I have travelled kottayam to neerpara vide bus ticket no.180512 dated 11/11/19 at 19.20 and the bus has reached my stop at 9 o clock night.
I request conductor to stop the vehicle for get down. Unfurnatuly conductor hesitate to give signal for stop the3 vehicle. This kind of customer aragant step against ordinary public not get along with ksrtc survivel.

    Worst experience ever i had in my life!!

    Am a frequent traveler to and fro to the above mentioned location via private buses and occasionally travel via ksrtc. It was tuesday night 11 pm at hubli old bus stand i showed my govt id and was let into bus. Once i got in bus i see a male passenger sitting on seat beside mine which was female seat and when asked him he said he could book seat as male passenger and booked it. Then i went to conductor explaining the situation, he made me stand in bus for some 10-15 min waiting for him so that he can make some adjustment. A alone girl in the night around 11 pm i was okay with this, though there was system mistake which shouldn't have allowed a male to book a seat beside female. I was waiting for conductor to make that adjustment, and bus started moving while i was standing. He started making adjustment with people in front and he couldn’t make it. Finally he asked me to sit beside a male passenger and travel overnight even though my booking was female seat booking and i had no mistake from my side. The bus started moving and conductor was forcing me to sit beside male and travel and i continuously denied. Finally he asked whether you will travel or no i said not like this travel sitting beside male. He asked me to get out of bus, kind of insulted in front of many people in bus and he got down of bus and went and cancelled my ticket. I had no option left to get down, a alone girl in bus stand at 11:15- 20 p. M. I lost my money i missed my meeting the next day and it was all a messed up situation.

    Whosoever this is let me know how will you fix this? I don't want any girl to face this anytime..

      I was entering the ksrtc bus traveling from rampura to bellary, karnataka mid night around 11:34 clock while i'm entering bus without singal from ticket collecter bus driver started the vehicle and my one step was in bus another step at down and i was carrying two bags due to driver negligence i was above to fall down but with difficulty i struggle d three min later bus driver started the bus and i asked about this to ticket collecter about this he spoke which is not at all relevant and he orders me to get down the bus without giving respect to passenger i deeply consent for this because this should not happen to others
      I request ksrtc to take inquiry and action

        I booked a bus ticket to Hyderabad. The ticket did hit get booked however the money got deducted. No payment or refund has been made since then
        Oh reference No: OB40083371
        The money was debited from the account but the seat was not booked but later it said if money is deducted will be credited within a week it's been a month since then but no credit has happened ..1414/- was the amount deducted from account
        I had booked ticket on 7/11/19 for my journey on 14/11/19 from Bangalore to Kannur but transaction failed and amount debited from my SBI credit card. Amount not yet refunded even after 7 days OB5223841/3861

          I m travelling this route since years but the buses provided are of very low class.. But fare is the same. Fare increases during weekends and during festivals. No complaints regarding fares but please do change the buses or at least maintain them... Bus no 1229 is dirty, smelly, cockroaches are also der. I think it's not cleaned since years.
          There is a airavat bus bangalore gokarna route. That is even hell.. Ac is worst, I myself acquired throat infection.
          I know this will be ignored and nothing will be changed.
          As the ppl are busy filling their pockets.

          Pathetic situation.

            Sir,
            I am daily travelling from ettumanoor to mvattupuzha as i am working near muvattupuzha. We, the regular passengers are facing difficulties for more than 2 months after the rescheduling of superfast buses since this route the only ksrtc services are avilable. It is understood from the media news that super fast buses will not be there for shorter distances and instead fast passenger services will be there between destinations like kottayam to muvattupuzha. But we are facing difficulties since 3 fast passengers operating between 8.15 am to 8.45 am were discontinued and there is not a single fast passenger bus from ettumanoor to muvattupuzha during this time. Normally it is the peak time and there is an average delay of 20-25 minutes between super fast buses from 8.20 am to 9 am.
            Today on 7/11/2019 a superfast bus (To sulathan bateri) which reached ettumanoor bus bay (At town stop after ksrtc bus stand) at 8.20 am and not stopped even though there was not much passengers in the bus. I request you to provide a fast passenger bus around 8.30 am on behalf of the daily passengers who are suffering lot of difficulties during these days.

              Bus no ka 17 f1372 karnataka vaibhava this bus not good enough for traveling it's making heavy sound during traveling please remove this bus, i have travelled two to three times can't able to sit in the bus, i got heavy head ache, if some patients are travelling means what they can do they can't able to change the bus, if we want again we have to pay the charges,,
              Scoding kids for crying and driving very slowly to cancel their return trip to puducherry.behaving worst both driver and conductor .stopped the bus and scolding kids for crying.that too passgner are very less not disturbed them .

                Me and my wife are regular travelers by your ac buses from udupi to mangalore. The bus fare in your red bus is rs.179/- and the white bus is rs.183/- for two passengers.
                We travel around 7 to 8 times in a month to mangalore and every time the ticket is booked the conductor does not return re.1/- or rs.2/- due to shortage of change they say.
                What i suggest is fixed the bus fare to a rounded figure like 180/- or 185/- or say 175/- or 180/- resp. The amount which is paid short to us is actually unaccounted for, thus please change this as suggested.

