Hi,
I was trying to book a round trip ticket from bangalore. Amount got debited from bank account but ticket did not get processed. I got a error message saying "your transaction has been declined or an error condition is detected" and it came to the home page. I have attached the error for reference.
Amount debited : 1246 rupees
I did not receive any information about refunding and tickets.

    I had booked a ticket from bangalore through the ksrtc website on the 1st of september 2019 for a journey on the 27th of september 2019. The money was debited and no intimation was given of failure through email or sms.

    I wanted to see the exact time of the bus on 25th september and on entering the booking details on the website, i came to know that the tickets were cancelled. I called up ksrtc and they said there was an issue and the booking failed. They kept my money and did not inform me until 2 days before my journey when i myself found that the ticket was cancelled. I had a vacation planned out and this caused me a lot of inconvenience.

      Hello, i had booked the ticket from bengaluru to belthangadi with return journey 5 oct 2019 at 21:02 and 8 oct 2019 at 21:20. Total payment is done 1119 rupees. But ticket booking has failed.
      My account is deducted with the above amount but ticket is not booked. Ob reference number ob39395953.
      Please check and refund. Transaction date 25 sept 2019.

        I am a regular commuter between kalyan nagar and sill board. I take 500d at 7.15 in the morning. Invariably evey morning the bus is stopped at kr puram for 15 mins and few other stops on the way for 10 mins hence leading to a delay for the passengers.

        Not sure if there is a collection commission for the conductor. When there are buses for every 10 mins during the peak hour, what is the need for the drivers/conductors to stop for this long hours.

          Dear concer.,
          I was travelling from coimbatore (Departed at 10.28 pm ist) to bangalore on 23rd september 2019 and the bus got break down quite far away from krishnagiri around 3am ist 24th september. Since we are in the midway we didn't find any alternative ksrtc bus around and we have been left without any help and no response from driver and conductor as well and atlast we took a pass by private bus. This is highly frustrating as i should report by 6am at office and this happened. There is no proper maintanence and also they are not user friendly. Please initiate a refund for this request for smoother experience forth coming. Am already 3hours delay now.

            Dear sir,
            We are facilities of shri madhwa vadiraja institute of technology and management udupi, today we and our students have journey to mysore. For which i have booked 42 tickets 10 days before. We are 42 people in bus and we are journey towards mysore now. But it very difficult for breath due very bad smelling of seats and uncleaned. We have also booker return bus on 27 september. We don't want this bus on the same day instaed make some other arrangements.
            Please consider my complaint and do the needful.

              My pnr is j78953710. I along with my friends were travelling from pondicherry to bengaluru on 22/09/2019 route bus number ka 40 f 846. There was water leakage in the bus through the window, me and my other friend got fully drenched in water. We are facing health consequences now. Even after reporting the leakage to the driver there was no action taken.

                I tried booking a ticket on ksrtc.in on 10th september 2019 with the following ob reference number: ob39158320.

                Money got deducted (Rs. 1758) but the transaction status showed as failed.

                It is been more than 10 working days since the transaction but i have still not received the refund despite multiple follow ups.

                Could you please let me know by when i can expect the refund?

                  Sir,
                  I travel daily from thrissur to koratty. My bus fair is 37 rs. The conductor in the ernakulam fp bus usually won't give me balance. Today, there was heavy rush in the bus when i got in. Upon the request of one of the lady passengers 2 men sitting in the lady seat got up and i sat in one of those seats. As it was too crowded i didn't see the conductor going back. After few minutes when i saw him i called him and gave my money (37 rs as change i had given). He started shouting at me. He asked me why i didn't give my money earlier. I told him that i didn't see him passing by. (I was the person who called him now also.) i told him that i had kept my money in hand for more than 30 minutes. He didn't turn up and i was not able to see him passing by. It's his usual nature to behave rudely to passengers (Either in case of change or some issues he only create). Kindly take necessary action to correct such employees.

                  I am travelling from Byappanahalli to Vydehi, but buses never departs early . They wait till 20-25 mins in bus stop and then they leave. Please take any action for this .

                    I booked a ticket from bangalore to davanagere through google pay app but transaction failed and my amount of rs. 509 has also deducted. I have not received any refund till now and accounts section also not answering any calls. It's been 10 days no refund is came.

