Why all scrap busses are being run on this route? Sometimes drivers struggle with undermaintained busses, for example brakes are not braking properly, seats are out of date, cushion you have to search, lot of vibrations, why udupi depot is not opting for new saarige busses, are we people considered has dubai returned, sir i am travelling in your busses right from my childhood, find of your kempu bus,
Kindly provide new busses in this route. You can check bus like ka19 f3069, 1039, 1040, 3229, 0232, 10131 etc.

    I was trying to book a bus ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 1st October 2019 for my travel on 14th October 2019. The onward and return fare costed totally INR 1896/- I tried payment through Google Pay UPI but the transaction failed: Transaction Reference No. OB40135314. After the failed transaction through GooglePay, I had to book the ticket using SBI Net Banking.

    Upon contacting KSRTC helpline thrice also, they have not processed my refund. I had also reached the AWATAR team, who also sent follow up mails to KSRTC Accounts team to look into the refund request and update status to passenger, but got no response from KSRTC Accounts team.

      Dateofincident:22/10/19 at 10am.
      The driver and conductor played with passenger telling them to change several bus by telling them to climb from one bus to another. When passenger asked the conductor and driver they misbehaved by responding in bad words.. And when the passengers collected the information about conductor and driver from mudigere tc they warned me by saying "i[censored] complain about this matter ull be murdered".

        I lost my laptop bag at shantinagar bus stand. The bag was stolen from the bangalore to coimbatore ksrtc bus (Ka 31 f 931) between 8:45 pm and 9:25 pm at shanti nagar on 24th october 2019. The bag is black, wildcraft make and has a neudesic logo on it. The bag had a laptop and its charger, purse, a night lamp and some clothing in it.
        Please help me find it.

          The conductor of the following bus details is involved in traversing the same ticket given to one passenger, and is cheating the government or public property in terms of money or bus tare.

          I was traveling from kolar to bangalore, i asked the bus conductor for ticket (From kolar to bayyappanahalli metro station).
          Actual tare from kolar to bayyappanahalli metro station is 62/-, but the bus conductor generated the ticket for kolar to majestic of tare 67/- and he ordered me to keep until the arrival of my stop and he took the same ticket and gave it to somebody who is traveling from kolar to majestic (Banglore). By this he is cheating the public or government property. I kindly request you to take some action.

              On 1st october i tried to book two tickets for which the payment was made through upi amounting to rs.2112. The money was deducted but booking was not confirmed. For refund of this amount im following up with ksrtc from last 20 days. I also dropped email to [protected]@ksrtc.org and raised two complaints. Even after all these ksrtc didnt refund the money back. I want to raise a consumer complaint on ksrtc for not refunding my money. As per ksrtc refund should have happened within 7 working days

                My name is siddharth bharadwaj k. V. I am 14year old. I was travelling from underbridge to beml nagar which is in mysore. When we reached vb bakery which is before beml stop, there was no one in the bus except me. Since i'm a boy that idiotic driver and conductor decided to stop in vb bakery and have breakfast in the hotel which was right next to the bus stop. The driver told me to get down and walk all the way to my home. I argued with him. He told me that i was just a boy and can walk that much. I told him i bought the ticket for last stop. He screamed at me, he said hogo lo (Get lost). I had to walk all way to my home. You guys r waste cause if a driver misbehaves with any person it's your responsibility to take care of it. I request you to take immediate action and i request you to fire him.
                The bus number is 4948. So fire him today
                We took two and a half ticket in airavat from Bangalore to mysuru, it showed 270 for adult and 226 for child. It should have been 766 rupees. But it showed a grand total of 810 rupees. Why this happened?

                I arjunkumar bv, working in meadia sector, some of the reason i had travel to Bilekere from mysore, i lost my bag and amount 10000 and urgent go back to mysoru for that.. i reqsted conductor but he dont have little humanity also, now i want my cash 10000 and my bag also, put case on him, hi did customers service violence

                  I tried bus booking through online ksrtc official website for hyderabad to bijapur journey for 25th october 2019. I paid the amount through phonepe app. The transaction appears to be successful and amount got deducted from my account but there is no booking confirmation from your side.
                  The ksrtc website after payment appears to be errored out but transaction was successful.

                  Please let me know if i can get my money back or my seat will be confirmed.

                    I am a daily commuter from kalur cross to mysore. I used to get bus within gap of half an hour maximum. But from past 1 week 5:30 pm bus or 6:15 pm bus or 6:30pm bus are not coming. Daily i wait for 2 hrs and there is no fix time. I have been waiting for more than 2 hrs daily from past 1week. Ksrtc bus service needs to keep passengers updated whether bus timings have changed or what is the reason for delay. Because we are facing a lot of difficulty. As i reach mysore daily by 11pm. It's very inconvenient for general public. Kindly look into the matter and give us correct information of bus timings and reason for this delay.

