Hi! I booked a ticket on 11.09.2019 on the ksrtc mobile application and the two transaction was a failure. Ksrtc online transaction reference no.:ob39171840, ob39171792. I have mailed many times [protected]@ksrtc.org and haven't received any response from the team. An amount of rs (447*2) has been deducted from my account! I've tried reaching the following phone numbers (Account section) for more than 20 days now at all given office hours....

On 2/10/2019 wednesday i was needed to travel from kollegal to hanur so i got into ka 11 f 0503 bus

I was with my 3years old kid and with 2 huge luggages

I just made my kid to step into bus and just kept my luggages with her in the steps

Still i have not got into the bus so early bus driver moved the bus, bus conductor was negligence that of the passengers

I made a payment of rs 1692 for my ticket. The amount got debited but the ticket failed. Now its been 17 days i have not received my refund. But i have been told that they have raised a refund on 12th sep 2019 but bank confirmed that no refund has been received from ksrtc.

I'm madesh, a resident of anekal, who travels everyday from anekal to hope form in ksrtc which leaves at 6.45 from anekal (Anekal - kaivara). Everyday it leaves on time except on monday where it leaves 5 to 10 minutes early. Many people will travel in that bus and those who missed have to take alternatives which is very difficult. Please take strict action against it....

The driver of this airvat club class while travelling bengaluru to mangaluru had a very bad behaviour. He doesn't know how to behave with pregnant ladies. When i asked what time it will reach mangalore he didn't have courtesy to respond and morning while reaching mangalore he stopped around 500 metres away from the venue we requested on asking he is going through same way he said to get down there itself....

As we are facing insufficient buses for mangalore to dharmasthala root and people are suffering especially older generation and womens they are not getting seats and they have to stand and struggle to get a seat in a bus. Especially in a time gap of evening 4pm to 8pm. This is the humble request to the concerned authority. To solve this problem as early as possible....

There is mismatch in ticket rates for buses travelling in maharashtra state. Satara to karad (Bus from satara to india) having ticket of rs 70 and karad to satara ticket (Bus from belgavi to baramati) is having ticket of rs 80. Why this 10 rs mismatch is there. Bus number is ka 23 f 1038. Route is from belgavi to baramati. Pls do the needful.. I am a regular traveller from karto buses.. I will think twice if this mismatch continues in process.....

On the way from lakdikapul to khairatabad metro station,
A bus with number ka38 - f1097 hit my car while driving rashly and just left without stopping.
My side mirror is broken and a dent at the side of the car.
The traffic police who were standing closeby hardly cared and just told the bus to divert into another route.
I had to stop and ask the traffic police to do something about it.

Me and family boarded ksrtc airavat bus 2030mysekm (Mysore to ernakulam) on 11 sep 2019. The bus had glass pieces and luckily we did not get injured. Also the wiper was not working. The side mirror was broken. The bus reached the destination with more than 5 hrs delay. This caused me loss of work day and plans of family.

We need compensation as it caused mental and financial agony...

I was trying to book a round trip ticket from bangalore. Amount got debited from bank account but ticket did not get processed. I got a error message saying "your transaction has been declined or an error condition is detected" and it came to the home page. I have attached the error for reference.
Amount debited : 1246 rupees
I did not receive any information about refunding and tickets....

I had booked a ticket from bangalore through the ksrtc website on the 1st of september 2019 for a journey on the 27th of september 2019. The money was debited and no intimation was given of failure through email or sms.

I wanted to see the exact time of the bus on 25th september and on entering the booking details on the website, i came to know that the tickets were cancelled. I called up ksrtc and they said there was an issue...

Hello, i had booked the ticket from bengaluru to belthangadi with return journey 5 oct 2019 at 21:02 and 8 oct 2019 at 21:20. Total payment is done 1119 rupees. But ticket booking has failed.
My account is deducted with the above amount but ticket is not booked. Ob reference number ob39395953.
Please check and refund. Transaction date 25 sept 2019....

I am a regular commuter between kalyan nagar and sill board. I take 500d at 7.15 in the morning. Invariably evey morning the bus is stopped at kr puram for 15 mins and few other stops on the way for 10 mins hence leading to a delay for the passengers.

Not sure if there is a collection commission for the conductor. When there are buses for every 10 mins during the peak hour, what is the need for the drivers/conductors to stop...

Dear concer.,
I was travelling from coimbatore (Departed at 10.28 pm ist) to bangalore on 23rd september 2019 and the bus got break down quite far away from krishnagiri around 3am ist 24th september. Since we are in the midway we didn't find any alternative ksrtc bus around and we have been left without any help and no response from driver and conductor as well and atlast we took a pass by private bus. This is highly frustrating...

We are facilities of shri madhwa vadiraja institute of technology and management udupi, today we and our students have journey to mysore. For which i have booked 42 tickets 10 days before. We are 42 people in bus and we are journey towards mysore now. But it very difficult for breath due very bad smelling of seats and uncleaned. We have also booker return bus on 27 september. We don't want this bus on the same day instaed...

My pnr is j78953710. I along with my friends were travelling from pondicherry to bengaluru on 22/09/2019 route bus number ka 40 f 846. There was water leakage in the bus through the window, me and my other friend got fully drenched in water. We are facing health consequences now. Even after reporting the leakage to the driver there was no action taken....

I tried booking a ticket on ksrtc.in on 10th september 2019 with the following ob reference number: ob39158320.

Money got deducted (Rs. 1758) but the transaction status showed as failed.

It is been more than 10 working days since the transaction but i have still not received the refund despite multiple follow ups.

Could you please let me know by when i can expect the refund?

I travel daily from thrissur to koratty. My bus fair is 37 rs. The conductor in the ernakulam fp bus usually won't give me balance. Today, there was heavy rush in the bus when i got in.