                      The subject issue happened on today morning 9.50. Ksrtc bus registration number is ka09f 5062. Spot is courters stop ramnagaram, opposite jilla panchayath, ramnagar. Bus stopped the place and dropped many customers. While i m entering after waited 1 minute conductor informed that not possible to pick up why because ticket charge will be from bidadi. I informed that i m ready to pay extra charges also. Then he explained that from bidadi checking is already over not possible to issue ticket. This refusal from conductor wasted my precious five minutes. I have informed him that i will complaint also. Kindly take necessary steps in this regards. These type of things will negatively affect the reputation of great ksrtc

                        I request KSRTC aithorities to instruct ksrtc conductors to watch the passangers while they are getting down from the bus instead of sitting in front and chat with drivers.

                          Hi,
                          Tried to book ticket from Gonikoppa to Bengaluru on 4th sep 2019 through UPI through 'https://ksrtc.in/' portal. Money(1062 rupees) got deducted but, seat was not booked. Got transaction failure voucher too.
                          Did wait for 7days for refund, but didnt happen.

                          Emailed about this to '[protected]@ksrtc.org' but no response.

                            Hello,

                            The bus number ka-09f-5113 travelling from hassan to bangalore almost hit us when the driver tried to overtake us in a very narrow road. Travelling with family and we were scared for our safety looking at the way he was driving.
                            Being a public transportation vehicle these drivers need to be more careful since they drive so frequently. It was one of the scariest experience of our lives. Please take necessary action.

                              Primarily i tried to call every customer care number, none of these get connected. Few are not valied itself. Its should be the primary concern of the customer care. The bus numbered ka06-f1164 baddihalli is inconvenient. The main reason for this is negligence of conductor towards his work for which he is paid for, he dint even tell the bus number so that i could not complain. Many people are suffering because of him. It has become a problem for the people of that place. I kindly request you to take action on this matter else the people may have bad impression on the whole ksrtc. I hope my request will be much obliged.

                                I departed from angamaly on 15th sep 2019 to bangalore in ka 57 f 1722 ksrtc. Due to some technical reasons i reached bangalore by 11am, since i was intended to reach at least by 7am. I had to take leave for a day and could not get off to office. I was in leave and i had to join by monday but that day also i had to take leave because of this late arrival. It was not a safe travel and felt scared while drving thorought wayanad churan. It was an inconvenient trip. Kindly take into consideration. It was a special bus with 1, 600 rate since i had to join by monday somehow i took the bus. But that was wrong, i could have taken by tuesday it was a need to reach bangalore by monday morning. Kindly do actions.

                                  Volvo bus services from mangalore to manipal and vice versa are not well maintained.

                                  All the buses have water leakage through air conditioning ports which makes all the seats wet and unable to use.
                                  If complained to the incharge, they say they have repaired it.
                                  It becomes really difficult as students and patients going to manipal have to stand during the whole journey in a speeding bus.

                                  Please look into these matter asap.

                                    I gotten in to the bus numbered
                                    Ka.19 f.3182 which is subrahmanya-mangalore express at alankar,,, my ticket amount was 60 rupees and i gave 200 rupees and waiting for the change. The conductor gave 40 rupees back and went to front of bus and seated the empty seat... I thought of ask the rest 100 rupees later and i asked when i reached uppinangady... But the behaviour of the conductor was completely different, at first he started opposing and ended with yelling at me.. I was very sure about the money i paid and i didn’t had any proof to prove it (As no one will keep) even the conductor he made me liar infront of all passengers. It was the most shameful moment for me, i just asked which i deserve, instead i faced humiliation. I request the relative officer please teach the conductors behave well with passengers and not to allow such things to happen anyone’s life. Because we travel not to get insulted and infact it was my right to ask my money back. Unfortunately i didn’t even get to know his name.
                                    I hope the conductor will face the result for this. Please take an action so others will learn.

I told your bus driver that my wife want to go to urinal. But he told that he can't stop bus. It will take one hour to reach at kozhikode bus stand. So please do needful.                                         As route was closed, bus has taken Balehonoor - Aldur - Chikmaglore route. But i was not notified about route change . I receive msg at 7.30 PM saying dept point is kottigehara at 111:00 PM and when i reach there I do not see any bus operating. Later called conductor who asked me to come to aldur to get picked. which was quite far and could't make it in 10 mins of time from kottigehara as it minimum takes 45 mins. I don't get to travel. My ticket is not cancelled. My money is not refunded.
                                        I want refund.