                  Respected sir/madam
                  We the students of jain university - school of engineering and technology residing in raghuvanahalli and nearby area are facing an very important issue about our commute to our college through you ksrtc bus services, the issue is that these buses won't give a stop for raghuvanahalli as soon as they see us young students indicating for a stop, this incident is happening every day since last 2 month, and the same is happening near our college which is located on kanakpura road, ahead of harohalli,
                  The main purpose of provide a student pass from the government was to provide better transportation for the students residing far from there colleges and motivate students to get quality education no matter how far the college might be, if your buses won't stop for us then they are failing this sole moto of the government,
                  This impacts during our exams when we get late and miss those important lectures, and the behavior of some ticket collectors is very rude with the students as they will not get extra bonus for the passengers which would have come instead o[censored]s students,
                  From both point that is raghuvanahalli to jain university and vice versa, the buses won't stop,

                  Today's incident, the buses came from kanakpura and dropped someone in front of our college, but did not allow us students to board the bus and drove away, a girl would have lost her legs in this incident, this irresponsible driver have no concerns.
                  So i request you to please take firm decision on this issue as many students rely on your ksrtc bus services.

                    Hi, i am traveling in ka38f2072, we have booked h79883321, pnrh79883275 we are 7people traveling hyderabad to bangalore on 03/11/2019, when we reached to bus station to our surprise conductor had already made someother people to sit in our reserved seats, we have requested to give us our seats he has abruptly shouted on us and told u complaint ksrtc i can't help, conductor like him spoiling ksrtc name...
                    This complaint related to Ballari bustand Reservation counter where as lunch break is till 1:30 to 2:30 but the time is now 3:30 not opened counter still I need proper reason bcz we will be busy with other works we cant com n go all the Time as they wish

                      We are traveling from belgur to bangalore on 4th nov bus no ka06f0684. Started from afternoon 2.30 and we reached 8pm majestic. The problem is the driver and conductor not given 5 mints break for washroom also.. And when we asked he is not ready to give break... This is stupidity and don't have simple commonsense.. He should have give atleast 10 mints break for washroom... So children's and women's can go for washroooms.. Please take actions to them

                        Me and my mother travelling from mandyakoppal to mandya in bus number ka11f0182 around afternoon 2.15pm. After a while there was war of words started between conductor and a village women about 65 years of age for not giving proper change of rs50.in this arguments women was cursing the conductor saying he has not given 50rs change and accused that he kept on saying he will give in next stop. All of a sudden the conductor raised hand on this women. Me and my mother condemned this act questioned how can raise his hand on a women. Just because we supported that lady on both driver and conductor started raising their voice on us and threatened to stop the bus. We don't know whose fault it was whether the women or conductor. Whatever the dispute may be between the conductor and passenger on change matter he has no right to lift his hand on a women and driver can't stop the bus in middle and threaten women passengers in such a way.

                          Ticket were not booked but the amount rs.900 got deducted from bank. I immediately contacted the customer care, they told me that the refund will be done in 7 working days but it's been more than 4 weeks now.
                          I have contacted the customer care many times, written email to [email protected] and [protected]@ksrtc.org but they all seem incompetent.
                          It's a shame that ksrtc is scamming people like this.

                                Today nov 1st we travelling in airavat club class from banglore to tirupati, conductor played 1st kannada movie after rest point @ nandi garden he started telugu movie instead of kannada movie. As this is karnataka bus they should play kannada movie not the telugu movie.. We never seen any visa versa in other state transportation buses. We should respect our kannada movie that also we work for karanata. A

                                  When i was travelling from hebbal to vijayapura today (30th october), conductor dint even get up from seat and dint come to issue the ticket. Checking people got into the bus in yelahanka and issued fine to the passenger (Me) for not asking ticket. How this government employees works is really pathetic towards public. Really this is the worst service providing to public. Give proper training to the conductors on how to perform their duty.. Otherwise public has to suffer by paying money without any reason.

                                      Why all scrap busses are being run on this route? Sometimes drivers struggle with undermaintained busses, for example brakes are not braking properly, seats are out of date, cushion you have to search, lot of vibrations, why udupi depot is not opting for new saarige busses, are we people considered has dubai returned, sir i am travelling in your busses right from my childhood, find of your kempu bus,
                                      Kindly provide new busses in this route. You can check bus like ka19 f3069, 1039, 1040, 3229, 0232, 10131 etc.

                                        I was trying to book a bus ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 1st October 2019 for my travel on 14th October 2019. The onward and return fare costed totally INR 1896/- I tried payment through Google Pay UPI but the transaction failed: Transaction Reference No. OB40135314. After the failed transaction through GooglePay, I had to book the ticket using SBI Net Banking.

                                        Upon contacting KSRTC helpline thrice also, they have not processed my refund. I had also reached the AWATAR team, who also sent follow up mails to KSRTC Accounts team to look into the refund request and update status to passenger, but got no response from KSRTC Accounts team.
