On 17th sep morning 10.20am i was travelling from kankandy to farangipete by kstrc gramantara sarige bus, (Ka19f 3479). I gave change of 20 rupees, when the bus fair was 14 rupees, conductor demanded 4 rupees change. I said no change, so he started abuse in kannada (Change illadidare bus ge yakke bartira, namge yenu change melle innda uduru dila, etc. He made me to get down in middle of road.
So please take immediate action against the conductor.

    It was charged rs 540 for a travel between mysore to gudalur. And the conductor behaved very bad. And used unparliamentary words. The bus was 1 hr late and stoped and asked me to leave before my dropping point (Gudalur)

    I want you to take action for this. I need the refund and compensation for the money which i spent to take a cab from that place to my dropping place

      Sir,
      On bengaluru to turuvekere and other route ksrtc buses, these buses regularly going to basaveshwara satellite bus terminal, peenya, but there is no use for public, because no one will get into bus in that bus terminal. It will put so much pressure, irritation to passengers and make them tiered and angry on this traffic situation. This is my kind request so, please stop going to the above station from the tumkur main road.
      Paid to KSRTC from Paytm but booking failed, but amount debited from paytm.
      Kindly refund the amount Rs. 1128/-.

        I tried booking ticket in ksrtc.in from bangalore to thanjavur, i was taken through online banking where 783 was deducted but seat is not booked. I dint receive an confirmation/failure message on booking but money was deducted. To check on this, i called the customer care, took the number from ksrtc portal. I was kept waiting for more than 15min in the call to be answered by any customer care executive but my call was not taken by anyone in customer care. I could not find any way to reach out to ksrtc to get my money refunded. I want my money refunded. Ob reference number of failure booking is ob39403010

          Hello,
          With respect to the below journey, no bus was allocated from belagavi to bellary and you put me in such a situation where i cannot travel that late., no transport available that late, no safety. Why do you issue tickets when route is closed. I missed the bus as you have problem with the route and when i spoke to bellary bus depo but they have not responded properly. Take serious action on responsible persons or else i will complaint in consumer court on such irresponsible persons. I am claiming for the second time and hope you address it in a right manner and choose not to cheat passengers.

            Trip code 2200bngmri. (Bangalore to madurai)
            We were waiting for ksrtc bus on electronic city bus stop depot which was
            Expected to arrive at 10:25 p. M. While it came at 1 am.
            It was raining, there was no shade on bus stand, there were kids and old people stranded at bus stop in rain.
            Driver and bus detail were also received quite late otherwise people would have checked with driver before leaving for bua stand.

              We travelled in ksrtc airavat club class bus with bus number ka f 9260 on 1/10/2019 from bengaluru to hyderabad. Our seat numbers were 11 and 12. When journey started it rained and bus roof started leaking, particularly on certain seats and it was leaking heavily on our seats. I did not sleep whole night i became drenched and my fiancee was not feeling well she caught fever because of that we faced a lot of inconvenience whole night. It was worst experience for us. And we had placed our luggage in the storage area at the bottom of bus and they all got wet and some of my books got completely spoiled.
              We need justice and as our right to safety and right to seek redressal under consumer rights.

                Dear sir,

                I have booked one ticket through ksrtc online booking awtar cell, but the transaction got failed two times and my money got deducted from my account of rs.1470. I had given complaint to ksrtc online refund department. But they didnt gave any reply for me. Online transaction reference number is ob39373519. Date of booking is 23/09/2019. But when ever i call to them they are telling it will refund in another three days. Almost 15 days completed my amount not yet refunded. Please help me to get refund amount to my acount.

You put me in such a situation where i cannot travel that late., no transport available that late, no safety. Why do you issue tickets when route is closed.                     Hi! I booked a ticket on 11.09.2019 on the ksrtc mobile application and the two transaction was a failure. Ksrtc online transaction reference no.:ob39171840, ob39171792. I have mailed many times [protected]@ksrtc.org and haven't received any response from the team. An amount of rs (447*2) has been deducted from my account! I've tried reaching the following phone numbers (Account section) for more than 20 days now at all given office hours. Nobody picks up the phone! Please look into this at the earliest and please process my request asap. I do not wish to be directed to call these numbers again (They don't pick up at all be it any day of the week at the mentioned office hours!) [[protected]].

