I am a daily commuter from kalur cross to mysore. I used to get bus within gap of half an hour maximum. But from past 1 week 5:30 pm bus or 6:15 pm bus or 6:30pm bus are not coming. Daily i wait for 2 hrs and there is no fix time. I have been waiting for more than 2 hrs daily from past 1week. Ksrtc bus service needs to keep passengers updated whether bus timings have changed or what is the reason for delay. Because we are facing a lot of difficulty. As i reach mysore daily by 11pm. It's very inconvenient for general public. Kindly look into the matter and give us correct information of bus timings and reason for this delay.

    At 12 pm. I thought that driver feel hungry he didn't stop any stop after kulathoor, my friends also waiting for me in mukolokkal junction bus stop and another friend wait at techno park stop, they show the hand to stop bus, but driver didn't stop bus. Conducter also not respond properly,
    Are you encourage auto wwhy they didn't stop in the bus stop

    I complaints vikas bhavan depot they ask me to come directly

    Is the way to speak public

      My name is shekar. I am traveling from hiriyur to karur on 11/10/2019 night. At 11pm when the bus stopped in shanthinagar, bangalore i went to the free rest room there. One staff from ksrtc demanded ₹5 for using urinals. When i argued with him for collection money illegally, he blamed me with bad words which hurted me very much.
      So i'm complaining you to take action against the staff collecting money and i'll treating and abusing the passengers with bad words.

          I have booked two ticket through ksrtc online booking from mysore to mangalore, but the transaction got failed and my money got deducted from credit card of rs.816. I had given complaint to ksrtc online refund department. Online transaction reference number is ob39675891 date of booking is 06/10/2019. But when ever i call to them they are telling it will refund in another three days. Almost 10 days completed my amount not yet refunded. Please help me to get refund amount to my acount.

            On 13.10.2019 morning 6.50am from Sira to Bangalore KA32F 2415 conductor and driver not allowed sit on front six seats misbehaving with me, quarrel with me rude, behavior, uncultured, uncivilized manner
            I have booked total 8 Tickets from Panaji, Goa to Hubballi, The bus time was 7 PM.
            At 7 PM I called to KSRTC customer care they told me to wait for 10 mins, I called them again at 7.10 and they said bus is coming..

            meanwhile, with the information from Other drivers from KSRTC, I got to know " the bus never come to the station and but it will be available in KSRTC portal. I was shocked because customer care was simply telling without even knowing the status of the bus.

            We found the Station supervisor number and called him, He told, he cannot do anything and the bus is cancelled.

            This was happened yesterday (01/12/2019) But till now I never got any bus cancellation information from them, but instead of the got wrong information from KSRTC helpline.

            Helpline should be available to assist passengers with valid info not just to pass the time. we had a train at hubbali at 12 and we missed that, because we were 8 people we did not find the bus to travel.

            If KSRTC could have given the proper response on time, we could have planned accordingly.

              On sept 9th i have booked ticket but Rs 342 amount deducted from my account but ticket not confirmed OB reference no OB39151010. i have called more than 10 times ksrtc accounts team telling lie about refund is done sent one mail regarding refund with no transaction id and kindly please check and refund and kindly find attached document for proof for refund from your team

                I have done my transaction on 10 september 2019. My money has been debited but ticket was not booked. I have been waiting since 35 days for my refund but no money has been refunded yet. Your customer care executives are now not attending my call. I have sent a mail also and daily i have to call atleast 15 times but still they are not attending. Ksrtc is harassing me like anything for such a small amount. I will wait for another 3 days and now the next option is consumer court.

                    Complaining about today incident happened to me in g3 bus route in bangalore, i need to get down in roopenagar bus stop at 10:20 am today (14/10/2019) but the bus did not stop even a 1 min, the bus was in moving state itself, when i asked to stop the bus the conductor asked me to get down in next stop and started to move the bus very fast. Even when i requested the driver to stop even he started to speak very rudely, both conductor and driver behaved very rude.

                      Dear sir/madam

                      With respect to the above sited subject i would like to explain you the incident which happened today on 13th oct 2019 while am travelling from holelkere to chitradurga by bus with number ka17f1619. I have given inr.500 note for buying ticket, i was completely out of change, he has asked for change in a singular and rude manner, i did not give any heed and i told him i don't have change and you can give give me in my destination, he asked you have to come bus stand, responding to which i said i have to get down before the stop prior to bus stand, immediately he started shouting at me with singular and rude language. Though i told him i will complain to the respective authority on this matter. He has increased his pitch of shouting take and said that "my name is murthy, am working in the same chitradurga depot, go complain any depo manager, no one will do anything to me and vulgar language". Therefore i request you to take necessary action to correct these issues. Which is regularly i notice now and then. Every government employees are here to serve public, public always give lot of respect to every govt employees you all know, some one mr. Murthy take this govt employment has his crown received and behave like kings with great egoistic behavior with out giving any respect to the public, irrespective of their age, gender, ethnicity and culture. So i request you to give good behaviorial training to conductors and driver's of ksrtc.
                      My humble request is to take necessary steps and action to correct mr. Murthy to change his behavior.

