going from bangalore to Tirupati are not passing through VIa" CHiTTOOR TOWN". they are grup and down trip r via OUT OF CHITTOOR TOWN.all passenger's in chittoor town effect this problem. please take necessary action sir. Thanking you. Yours obediently CHITTOOR TOWN.

        Hello sir/madam i booked airavata from bangalore to tirupathi at 10.00 am from majestic, it has been clearly shown the upades about at the arrival time about 2pm to 3 p. M. But the driver has diverted the bus to a village to his any luggage buisness and even running the bus according to his timing, today in this bus most passenger got upset along with me, i asked him to go at least the minimum speed but he rashly telling me to give complaint, now i get down from the bus and travelling from delux ksrtc now, plz take this complaint seriously bcoz i came to know that the conductor is also not happy with that driver even he is scolding him.

          This incident happened with me on 18 nov 2019 at 3.20 pm near bhatrahalli signal. Many traffic police were standing near the signal. This ka-07f-1737 bus came from wrong side and dashed into my car which was standing in the correct lane and damaged my car. Instead of taking action against this bus, collecting the dl of the driver the traffic police allowed this bus to go
          I have booked one bus on 10th of November from ERNAKULAM to Mysore and it got cancelled. I did not receive the refund till now. It have been more than 2 weeks. I will sent u the screen shot of one number. And I have booked a bus on 17th November from ERNAKULAM to Mysore and the bus got breakdown on ERNAKULAM and I didn't get refund
          I travelled from kolar to Bangalore in[protected], Ticket taken15:44 pm, I taken ticket at correct amount...But conductor asked me extra 50rs to give passengers change and promised to return the amount while arriving junction...but he forgotten, I also gone...so please verify it and return my money...BUS NO :KA 07-F1742

              Windows of the seat no l11 and l12 of ac bus is broken informed to conductor of the bus he is not helping and not listening to customer queries.
              Conductor behaviour is very rude towards the passengers.

                We students with student bus passes have been facing a lot of problems because of the buses and bus drivers as they are not stopping the busses in the given stops... We bought the student passes so we can travel with ease... But the drivers and conductors are not stopping purposefully as they don't get tickets from us... It is a large scale problem and hundreds of students are suffering from this... Please look into this and take necessary action to see that the problem is rectified... This problem is most seen between banglore and kanakapura busses

                  We are persuing our btech at jain university near jakkasandra post, kanakpura taluk many people of our college are traveling by ksrtc bus, many buses of ksrtc were not stopping at our requested stops many o[censored]s are facing severe problem with this by missing the colleges... And ksrtc conductors not even cares us because of we are student pass holders its really disgusting...

                    I was traveling from whitefield to marthalli..in ka57
                    F633.. I am very new to bangalore.. I thought it's private bus so no need of tickets.. But i saw him giving tickets to others.. Upon asking for tickets the conductor shouted at me and said no ticket i have given check.. His behaviors was very rude and he keep on filling up the bus.. Upon requesting also he did not gave me the tickets and as it was so embarrassing that's why i as well left it and did not asked for it.

                      This is to inform you that in evening while going from thandya industrial area we will walk upto paper mill and wait for bus, for the past 10 days no buses from nanjangud towards mysore bus not stopping we have informed incharge at nanjangud he informed us to notedown the number of bus which are not stopping, please help us to make the buses stop in the bus stop and it will be convenient for the commuters to get the bus in time.

                        Hyderabad to bangalore bus did not stop and come inside jedcherla bus stop even though the boarding point is jedcherla bus stop.. And they charge full amount from hyd.. And bus is always late and the tell us to wait near flyover in night, we have to wait with family near flyover even though we have bus stop. Which is very bad service by ksrtc... Please take action and resolve this issue.

                          The bangalore to kanakapura busses, kalasipalya to kollegal and malavalli busses... Don't not give us stop at jain college. Even after the harohalli station head order them to.. Pls drag a solution for this problem soon as possible.. We can't waste our time getting down at harohalli and waiting for auto to move.. As we will get late for our classes (Ksrtc busses)

                          As we are ksrtc bus pass holders, we have given till our college(i.e yadavanalli stop I guess), and that means every ksrtc bus going through must and should stop.. Hoping will ensure a good solution. Not tempting to make a big issue

                            This is to bring to your attention that below said bus was in pathetic condition. The bus was very very old, dirty seats, semi sleeper seats not working, bus having very dangerous engine noise. No curtains, bad tyres. No side mirrors. Who would be responsible if something goes wrong. All the passenger are very unhappy about this. Please contact the depo manager ask him what was the reason he gave bus so bad in condition for the night journey. Please refund my amount and also for all the passengers and also please take strict action on depo manager.

                              Yesterday (16/10/19) we booked a bus a wide the onr number j80089705 thrissur-thiruvananthapuram boarding time @ 1:15 am.
                              The bus had met with a breakdown so we had to look for another medium to reach the destination before 8:00 am in order to attend a job interview.
                              So i request you to remit the refund of rs 1126 as soon as possible

                                I boarded ksrtc bus in kr puram to hoskote which cost 17 rs but the conductor asking to buy ticket from majestic to hoskote which cost 35. He gave stop in krpuram which implies public can get in. I daily travel in same route and daily i pay same 17 rs. But today he took money and dint issue ticket on top that
                                Rudely behaved with women.

                                  We travel from Davangere to Harihara daily. I agree if I traveled in non state bus..but
                                  Bus from davngeere to Shimoga Won't allow student pass and ask us get a ticket..
                                  We have taken bus for that only not to pay daily.
                                  Every buses in this route won't tell tell anything Few conductors rush on us..
                                  Sometimes they rudely talk to female also.
                                  Bus pass are taken by paying 1000 rps being general category one.
                                  Then also Why should we pay for state buses within limits of 60km...
                                  It's not fair.
                                  Not only me many are suffering from this..
                                  Conductors won't allow to sit sometimes if we show pass they will be like you are having pass na then stand...Only Ticket paid passenger are allowed to sit..
                                  We are also human and we paid for what is our right too..
                                  Then who are to talk rudely in front of everyone to insult students..

                                  If such things happen again we won't tolerate and will complaint in PM's complaint box...
                                  Please remember To alive such things student are suffering when they show pass...

                                    Bus from chittoor (Ap) to bengaluru
                                    Bus last stop or one of the stop should be majestic bus stand but conductor stopped in between near ton factory and started saying as last stop which was not communicated while boarding the bus. It was my mother and other co passenger who experienced unfortunately she couldn't get his name. Any how ticket attached. Expecting for sincere action.

                                      I travelled to bangalore (Huskur gate) from chennai koyambedu on 12/11/2019 at 12.00am in ksrtc ac bus seating. I carried laptop bag and placed in top area above my seat number 11. While getting down, my bag was there but laptop alone missing. Bus number is 075332. So i want to complaint for that and please take action to get my laptop. I attached the ticket for your reference. I didn't booked i boarded direct bus from bus stand. Please do the needful.

                                        Travelled from Chennai koyambedu to Bangalore in AC volvo ksrtc bus on 12/11/2019 at 12.00 AM. Before getting in to the bus laptop was there in bag. But while getting down bag was there with laptop missing. Bag was placed in top. Everything was closed and everything was inside bus expect laptop. Please do the needful.