                      On 2/10/2019 wednesday i was needed to travel from kollegal to hanur so i got into ka 11 f 0503 bus

                      I was with my 3years old kid and with 2 huge luggages

                      I just made my kid to step into bus and just kept my luggages with her in the steps

                      Still i have not got into the bus so early bus driver moved the bus, bus conductor was negligence that of the passengers

                      I stood and asked the conductor that can't you guide your driver when to move the vehicle

                      Bus conductor was very much rude with his words

                      So please teach them a lesson

                        I made a payment of rs 1692 for my ticket. The amount got debited but the ticket failed. Now its been 17 days i have not received my refund. But i have been told that they have raised a refund on 12th sep 2019 but bank confirmed that no refund has been received from ksrtc.

                          This following sms alert received at 20.44 pm, on 27.09.19 for the bus to leave at bangalore at 20.14 hrs.

                          Ksrtc bus : pnr :j78922309, journey date :27-sep-2019 20:14, trip code :2014bnghyd, bus number :f 215, depot :bengaluru 2, crew mobile no:[protected]. Happy journey.

                          Arrival of bus got undue delay at the terminus at bangalore.
                          No official present at the terminus at inform /enquire.
                          No public information (Audio-public announcement)

                          State of affairs very bad - no care for the passengers.
                          Respected sir,
                          I am traveling from harihara to shimoga in a KSRTC bus with my grandma and the conductor asked me to pay for luaggage as the luaggage weight was only 10kgs so please take action against these culprits as they are cheating on customers

                            I'm madesh, a resident of anekal, who travels everyday from anekal to hope form in ksrtc which leaves at 6.45 from anekal (Anekal - kaivara). Everyday it leaves on time except on monday where it leaves 5 to 10 minutes early. Many people will travel in that bus and those who missed have to take alternatives which is very difficult. Please take strict action against it.
                            I made a booking from Bangalore to Gokarna (date of travel 25 Oct 2019) on 25th September 2019 at 7.06 am. The payment was successful. However I have not received the tickets.

                              The driver of this airvat club class while travelling bengaluru to mangaluru had a very bad behaviour. He doesn't know how to behave with pregnant ladies. When i asked what time it will reach mangalore he didn't have courtesy to respond and morning while reaching mangalore he stopped around 500 metres away from the venue we requested on asking he is going through same way he said to get down there itself. We were travelling with a child and also i am pregnant.. You just tell doesn't he know to behave with ladies. Please take strict action against him. Airvat club class 9.30 p. M. Bangalore morning 5 a. M. Mangalore. If you don't take action against him i will complaint against him to the higher authority and also to consumer court.

                              If the bus is charing as express but it is a silly and shuttle bus they should not charge as express bus fare and if bus has to reach destination in two hours its going four hours so the ticket fare should be less

                                  As we are facing insufficient buses for mangalore to dharmasthala root and people are suffering especially older generation and womens they are not getting seats and they have to stand and struggle to get a seat in a bus. Especially in a time gap of evening 4pm to 8pm. This is the humble request to the concerned authority. To solve this problem as early as possible.

                                    There is mismatch in ticket rates for buses travelling in maharashtra state. Satara to karad (Bus from satara to india) having ticket of rs 70 and karad to satara ticket (Bus from belgavi to baramati) is having ticket of rs 80. Why this 10 rs mismatch is there. Bus number is ka 23 f 1038. Route is from belgavi to baramati. Pls do the needful.. I am a regular traveller from karto buses.. I will think twice if this mismatch continues in process..

                                      On the way from lakdikapul to khairatabad metro station,
                                      A bus with number ka38 - f1097 hit my car while driving rashly and just left without stopping.
                                      My side mirror is broken and a dent at the side of the car.
                                      The traffic police who were standing closeby hardly cared and just told the bus to divert into another route.
                                      I had to stop and ask the traffic police to do something about it.
                                      I just noted down the bus number.

                                        Hi,
                                        Me and family boarded ksrtc airavat bus 2030mysekm (Mysore to ernakulam) on 11 sep 2019. The bus had glass pieces and luckily we did not get injured. Also the wiper was not working. The side mirror was broken. The bus reached the destination with more than 5 hrs delay. This caused me loss of work day and plans of family.

                                        We need compensation as it caused mental and financial agony