                      I used bus KA-57-f-2469 to travel from hoodi to itpl.
                      I had 100 rupees note.
                      Conductor asked me for Change. But I didn't have so I said I don't have.
                      After that he told me to leave the bus.
                      I booked 4 tickets from villupuram to bangalore on 23/09/19 through phonpe billdesk but unfortunately booking procedure failed but the amount was deducted. So i called the customer care number, they gave me the account section number. But they never attended the call. Its been 16 days and i havent got the refund. My OB reference number OB39370208.

                        My name is chabala himabindu... Iam travelling bus from ballary to bangalore aling with with my 4years kid.. I was taken only one ticket since the my kid is only 4 yrs old.. At the time of ticket he was very rudely told me u have to adjust any one 'll come.. I told yes.. He given my behind seat to gents only.. That one also i adjusted.. Afeter chelikere stop that man was get down.. Again conductor came and blackmailed that "ur behind seat i 'll give to misbehavious persons only... How to hw speak like thus with a women. This bus conductor is very misbehaving with me... He is not given changes to passengers.. He rudely responded with me.. As lady i can't bare.. Please take necessary action against bus conductor.. I dont know the conductor name also...

                            I had booked ticket on 7/9/2019 through online ksrtc website which showed failed transaction but amount was deducted (Rs955).. I tried booking again once again the ticket was not booked but amount was dedcuted (Rs955). So total i lost 1800rs. Amd i have not received my refund yet even thought i emailed the ksrtc on the said adress there is no reply either

                              I have booked one ticket through ksrtc online booking, but the transaction got failed and my money got deducted from debit card of rs.712. I had given complaint to ksrtc online refund department. Online transaction reference number is ob39544242 date of booking is 01/10/2019. Its almost 11 days since i booked my ticket but my amount is not yet refunded. I have mailed the ksrtc online refund team two times and have not got any response from them. Please help me to get refund amount.

                                Your bus terminus at Bangalore (for buses to go to Hyderabad)
                                there is no improvement at all from last 3 years.

                                1. there is no announcements made- why public announcement are not made in Kannada, Hindi, and English - very essential, to facilitate passengers.
                                2. display (TV) is so high, and not visible - why not you make it with big letters just like available in railway stations. High time you need to introduce this system
                                3. Controller not available. (from 7.30 PM to 9.00 PM) ..there is a desk with a chair occupied by passengers, and no official (s) available. - Uniform personnel with Name Card and ID card should be available at the terminus. .. mandatory.
                                4. NO help desk for passengers... why? (you may have it another place not at this terminus)
                                5. Other state Buses (TSRTC /APSRTC) have more space for parking the buses than your Buses
                                at this terminus. why..?

                                    I have booked 2 tickets on september 18th.1. Villupuram to bangalore (Date:[protected]
                                    2. Bangalore to chennai (Date:[protected]. Both payments are done by the google pay upi. Both the ob reference number are failed. But amount was debited by ksrtc as per the below reference number.

                                    Still i have not received my refund amount. The issue was raised two weeks before but there is no response from ksrtc. I have called the customer care number thrice on last saturday ([protected] or [protected]). But phone call was not answered. There is no response for the mail aswell ([protected]@ksrtc.org).

                                    Almost 20 days gone but still there is no response from the ksrtc. Kindly address the issue and refund the amount as much as possible.

                                      Today morning at kushalnagar ksrtc bus stand i was with my family. And my family was about to travel towards puttur so the bus conductor invited to their bus but unfortunately there was no seat available but i asked the driver that there is no seats are available. But the reply by the driver was so rude, agrresive and insulting he showed the bus stand floor as seat so i asked me to mind his language but his words wer so horrible.
                                      Most off the conductor's are not giving balance one rupee... when we ask them . They dont have change in hand... coz from each peraon they get one rupee... per day they make a good income... bus no.. KA.19.3206... MORNING TIME

                                        My family and me journey from bangalore to kundapura.. Bus number 3494, 7/10/2019 night.. 2hours offer journey my cousin urgent go to toilet.. We are reqest conductor... But conductor rudely behave with me and no stop bus... This is worst roles.. Plz train him how to behave passenger.. I am already suffering more than 3 times.. Plz.. Ksrtc inspector plz care passenger satisfaction journey..
