Dear sir/madam
With respect to the above sited subject i would like to explain you the incident which happened today on 13th oct 2019 while am travelling from holelkere to chitradurga by bus with number ka17f1619. I have given inr.500 note for buying ticket, i was completely out of change, he has asked for change in a singular and rude manner, i did not give any heed and i told him i don't have change and you can give give me in my destination, he asked you have to come bus stand, responding to which i said i have to get down before the stop prior to bus stand, immediately he started shouting at me with singular and rude language. Though i told him i will complain to the respective authority on this matter. He has increased his pitch of shouting take and said that "my name is murthy, am working in the same chitradurga depot, go complain any depo manager, no one will do anything to me and vulgar language". Therefore i request you to take necessary action to correct these issues. Which is regularly i notice now and then. Every government employees are here to serve public, public always give lot of respect to every govt employees you all know, some one mr. Murthy take this govt employment has his crown received and behave like kings with great egoistic behavior with out giving any respect to the public, irrespective of their age, gender, ethnicity and culture. So i request you to give good behaviorial training to conductors and driver's of ksrtc.
My humble request is to take necessary steps and action to correct mr. Murthy to change his behavior.
