Complaining about today incident happened to me in g3 bus route in bangalore, i need to get down in roopenagar bus stop at 10:20 am today (14/10/2019) but the bus did not stop even a 1 min, the bus was in moving state itself, when i asked to stop the bus the conductor asked me to get down in next stop and started to move the bus very fast. misbehaving of bus conductor

My name is chabala himabindu... Iam travelling bus from ballary to bangalore aling with with my 4years kid.. I was taken only one ticket since the my kid is only 4 yrs old.. refund for failed transaction for transaction ob39302691

I have booked one ticket through ksrtc online booking website and the transaction got failed but the money got deducted from bank account. I tried to book ticket from bangalore to coimbatore. Date of booking is 19/09/2019. The amount deducted is 976. I had given complaint to ksrtc online refund department by email, call, twitter but till now no refund is processed. It's been more than 20 days.

failure of refund on two failed transaction

I had booked ticket on 7/9/2019 through online ksrtc website which showed failed transaction but amount was deducted (Rs955).. I tried booking again once again the ticket was not booked but amount was dedcuted (Rs955). So total i lost 1800rs. Amd i have not received my refund yet even thought i emailed the ksrtc on the said adress there is no reply either...

misbehavior, aggressive response and bad language to the passenger

Today morning at kushalnagar ksrtc bus stand i was with my family. And my family was about to travel towards puttur so the bus conductor invited to their bus but unfortunately there was no seat available but i asked the driver that there is no seats are available. conductor miss behave

said to get down from bus

On 17th sep morning 10.20am i was travelling from kankandy to farangipete by kstrc gramantara sarige bus, (Ka19f 3479). I gave change of 20 rupees, when the bus fair was 14 rupees, conductor demanded 4 rupees change. I said no change, so he started abuse in kannada (Change illadidare bus ge yakke bartira, namge yenu change melle innda uduru dila, etc. He made me to get down in middle of road.

It was charged rs 540 for a travel between mysore to gudalur. And the conductor behaved very bad. And used unparliamentary words. The bus was 1 hr late and stoped and asked me to leave before my dropping point (Gudalur)

On bengaluru to turuvekere and other route ksrtc buses, these buses regularly going to basaveshwara satellite bus terminal, peenya, but there is no use for public, because no one will get into bus in that bus terminal. It will put so much pressure, irritation to passengers and make them tiered and angry on this traffic situation. This is my kind request so, please stop going to the above station from the tumkur main road....

ticket was not booked but amount debited from my account

I tried booking ticket in ksrtc.in from bangalore to thanjavur, i was taken through online banking where 783 was deducted but seat is not booked. I dint receive an confirmation/failure message on booking but money was deducted. To check on this, i called the customer care, took the number from ksrtc portal. I was kept waiting for more than 15min in the call to be answered by any customer care executive but my call was not taken by anyone...

bus delayed by 2.5 hours

We were waiting for ksrtc bus on electronic city bus stop depot which was
Expected to arrive at 10:25 p. M. While it came at 1 am.
It was raining, there was no shade on bus stand, there were kids and old people stranded at bus stop in rain.
Driver and bus detail were also received quite late otherwise people would have checked with driver before leaving for bua stand....