I thought that driver feel hungry he didn't stop any stop after kulathoor, my friends also waiting for me in mukolokkal junction bus stop and another friend wait at techno park stop, they show the hand to stop bus, but driver didn't stop bus.                         My name is shekar. I am traveling from hiriyur to karur on 11/10/2019 night. At 11pm when the bus stopped in shanthinagar, bangalore i went to the free rest room there. One staff from ksrtc demanded ₹5 for using urinals. When i argued with him for collection money illegally, he blamed me with bad words which hurted me very much.
                        So i'm complaining you to take action against the staff collecting money and i'll treating and abusing the passengers with bad words.

I had given complaint to ksrtc online refund department. Online transaction reference number is ob39675891 date of booking is 06/10/2019. But when ever i call to them they are telling it will refund in another three days. Almost 10 days completed my amount not yet refunded. Please help me to get refund amount to my acount.

                              On 13.10.2019 morning 6.50am from Sira to Bangalore KA32F 2415 conductor and driver not allowed sit on front six seats misbehaving with me, quarrel with me rude, behavior, uncultured, uncivilized manner
                              I have booked total 8 Tickets from Panaji, Goa to Hubballi, The bus time was 7 PM.
                              At 7 PM I called to KSRTC customer care they told me to wait for 10 mins, I called them again at 7.10 and they said bus is coming..

                              meanwhile, with the information from Other drivers from KSRTC, I got to know " the bus never come to the station and but it will be available in KSRTC portal. I was shocked because customer care was simply telling without even knowing the status of the bus.

                              We found the Station supervisor number and called him, He told, he cannot do anything and the bus is cancelled.

                              This was happened yesterday (01/12/2019) But till now I never got any bus cancellation information from them, but instead of the got wrong information from KSRTC helpline.

                              Helpline should be available to assist passengers with valid info not just to pass the time. we had a train at hubbali at 12 and we missed that, because we were 8 people we did not find the bus to travel.

                              If KSRTC could have given the proper response on time, we could have planned accordingly.

                                  I have done my transaction on 10 september 2019. My money has been debited but ticket was not booked. I have been waiting since 35 days for my refund but no money has been refunded yet. Your customer care executives are now not attending my call. I have sent a mail also and daily i have to call atleast 15 times but still they are not attending. Ksrtc is harassing me like anything for such a small amount. I will wait for another 3 days and now the next option is consumer court.

                                      Complaining about today incident happened to me in g3 bus route in bangalore, i need to get down in roopenagar bus stop at 10:20 am today (14/10/2019) but the bus did not stop even a 1 min, the bus was in moving state itself, when i asked to stop the bus the conductor asked me to get down in next stop and started to move the bus very fast. Even when i requested the driver to stop even he started to speak very rudely, both conductor and driver behaved very rude.

                                        With respect to the above sited subject i would like to explain you the incident which happened today on 13th oct 2019 while am travelling from holelkere to chitradurga by bus with number ka17f1619. I have given inr.500 note for buying ticket, i was completely out of change, he has asked for change in a singular and rude manner, i did not give any heed and i told him i don't have change and you can give give me in my destination, he asked you have to come bus stand, responding to which i said i have to get down before the stop prior to bus stand, immediately he started shouting at me with singular and rude language. Though i told him i will complain to the respective authority on this matter. He has increased his pitch of shouting take and said that "my name is murthy, am working in the same chitradurga depot, go complain any depo manager, no one will do anything to me and vulgar language". Therefore i request you to take necessary action to correct these issues. Which is regularly i notice now and then. Every government employees are here to serve public, public always give lot of respect to every govt employees you all know, some one mr. Murthy take this govt employment has his crown received and behave like kings with great egoistic behavior with out giving any respect to the public, irrespective of their age, gender, ethnicity and culture. So i request you to give good behaviorial training to conductors and driver's of ksrtc.
                                        My humble request is to take necessary steps and action to correct mr. Murthy to change his behavior.

                                        I used bus KA-57-f-2469 to travel from hoodi to itpl.
                                        I had 100 rupees note.
                                        Conductor asked me for Change. But I didn't have so I said I don't have.
                                        After that he told me to leave the bus.
                                        I booked 4 tickets from villupuram to bangalore on 23/09/19 through phonpe billdesk but unfortunately booking procedure failed but the amount was deducted. So i called the customer care number, they gave me the account section number. But they never attended the call. Its been 16 days and i havent got the refund. My OB reference number OB39370208.
